B. 1842 HEATING STREAM COOKING APPARATUS WITH STIRRING MEANS The present invention relates to the field of electric cooking appliances comprising a riddling means arranged in a means for receiving food. Document FR2871042 describes an air flow cooking appliance comprising riddling means. The appliance includes a container in which the food is cooked. The flow of hot air is generated by a centrifugal fan which draws air into the cooking chamber and discharges it onto heating elements. The heated air is then routed over the container through a nozzle duct. Even if the appliance described in this document gives satisfactory cooking results, it is noisy and bulky. An object of the present invention is to provide a cooking appliance by heating flow and more compact and quieter riddling means. These objects are achieved with a cooking appliance comprising a box comprising a first compartment forming a cooking space, provided with a receiving means provided for receiving ingredients, a riddling means disposed within the receiving means, the means for reception and the riddling means being designed to be driven by a relative movement of rotation with respect to each other, the box comprises a main heating means, comprising, in a second compartment, ventilation means for generating a heating flow, characterized in that the ventilation means comprise a transverse flow fan, the main heating means comprises at least one heating element arranged in the first compartment. The use of a cross-flow fan reduces the noise of the device in use. The positioning of the heating means in the first compartment makes it possible to reduce the size, in particular the length of the device. According to another embodiment, the second compartment comprises an intake zone upstream of the transverse flow fan, arranged between the cooking space and the ventilation means, and in communication with the ventilation means. According to another embodiment, the height of the intake zone is at least equal to the diameter of the cross-flow fan. According to another embodiment, the width of the intake zone is at least 1.5 times the diameter of the cross-flow fan. According to another embodiment, the distance between the axis of the transverse flow fan and an outer edge of the housing is at least 0.7 times the diameter of the transverse flow fan. According to another embodiment, the main heating means comprises a nozzle for guiding the heating flow towards the receiving means, the nozzle opening into the first compartment. According to another embodiment, the at least one heating element is arranged in the nozzle. According to another embodiment, the distance between the periphery of the transverse flow fan and the adjacent end of the nozzle is at least equal to 0.3 times the diameter of the transverse flow fan. According to another embodiment, the housing comprises a cover pivotally mounted and covering the first and second compartments, the pivot axis being positioned between the second compartment and the outer edge of the housing. According to another embodiment, the nozzle is secured to the cover and the ventilation means are fixed in the second compartment. According to another embodiment, the nozzle is integral with the ventilation means and the ventilation means pivot in the same direction as the cover, the pivot axis of the ventilation means being positioned between the first compartment and the second compartment. According to another embodiment, the housing comprises a cover pivotally mounted and covering at least the first compartment, the pivot axis being positioned between the first compartment and the second compartment. According to another embodiment, the cover only covers the first compartment and the ventilation means are fixed in the second compartment. According to another embodiment, the cover covers the first and the second compartments, the ventilation means pivot in the same direction as the cover, the pivot axis of the ventilation means being coincident with the pivot axis of the cover. Other advantages and peculiarities of the present invention will appear in the description of the embodiments given by way of nonlimiting example and illustrated by the attached drawings where: - Figure 1 is a longitudinal sectional view of a first embodiment of a cooking appliance according to the invention; - Figure 2 is a longitudinal sectional view of the first embodiment of the cooking appliance with the cover in the open position; - Figure 3 is a longitudinal sectional view of a second embodiment of the cooking appliance with the cover in the open position; - Figure 4 a longitudinal sectional view of a third embodiment of the cooking appliance with the cover in the open position; The cooking appliance shown in FIG. 1 comprises a housing 100 composed of a first compartment 101 and a second compartment 102. The first compartment 101 corresponds substantially to the cooking zone of the appliance according to the invention. The first compartment 101 comprises a receiving means 1 or container designed to receive the ingredients and a riddling means 2 disposed within the receiving means 1. The receiving means 1 has an upper opening 3. The receiving means 1 and the riddling means 2 are designed to be driven by a relative movement of rotation with respect to each other. This movement is ensured by a motor 25 placed under the container. The cooking appliance comprises at least one main heating means 10. As shown in FIG. 1, the main heating means 10 generates a heating flow entering the receiving means 1 through the upper opening 3. More particularly, the receiving means 1 is formed by a tank 20 comprising a bottom 21 and a side wall 22. According to the alternative embodiment of FIG. 1, the bottom 21 is inclined downward towards the side wall 22. The tank 20 has a central opening 23 provided for the passage of a drive shaft 24 driven in rotation by a motor 25. The riddling means 2 is mounted on the drive shaft 24. The tank 20 is advantageously made made of metallic material, preferably coated metallic material or stainless steel. The receiving means 1 comprises a handle 8. The receiving means 1 is removably mounted relative to the housing 100. According to the invention, the main heating means 10 comprises a fan 12 with transverse flow mounted in the second compartment 102 of the housing 100. The fan 12 is for example mounted in a box 120. The axis of the fan 12 with transverse flow is substantially parallel to the work plane P. The fan 12 is provided for sucking the air present in the first compartment 101 by an air intake 13 and for propelling the air on a heating element 14 arranged in a nozzle 15. The nozzle 15 opens into the first compartment 101 at level of an outlet 40. The outlet 40 of the nozzle is positioned above the receiving means 1. Another end 41 of the nozzle is adjacent to an outlet orifice 121 of the box 120. According to the invention, the heating element 14 is positioned in the first compartment 101. This particular configuration makes it possible to reduce the size of the cooking appliance according to the invention. The heating element 14 is, for example, made of a resistive wire wound around an openwork mica support inserted in a metal body. The wire winding density is adjusted to limit pressure losses and the formation of red dots during operation. According to an alternative embodiment, the heating element 14 can comprise 2 openwork mica supports. According to an alternative embodiment, the nozzle 15 is also positioned in the first compartment 101. The second compartment 102 includes an intake zone 30 located upstream of the transverse flow fan 12. This intake zone 30 is intended to reduce the pressure losses upstream of the transverse flow fan 12. The intake zone 30 is in aeraulic connection with the first compartment 101 through the air intake 13. The preferred dimensions of the intake area 30 are as follows: - The height a must be at least equal to the diameter D of the transverse flow fan 12 - The width b must be at least 1.5 times the diameter D of the cross-flow fan 12 - the distance c between the axis of the fan 12 with transverse flow and an outer edge of the box 100 must be at least equal to 0.7 times the diameter D of the fan 12 with transverse flow - The distance d between the periphery of the fan 12 with transverse flow and the outlet orifice of the box 120 must be at least equal to 0.3 times the diameter D of the fan 12 with transverse flow. The housing 100 of the device according to the invention also comprises a cover 7 and a base 9. The cover 7 is intended to cover at least the first compartment 101. The cover 7 may include a transparent porthole 75 positioned above the first compartment 101 to allow the user to follow the progress of cooking. According to the alternative embodiment of Figure 2, the cover 7 is shaped to cover both the first compartment 101 and the second compartment 102. The cover 7 is mounted on the base 9 along a pivot axis 70. According to this variant, the pivot axis 70 is located in the second compartment 102 as distant as possible from the first compartment 101. By way of example, the pivot axis 70 is located near the outer edge of the housing 1. This configuration leaves wide access to the first compartment 101 which facilitates the introduction and removal of the container 1 during the preparation of food. In order to further increase accessibility to the first compartment 101, the nozzle 15 is mounted on the internal face of the cover 7. A seal 150 can be provided on the end of the nozzle 15 to prevent leaks from hot air between the nozzle 15 and the box 120 of the transverse flow fan 12. In this alternative embodiment, when the cover 7 is in the open position, the entire upper opening 3 of the container 1 is accessible. Feeding is therefore easier. According to this alternative embodiment, the fan 12 is fixed relative to the housing 100. The variant shown in FIG. 3 is identical in all respects to the variant of FIG. 2 except that the fan 12 is also pivotally mounted relative to the housing 100. The direction of the pivoting of the fan 12 is identical to that of the cover 7. The pivot axis 71 of the fan is located between the first compartment 101 and the second compartment 102, for example at the upper edge of the container 1. To ensure synchronization of the movement of the cover 7 and of the fan, a connecting rod 80 connects the cover 7 and the fan 12. According to the alternative embodiment, the connecting rod 80 is for example fixed on the nozzle 15 itself secured to the box 120 of the fan. According to another alternative embodiment, not shown, the pivot axis of the cover coincides with the pivot axis of the fan. This axis is for example located between the first and the second compartment of the housing. According to the alternative embodiment of Figure 4, the cover 7 is shaped to cover only the first compartment 101. The cover 7 is mounted on the base 9 along a pivot axis 72. According to this variant, the pivot axis 72 is located between the first compartment 101 and the second compartment 102 in an area located above the upper opening 3 of the container 1. Alternatively, the receiving means 1 is not necessarily formed by a tank. The receiving means preferably has a bottom and a side wall. The receiving means can in particular be formed by an openwork basket.
