ATTACHMENT AND GUIDE PLATE FOR PIPES AND / OR BEAMS ROUTING WITHIN A WINDOW FRAME. FR 3 063 468 - A1 (5 /) The present invention relates to an attachment and guide plate for pipes (12) and / or bundles (13) running inside a rack upright (7) of the type comprising an armature (7A) to which is attached a trim covering; said plate comprising a main wall (21) intended to come to rest against the internal face of said frame (7A), retaining members capable of cooperating with orifices formed in said frame (7A) for fixedly pressing said main wall (21) against said frame (7A), and a first series of at least three attachment and guide members (23) capable of cooperating with a first said pipe (12) or bundle to hold it against said main wall (21) and guide its path along the latter, said attachment and guide members of this first series (23) being arranged so as to force said pipe (12) or beam to follow a curved path. ATTACHMENT AND GUIDE PLATE FOR. PIPES AND / OR BEAMS RUNNING INSIDE A FRAME POST. Field of the invention The present invention relates generally to the amounts of bay for motor vehicle. It relates in particular to a fixing and guiding plate for pipes and / or bundles traveling inside such a rack upright. Invention background Motor vehicles tend to be equipped with increasingly efficient audio systems. In order to ensure a good quality of sound reproduction of the signals emitted in the passenger compartment by these audio systems, such a vehicle traditionally includes a plurality of speakers for different frequency bands, namely: - at least one pair of mid-range speakers reproducing the intermediate frequencies (that is to say the frequencies between approximately 150 and 2000 Hz) usually mounted in the lower part of the trim of the front left and front right doors; - a subwoofer type speaker reproducing the bass (that is to say frequencies below 150 Hz) and most often located at the rear of the vehicle (for example in the luggage compartment); and - a pair of tweeter type speakers reproducing the treble (that is to say frequencies above 2000 Hz) and generally installed on the dashboard near its two lateral ends. In use, however, it turns out that the choice of such a location for tweeters does not allow a good quality of reception of these high frequencies by passengers. Indeed, the latter being particularly subject to directivity, their reception level decreases very quickly as one moves away from the axis of emission of the tweeters. In order to improve the quality of reception of the treble, it is known to tilt these tweeters relative to the plane of the dashboard to adjust the direction of emission, but this appreciably distorts the visual harmony of the passenger compartment. It is also known, in particular from application EP 2 211 562, to house these tweeters in the amounts of the windshield bay of the vehicle. The choice of this location is particularly relevant because it allows a substantially horizontal emission axis located near the faces of the front passengers. However, due to the presence of pipes and / or harnesses (water drainage pipes, electrical harnesses supplying the vehicle's electrical devices, etc.) traveling inside these rack uprights, the space availability is particularly limited and the integration of new elements is particularly delicate. Subject and summary of the invention The present invention therefore aims to facilitate the integration of such a speaker in the amount of windshield bay of a motor vehicle. To this end, it offers a mounting and guiding plate for pipes and / or bundles traveling inside a rack upright of the type comprising a frame on which is fitted a covering trim; characterized in that it comprises: a main wall intended to come to rest against the internal face of said frame, - retaining members capable of cooperating with orifices provided in said frame to fix said main wall firmly against said frame, and - A first series of at least three attachment and guide members capable of cooperating with a first said pipe or bundle to hold it against said main wall and guide its path along the latter, said attachment members of this first series being arranged so as to force said pipe or bundle to follow a curved path. The plate according to the invention makes it possible to optimize the internal space of an upright of a motor vehicle windshield by guiding the path of the pipes and / or harnesses circulating therein, so as to facilitate the integration of an element such than a tweeter type speaker in this rack post and avoid any interference between this element and the pipes and / or harnesses. According to preferred features of the invention: - The plate comprises a second series of at least three attachment and guide members capable of cooperating with a second said pipe or bundle to hold it against said main wall and guide its path along the latter, said members attachment and guide of this second series being arranged so as to force said second pipe or bundle to follow a curved path; - Said main wall has a notch formed at one of its longitudinal edges, said fastening and guiding members being arranged so as to constrain the said pipe or pipes to travel along said main wall along a path bypassing said notch; - Said attachment and guide members comprise at least one elastic flange in the form of a half-lyre extending from said main wall; - Said attachment and guide members comprise two said elastic flanges extending opposite one another and defining between their free ends an insertion slot for a said pipe or bundle; - The plate comprises at least one latching member intended to cooperate with a complementary member formed on said lining in order to participate in the fixing of the latter on said frame; - The plate comprises a support interface for a connector electrically connecting two electrical harnesses, said support interface comprising a guide rail extending from said main wall and being capable of cooperating with sliding with a complementary slide formed in said connector; the plate comprises a reception interface for a clip for attaching the power supply beam of a loudspeaker, said reception interface comprising a tab extending from said main wall and being provided with a suitable orifice to cooperate by snap-fastening with a fir-type pin arranged on said clip; and or - the plate came from a single piece molding from a thermoplastic polymer. The invention also relates in a second aspect to an upright of a motor vehicle bay comprising an armature on which is fitted a trim, characterized in that it further comprises such a plate resting against the internal face of said armature. Brief description of the drawings The description of the invention will now be continued with the detailed description of an exemplary embodiment, given below by way of illustration but not limitation, with reference to the appended drawings, in which: - Figure 1 shows a partial perspective view of the front part of a motor vehicle; - Figure 2 is an enlargement of detail II of Figure 2 illustrating the location of a tweeter in the upright bay upright; - Figure 3 shows a perspective back view of the upright bay upright; - Figure 4 is a perspective view of three quarter front of the plate according to the invention; and - Figure 5 shows a perspective view of three rear quarter of the plate. Detailed description of a preferred embodiment FIG. 1 represents a partial view of the front part of a body 1 of a motor vehicle comprising two front side openings 2, 3 as well as a front bay 4 on which a windshield 5 is mounted. The front part of the body 1 also comprises two uprights 6, 7 laterally delimiting the front bay 4 and extending between a roof stretcher 8 and two front legs 10, 11 joining a bottom body not shown. Each lateral upright of opening 6, 7 comprises a metal frame 6A, 7A obtained by stamping from a previously cut sheet metal plate, as well as an internal trim lining (not shown in the figures) which is attached by latching means on this frame. As illustrated in FIG. 2 for the right lateral upright of opening 7, the internal part of each of these uprights 6, 7 is traversed by a pipe 12 intended to evacuate the water flowing on the roof of the vehicle, as well as by at least one electrical harness 13 intended to supply certain electrical devices such as the ceiling lamp and the sunroof mechanism. Each side upright of bay 6, 7 also houses a tweeter-type speaker 14 reproducing the treble (that is to say the frequencies above 2000 Hz) and fixed against the sheet 6A, 7A forming its frame. In order to facilitate the integration of these loudspeakers 14 and to avoid any interference with the pipe 12 and the beam (s) 13, a guide plate according to the invention is previously attached to the frame 6A, 7A of each of these amounts 6, 7. We will now describe, with the support of Figures 4 and 5, the guide plate 20 attached to the right side upright 7 (that reported on the left side upright 6 and not shown in the figures being generally similar to it). In the remainder of this description and by convention, "By convention, the terms" front "," rear "," upper "," lower "," longitudinal "and" transverse "will be defined relative to the position occupied by this plate 20 in its service configuration where it is mounted on the upright 7. This plate 20 advantageously came from one-piece molding from a thermoplastic polymer such as such as polypropylene, polyamide or ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene): these materials having the advantages of being both light and relatively elastic. It has a flat main wall 21 of rectangular shape which has, in the central part of its lower edge, a substantially rounded notch 22 making it possible to prevent this plate 20 from interfering with the tweeter 14 when it is fixed to the sheet 7A forming the frame of the rack post 7. The plate 20 comprises a first series of three attachment and guide members 23 making it possible to hold the water discharge pipe 12 against its wall 21 and to guide its path along this wall. These three attachment and guide members 23 are arranged on the internal face 21A of the wall 21 (the one opposite to the sheet 7A of the rack upright) so as to constrain the pipe 12 to run along this wall 21 according to a curved trajectory bypassing the notch 22 so that it does not interfere with the tweeter 14 (Figure 2). More specifically, two first members 23 are arranged respectively at the front and at the rear of the notch 22, while the third, closer to the upper edge of the wall 21, extends above this notch 22. The members 23 each consist of an elastic flange in the form of a half-lyre extending from the wall 21 and being oriented towards the upper edge of the latter. Each flange 23, which extends along an arcuate profile, the concavity of which faces the wall 21, has a free curved end opposite this wall 21 so as to facilitate the insertion of the pipe 12. The three flanges 23 here extend parallel to each other in planes perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the plate. The plate 20 also comprises a second series of four attachment and guide members 24 making it possible to press the electrical harness 13 against its wall 21 and to guide its path along this wall. These four attachment and guide members 24 are arranged on the internal face 21A of the wall 21 so as to constrain the beam 13 to travel along this wall 21 above the pipe 12 according to a curved trajectory bypassing the notch 22 so that it does not interfere with the tweeter 14 or with the pipe 12 (FIG. 2). Two of these attachment members 24 are disposed respectively at the front and at the rear of the notch 22, while the third and fourth, closer to the upper edge of the wall 21, extend above the notch 22. The members 24 are identical to the members 23 except that they are of smaller size to better adapt to the bundle 13 whose diameter is less than that of the pipe 12. They extend parallel to each other according to planes perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the plate. The plate 20 also includes, at its two upper corners, two female latching members 25 intended to cooperate with male latching members formed on a corresponding lining of corresponding bay upright in order to participate in the fixing of the latter on the frame 6A, 7A. Each latching member 25 comprises a hollow promontory 26 extending transversely to the wall 21 from its internal face 21A. Each promontory 26 is provided at its top with a window 27 from two opposite edges of which take root two legs 28 extending one opposite the other inside this promontory 26, approaching in the direction of their free ends. The plate 20 also comprises, near a first of its two lower corners, a support interface 29 for a connector 15 electrically connecting two electrical harnesses 16 connected in this case, respectively to a power source and to a sunroof. This support interface 29 is constituted by a T-shaped guide rail extending transversely from the internal face 21A of the wall 21 and which is designed to cooperate with sliding with a complementary slide formed in the connector 15. The plate 20 further comprises, near the second of its two lower corners, a reception interface 30 for a fastening clip 17 of the bundle 18 supplying the tweeter 14 (this clip making it possible to define an over-length facilitating mounting this tweeter 14). The reception interface 30 is constituted by an L-shaped tab comprising a first branch 31 which extends transversely to the internal face 21A of the wall 21 from its lower edge, and is extended by a second branch 32 extending parallel and opposite to this wall 21. This second branch 32 is provided with a circular orifice 33 intended to allow the latching of a fir-type pin provided on the fastening clip 17 and not visible on the figs. The plate 20 finally comprises two retaining members 34 extending from the external face 21B of the wall 21 (the one oriented in the direction of the frame of the rack upright) near its two longitudinal ends, and able to cooperate with two orifices 19 made in the armature sheet 6A, 7A of a corresponding amount of opening 6, 7 to hold this plate 20 pressed against the internal face of this armature. Each orifice 19 comprises a first rectangular insertion / extraction zone 19A and a second narrower rectangular retaining zone (FIG. 3). Each retaining member 34, in the form of a ladder, comprises two bars 35 extending transversely from the wall 21 as well as two legs 36 connected together by these two bars 35 and extending parallel to this wall 21 being separated from the latter by a distance corresponding to the thickness of the reinforcing sheet 6A, 7A. The dimensions of these retaining members 34 are slightly smaller than those of the first rectangular zones 19A of the orifices 19, so that the latter can be introduced through these orifices during the positioning of the plate 20. The width of these retaining members 34 is also less than that of the second rectangular zones 19B of the orifices 19 so that, after translation of the plate 20, the latter is kept pressed against the reinforcing sheet 6A, 7A by the cooperation in abutment between the legs 36 and the edges of these second zones 19B of the orifices 19 (FIG. 3). According to variant embodiments not shown, the fastening members are shaped differently. The latter comprise for example two elastic flanges in the form of a half-lyre extending transversely opposite one another from the wall 21 and defining between their free ends an insertion slot for a pipe or a bundle. The fastening members of the same series can also extend relative to each other in non-parallel planes. One can in particular provide that each member extends along a plane substantially perpendicular to the tangential direction of the portion of pipe passing therethrough. The number of fastening members that comprise the first and / or the second series can also be different (for example, between 3 and 6) by always being at least equal to three so as to constrain the pipes or bundles to be routed along a curved path. According to other alternative embodiments not shown, the latching and / or retaining members as well as the support and / or reception interfaces are shaped differently. The plate may for example be provided, in place of the female snap-fastening members 25 described above, of male snap-fastening members intended to cooperate with female snap-fastening members provided on a corresponding bay upright trim. According to other alternative embodiments not shown, certain elements among the latching members and the support and / or reception interfaces are absent. Of course, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described and shown, but it encompasses any other variant of execution within the reach of the skilled person.
