Field of the invention The present invention relates to an improved safety diffuser cover for an aerosol can and an aerosol can comprising such a cover. Technological background The document EP 0 818 401 A1 describes a safety cover with an axial outlet for an aerosol can which comprises a fixed dome with means of connection on the crimping of a cup of the case and a movable dome of profile combined with that of the fixed dome and mounted for rotation relative to the fixed dome, the movable dome comprising an opening for access to a valve actuator of the housing integral with the fixed dome, the movable dome being able to assume a position on the fixed dome by rotation open releasing access to the diffuser and a closed position preventing access to the diffuser. Document EP 1 092 650 A1 describes in one of its embodiments a safety cover with radial outlet for an aerosol can having a fixed dome in which is mounted a diffuser / pusher assembly for actuating a valve of the box, the dome fixed with an access opening to the pusher closed by means of a rotary shutter about a vertical axis at the top of the dome and sliding inside the dome. Brief description of the invention The subject of the present invention is a safety cover for a compact and robust aerosol canister and for which access to an operating valve of a valve of the can can be blocked by a sliding shutter. To do this, the present invention provides a safety cover shaped like a dome and snapping onto a top of an aerosol can, said cover being provided with a lateral opening for access to a push button for operating a valve of the housing, provided at its top with an axial opening for access to an axial diffusing device which is mounted on an outlet tube of the valve in the extension of an axis of revolution of the housing, and provided with a protective flap of said lateral opening, operable between a position for masking the lateral opening and a position for free access to the lateral opening. According to the invention, on the one hand the cover comprises a base provided with a crown forming a lower part of the dome and comprises a cover which is mounted on the base in extension of the crown, the cover forming an upper part of the dome and comprising the axial opening and, on the other hand, the lateral opening is made at least partly in the cover and at most partly in the crown, the flap being slidably mounted in rails respectively lower in the base and upper in the cover. Advantageously, the base is provided with the axial diffusing device and with a central part forming a wall of semi-circular section around the axial diffusing device, the axial diffusing device being connected to the central part by one or more flexible links. The axial diffuser device further comprises a radial extension forming said operating plunger. The crown advantageously surrounds and protects the diffuser and actuating plunger assembly on its periphery and is connected to said wall by at least one beam. According to an advantageous embodiment, the semi-circular central part is extended towards the housing by a skirt provided with lugs for fixing the base on a crimp around the valve of the housing. Preferably, the axial opening in the cover is a circular opening, the edge of which extends towards the inside of the cover by an annular wall. The annular wall advantageously joins the semi-circular wall around the diffuser device so as to form an anti-splash channel. According to a particular embodiment, the annular wall and the semi-circular wall comprise mutual hooking means adapted to secure the base and the cover. Advantageously, the upper edge of the crown and the lower edge of the cover are provided with mutual latching means adapted to secure the base and the cover. To allow two stable positions of the flap to be achieved in the open and closed position, the ends of the lower slide and of the flap are preferably provided with a latching device defining two extreme stable position for retaining the flap. The shutter advantageously slides inside the cover and moves in rotation around the axis of revolution of the housing. According to a particular embodiment, the crown has an internal snap rim with a peripheral crimp of the housing. The invention applies to a diffuser box fitted with a cover comprising one or other of the characteristics of the invention. Detailed description of embodiments of the invention The invention relates to a safety cover for an aerosol can 100 of known type such as for example shown in FIG. 1. The housing 100 is a cylindrical housing comprising an axial valve 101 in a cup crimped at the top of a dome 103 itself crimped on the body of the housing 100. The valve comprises a product outlet tube 102. On the housing is fixed the safety cover 1 itself shaped like a dome. The cover snaps onto the setting 110 between the housing and the dome and / or onto the setting 105 between the cup and the dome as will be seen below. Still according to FIG. 2, the cover comprises a base 20 provided with a crown 21 forming a lower part of the dome and a cover 30 which is mounted on the base 20 in extension of the crown. The cover forms an upper part of the dome and has the axial opening 3 opposite the outlet of the diffuser 4 and which allows the outlet of the product to be sprayed. The axial opening 3 in the cover is a circular opening, the edge of which extends towards the inside of the cover by an annular wall 32. The side opening is for its part according to the example comprises an upper part 2a in the cover and a lower part 2b in the crown and the flap 5 is slidably mounted in slides 22a, 22b. As shown in particular in FIGS. 2 and 4 of the exemplary embodiment, a first so-called lower slide 22a is produced in the base by a gutter running along the internal edge of the crown. The second so-called upper slide 22b is produced between a rim of the opening in the cover and a bead internal to the cover 220b and shown in FIG. 3. The shutter 5 slides inside the cover 1 and moves in rotation around the axis of revolution of the housing, the slides extending well beyond the opening to accompany the shutter 5 over its entire travel. According to the example of FIG. 4, to define two extreme stable positions for retaining the shutter, completely closed shutter and completely erased shutter to leave the opening free, the ends of the lower slide 22a and of the shutter are provided with a device latching 51, 52. This device comprises spring hooks 51 at the lower hood corners and stops 52 for latching the hooks at the end of the slide 22a. This system ensures that the cover is retained sufficiently so that it does not move when the housing is manipulated, but reduced enough to allow the cover to be maneuvered with a finger. In addition, the spring hooks and the snap-in stops make it possible to have a sensitive feedback when the cover is snapped in and out. in an alternative embodiment, the latching device can be produced at the level of the cover. Referring to Figures 2 and 4, the base is provided with the axial diffuser device 4 and a central portion forming a wall 23 of semi-circular section around the axial diffuser device. The wall 23 is connected to the crown 21 by at least one beam 25. According to the example shown, the beam 25 comprises a platform and ribs 251, 252 reinforcing it. The axial diffuser device 4 is for its part secured to a semi-circular plate 4a which extends radially over about a quarter of its periphery by the pusher 6. The axial diffuser device is connected, via the plate 4a to the central part by one or more flexible links 24 forming a spring. Thus, the wall 23 partially surrounds the axial diffuser and protects the interior of the cover from product splashes and the crown 21 surrounds and protects the diffuser and actuator push assembly on its periphery. On the underside of the cover, with reference to FIG. 3, the semi-circular central part extends towards the housing by a skirt 23a provided with lugs 27 for fixing the base on a crimp 105 around the valve of the housing and shown in Figure 1. This allows to securely hang the cover on the housing closer to the valve. Complementarily or alternatively, the crown has an internal rim 210 for latching with a peripheral crimp (110) of the housing. In addition to fixing the cover, the fact that the crown covers the top of the case at the level of its dome / case body crimping prevents the crown from being pushed inwards and prevents the cover from being raised. Back towards the top of the cover, the cover 30 as seen previously comprises an annular wall 32 forming a chimney ending at the top of the cover by the axial opening 3 and visible in particular in FIG. 3. A lower part of this annular wall 32 joins the semi-circular wall 23 around the diffuser device 4 and shown in FIG. 2 so as to form an anti-splash channel. The lower end of the annular wall 32 surrounds the semi-circular wall 23, the annular wall and the semi-circular wall 23 comprising mutual hooking means 28, 33 adapted to secure the base and the cover. According to the example, the hooking means 33 of the annular wall are constituted by an annular flange while the hooking means on the semi-circular wall 23 are constituted by lugs with ramps 28 distributed around the periphery of the semi-circular wall allowing an easy snap-on of the cover on the base and an effective retention of this cover on the base. To complete the fixing of the cover to the base, the upper edge of the crown and the lower edge of the cover are also provided with mutual latching means 29, 34 adapted to secure the base and the cover. These means in the form of tongue grooves arranged on the upper edge of the crown 21 and the lower edge of the cover can be completed by bonding or ultrasonic bonding of the cover and the base. The cover of the invention which is not limited to the example shown, the lateral opening being able in particular to be made entirely in the cover by reducing the height of the crown and by increasing the height of the wall of the cover or on the contrary entirely in the base is easy to manufacture, robust, allows the hood to be personalized by a choice of different colors between the various parts and makes it possible to protect the fingers of the user from any projection of product and in particular of paint in the case of '' an aerosol can of spray paint.
