(t> 4) NASAL FLUID PRODUCT DISTRIBUTION ASSEMBLY. FR 3 060 398 - A1 (ü /) Dispensing assembly comprising a device for nasal dispensing of fluid product comprising a body (10) forming a reservoir containing fluid product or fixedly supporting such a reservoir, a dispensing head (20) being assembled on said body (10) being axially movable relative to said body (10), said dispensing head (20) being provided with a dispensing orifice (21), said assembly comprising a positioning member (40) which cooperates with said dispensing head (20), said positioning member (40) comprising at least a first facial support zone (42), which when actuated, cooperates with the forehead or the base of the user's nose. i The present invention relates to a dispensing assembly comprising a device for nasal dispensing of a fluid product. Nasal delivery devices are well known. They generally comprise a reservoir containing one or more doses of fluid product and a dispensing head movable relative to said reservoir for dispensing the fluid product, in particular via a pump, a metering valve or a piston sliding in said reservoir. When the user wishes to use the device, he inserts the dispensing head into the nostril and actuates the device to dispense a dose of fluid product, generally in the form of a spray. A drawback with the devices of the prior art relates to the effectiveness of the dose distributed in the nostril, in particular when the fluid product distributed has the objective of acting on the brain. Indeed, only a minimal part of the dose generally reaches the target zone for this type of treatment, namely the olfactory zone comprising the ethmoid, in particular due to an orientation of the administration device in the nostril which is variable from one patient to another. However, it appears that this orientation conditions the correct aiming of the target area, in particular in the case of a closed spray used to obtain the maximum deposition in the target area. The present invention aims to provide a nasal delivery assembly which does not reproduce the aforementioned drawbacks. The object of the present invention is in particular to provide a set of nasal distribution making it possible to control the orientation of the device in the nostril, whatever the morphology of the patient. The present invention also aims to provide a set of nasal distribution which improves the rate of deposition of active product on the olfactory zone and / or the ethmoid. The present invention also aims to provide a nasal delivery assembly which is simple and inexpensive to manufacture and assemble. The present therefore therefore relates to a dispensing assembly comprising a device for nasal dispensing of fluid product comprising a body forming a reservoir containing fluid product or fixedly supporting such a reservoir, a dispensing head being assembled on said body while being axially displaceable relative to to said body, said dispensing head being provided with a dispensing orifice, said assembly comprising a positioning member which cooperates with said dispensing head, said positioning member comprising at least a first facial support zone, which during the actuation, cooperates with the forehead or the base of the nose of the user. Advantageously, said positioning member comprises at least one hollow sleeve into which said dispensing head is tightly inserted. Advantageously, said positioning member comprises two hollow sleeves, each adapted to a respective nostril. Advantageously, said positioning member comprises a second facial support zone adapted to cooperate with the upper lip of the user. Advantageously, said positioning member comprises third support zones, advantageously removable, adapted to cooperate with the sides of the face and / or with the user's ears. Advantageously, said positioning member comprises a support structure forming a proximal bearing surface adapted to receive, upon actuation, at least one finger, advantageously two fingers, from the user. Advantageously, said support structure forms said at least one hollow sleeve and said second face support zone. Advantageously, said positioning member comprises a connecting element connecting said support structure to said first facial support zone. Advantageously, said connecting element is adjustable in three dimensions relative to said support structure. Advantageously, the angle of vertical insertion of the dispensing head into the nostril is between 30 ° and 60 °, advantageously between 40 ° and 50 °, preferably about 45 °. Advantageously, the angle of horizontal insertion of the dispensing head into the nostril is between 0 ° and 10 °, advantageously about 5 °. Advantageously, the depth of insertion of the dispensing head into the nostril is between 5 mm and 15 mm, advantageously around 10 mm. îo According to a first advantageous variant, said reservoir contains a single or only two dose (s) of fluid. According to a second advantageous variant, said reservoir contains a plurality of doses of fluid product. These characteristics and advantages and others will appear more clearly during the following detailed description, made with reference to the attached drawings, given by way of nonlimiting examples, and in which: FIG. 1 is a schematic side perspective view of a nasal delivery device according to a first advantageous embodiment of the invention, in the position of use, FIG. 2 is a schematic front perspective view of the device of FIG. 1, in the position of use, FIG. 3 is a schematic perspective view illustrating a way of using the device of FIGS. 1 and 2, FIG. 4 is a view similar to that of FIG. 1 of a nasal delivery device according to a second advantageous embodiment of the invention, in the position of use, FIG. 5 is a schematic front perspective view of the device of FIG. 4, in the position of use, FIGS. 6 to 9 are detailed views of various adjustments of the connecting element with respect to the support structure, and - Figures 10 and 11 are graphs illustrating comparative tests of deposition in the nose, at different insertion angles, respectively at two different insertion depths in the nostril. In the description, the terms axial and radial refer to the longitudinal axis X of the device shown in Figures 1 and 4. The terms proximal and distal refer to the dispensing orifice. The terms horizontal and vertical refer to the upright position of a user shown in Figures 1 and 4. The fluid dispenser device shown in FIGS. 1 to 5 conventionally comprises a body 10 fixedly supporting a reservoir 10 (not shown) containing fluid product. A dispensing head 20 is assembled on said body 10 axially displaceable relative to said body 10, said dispensing head 20 being provided with a dispensing orifice 21. As a variant, the body 10 can directly form the reservoir, in which case the dispensing head 20 would be mounted directly on the tank. In known manner, said dispensing head 20 comprises a proximal bearing surface which can receive, upon actuation, at least one finger, typically two fingers, of the user. Likewise, the body 10 has a distal bearing surface 15 which can receive, upon actuation, a finger, typically the thumb, of the user. Other actuation means, for example of the lateral actuation type, are however also conceivable. When the device is multidose, a pump or a metering valve (not shown) is mounted on the body, to dispense a dose of fluid product at each actuation. When the device is a single dose (the reservoir contains only one dose) or a bidose (the reservoir contains two doses, generally one for each nostril), a piston (not shown) is slidably mounted in the reservoir, said piston being , during actuation, moved by the dispensing head 20 when the latter moves axially relative to the body 10. According to the invention, the device comprises a positioning member 40 which cooperates, preferably removably, with said dispensing head 20. Advantageously, said positioning member 40 comprises at least one hollow sleeve 41 into which said dispensing head 20 is tightly inserted. Preferably, said positioning member 40 comprises two hollow sleeves 41, each adapted to a respective nostril, as visible in FIGS. 2 and 5. îo This positioning member 40 comprises at least a first facial support zone which, upon actuation, cooperates with the face of the user. This first facial support zone 42 is adapted to cooperate with the forehead or the base of the nose. As can be seen in the figures, this first facial support zone 42 is advantageously of rounded shape. In the example of FIGS. 1 to 3, the first facial support zone 42 is produced in the form of a cylinder resting on the base of the nose, between the two eyes. In the example of FIGS. 4 and 5, the first facial support zone 42 is produced in the form of a horizontal rod resting on the forehead of the user, and extending laterally on either side of the nose. Alternatively, one could consider two or more support zones offset laterally on either side of the nose, to improve the stability of the assembly in use. Of course, any other suitable form can be envisaged for the first facial support zone 42. The first facial support zone 42 is integral with a connecting element 43, which will be described more fully below. A second facial support zone 46, adapted to cooperate with the upper lip, can be provided. Likewise, third support zones 47, for example in the form of formwork or rods adapted to cooperate with the sides of the face and / or with the user's ears, can be provided. These branches 47 are visible in Figures 6, 7 and 9. Such branches 47 can be used to adjust the correct position of the positioning member 40, and can therefore be removable after adjustment so as not to interfere with the actuation of the device in use. Advantageously, the positioning member 40 comprises a support structure 44 forming a proximal bearing surface 45 adapted to receive, upon actuation, at least one finger, advantageously two fingers, from the user, as visible on the FIG. 3. This proximal bearing surface 45 therefore covers the corresponding bearing surface of the dispensing head 20, so that the actuation movement of the device remains the same, despite the presence of the positioning member 40 As a variant, the device can also be actuated with the two hands positioned on the proximal bearing surface 45, on either side of the dispensing head 20. Advantageously, this support structure 44 also incorporates the hollow sleeve (s) 41, as well as the second facial support zone 46, when the latter is present. The second facial support zone 46 is advantageously produced by a surface inclined relative to said proximal support surface 45. Other suitable shapes are possible for this second facial support zone 46. The connecting element 43 makes it possible to connect said support structure 44 to said first facial support zone 42. It can be adjustable in three dimensions on said support structure 44, for example by means of sliding and / or pivoting parts, as illustrated schematically by way of example in FIGS. 6 to 9. This allows the positioning of the support structure 44, and therefore of the dispensing head 20, to be adjusted with precision with respect to the connecting element 43 and therefore the first facial support zone 42. Preferably, the horizontal angular positioning of the dispensing head 20 in the nostril, that is to say the angle between the axes X and B in FIG. 2, is fixed , to guarantee the correct orientation of the device during actuation. Similarly, it is possible to envisage a first adjustable facial support zone, in particular in height and in width, to adapt to the morphology of the user. In the examples, the connecting element 43 is formed by a curved rod, but other suitable forms can be envisaged. The positioning member 40 makes it possible to orient the dispensing head 20 in the nostril in a substantially predetermined manner. Thus, the angle of vertical insertion of the dispensing head 20 into the nostril, that is to say the angle between the axes X and A in FIG. 1, is between 30 ° and 60 °, advantageously between 40 ° and 50 °, preferably about 45 °. Similarly, the horizontal insertion angle of the dispensing head 20 in the nostril, that is to say the angle between the axes X and B in FIG. 2, is between 0 ° and 10 °, preferably around 5 °. Furthermore, the insertion depth P of the dispensing head 20 into the nostril is between 5 mm and 15 mm, advantageously around 10 mm. Figures 10 and 11 illustrate comparative tests of deposition of the product in the different parts of the nose: the inlet, here called the nose, the nasal valve, the turbinates and the ethmoid, which are the preferred target. Figure 10 shows the results at different vertical (tests performed at 30 °, 45 ° and 60 °) and horizontal (tests performed at 0 ° and 5 °) angles for an insertion depth P of 5 mm, and Figure 11 for an insertion depth P of 10 mm. It is noted that the best results at the level of the ethmoid are achieved with a vertical angle of 45 °. When the insertion depth P is 5 mm, a horizontal angle of 0 ° associated with the vertical angle of 45 ° is optimal. When the insertion depth P is 10 mm, a horizontal angle of 5 ° associated with the vertical angle of 45 ° is optimal. We also note that at 45 ° vertical angle, the difference between a horizontal angle of 0 ° and a horizontal angle of 5 ° exists, but is not significant, regardless of the insertion depth. On the contrary, at 60 ° vertical angle, the difference becomes significant. It follows that the ideal combination corresponds to an insertion depth P of approximately 10 mm, a vertical angle of approximately 45 ° and a horizontal angle of approximately 5 °. The present invention is particularly suitable in the case of treatments for neurodegenerative diseases, of the Parkinson or Alzheimer type, requiring the drug to pass through the nose-brain barrier. Reaching the target area, particularly the ethmoid, through the nasal cavity is a simplified, non-invasive way to deliver therapy to the brain. The present invention has been described with reference to various advantageous alternative embodiments, but it is understood that a person skilled in the art can make any modifications to it, without departing from the scope of the present invention as defined by the appended claims.
