ASSEMBLY OF MODULAR ELEMENTS FOR THE CONSTITUTION OF DENTAL HYGIENE APPARATUS. © This set of elements includes: FR 3 058 315 - A1 - At least one brushing part (2) substantially U-shaped, capable of being placed on the teeth of a jaw of a user, which internally forms a gutter (10) comprising brushing bristles (12); and - At least one vibration generation system, capable of being connected to the brushing part (2) so that the vibrations it generates are transmitted to this brushing part (2). According to the invention, the set of elements further comprises: - at least one handle (3a) for manual gripping, connected or adapted to be connected to the vibration generation system; and at least one covering part (4), capable of being put in place and maintained above the brushing part (2), comprising brushing bristles (38) projecting from its face intended to be turned towards said gutter (10). The present invention relates to a set of modular elements allowing the constitution of dental hygiene apparatus. Brushing your teeth is a necessary task for good oral hygiene. This operation, sometimes felt as tedious, is however often poorly performed. In France, for example, the average duration of brushing is 43 seconds instead of 2 minutes, and 2.3 toothbrushes are used per person per year instead of 4. On the other hand, 1 1 in 10 people brush their teeth less than once a day on average. Poor dental hygiene can in particular cause an accumulation of dental plaque causing potentially serious oral problems (caries, periodontal disease) as well as pathologies that are not limited only to the mouth, such as cardiovascular problems, a decrease in masticatory capacity (toothlessness, pain) and / or feeding problems (insufficient nutritional intake, undernutrition). To facilitate brushing and guarantee better gestures, it is well known to use so-called electric toothbrushes, the heads of which are set in motion by motors. However, such a brush does not solve all the problems: brushing remains tedious and long, and the right brushing gesture may be lacking. In addition, dental brushing requiring a minimum of dexterity and autonomy, the elderly, dependent or in loss of autonomy, are much more exposed to poor oral hygiene. It is very difficult for caregivers and caregivers to do the right things and devote the necessary time to them. In order to remedy these problems, an apparatus has been devised including a brushing part which is substantially U-shaped, capable of being placed on the teeth of a user, which internally forms a gutter intended to receive all or part of the teeth of a user's jaw, this brushing part comprising brushing bristles. Document No. US 3,769,652 describes, for example, such an apparatus. The type of existing device, however, has, as such, a number of drawbacks, which have not allowed its actual distribution to date, in particular the size of the brushing part, making this part not always very easy to insert in the mouth of a user, relative rigidity of this part, making it not always well adapted to the different morphologies of the dentitions of the users, lack of maneuverability and non-adaptation to the needs of people with fixed or removable dental prostheses. The present invention aims to remedy these drawbacks, by providing a set of modular elements allowing the constitution of dental hygiene devices adapted to the different types of user needs. The set of elements concerned comprises, in a manner known per se: - At least one brushing piece substantially U-shaped, capable of being placed on the teeth of a jaw of a user, which internally forms a gutter intended to receive all or part of this teeth, this brushing piece comprising brushing bristles projecting inside this gutter; and - At least one vibration generation system, able to be connected to the brushing part so that the vibrations it generates are transmitted to this brushing part. According to the invention, the set of elements further comprises: - at least one manual grip handle, connected or adapted to be connected to the vibration generation system; and - At least one covering part, capable of being put in place and maintained above the brushing part, comprising brushing bristles projecting from its face intended to be turned towards said gutter. The set of elements according to the invention allows the constitution of a first type of device, for cleaning a user's teeth, by assembling the brushing part, the vibration generation system and the grip handle; in this case, the brushing part is intended to be introduced into the mouth of the user and to be placed on the dentition to be cleaned, and the grip handle is intended to be grasped manually by the user to hold the during tooth cleaning. This first type of device allows effective brushing of the teeth of the user, by a single brushing operation by vibration, exerted on the whole teeth of a jaw. The set of elements according to the invention also allows the constitution of a second type of device, for cleaning a dental prosthesis, by assembling the brushing part and the vibration generation system, and by the establishment of the covering part on the brushing part. In practice, this device is placed on a surface and then the prosthesis is placed in the brushing part and the covering part is placed above the prosthesis, so that the brushing bristles which it comprises. come into contact with the prosthesis, in the same way as the brushing bristles that the brushing piece comprises; the vibration generation system is then put into operation so as to achieve effective brushing of the entire prosthesis, by vibration. The modularity of the set of elements therefore makes it possible to meet the different needs of several users when the set of elements includes a plurality of brushing parts and possibly a plurality of covering parts, as well as one or more handles. gripping: a single vibration generation system can be provided to a plurality of users, for example to several residents of a room in a retirement home, and each user can have either a brushing piece only, when he does not have a dental prosthesis, either a brushing part and a covering part, when he has a dental prosthesis. It should be understood that the expression substantially U-shaped is to be interpreted broadly, as meaning that the brushing part has a shape adapted to be engaged as a whole over all or part of the dentition to be cleaned; the lateral branches that this part forms are oriented relative to each other so that the shape of the brushing part is anatomical, which means that they are not parallel to each other but that 'they have a slight anatomical angulation with respect to each other. Preferably, the set of elements comprises an intermediate piece capable of being removably mounted on the brushing piece, between the two branches that this brushing piece forms and on the side of the brushing piece intended to receive the piece. covering, this intermediate part being provided with brushes bristling projecting from its face intended to be turned towards said covering part. This intermediate piece allows the cleaning of a palace wall, or portions of palace walls, which may include a dental prosthesis to be cleaned. According to a simple embodiment of the invention, the vibration generation system is housed in a housing and the grip handle is formed by a portion of this housing. This handle is thus always present in the set of elements, even if it is not particularly used when the set of elements allows the constitution of a device of the second type mentioned above, for cleaning dental prostheses. The brushing bristles that comprise the brushing piece, the covering piece and, when present, said intermediate piece, can be fixedly connected to these respective pieces, for example by molding these pieces on the basis of the bristles ; these brushing bristles may also be integral, at their base, with soles capable of being fixed inside these respective parts. These soles can result from a weaving of threads intended to form the bristles, according to a known technique, such as that making it possible to obtain velvet. In practice, a textile is created which has the shape of a carpet forming said sole, and the bristles are the fringes of this textile, which are orthogonal to the sole. A significant gain in thickness is thus obtained. It is possible to provide an internal frame inside the brushing part, making it possible to optimize the transmission of vibrations, in particular in the form of a deformable wire, U-shaped, which is integrated in the brushing part. , in particular by overmolding or overmolding. According to another aspect of the invention, the set of elements can include at least one counter-piece capable of being mounted on said brushing piece, on the side of this piece opposite to that having said gutter, this counter-piece forming a gutter intended to receive the dentition of the other jaw of the user during the cleaning of the teeth placed in the gutter formed by the brushing part. This counter-piece makes it possible to promote, by engaging the teeth of the other jaw in it, maintaining the brushing piece in position on the teeth to be cleaned. Preferably, in this case, said counterpiece has a continuous outer wall and an inner wall formed by series of successive wall portions separated from each other by grooves extending over the entire height of this inner wall. . This structure makes it possible to obtain a relatively loose engagement of said counter-piece with respect to said other jaw, which makes it possible to maintain sufficient mobility of this counter-piece relative to this other jaw even when the user squeezes the jaws excessively, and therefore to retain the mobility of the brushing part with respect to the teeth to be cleaned. According to another aspect of the invention, there is provided one or two toothpaste delivery ends, suitable for being mounted on the end of a tube of toothpaste; one of these nozzles has a delivery orifice having a section smaller than the delivery orifice that includes the end of the tube of toothpaste, allowing the deposition on the bristles of one and / or the other of the parts brushing, covering part and intermediate part of a cord of toothpaste having a smaller section than that which the tube of toothpaste would normally deliver; the other of these nozzles has a substantially U-shaped shape corresponding more or less to the shape of the gutter formed by the brushing part and comprises a series of holes on one of its sides parallel to the plane passing through the branches of the U , this series of holes being able to deliver quantities of toothpaste evenly distributed over different locations of said gutter. According to yet another aspect of the invention, - The brushing part has a resiliently flexible central zone, allowing a deformation of this brushing part at this median zone, so that the brushing part can pass from a state of non-deformation of this median zone, in in which the brushing piece extends substantially in a plane, in a state of deformation of this median zone, in which the two lateral portions of the brushing part, extending on either side of said median zone, are close together; each lateral portion of the brushing part comprises, at a distance from said central zone, a means of connection to the vibration generation assembly; the vibration generation assembly includes a part for connecting to the brushing part having: - Two vibration transmission means, each capable of coming into engagement with one of the corresponding connecting means that includes the brushing part; and a system for moving one of these transmission means relative to the other of these transmission means, making it possible to bring these transmission means closer to one another when these transmission means are in engagement with the means of connection that includes the brushing part. The vibration generation assembly is thus intended to be connected to the brushing part which has come into reciprocal engagement, in an adjusted manner, connecting means which comprise said lateral portions of the brushing part and transmission means which comprises vibration generation assembly, for the transmission of vibrations generated by this assembly. When this engagement is achieved, and just before the introduction of the brushing part into the mouth of the user, this user brings said transmission means closer so as to bring the brushing part into its aforementioned deformation state; in this deformation state, the brushing part is folded up according to a more or less open V-shaped profile, and therefore has a width less than that which it presents in its non-deformation state; this lower width promotes the insertion of the brushing part into the mouth of the user; once the brushing piece has been inserted into the mouth, the user acts on said displacement system so as to return said transmission means to their original position, in order to return the brushing piece to its state of non-deformation. The displacement system of one of said transmission means with respect to the other of these transmission means could be of the translational type of one transmission means with respect to the other. However, according to a preferred embodiment, this displacement system comprises: a cylindrical central part; two lateral actuating parts, connected to said cylindrical central part, at least one of which is movable relative to this cylindrical central part along the axis of this cylindrical central part; each lateral actuating part has a transmission means capable of coming into engagement in an adjusted manner with the connecting means that comprises the corresponding lateral portion of the brushing part. The approximation and distance of said transmission means is thus achieved by manual entry, by the user, of each lateral actuating part and by a displacement of one of them relative to the other, by pivoting around said cylindrical central part. Preferably, at least one lateral actuating part is connected to said cylindrical central part by engagement of a C-shaped assembly portion engaged on this cylindrical central part with the possibility of pivoting around the latter. Preferably, the aforementioned connecting means that comprises the brushing part are constituted by holes and the aforementioned transmission means are constituted by studs able to be engaged in an adjusted manner in these holes. The invention will be clearly understood and other characteristics and advantages thereof will appear, with reference to the appended diagrammatic drawing representing, by way of nonlimiting example, a preferred embodiment of modular elements which comprises the set of 'elements it concerns. Figure 1 is a perspective view of these modular elements, in an assembled state; Figure 2 is an exploded side view of these elements; Figure 3 is a perspective view of these modular elements from another angle, a housing that include these modular elements being shown in exploded view; Figure 4 is a view is a perspective view of a brushing piece that includes said set of elements and a counterpiece adapted to be associated with this brushing piece; Figure 5 is a partial view of said elements, from above; and Figures 6 and 7 are each a perspective view of a tube of toothpaste and two types of tips adapted to be placed on this tube. Figures 1 to 5 show various modular elements forming part of a set of modular elements allowing the constitution of dental hygiene apparatus. The set of elements comprises at least one brushing part 2 which is substantially U-shaped, at least one vibration generation system contained in a housing 3, at least one covering part 4, at least one intermediate part 5 and at minus a counter piece 6. The assembly of the brushing part 2, the housing 3 and the counter-part 6 makes it possible to constitute a device for cleaning the teeth of a user; the assembly of the brushing part 2, of the housing 3, of the covering part 4, of the intermediate part 5 and of the counter-part 6 makes it possible to constitute a device for cleaning a dental prosthesis. Each brushing part 2 is substantially U-shaped. It has a peripheral wall and a bottom wall defining between them a U-shaped groove 10 intended to receive all or most of the teeth of a jaw. an user. The expression substantially U-shaped is to be interpreted broadly, as meaning that the brushing part 2 has a shape adapted to be engaged as a whole over all or part of the dentition to be cleaned; the lateral branches that this part forms are oriented relative to each other so that the shape of the brushing part 2 is anatomical, which means that they are not parallel to each other but that they have a slight anatomical angulation with respect to each other. The brushing part 2 comprises a protruding wedge rim 11 projecting from the angle separating the outer face of said peripheral wall and the outer face of said bottom wall, this rim 11 being intended for wedging the counter-piece 6, as described below. The brushing part 2 also comprises brushing bristles 12 protruding inside the gutter 10. In the example shown, these brushing bristles 12 are fixed relative to the part 2, and are distributed in a central series arranged perpendicular to said bottom wall and in interior and exterior series, arranged on the interior faces of the peripheral wall. The brushing part 2 further comprises two holes 13 arranged on either side of the central zone of the U which it forms, through the anterior portion of said peripheral wall. These holes 13 are intended to make an adjusted connection of the part 2 with the vibration generation system, by the fitted insertion in these holes 13 of two vibration transmission pads 35 which this system comprises, as will be described more far. The brushing part 2 also has two notches 14 arranged through said peripheral wall, at the middle zone of the part 2. One of these notches 14 is arranged in the anterior portion of the peripheral wall and the other notch 14 is arranged in the rear portion of this same wall, see FIGS. 3 and 4. These notches 14 make it possible to give brushing part 2 elastic flexibility at its median zone, allowing this part to be deformed between a state of non-deformation represented in the figures, in which this part 2 extends substantially in a plane, and a state of deformation, in which the two lateral portions of this part delimited by this median portion are brought together one of the other so that the part 2 has, viewed longitudinally, a more or less open V-profile. This deformation state facilitates the introduction of the brushing part 2 and the counter-part 6 fixed to it in the mouth of a user. The brushing part 2 also includes, in the example shown, a plurality of slightly projecting studs 15, arranged on the external faces of said peripheral wall and of said bottom wall, favoring the holding in position of part 2 in the mouth. of a user and, in the case of the side studs 15, which can allow a gentle massage of the cheeks of the user. The brushing piece 2 also includes a chip 16, for example of the RFID type, which makes it possible to identify the brushing piece 2 of a user by means of an appropriate reader, when several of such brushing pieces are located. one place and only one box 3 is used, for example in a bathroom shared by several elderly people living in a retirement home. According to one possibility, the reader can be placed in the housing 3. The housing 3 in which the vibration generation system is contained has two lateral portions 3a, 3b connected by an angled intermediate portion 3c. This intermediate portion 3c forms a 90 ° bend so that said two lateral portions 3a, 3b form a right angle to each other. The lateral portion 3a is rectilinear and cylindrical, and thus forms a manual grip handle for one or other of the aforementioned devices. It houses a motor 20 for driving an output shaft 21 in an alternating rotational movement around the axis of this shaft; this motor 20 can be connected to an electrical supply cord (not shown), and / or said lateral portion 3a can accommodate a battery for supplying this motor 20. According to one possibility, the motor 20 is capable of producing various types of vibrations, varying in amplitude and in frequency. The lateral portion 3a has a button 22 for switching the engine 20 on and off, and comprises one or more non-slip linings 23 fixed to it. When the motor 20 is capable of producing various types of vibration, this lateral portion 3a can include a second button, for selecting from the various possible types of vibration. Said intermediate portion 3c of the housing 3 internally contains a rod 25 capable of being pivotally connected to the end of the shaft 21, this connection allowing the shaft 21 to drive all of the lateral portion 3b and of the intermediate portion 3c with a vibration movement relative to the lateral portion 3a. The figures in the drawing do not particularly represent the means for connecting the rod 25 and the shaft 21; they can be of any suitable type, in particular made up of complementary shapes arranged at the ends of this rod 25 and of this shaft 21, which interpenetrate one another in the assembled state of the housing 3. The lateral portion 3b of the housing 3, on its side intended to be connected to the brushing part 2, is connected to a block 30 secured to a cylindrical central part 31 on which is mounted, by a mounting portion 32 in the form of C, a second block 33. The mounting portion 32 allows the block 33 to pivot relative to the block 30, along the axis of said cylindrical central part 31. The block 30 comprises one of the studs 35 intended to be engaged in one of the holes 13 of the brushing part 2, and the block 33 comprises the second of these studs 35. Thanks to the mobility of the block 33 relative to the block 30, the user can deform the brushing part 2 around its median zone so as to bring the two lateral branches which this brushing part forms close to each other, as previously described. The engagement of the studs 35 in the holes 13 makes it possible to produce an adjusted connection between the portion 3b of the housing 3 and the brushing part 2, so that the vibrations generated by the vibration system are transmitted to this part. Each covering part 4 is dimensioned so as to be able to cover the whole of the brushing part 2 and has an outer edge with a contour having a shape corresponding to that of the upper edge of the outer portion of said peripheral wall of this part 2, this lateral edge of the contour and this upper edge having interengaging means allowing the setting of one edge relative to the other. These inter-engagement means are, for example, recesses coming into reciprocal engagement or snap-on parts. This covering part 4 has in cross section an arcuate shape visible in FIG. 1 causing it to delimit internally a space making it possible to receive the intermediate part 5 described below. It is fitted with brushes 38 protruding from this space. Each intermediate piece 5 has an outer contour edge having a shape corresponding to that of the upper edge of the inner portion of said peripheral wall of the brushing piece 2, this contour edge and this upper edge having interengaging means allowing the timing of one edge relative to the other. These means are for example in the form of recesses coming in reciprocal engagement, or snap-on parts. This intermediate piece 5 is thus able to be mounted on the brushing piece 2 as visible in FIG. 1. It has an arcuate shape in cross section, visible in FIG. 1, and comprises brushing bristles 40 on its outer face. It thus has a shape suitable for brushing a palace wall, or portions of the palace wall, which a dental prosthesis may include. Each counter-piece 6 has a substantially U-shaped shape similar to that of the brushing piece 2, and delimits a gutter 41 also similar to that of this piece 2. It is intended to receive the teeth of the other jaw of the user while cleaning the teeth placed in the gutter 10. This counter-piece 41 has an outer contour edge having a shape corresponding to that of the wedge rim 11 which comprises the brushing part 2, this outer edge being able to come in close proximity to this wedge rim 11 in a position of mounting the counter-piece 6 relative to the brushing piece 2. This external edge and this rim having interengaging means allowing the mounting of the counter-piece 6 relative to the brushing piece 2, for example by snap-on. As can be seen in FIG. 4, the counterpiece 6 has a continuous outer wall 41 and an inner wall 42 formed by series of successive wall portions separated from each other by grooves extending over the assembly of the height of this interior wall. These two walls 41 and 42 define between them a gutter 43 similar to that formed by the brushing part 2 but devoid of brushing bristles. This structure of the walls 41 and 42 makes it possible to obtain a relatively loose engagement of the counter-piece 6 with respect to the jaw of the user other than that of which the teeth are engaged in the gutter 10, which makes it possible to preserve sufficient mobility of the counterpiece 6 relative to this other jaw even when the user clamps the jaws excessively, and therefore to maintain the mobility of the brushing part 2 with respect to the teeth to be cleaned. FIGS. 6 and 7 show that the set of elements can include, as accessories, two types of mouthpieces 51, 52 for dispensing toothpaste, suitable for being mounted on the end-piece of a tube 50 of toothpaste. One of these nozzles 51 has a delivery orifice 55 having a section smaller than the delivery orifice that the tube 50 of toothpaste includes, allowing the deposition on the bristles of one or more of the parts 2, 4 or 5 , a bead of toothpaste having a smaller section than that which the tube of toothpaste would normally deliver; the other of these end pieces 52 has a substantially U shape corresponding more or less to the shape of the gutter 10 formed by the brushing part 2 and comprises a series of holes 56 on one of its sides parallel to the plane passing through the branches of the U, this series of holes 56 being capable of delivering quantities of toothpaste evenly distributed over different locations of said gutter 10. These tips 51, 52 thus make it possible to facilitate the deposition of a toothpaste in the gutter 10 of one or other of the aforementioned devices, in suitable quantities and distributed over this gutter. The invention thus provides a set of modular elements allowing the constitution of two types of dental hygiene apparatus, having decisive advantages, mentioned above. This invention has been described above with reference to an exemplary embodiment. It goes without saying that it is not limited to this embodiment but that it extends to all the other embodiments covered by the appended claims.
