Holder (s): ALTESSE. Extension request (s) Agent (s): CABINET PASCALE LAMBERT ET ASSOCIES. 164) PORTABLE DECORATIVE ELEMENT HAVING ADJUSTED RIGID. A TRIM PLATED UNDER A STRUCTURE FR 3 063 420 - A1 (57) Portable decorative element comprising a rigid structure (10) having decorative holes (11), receiving on its rear face (12), in the position of use, a trim (20) forming a plate visible through these bores, capable of being bent in an elastic manner, characterized in that the rear face (12) of the rigid structure comprises at least two shoulders (14, 16) opposite one with respect to the other and against which, in the position of use, edges (21) of the lining (20) are pressed in an elastic and reversible manner in order to apply a tightening of this lining making its plating against the rear face of the structure. PORTABLE DECORATIVE ELEMENT COMPRISING A TRIM PLATED UNDER A RIGID ADJUSTED STRUCTURE The present invention relates to a portable decorative element combining several elements, which may have different aspects and / or be made of different materials. Modern methods of cutting metal sheets make it possible to produce from metals such as steel, brass, copper, aluminum, silver or gold, varied and fine cuts including especially drilling of different shapes, to make jewelry or fashion accessories. It is known to fix definitively on the inner face of the cut sheet a slightly flexible lining appearing through the openings of this sheet, having a different appearance and colors in order to achieve a decorative aesthetic effect. Preferably, for the interior trim, noble materials are used, such as quality natural or synthetic fabrics, or leather. There is then the rigid sheet giving the general shape of the decorative element, as well as a wear-resistant exterior appearance, which can be shiny, satin or mat, and the interior lining forming a more flexible and warm material, whose nature, appearance and color contrasts with metal. It is possible in particular to make bracelets, brooches, ear pendants or necklaces, comprising a cut metal sheet forming a rigid structure having a particular curve according to its function. Bracelets formed in a rolled up sheet metal strip are produced, for example, having an opening allowing the wrist to pass properly. The trim can receive additional elements to ensure in particular the function of attachment or portage, such as a cord or chain passing around the neck for a jumper, or a pin for hanging a pin on a garment. For jewelry directly in contact with the skin like bracelets, the softer interior trim gives a more pleasant contact on this skin. However, a problem which arises with this type of decorative element is that with an interior trim permanently fixed to the sheet by various means to ensure good support as well as plating under the sheet, it is therefore not possible quickly and easily change this packing. In addition, detachment of the lining generally requires the use of specialized tools, in particular to remove clamping screws or rivets, and can cause damage to the elements. The disassembly and reassembly operation can be slow and delicate in order to maintain an impeccable appearance and finish in order to justify the decorative function. We cannot quickly make variants of the same jewel or decorative element, by changing the trim or the decorative sheet, while we are increasingly seeking to personalize fashion accessories to adapt them, for example to the clothes worn, the types of activities planned, or a need for frequent renewal so as not to repeat the same decoration. The object of the present invention is in particular to avoid these drawbacks of the prior art and to allow rapid, reversible fixing, without attached, discreet fixing piece, of a decorative trim under a rigid structure of a decorative element such as a jewel. The term “reversible fixing” means a fixing that can be made and undone manually without tools. On the contrary, the term permanent fixing means a fixing requiring a tool to be made or undone (crimping, screwing, bonding, etc.). Thus, a fixing means allowing manual reversible fixing is qualified, in the present text, as "reversible fixing means". The present invention provides for this purpose a portable decorative element comprising a rigid structure having decorative holes, receiving on its rear face, in the position of use, a lining forming a visible plate through these holes, capable of being bent so elastic. According to the invention, the rear face of the rigid structure comprises at least two shoulders opposite one with respect to the other and against which, in the use position, edges of the lining are pressed in an elastic and reversible manner so to apply a tightening of this lining making its plating against the rear face of the structure. According to other embodiments, which can be combined with one another: • the rigid structure can be made of a metal sheet having decorative holes; • the rear face of the rigid structure can be curved and include two free ends, the shoulders being arranged at said free ends so as to constitute, in the position of use, a reversible longitudinal locking means of the lining; • the rear face may further include lateral tabs for supporting the edges of the lining; • the rear face may also include lateral shoulders for supporting the edges of the lining; The rear face may comprise a cavity of depth less than a thickness of the rigid structure and delimited by a circumferential rim forming a shoulder, the cavity being intended to receive the lining so that in the position of use, the edges of the lining are pressed in an elastic and reversible manner against the edge of the cavity in order to apply a tightening of this lining making its plating against the rear face of the structure; • a distance between two opposite shoulders, along the contour of the rear face of the structure, can be less than the corresponding distance on the lining so as to ensure its clamping and its plating against the rear face of the structure by these shoulders; • the decorative element may constitute a ring comprising a rigid band curved substantially along an arc of a circle, having an opening for the passage of a finger; and / or • the lining may have two faces of different colors, intended to be turned alternately towards the structure. An advantage of this decorative element is that the shoulders applying a tightening of the lining, provide a constraint on this lining allowing it to be held without play under the rigid structure and therefore without wear, and generate a pressure which tends when the lining is bent at push the trim outwards which gives its plating on the rear side ensuring the desired aesthetic effect. In addition, the fixing means are invisible from the outside when the jewel is worn. In addition, the shoulders conforming to the shape of the edges of the trim, they are very discreet even when the jewel is not worn, so that the user does not immediately see how the trim is fixed. We can then quickly and easily, without damaging any component, dislodge the lining to remove it and replace it with another. You can also use this trim with another metal structure. The invention also relates to a decoration kit comprising a preceding decorative element and a plurality of different decorative fittings. Other characteristics of the invention will be set out in the detailed description below, made with reference to the accompanying drawings, which respectively represent: Figure 1, a schematic perspective view of a ring forming a decorative element according to the invention; Figures 2 and 3, schematic perspective views respectively showing the rigid structure and the lining of this ring which are detached; - Figure 4, a schematic view in longitudinal section, along the line A-A of the ring of Figure 1, of a first embodiment of a single ring, devoid of gasket; Figure 5, a schematic longitudinal sectional view of a second embodiment of a single ring, devoid of gasket; Figures 6 to 8, schematic views in longitudinal section, of three embodiments of rings provided with fittings of different thicknesses; Figures 9a to 9c, schematic sectional views showing the assembly of the lining under the rigid structure; and Figure 10, a schematic cross-sectional view along line B-B of the ring of Figure 1; Figure 11, a schematic side view of an alternative embodiment of the lateral holding means of the lining. Figure 1 shows a ring 100 having a rigid structure 10 formed in a strip of metal sheet cut to present decorative holes 11. The rigid structure 10 is bent to form a loop, closed or not, and having an opening for the passage of 'a finger. A similar structure could be used to make a bracelet. Various metals can be used such as steel, copper, silver, gold, aluminum, or an alloy of one or more of these metals. Other materials can be used to make the rigid structure 10, such as for example wood, or a rigid polymer. The decorative holes 11 can be obtained by cutting, molding, or by non-edge-to-edge attachment of solid pieces in order to leave empty spaces between them. For example, plates can be welded together to obtain the perforated rigid structure of the invention. According to the invention, a lining 20 is pressed inside the metal structure 10 on its rear face 12 and against at least two shoulders 14 carried by the rear face 12. In particular, the shoulders 14 are arranged opposite the along the longitudinal axis of the rigid structure, preferably at the free ends 15 of the structure 10 in order to constitute, in the position of use, a reversible longitudinal locking means of the lining 20. In the embodiment of FIGS. 1 2 and 4, the rear face 12 also includes lateral shoulders 16 for supporting the longitudinal edges 22 of the lining 20, forming means for lateral retention of the lining 20. More specifically, in this embodiment, the rear face 12 comprises a cavity 17, of identical shape to that of the lining 20 (see FIG. 3), and of depth E0 less than a thickness E of the rigid structure. For example, the rigid structure has a thickness of 1.2 millimeters and the cavity has only a depth of 0.6 millimeters. The cavity 17 is thus delimited at the bottom by the rear face 12, and laterally by a circumferential rim forming a shoulder 14-16. In the numerical example given, these shoulders 14-16 therefore measure 0.6 millimeters high. In other words, the shoulders 14-16 are constituted by the edge of an excess thickness of material with respect to the thickness of material within the cavity 17. In the embodiment illustrated in FIG. 3, the lining 20 has a substantially rectangular shape. More generally, the dimensions of the cavity 17 and of the lining 20 are such that in the position of use, the transverse 21 and longitudinal 22 edges of the lining 20 are pressed forcibly, in an elastic and reversible manner, against the flange 14 -16 of the cavity in order to apply a tightening of this lining making its plating against the rear face 12 of the structure 10. This arrangement is shown in FIG. 10 which illustrates a cross section of the ring 100 along the line BB of the figure 1. Similarly, as shown in FIG. 1, the transverse edges 21 are in elastic and reversible abutment against the two shoulders 14 (only one is visible in FIG. 1) carried by the rear face 12 of the structure 10, which makes it possible to apply a tightening of this lining 20 making its plating against the rear face 12 of the structure 10. To ensure the tightening and the plating of the lining 20 against the rear face 12 of the structure 10 by the shoulders 14, the distance DI between two opposite shoulders 14, along the contour of the rear face of the rigid structure 10, is just less at the corresponding distance D2 on the lining 20 (see Figure 3). Advantageously, the trim is made of leather or has two leather sides. The leather sides are a material ensuring good durability as well as pleasant contact with the skin. Alternatively, the lining may be made of synthetic material, or even of metal in the form of a metal sheet (titanium steel). What is important is that the material / thickness combination of the lining allows elastic and non-plastic bending of the lining. For this, the trim must have a shape memory which allows it to resume its shape after bending. For example, we choose a slightly flexible leather, having an elasticity with a shape memory which allows it to regain its shape after bending. If necessary, it is possible to produce a stack of leathers assembled together giving semi-rigidity to the lining, for example with a central flexible core having a thickness of approximately 1 / 10mm. Preferably, the lining comprises two faces of different colors, intended to be turned alternately towards the structure. We can quickly with the purchase of a single trim, benefit from a decorative element with two different aspects. As an alternative to the lateral shoulders 16 hollowed out in the thickness of the rigid structure, the rear face 12 can support, as illustrated in FIG. 11, lateral tabs 18 supporting the edges of the lining 20, thus constituting lateral support means punctual (and not continuous as in Figures 1 and 2) of the liner 20. These side tabs 1 8 may advantageously be formed by folding the sheet of the rigid structure. These lateral holding means of the lining allow the lining to be held in precise position while preventing the lining from sliding out of the rigid structure under the effect of the movements of the user. However, in certain cases (for example in the case of a ring), these lateral holding means are not necessarily necessary (the ring does not move very much because it is generally well adjusted on the finger). Thus, the rear face 12 may have no lateral shoulder 16 and no lateral tab 1 8. This embodiment is illustrated in longitudinal section in FIG. 5. The lining 20 (not illustrated in this figure) is then held only in the longitudinal direction by the shoulders 14. In this case, the longitudinal edges 22 of the lining 20 advantageously flush with the lateral edges 13 of the rigid structure 10 when the lining is pressed inside the metal structure 2 on its rear face. Thus, in general, according to the invention, the lining 20 forms a plate which can be bent in an elastic manner, in forced support inside the structure 10 on two shoulders 14 each arranged in the longitudinal axis of the strip, near one end of this strip. Thus, in use, the gasket can bulge and be applied elastically in force against the rigid structure by wedging against the shoulders 14. In other words, the lining 20 is braced on the shoulders 14 and against the rear face 12 of the rigid structure 10. More generally, the transverse shoulders 14 (and the lateral shoulders 16 or the lateral legs 18 when they are present) apply a tightening of the lining 20, which applies a constraint on the lining making it possible to keep it without play in the structure and therefore without wear, and generate a pressure which tends to bend it and push it back towards the metal structure, which gives its plating on the rear face ensuring the desired aesthetic effect. Figures 6, 7 and 8 illustrate three embodiments in which the thickness of the lining differs. In FIG. 6, the lining 20 has a thickness El greater than the height E0 of the shoulders 14. For example, the sheet of the structure 10 has a thickness of approximately 1 to 2 millimeters, the shoulders 14 a height E0 of 0.6 millimeters, and the leather trim 20 a thickness El greater than 0.6 millimeters and which can go up to about 1 to 2 millimeters. Too much thickness of the lining relative to the shoulders may be uncomfortable when it comes to a ring. In FIG. 7, the lining has a thickness E2 equal to the height E0 of the shoulders 14 and in FIG. 8, the lining has a thickness E3 less than the height E0 of the shoulders 14. In all cases, the support of the lining against the shoulders 14 allows it to be pressed against the rigid structure 10 and to be kept in place. Figures 9a to 9c show the method of assembling the lining 20 under the rigid structure 10, here a ring. FIG. 9a first shows the shaping of the lining 20, which is curved and wound in the direction of the arrow F1 to have a diameter slightly less than that of the structure 10 arranged below. The lining 20 is then lowered vertically by an axial sliding by sliding it into the structure 10 and one of the ends of the lining 20 is brought into abutment against a shoulder 14 in the direction of the arrow F2 (FIG. 9b). If necessary, the lining 20 is also adjusted between the two transverse shoulders 1 8, which form a transverse lateral setting. The lining having a length D2 just greater than the length DI between two shoulders 14, along the contour of the rear face of Rigideα rigid structure 10, the user slightly compresses the lining 20 in the direction of arrow F3 (which has the effect of slightly increasing its thickness from El to El '; see FIG. 9b), then he applies pressure F4 to the interior of the lining 4 in order to engage the second end of the lining against the second shoulder 14 in the direction of the arrow F5 (FIG. 9c). In doing so, the lining regains its thickness El. By providing a distance D2 between the two edges of the lining 20 slightly greater than the distance DI available between the two shoulders 14 following the curvature of the structure, there is a certain longitudinal pressure of this lining 20 in the rigid structure 10 ensuring a maintenance and an absence of play by generating a longitudinal tightening (and possibly transverse in the case of transverse shoulders 16 or of lateral legs 1 8) and a plating of the lining against the rear face of the structure by these shoulders. In addition, the shape memory of the somewhat elastic lining 20 tends to maintain its spacing inside the structure 20, which reinforces its plating in this structure. The assembly of the lining 20 simple and rapid, without tools, ensures an effective positioning which is maintained over time. A piece of jewelry is obtained (ring or bracelet) having at the same time the shiny and luminous appearance of the metallic structure 10, giving by its stiffness the general shape of the jewel, adorned with holes 11 through which appears the leather trim 20 providing color and softness. In particular we can choose a particular leather relief giving a luxurious aspect to the jewel. The combination of two different technologies, metal decorated with cutouts with a metallic luster and leather trim, coming from the know-how of two different trades, gives a contrast bringing a particular modern aesthetic. The disassembly of the lining 20 can be done simply, either by pushing on one of its ends to disengage it from the corresponding shoulder 14, or by pushing it from the external face of the rigid structure 10, through the decorative orifices 11. This push can be done either with a finger or with a push rod depending on the size of the decorative holes. Note that this disassembly is done without modifying or damaging any part. Advantageously, two different colors are available on the two faces of the trim 20 which is reversible, which makes it possible, from the same trim mounted in one direction or the other, to obtain two different effects on the same piece of jewelry. As a variant, it is possible to produce a lining 20 having a surface formed by other materials, such as natural or synthetic fabric, or a plastic material. If necessary, a stacking of materials is carried out, comprising inside a plate having an elasticity to ensure bending and a shape memory. One can also make a lining 20 which protrudes in places on the sides of the structure, to be visible and give a particular aesthetic. One can provide for an individual sale of the linings 20 apart from the rigid structures 10, which then makes it possible to have at a reduced cost a large choice of aspects and colors. It is also possible to remove the lining 20, to only carry the metal structure 10, which gives an additional variant of presentation. The fact that the shoulders are almost invisible makes the use of the rigid structure only pleasant (without risk of scratching with a buttonhole type of fixing means) and discreet (the fixing means do not appear seen from the outside). One can also advantageously sell a decoration kit adapted to each rigid structure (a bracelet, a ring), and comprising a plurality of aesthetically different fittings and a decorative element according to the invention. The discretion of the shoulders and their holding efficiency also makes it possible to reduce the thickness of the rigid structure 10, which allows the creation of more detailed patterns. The cutouts of the rigid structure 10 can also be combined with stampings or engravings on the metal surface of the sheet, to provide other decorative effects, such as writing. The structure 10 has a surface which can be polished, satin or matt, comprising a metal or a coating having good mechanical strength as well as resistance to oxidation and to chemical agents so as to maintain its appearance without wear and without deterioration . One can in particular make a coating of gold, silver, ruthenium, palladium or rhodium.
