MIXING AND MIXING APPARATUS FOR PREPARATIONS LIQUID OR PASTY FOODS, BLENDER TYPE, EQUIPPED OF A DEVICE FOR LOCKING THE KNIVES ON THE BOWL Technical area The present invention relates to mixing and mixing devices for liquid or pasty food preparations, such devices being commonly called "Blender". The present invention relates more particularly to devices of the aforementioned type comprising a removable knife holder. The main object of the invention is to secure the device to prevent it from being dismantled unexpectedly during use. State of the art Such devices are well known to those skilled in the art; they traditionally include a bowl, a knife holder, a knife holder locking ring on the bowl and a motorized base on which is engaged the pre-assembled assembly consisting of the bowl, the knife holder and the locking ring. The motorized base comprises a motor driving a shaft provided with a coupling system which cooperates with a complementary coupling system on the knife holder, when the preassembled assembly is engaged on the motorized base. Security issues have appeared on some of these devices. Indeed, during the rotation of the knife holder driven at high speed by the motor, the locking ring can rotate with the knife holder, which can have the effect that this locking ring emerges from the bowl when the user removes the bowl, after mixing a preparation. The liquid or pasty preparation can therefore spread on the motorized base and damage it or even generate risks of electric shock for the user. When it comes to hot preparations such as soups, the user may also suffer burns. It is known from documents FR 1 270 285, CN 2 657 555 U and CN 103099550A which provide for a blocking of the locking ring on the motorized base during the engagement of the preassembled assembly on this base. This prevents the locking ring from being unlocked when the motor-driven knife holder rotates. In document FR 1 270 285, the bowl is screwed with the locking ring. This locking ring comprises on its external contour a recess in which a projection arranged on the internal contour of a housing on the base engages, when the preassembled assembly is fitted into this housing. This blocks the rotation of the locking ring and the bowl screwed on, during the rotation of the knife holder. In document CN 2 657 555 U, the bowl is screwed with the locking ring. This locking ring has grooves on its outer contour, while the base has a housing comprising on its internal contour studs, the grooves and studs allowing the implementation of a bayonet locking system between the ring lock and base. In document CN 103099550A, the bowl is assembled with the locking ring by a first bayonet locking system. In addition, the locking ring is itself assembled on the base by a second bayonet locking system. Some risks of disassembly of the locking ring vis-à-vis the bowl still remain with the devices described in these documents FR 1,270,285, CN 2,657,555 U and CN 103099550A. Indeed, these do not make it possible to protect the user from an unexpected disassembly of the locking ring with respect to the bowl in the case where said user does not properly assemble the locking ring on the bowl, initially. The user can effectively screw the locking ring incorrectly onto the bowl or incorrectly install the bayonet locking system between the locking ring and the bowl. Summary of the invention The present invention overcomes the aforementioned drawbacks by designing an apparatus which guarantees in all cases the completion of the installation of the assembly system between the bowl and the locking ring during assembly of the pre-assembled assembly - consisting of the bowl, knife holder and locking ring - on the motorized base. As such, according to the invention, the mixing and mixing apparatus for food preparations comprises: - a bowl with an open bottom, - a knife holder configured to be engaged in the bottom of the bowl, the knife holder comprising knives mounted to rotate and first coupling means subject to the knives, - a locking ring configured to be positioned on the bottom of the bowl and to keep the knife holder engaged in said bottom, a first assembly system being arranged between the bowl and the locking ring, - A base comprising means for driving in rotation second coupling means complementary to the first coupling means and a receiving zone configured to receive a pre-assembled assembly consisting of the bowl, the knife holder and the locking ring in coupling the first and second coupling means and housing the locking ring in the reception area. Remarkably, according to the invention, the apparatus comprises a second assembly system arranged between the bowl and the base. The assembly of the pre-assembled assembly on the base is thus achieved by an assembly between the bowl and the base, unlike the aforementioned prior devices which provide for assembly of the pre-assembled assembly by an assembly between the locking ring and the base. In addition, according to the invention, the apparatus comprises a stop system arranged between the reception zone and the locking ring for locking the locking ring in the assembled position on the bowl, the second assembly system and the stop being put in place during assembly of the pre-assembled assembly on the base. Thus, once the bowl is assembled with the base, the stop system prevents any possible rotation of the locking ring during the rotation of the knife holder. According to the invention, the stop system is configured to complete, if necessary, the installation of the first assembly system between the locking ring and the bowl when the second assembly system is installed between the bowl and the based. Thus, when the user has initially incorrectly assembled the locking ring on the bowl, the configuration of the stop system guarantees in all cases that this assembly will be properly finalized during the assembly of the bowl on the base, which avoids any dismantling. unexpected locking ring when removing the bowl from the base at the end of preparation. According to an embodiment of the device, the first assembly system is of the bayonet type. One could however envisage a first assembly system of the screwing type, without departing from the scope of the invention. According to this embodiment, the first assembly system comprises at least one tooth arranged on an internal contour of the locking ring and at least one protruding hook-shaped element arranged on an external contour of the bowl to receive said tooth by a movement of rotation of the locking ring on the bowl. Preferably, the first assembly system comprises at least two teeth and at least two projecting elements uniformly distributed respectively on the internal contour of the locking ring and on the external contour of the bowl. Each of the teeth respectively engages in one of the projecting elements. According to a preferred embodiment, the first assembly system comprises four teeth and four projecting elements uniformly distributed respectively on the internal contour of the locking ring and on the external contour of the bowl. The four teeth respectively engage in the four projecting elements. According to an embodiment of the device, the second assembly system is of the bayonet type. Similarly, one could envisage a second assembly system of the screwing type, without departing from the scope of the invention. According to this embodiment, the second assembly system comprises at least one fin arranged on an external contour of the bowl and at least one groove arranged on an internal contour of the reception zone for receiving said fin by a bayonet movement. According to a preferred embodiment, said at least one fin comes directly from the bowl. Preferably, the second assembly system comprises two fins and two grooves arranged symmetrically respectively on the external contour of the bowl and on the internal contour of the receiving zone. This offers two possible positions of the pre-assembled assembly on the base. According to a preferred embodiment, the two fins come directly from the bowl. According to one embodiment of the apparatus, the stop system comprises at least one finger arranged in a bottom of the reception zone and at least one circular lumen arranged in a bottom of the locking ring, the finger engaging in the lumen circular in correspondence with said finger when housing the locking ring in the reception area. Preferably, the stop system comprises a finger in the bottom of the reception area and four circular lights uniformly distributed in the bottom of the locking ring. This allows several possible positions of the bowl when it is mounted on the base. One could consider two fingers arranged symmetrically in the bottom of the reception area and four circular lights uniformly distributed in the bottom of the locking ring. According to this embodiment of the device, the at least one circular light and the second assembly system are configured to allow the bowl to be mounted on the base and the stop system to be put in place by rotating the bowl on the base. of the order of fifteen to twenty-five degrees (15 ° to 25 °), preferably equal to twenty degrees (20 °). This limits the movement of the user's wrist and arm when the bowl is locked on the base, for good ergonomics in the use of the device. According to the invention, the bowl comprises a flange configured to delimit the driving position of the locking ring in the reception area. Brief description of the figures The characteristics and advantages of the invention will appear on reading the following description based on figures, among which: - Figure 1 illustrates an overview of an embodiment of the apparatus according to the invention; - Figure 2 illustrates a side sectional view of the apparatus of Figure 1; - Figure 3 illustrates the motorized base of this device; - Figure 4 illustrates the pre-assembled assembly consisting of the bowl, the knife holder and the locking ring; - Figure 5 illustrates the bowl with the knife holder engaged in the bowl; - Figure 6 illustrates a bottom view of the bowl; - Figure 7 illustrates the knife holder; - Figures 8 and 9 illustrate two views of the locking ring; - Figure 10 illustrates a sectional view showing the bottom of the locking ring in the receiving area of the base; - Figure 11 illustrates a sectional view of the knife holder engaged in the locking ring; - Figure 12 illustrates an enlarged partial view of the locking ring in position in the receiving area on the base of the device. detailed description The following description relates to an embodiment of the mixing and mixing device for liquid or pasty, hot or cold food preparations, for example soups or milkshakes, such a device being generally called a "blender". In the following description, the term "device" will be used. In the following description, the same references are used to designate the same characteristics, unless otherwise indicated. As illustrated in Figures 1 to 4, the device 1 comprises a base 2 on which is mounted a pre-assembled assembly 3. The base 2 includes in particular a control button 4 which allows to actuate an electric motor 5, which rotates along an axis X1 a first coupling part 6. As illustrated in FIG. 3, the base 2 comprises a reception zone 7 which includes an internal contour 8 and a bottom 9 from which the first coupling part 6 emerges in its center. The internal contour 8 comprises, on its part upper 8a, two grooves 10, 11 identical. The grooves 10, 11 are arranged symmetrically with respect to the axis X1. These grooves 10, 11 open onto a cylindrical upper edge 7a of the reception area 7 and have a preferred shape as illustrated in FIG. 3. A finger 12 emerges from the bottom 9 near the internal contour 8, as illustrated by figure 3. As illustrated in FIGS. 4 to 9, the pre-assembled assembly 3 consists of an assembly of a bowl 13, a knife holder 14 and a locking ring 15. As shown in Figures 5 to 7, the bowl 13 comprises a container 16 of elongated shape provided with a handle 17 allowing the manipulation of the pre-assembled assembly 3. The bowl 13 comprises a flange 18 which separates the container 16 from a lower cylindrical part 19. An opening 20 in the bottom of the bowl 13 makes it possible to accommodate the knife holder 14 in the lower cylindrical part 19. The knife holder 14 comprises a body 21 having an upper part of frustoconical shape suitable for the opening 20, the body 21 carrying a seal 22 bearing on the edge 20a of the opening 20, which limits the penetration of the knife holder 14 into the bowl 13 and provides a seal between said elements. As illustrated in FIG. 7, the knife holder 14 comprises knives 23 which are rotated along the axis X1 by a second coupling piece 24 opening onto the underside of the knife holder 14. This second piece coupling 24 meshes with the first coupling part 6 during assembly of the pre-assembled assembly 3 on the base 2, as illustrated in FIG. 2. As illustrated in FIGS. 4, 5, 8 and 9, the locking ring 15 is assembled with the lower cylindrical part 19 of the bowl 13 by means of a first bayonet assembly system which is implemented by means of four projecting elements 25 arranged on the external contour 26 of this lower cylindrical part 19, as illustrated in FIG. 5, and of four teeth 27 arranged on the internal contour 28 of the locking ring 15. At least one of the projecting elements 25 has a stop 25a for blocking the rotation of the locking ring 15 by stopping one of the teeth 27. Preferably each of the projecting elements 25 has a stop 25a for blocking the rotation of the locking ring 15 by stopping one of the teeth 27. As illustrated in FIGS. 7 to 9 and 11 and 12, the internal contour 28 also includes four legs 29 uniformly distributed. Each tab 29 defines a circular portion. When the knife holder 14 is engaged on the locking ring 15, the lower external contour 21a of the body 21 is received between the lugs 29, which allows the knife holder to be centered coaxially along the axis X1 14 and the locking ring 15. The tabs 29 each comprise an attachment portion 29a coming from the internal contour 28. Each attachment portion 29a extends radially towards the interior of the internal contour 28. Each attachment portion 29a is extended by a tongue 29b extending at right angles to a bottom 34 of the locking ring 15. Each lug 29 also comprises a stud 29c, preferably of semi-spherical shape, disposed on the tongue 29b, as illustrated by Figure 12. Each tab 29 has a flexibility to substantially deform the tongue 29b so as to separate from one another the pins 29c during the engagement or disengagement of the knife holder 14. This separation ent of the pins 29c is provided by the presence of a peripheral protuberance 37 arranged at the lower edge 30 of the knife holder 14, this peripheral protuberance 37 bearing on the pins 29c during the engagement or disengagement of the knife holder 14. When the knife holder 14 is engaged on the locking ring 15, the peripheral protuberance presses on the top of the pins 29c, which separates them. The pins 29c then return to their normal position due to the flexibility, which positions them above the peripheral protuberance 37, thus blocking the release of the knife holder 14 in the absence of traction exerted with the hand on the knife holder 14. The knife holder 14 is then snapped onto the locking ring 15. The assembly consisting of the knife holder 14 and the locking ring 15 can then be assembled with the bowl 13 to form the pre-assembled assembly 3. During the disassembly of this pre-assembled assembly 3, the withdrawal of the locking ring 15 vis-à-vis the bowl 13 concomitantly extracts the knife holder 14 which remains integral with said locking ring 15. Then exerting a force of traction on the body 21, the peripheral protuberance 37 presses on the underside of the studs 29c, which separates them and releases the knife holder 14 from the locking ring 15. In the latched position, the lower edge 30 of the body 21 bears on the bottom 34 of the locking ring 15, as illustrated in FIG. 11. As illustrated in FIGS. 4 to 6, the lower cylindrical part 19 comprises on its outer contour 26 a shoulder 31 which is provided with two fins 32, 33 arranged symmetrically with respect to the axis X1. A second bayonet assembly system is implemented between the bowl 13 and the base 2 by means of these fins 32, 33 which engage respectively in the grooves 10, 11 mentioned above. Locking the bowl 13 on the base 2 is carried out by inserting the fins 32, 33 into the grooves 10, 11 by the cylindrical upper edge 7a of the receiving zone 7, then by rotating the bowl 13 until the fins 32, 33 are housed in said grooves 10, 11. The flange 18 comes to bear on the upper cylindrical edge 7a of the reception zone 7, which delimits the insertion position of the locking ring 15 in the zone 7. Preferably, the fins 32, 33 and the grooves 10, 11 are dimensioned so that the bayonet lock is put in place by rotating the bowl 13 relative to the base 2 between fifteen degrees (15 ° ) and twenty-five degrees (25 °), preferably equal to twenty degrees (20 °). As illustrated in Figures 2, 3 and 8 to 10, the locking ring 15 cooperates with the finger 12 in the receiving zone 7 when the pre-assembled assembly 3 is positioned on the base 2 and the assembly is put in place between the bowl 13 and said base 2. The bottom 34 of the locking ring 15 is provided with an opening 35 allowing the passage of the first coupling part 6 during the insertion of the locking ring 15 and of the lower cylindrical part 19 of the bowl 13 in the receiving zone 7, for its engagement with the second coupling part 24. This bottom 34 comprises four openings 36 uniformly distributed around said bottom 34 and having a circular or curved shape. The four legs 29 are arranged respectively above these four slots 36, as illustrated in FIGS. 8, 9 and 12. When the fins 32, 33 of the bowl 13 are engaged in the grooves 10, 11 of the base 2 and that the collar 18 comes to bear on the cylindrical upper edge 7a of the reception zone 7, thus delimiting the fitting of the pre-assembled assembly 3 on the base 2, the finger 12 engages in one of the openings 36, at one 36a of its two ends 36a, 36b. Then, once the bayonet lock has been made between the bowl 13 and the base 2, the fins 32,33 being inserted into the grooves 10, 11 by rotation of the bowl 13 on the base 2, preferably by twenty degrees (20 °) , said finger 12 is housed in the other 36b of the two ends 36a, 36b of the light 36. Thus, during the actuation of the motor 5 driving the knife holder 14, the finger 12 provides a stop against the end 36b of the light 36, which prevents any possible rotation of the locking ring 15. This guarantees that the locking ring 15 remains suitably assembled with the bowl 13 thanks to the finger 12 which is in abutment against one of the lights 36. It happens that the user assembles the locking ring 15 badly on the bowl 13 before putting the pre-assembled assembly 3 on the base 2, that is to say that he does not completely rotate the locking ring 15 on the bowl 13 until the teeth 27 are completely lodged in the bottom of the projecting elements 25. In this case, when the user then proceeds to assemble the bowl 13 on the base 2, the finger 12 bears against the end 36b of the light 36 during the rotation of said bowl 13 on said base 2, even before the bowl 13 is completely locked on base 2, this rotation then making it possible to complete the rotation of the locking ring 15 on the bowl 13 until the teeth 27 are properly housed in the bottom of the projecting elements 25. It is understood that the lights 36 on the locking ring 15 will be dimensioned in relation to the dimensions of the fins 32, 33 and the grooves 10, 11, in order to allow the bowl 13 to be locked on the base 2 by a rotation of fifteen degrees ( 15 °) at twenty-five degrees (25 °), preferably twenty degrees (20 °). The foregoing description of an embodiment of the device 1 is in no way limiting, variants which can be envisaged without departing from the scope of the invention. One can for example provide a second finger similar to finger 12 and arranged symmetrically with respect to the axis X1, in the bottom 9 of the reception zone 7 on the base 2. We could also replace the bayonet assembly system between the bowl 13 and the locking ring 15 by a screw assembly system. It is the same for the assembly system between the bowl 13 and the base 2. One could also position the peripheral protuberance 37 at another height on the lower external contour 21a of the body 21, that is to say in a manner distant from the lower edge 30 on the body 21. It is appropriate in this case to also adjust the position of the lugs 29 on the internal contour 28 of the locking ring 15, or even the positions of the lugs 29c on these lugs 29. It is also possible to provide flexible lugs 29 of different shape, or even replace the lugs 29c with beads of curved shape extending along the tongues 29b. The embodiment of the device 1 described above advantageously makes it possible to position the pre-assembled assembly 3 in two positions on the base 2, with the handle 17 to the right or to the left of the control button 4. One could envisage a simplified variant allowing a single positioning of the pre-assembled assembly 3 on the base 2. The present invention is not limited to the embodiments described and their variants, but encompasses numerous modifications within the scope of the claims.
