ASEPTIC FILLING APPARATUS FOR A FACE MASK AND PREPARATION METHOD FOR A FACE MASK
Technical area
The present description belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, and relates more specifically to an aseptic filling device (sterile) for a facial mask and a process for preparing a facial mask.
Technical background
Facial mask products are exposed to microbial contamination because facial masks have a very high water content, and therefore require relatively high sterilization and preservation capabilities. Existing facial masks generally use preservatives, which are intended to have a preservative effect on the ingredients of the facial masks, in order to protect the product against microbial contamination and any deterioration, and to prolong the life of the product. However, preservatives cannot ensure the care of the skin itself, and may even increase irritation and sensitization of the skin, etc. It is essential to ensure the safety of the product and to protect consumers of any possible infection resulting from the use of a product contaminated by a micro-organism. If a certain amount of added preservatives is not enough, the microorganisms can adapt to the growth-friendly environment around them and develop resistance to the drugs, which would then lead to stopping the storage. An ideal preservative with a broad spectrum of activity can inactivate microorganisms relatively quickly and provide ingredient stability, and provides safe long-term use without causing irritation or sensitization. In general, most preservatives are effective against either bacteria or fungi, but cannot be effective against both at the same time. Currently, compound preservatives predominate in the market. Preservatives are useless for caring for the skin itself, and may even increase the irritation and sensitization thereof, etc ... for example to cause a burning sensation due to phenoxyethanol, possibly sensitization caused by methylisothiazolinone (MIT) etc ... Consequently, the regulations currently in force relating to cosmetics precisely stipulate the admissible quantities of the added substances subject to restrictions (preservatives). At present, the conventional process of sterilization by hot compression is used for the manufacture of facial mask products, and this method has the disadvantage of causing deformations, swelling and the rupture of a bag for facial mask. , for facial masks of the paste type. Since the ideals of intrinsic quality, nature and safety are gradually spreading among consumers of national cosmetics, “zero additives”, “zero fillers”, “no addition of preservatives” etc. are becoming more and more popular, especially with the large sales of face masks in recent years, the development and application of sterilization technologies are playing an increasingly important role in the area of safe research and development and natural in cosmetics.
