BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION This disclosure relates generally to a cosmetic container structured to contain a solid cosmetic product, in particular cosmetic or care products such as, for example a lip balm, a blush or the like.
Cosmetic products such as lip balms are currently sold in the form of emulsions, liquids, gels or solids. As an emulsion or liquid i5, lip balms are usually packaged in containers such as jars. Cosmetic compositions of this type are packed in jars with a large opening, which are closed by removable lids. For the user, this style of packaging has the disadvantage of having to withdraw a quantity of the product from the jar with the fingers, which involves dirtying the nails. In addition, withdrawal becomes less and less convenient when the amount of product in the pot decreases. In addition, the general conditions of cleanliness and hygiene in which the product is used are not completely satisfactory because the product itself, once opened, runs the risk of being contaminated in use.
Gels (and occasionally liquids) are usually dispensed from flexible tubes. Solid lip balms are usually packaged in the form of a stick and can be dispensed from tubes or lipstick-type applicators.
U.S. Patent No. 6,193,427 shows a cosmetic container with a solid cosmetic product having a dome shape. In the cosmetic container, if an external force, for example, an impact caused by a drop or the like, or a vibration or the like, is applied to the container for solid cosmetic material, there is a risk that a crack or a chip is generated in the solid cosmetic material, and there is a risk that the solid cosmetic material will come off the container.
Recently, we have learned of a cosmetic container which includes a product container containing a solid cosmetic product having a convex dome-shaped portion; the product container is installed in the base of the container so that a convex portion protrudes towards an upper side, as shown, for example in US Pat. Nos. 8,444,337 and 8,651,308. These product containers are designed to prevent cracking and chipping of a solid cosmetic product and to prevent detachment of the solid cosmetic product from the container, at the time of external force, for example, impact due to a drop or the like, or vibration or the like , is applied.
There is always a need in the art for a cosmetic container with a product container which is capable of withstanding the separation of the cosmetic product from the container caused by mechanical shock.
io SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The present disclosure relates generally to a cosmetic container for storing a solid cosmetic product, in particular cosmetic or care products such as, for example a lip balm, a blush or the like.
The term "solid cosmetic product" as used herein includes a solid i5 or semi-solid product, for example a lip balm, a lipstick or the like which can be used for cosmetic or personal care applications.
According to one embodiment of the disclosure, there is provided a cosmetic container comprising a stopper, a base and a product container containing a solid cosmetic product in the base of the cosmetic container. The product container includes an outer hollow body of generally cylindrical shape with an open upper end and a lower end; and a cantilevered organ. At least a portion of the cantilever member is arranged in an internal side of the external hollow body.
According to one aspect of this disclosure, the cantilevered member extends from the lower end of the outer hollow body into a space surrounded / enclosed by an inner surface of the outer hollow body.
According to another aspect of the present disclosure, the cantilever member further includes at least one connection portion, and a hollow container portion to contain the solid cosmetic product, the hollow container portion being coaxial with the external hollow body.
According to yet another aspect of the present disclosure, the at least one connection portion is arranged in a lower side of the external hollow body to connect the external hollow body to the portion of hollow container. More particularly, the at least one connection portion has one end connected to an open lower end of the hollow container portion and a second end connected to the lower end of the external hollow body. According to yet another aspect of the present disclosure, the at least one connection portion extends from at least a portion of the circumference of the lower end of the external hollow body. According to yet another aspect of the present disclosure, two successive connection portions define an opening between them.
In another embodiment, the at least one connection portion has a structure similar to a trellis or a mesh having a rigidity.
According to yet another aspect of the present disclosure, the hollow container portion has an open upper end and an open lower end constituting a passage which is fixed as a filling orifice into which a liquefied cosmetic product is poured.
According to yet another aspect of the present disclosure, the hollow container portion further includes a plurality (i.e., at least two) of protrusions projecting from the upper outer surface of the hollow container portion. These projections protrude from the outer surface of an upper portion of the hollow container portion radially or non-radially. The various protrusions extend from the hollow container portion towards the internal surface of the external hollow body but they do not connect to or abut the internal surface of the external hollow body. The plurality of protrusions of the hollow container portion is structured to support / contain the cosmetic product and prevent cracking or chipping of the solid cosmetic product or prevent detachment of the solid cosmetic product from the cosmetic container when an external force, for example, impact due to a drop or the like, or vibration or the like, is applied.
According to yet another aspect of the present disclosure, the at least two protrusions extending from the external surface of the hollow container portion are connected at their free ends by a connecting member which further improves the anchoring of the solid cosmetic product with the product container.
According to yet another aspect of the present disclosure, the hollow container portion of the cantilever member has at least one axial slot and at least one projection extending from an internal surface of the hollow container portion. The at least one axial slot ensures a free flow of liquefied phase of the cosmetic product during a hot pouring process and the at least one projection ensures better anchoring of the solid cosmetic product with the product container.
According to yet another aspect of the present disclosure, the cosmetic product is mounted on the product container in the base and the cosmetic product is configured to have a dome shape. The dome shape allows the cosmetic product to extend over an upper edge of the outer hollow body of the product container, thereby facilitating the unhindered application of the cosmetic product when the product container is mounted in the upper portion of the base. More particularly, the solid cosmetic product is structured to have an approximately cylindrical lower portion and a convex dome-shaped portion curved upwards from the lower portion. The present disclosure is not however limited to the cosmetic product configured to have a dome shape since other configurations which allow the cosmetic product to extend above the upper edge of the external hollow body of the product container are within the scope of this disclosure.
According to yet another aspect of the present disclosure, the external hollow body is a drum with unequal teeth comprising an opening, an upper rim, and a contracted low mounting portion disposed axially below the upper rim. A bonding face is arranged transversely at the top side of the contracted low mounting portion. The upper rim has an external diameter equal to an external diameter i5 of a neck of the base of the container while the low mounting portion contracted has an external diameter less than the internal diameter of the neck of the base. Consequently, during assembly of the product container in the base, the contracted low mounting portion is inserted into the base while the transverse bonding face is stopped on an upper edge of the base neck so that the upper rim is sitting on the edge of the base.
Although the external hollow body is described as being a substantially drum-shaped hollow body with uneven teeth, the external hollow body may not be unequal in other alternative embodiments of the present disclosure.
According to yet another aspect of the present disclosure, a feature 25 is provided for external engagement on an exterior surface of the external hollow body for engagement with the base. The particularity of external engagement on the external hollow body includes a circumferential projection located on the contracted low mounting portion of the external hollow body to facilitate the connection of the product container to an internal connection structure such as an annular groove in the inside the base. In alternative embodiments, the circumferential projection can be located at any point along a length of the external hollow body. In alternative embodiments, the base and the product container can be connected together by any suitable means known in the art. In addition, the contracted low mounting portion may also include at least one weakened portion to provide flexibility to the contracted low mounting portion so that the product container can be easily adjusted in the base.
According to yet another aspect of the present disclosure, the plug and the base are separable from each other. The cap covers an upper portion of the base so as to cover the solid cosmetic product and the product container containing the solid cosmetic product. When the cap is separated from the base, the cosmetic product is revealed. The plug and the base can preferably be connected together by screw threads although any other suitable fastening means such as a snap, a latch or any other means known in the art can be used. According to an alternative embodiment, the plug and the base can be connected by a hinge.
In another embodiment of the present disclosure, the neck of the base comprises external protuberances for attachment to the stopper by cooperating with a circumferential groove formed in an inner surface of the stopper.
According to yet another aspect of the present disclosure, the i5 cosmetic product contained by the product container is manufactured using a hot pouring process. In the hot pouring process, cosmetic ingredients are combined and heated to form a liquefied phase and poured into a mold having a shaped cavity to give a desired external shape of the solid cosmetic product. In the preparation of the hot pouring process, the product container is inverted and adjusted on the mold having a shape corresponding to the upper shape of the cosmetic product. The product container is level and vertical with respect to the mold. The heated and liquefied phase is poured into the product container, preferably through the opening (filling opening) of the hollow container portion from a filling nozzle arranged in an upper side of the mold.
The heated and liquefied phase is poured into the mold and loaded level to cover the plurality of projections and at least a portion of the hollow container portion, so as not to come into contact with the connecting portion of the member in cantilevered. The liquefied phase is allowed to cool. After sufficient solidification of the cosmetic product, the base is connected to the product container. Alternatively, the base is connected to the product container when the cosmetic product is still in the liquefied phase. Finally, when the cosmetic product is solidified, the mold is released, whereby the solid cosmetic product is supported by the product container. The plurality of projections and the connecting member create surfaces on which the solidified cosmetic product can adhere.
In a further alternative, the base has a bottom formed with a hole positioned to coincide with the filling orifice when the product container is mounted in the base so that the base and the product container can be assembled together before molding by hot pouring of a cosmetic product.
In another alternative, at least one partition wall extends transversely through the product container to separate the product container, including the hollow container portion defining the filling port, into separate regions to allow loading and mold more than one product in the same cosmetic container.
According to yet another aspect of the present disclosure, the product container is coupled to the base so as to be stationary in an axial direction.
A cosmetic container structured as mentioned above can be used by detaching the cap from the base, holding the outer peripheral surface of the base and applying the dome-shaped convex portion of the cosmetic to the skin. According to an alternative embodiment, the stopper can be pivoted relative to the base to open and close the cosmetic container.
The present invention is not limited as to the shape of the cosmetic container, since the container can be substantially cylindrical with rounded surfaces, egg-shaped, ovate, polygonal or the like. In the present embodiment, the cosmetic container comprises a stopper and a base both having a substantially semi-spherical shape; as a result, the cosmetic container appears to be substantially spherical in shape.
According to one aspect of this disclosure, the plug, base and product container are made of plastic, glass, metal or any other material known in the art.
According to another aspect of the present disclosure, there is an embodiment of a product container containing a solid cosmetic product in a base of the cosmetic container, the product container comprising an external hollow body with an open upper end and a lower end; and a cantilever member; in which at least a portion of the cantilever member is arranged in an internal side of the external hollow body; wherein the cantilever member comprises at least one connection portion, and a hollow container portion; wherein at least one connecting portion has one end connected to an open lower end of the hollow container portion and a second end connected to the outer hollow body; and wherein the hollow container portion includes a plurality of protrusions protruding from an outer surface of the hollow container portion. According to one embodiment, the external hollow body is of cylindrical shape. According to another embodiment, the cantilever member extends from the lower end of the external hollow body in a space enclosed by an internal surface of the external hollow body. According to another embodiment, the hollow container portion is coaxial with the external hollow body. According to another embodiment, the second end of at least one connection portion is connected to the lower end of the external hollow body. According to another embodiment, at least one connection portion extends from at least a portion of the circumference of the lower end of the external hollow body. According to another embodiment, the hollow container portion of the cantilevered member has at least one axial slot. According to another embodiment, the plurality of projections does not reach an internal surface of the external hollow body.
According to yet another embodiment, the external hollow body is a drum with unequal teeth i5 comprising an opening, an upper rim, and a contracted low mounting portion disposed axially below the upper rim. According to this other embodiment, a bonding face is arranged transversely at a high side of the contracted low mounting portion. The upper rim may have an external diameter equal to an external diameter of a neck of the base of the container while the low mounting portion contracted has an external diameter less than an internal diameter of the neck of the base. During assembly of the product container in the base, the contracted low mounting portion can be inserted into the base while the transverse bonding face is stopped on an upper edge of the base neck so that the upper edge is seated on the edge of the base.
According to another embodiment, a specific feature of external engagement on an external surface of the external hollow body is provided for engagement with the base. According to another embodiment, free ends of at least two projections extending from the external surface of the hollow container portion are connected by a connecting member. According to another embodiment, the base is connected to a plug by screw threads. In another embodiment, the cosmetic container has a shape selected from the group consisting of cylindrical with rounded surfaces, egg-shaped, oval and polygonal.
Another aspect of the present disclosure is an embodiment of a cosmetic container comprising a product container containing a solid cosmetic product in a base of the cosmetic container, the product container comprising an external hollow body with an open top end. and a lower end; and a cantilever member; in which at least a portion of the cantilever member is arranged in an internal side of the external hollow body; in which the cantilever member comprises at least one connection portion and a container portion dig ; wherein at least one connecting portion has one end connected to an open lower end of the hollow container portion and another end connected to the outer hollow body; and wherein at least one projection extends from an internal surface of the hollow container portion. According to another embodiment, the hollow container portion of the cantilever member has at least one axial slot.
Another aspect of the present disclosure is an embodiment of a cosmetic container comprising a product container containing a solid cosmetic product in a base of the cosmetic container, the product container comprising an external hollow body with an open top end. and a lower end; and a cantilever member; in which at least a portion of the cantilever member is arranged in an internal side of the external hollow body; wherein the cantilever member includes at least one connecting portion and a hollow container portion; wherein at least one connecting portion has one end connected to an open lower end of the hollow container portion and another end connected to the outer hollow body; wherein the hollow container portion includes a plurality of protrusions protruding from an outer surface of the hollow container portion; wherein the solid cosmetic product comes into contact with the plurality of projections and at least a portion of the portion of the hollow container; and in which the solid cosmetic product does not come into contact with the connection portion of the cantilever member.
According to another embodiment, the cosmetic product has a shape which allows the cosmetic product to extend above an upper edge of the product container. According to another embodiment, the hollow container portion has an open upper end and an open lower end constituting a passage which serves as a filling orifice into which a liquefied cosmetic product is poured when the product container is inverted and adjusted to a mold for molding by hot pouring of a solid cosmetic product.
According to another embodiment, the base has a bottom formed with a hole positioned to coincide with the filling orifice when the product container is mounted in the base so that the base and the product container can be assembled together. before molding by hot pouring of a solid cosmetic product. According to another embodiment, the cosmetic container comprises at least one partition dividing transversely through the product container to separate the product container, including the hollow container portion and the filling orifice it defines, in separate regions to allow filling and molding more than one product.
Additional features and advantages of the invention will emerge from the detailed description given below, together with the accompanying drawings.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION To facilitate understanding, identical reference numerals have been used, where possible, to designate identical elements which are common to the figures. It should however be noted that the appended drawings illustrate only typical embodiments of this disclosure and are therefore not to be considered as limiting its scope, the disclosure being able to admit other embodiments of equal effectiveness.
A cosmetic container 100 in accordance with this disclosure is shown in Figures 1 to 4. The cosmetic container 100 includes a cap 10 and a base 20. A cosmetic product 30 is located in the base 20. The cosmetic product 30 is a solid cosmetic product, for example a lip balm, a lipstick or the like. The term "solid cosmetic product" as used herein includes a solid or semi-solid product, for example a lip balm, a lipstick or the like which can be used for cosmetic or personal care applications. The plug 10 covers an upper portion of the base 20 so as to cover the cosmetic product 30 and a product container 40 containing the cosmetic product 30, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4. When opening the cosmetic container 100 , cosmetic product 30 is revealed.
The plug 10 and the base 20 can preferably be connected together by screw threads (as shown in Figures 12 to 14, described below), although other suitable means such as a snap-fastening, or any other means known in the art can be used. According to another embodiment, the plug 10 and the base 20 can be connected by a hinge. In an alternative shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, a neck 22 of the base 20 has external protuberances 24 for attaching the plug 10 by cooperation with a circumferential groove 12 formed in an interior surface 11 of the plug 10.
According to one aspect of the present disclosure, the cosmetic product 30 is mounted in the base 20 on the product container 40 and the cosmetic product 30 is configured to have a dome shape. The dome shape allows the cosmetic product 30 to extend above the upper edge 41 of the product container 40, thus facilitating the unhindered application of the cosmetic product 30 when the container 40 is mounted in the upper portion of the base 20. More particularly, the cosmetic product 30 is structured, as shown in FIG. 3, so as to have an approximately cylindrical lower portion 30a and a convex dome-shaped portion 30b curved upwards from the lower portion 30a. The present disclosure is not limited to cosmetic product 30 configured as a dome, however, since other configurations that allow cosmetic product 30 to extend above the upper edge 41 of product container 40 also fall within the scope of this disclosure.
Referring now to FIGS. 4 to 7, the product container 40 comprises a cylindrical external hollow body 42 and a cantilevered member 46. The external hollow body 42 has an upper end 42a and a lower end 42b, and a specific external engagement is located on an external surface of the external hollow body 42 to facilitate the connection of the product container 40 to an internal connection structure such as an annular groove 26 in the interior of the base 20. In the entire cosmetic container 100, the particular feature of external engagement (that is to say a circumferential projection 44) makes it possible to snap the product container 40 into the base 20. According to a further aspect of the present disclosure, the circumferential projection 44 is present on the contracted low mounting portion 49. According to the present embodiment, the circumferential projection 44 is present on a e middle portion of the external surface of the external hollow body 42. In alternative embodiments, the circumferential projection may be located at any point along the length of the external hollow body.
According to one embodiment, the contracted low mounting portion 49 may also include at least one notch (not shown) to give flexibility to the contracted low mounting portion 49 so that the product container 40 can be easily snapped into the base 20.
According to a further aspect of the present disclosure, as shown in FIGS. 5 to 7, the external hollow body 42 is a drum with unequal teeth having an opening 45, an upper rim 43, a contracted low mounting portion 49 disposed axially under the upper edge 43 and a bonding face 49a disposed transversely at the top side of the contracted low mounting portion 49. The upper edge 43 has an external diameter equal to an external diameter of the neck 22 of the base 20 and the mounting portion contracted lower 49 has an outer diameter less than the inner diameter of the neck 22 of the base 20. Consequently, during assembly of the product container 40 in the base 20, the contracted low mounting portion 49 is inserted into the base 20 and the bonding face 49a is stopped on an upper edge 25 of the neck 22 of the base 20 so that the upper edge 43 sits on the edge 25 of the base 20 (shown in FIG. 4) .
According to a further aspect of the present disclosure, at least a portion of the cantilever member 46 is arranged in an internal side of the external hollow body 42. More particularly, the cantilever member 46 s extends from the lower end 42b of the external hollow body 42 into a space surrounded / closed by the external hollow body 42. The cantilever member 46 includes a portion of hollow container 48 and at least one connection portion 47 arranged in a lower side of the external hollow body 42 for a connection of the external hollow body 42 to the hollow container portion 48. More particularly, the at least one connection portion 47 has one end connected to the lower end 42b of the external hollow body 42 and another end connected to an open lower end 48b of the hollow container portion 48. In addition, the at least one connection portion 47 extends from at least a portion of the circumference of the lower end 42b of the external hollow body 42. According to yet another aspect of the present disclosure, two successive connection portions 47 define an opening 50 between them.
In another embodiment, the at least one connection portion has a structure similar to a trellis or a mesh having a rigidity.
In addition, the hollow container portion 48 of the cantilever member 46 is coaxial with the external hollow body 42 and contains the cosmetic product 30. The hollow container portion 48 has a high open end 48a and one end low open 48b constituting a passage 48c which is fixed as a filling orifice into which a liquefied cosmetic product is poured, as will be explained in detail later. Additionally, the hollow container portion 48 includes a plurality of projections 48d projecting from the outer surface of an upper portion of the hollow container portion 48. The various projections 48d project radially from the outer surface of the upper portion of the hollow container portion 48 but in other embodiments, they can project non-radially. The various projections 48d extend from the hollow container portion 48 towards the internal surface of the external hollow body 42 but they do not connect with or abut the internal surface of the external hollow body 42. As shown, the plurality of protrusions 48d and the hollow container portion 48 are both structured to support / contain the cosmetic product 30 (see FIG. 4), and they prevent cracking or chipping of the cosmetic product or prevent detachment of the cosmetic product from the container 100 when an external force, for example, an impact due to a drop or the like, or a vibration or the like, is applied to the cosmetic container 100.
In addition, the hollow container portion 48 of the cantilever member 46 has at least one axial slot 48f and at least one projection 48g extending from the internal surface of the hollow container portion 48. The at least one axial slot 48f ensures a free flow of liquefied phase of the cosmetic product during a hot pouring process and the at least one projection 48g ensures better anchoring of the cosmetic product 30 with the product container 40.
The present disclosure is not limited to the shape of the cosmetic container 100, since the cosmetic container 100 can be substantially cylindrical with rounded surfaces, egg-shaped, ovate, polygonal or the like. In the present embodiment, the cosmetic container comprises a stopper and a base each having a substantially semi-spherical shape; as a result, the cosmetic container appears to be substantially spherical in shape.
Figures 8 to 10 are a perspective view, a top view and a sectional view respectively of a product container according to a second embodiment of the present disclosure. The product container 40 of Figures 8 to 10 is similar to the product container 40 of Figures 5 to 7 but differs in several aspects as will be explained now. In particular, the at least two projections 48d extending from the external surface of the hollow container portion 48 are connected by a connecting member 48h which further improves the anchoring of the cosmetic product 30 with the product container 40.
An additional, and currently preferred, embodiment of a cosmetic container in accordance with the present disclosure is shown in Figures 11 to 14, the cosmetic container 100 again comprising a cap 10 and a base 20, with a product solid cosmetic 30 located in the base 20. As before, the stopper 10 covers an upper portion of the base 20 so as to cover the cosmetic product 30 and a product container 40 containing the cosmetic product 30, so that when the opening the cosmetic container 100, the cosmetic product 30 is revealed. This embodiment is generally similar to that of FIGS. 1 to 4 with the exception of an external configuration and the aspects which we will explain now. In particular, the product container 40 has the structure shown in FIGS. 8 to 10 (described above), and the plug 10 and the base 20 can be connected together by screw threads 21 and 23 respectively formed on the neck 22 of the base 20 and on an inner surface 11 of the plug 10.
Referring now to Figures 15A to 15D, the cosmetic product 30 contained by the product container 40 is made using a hot pouring process. In using the hot pouring process, cosmetic ingredients are combined and heated to form a liquefied phase and poured into a mold 55 having a cavity 51 which is shaped to give a desired external shape of the molded cosmetic product 30. In the hot pouring process, the product container 40 is inverted and adjusted on the mold 55. The product container 40 is level and vertical with respect to the mold 55 as shown in FIG. 15A. The heated and liquefied phase is poured into the product container 40, preferably through the opening 48c (filling orifice) of the hollow container portion 48 from a filling nozzle (not shown) arranged on an upper side of the mold. , until the mold is filled level to cover the plurality of projections 48d and at least a portion of the hollow container portion 48, and not come into contact with the connection portion 47 of the door member overhang 46 as shown in FIG. 15B. The liquefied phase is cooled or allowed to cool. Upon sufficient solidification of the liquefied phase, the base 20 is adjusted to the product container 40 as shown in Figure 15C. As a variant, the base 20 is adjusted to the product container 40 when the cosmetic product is still in the liquefied phase. Finally, when the cosmetic product is solidified, the mold 55 is released as shown in FIG. 15D, whereby the cosmetic product 30 is supported by the product container 40.
In another alternative, illustrated in FIG. 16, the base 20 has a bottom 60 formed with a hole 62 positioned to coincide with the filling orifice defined by the hollow container portion when the product container is mounted in the base, so that the base and the product container can be assembled together before molding by hot pouring of a cosmetic product. The cosmetic product in the liquefied phase is then poured into the filling orifice through the hole 62 in the base.
In yet another alternative, shown in Figure 17, at least one partition 64 extends transversely through the product container 40 to separate the space enclosed by the external hollow body 42, including the portion of the hollow container 48 and the filling orifice which it defines, in at least two regions to allow loading and molding more than one product, by pouring the different products in liquefied phase respectively in the regions thus separated from the filling orifice.
The plurality of projections 48d, 48g and the connecting member 48h form surfaces on which the solidified cosmetic product 30 can adhere. In addition, the product container 40 is coupled to the base 20 so as to be stationary in an axial direction.
When the cosmetic container 100 structured as mentioned above is provided for use, it can be used by detaching the cap 10 from the base 20, holding the outer peripheral surface of the base 20 and applying the convex portion in shape dome of cosmetic product 30 to the skin. According to an alternative embodiment not shown, the plug 10 can be pivoted relative to the base 20 to open and close the cosmetic container.
îo According to one aspect of this disclosure, the plug 10, the base 20 and the product container 30 are made of plastic, glass, metal or any other material known in the art.
It should be understood that the invention is not limited to the features and embodiments specifically specified above, but that it can be carried out in other ways without departing from its spirit.

Claims (24)
[1]
1. Cosmetic container comprising a product container containing a solid cosmetic product in a base of the cosmetic container, the product container comprising an external hollow body with an open upper end and a lower end; and a cantilever member;
in which at least a portion of the cantilever member is arranged in an internal side of the external hollow body;
îo in which the cantilever member comprises at least one connection portion, and a portion of hollow container;
wherein the at least one connection portion has one end connected to an open lower end of the hollow container portion and a second end connected to the external hollow body; and i5 wherein the hollow container portion includes a plurality of protrusions projecting from an outer surface of the hollow container portion.

2. Cosmetic container according to claim 1, in which the external hollow body is of cylindrical shape.

3. Cosmetic container according to claim 1, in which the cantilever member extends from the lower end of the external hollow body in a space closed by an internal surface of the external hollow body.

10. Cosmetic container according to claim 9, in which a bonding face is arranged transversely at a high side of the contracted low mounting portion.

11. Cosmetic container according to claim 10, in which the upper rim has an external diameter equal to an external diameter of a neck of the base of the container while the low mounting portion contracted has an external diameter less than an internal diameter from the base neck.

Cosmetic container according to claim 11, in which, during assembly of the product container in the base, the contracted low mounting portion is inserted into the base while the transverse bonding face is stopped on an upper edge of the neck of the base so that the top edge sits on the edge of the base.

13. Cosmetic container according to claim 1, in which a particularity of external engagement on an external surface of the external hollow body is provided for engagement with the base.

14. Cosmetic container according to claim 1, in which the free ends of at least two protrusions extending from the external surface of the portion of hollow container are connected by a connecting member.

15. Cosmetic container according to claim 1, in which the base is connected to a plug by screw threads.

16. Cosmetic container according to claim 1, wherein the cosmetic container has a shape selected from the group consisting of cylindrical with rounded surfaces, egg-shaped, oval and polygonal.

17. Cosmetic container comprising a product container containing a solid cosmetic product in a base of the cosmetic container, the product container comprising an external hollow body with an open upper end and a lower end; and a cantilever member;
in which at least a portion of the cantilever member is arranged in an internal side of the external hollow body;
wherein the cantilever member includes at least one connecting portion and a hollow container portion;
wherein the at least one connection portion has one end connected to an open lower end of the hollow container portion and another end connected to the external hollow body; and wherein at least one projection extends from an internal surface of the hollow container portion.

18. Cosmetic container according to claim 17, in which the hollow container portion of the cantilever member has at least one axial slot.

19. Cosmetic container comprising a product container containing a solid cosmetic product in a base of the cosmetic container, the product container comprising an external hollow body with an open upper end and a lower end; and a cantilever member;
in which at least a portion of the cantilever member is arranged in an internal side of the external hollow body;
wherein the cantilever member includes at least one connecting portion and a hollow container portion;
wherein the at least one connection portion has one end connected to an open lower end of the hollow container portion and another end connected to the external hollow body;
wherein the hollow container portion includes a plurality of protrusions protruding from an outer surface of the hollow container portion;
wherein the solid cosmetic product comes into contact with the plurality of projections and at least a portion of the portion of the hollow container; and in which the solid cosmetic product does not come into contact with the connection portion of the cantilever member.

20. Cosmetic container according to claim 19, wherein the cosmetic product has a shape which allows the cosmetic product to extend above an upper edge of the product container.

Cosmetic container according to claim 1, in which the hollow container portion has an open upper end and an open lower end constituting a passage which serves as a filling orifice into which a liquefied cosmetic product is poured when the product container is inverted and adjusted to a mold for molding by hot pouring of a solid cosmetic product.
