(□ 4 / TIGHTENING DEVICE INCLUDING A POSITIONING LIGHT TIGHTENING COLLAR. FR 3 057 918 - A1 The device comprises a clamp (10) having a belt (12) capable of being tightened around an object (2) having a bulge (2Ά). It comprises at least one positioning indicator (40) which is able, by cooperation with the bulge (2Ά) to pass from an idle configuration to an active indicator configuration in which a position detection part (42) of the indicator positioning protrudes from the belt (12) of the collar to show that the belt surrounds the bulge. 2B The present disclosure relates to a clamping device comprising a clamping collar having a belt capable of being tightened around an object having a bulge. A clamping device of this type is known, for example from European patent No. EP1451498. This involves, for example, connecting together two tubes having a bulge in their junction zone. For the tightening effect to be correctly obtained (in this case the connection of two tubes which together form the object to be tightened), it is important that the belt is correctly positioned around the object and, more particularly , around the bulge, before tightening. Otherwise, it could happen that the operator wrongly believes that the collar is correctly positioned, but that he actually performs a vacuum or imperfect tightening, without necessarily realizing it immediately. In particular, it can be difficult to correctly view the collar during tightening. This is for example the case when tightening takes place in a congested environment or when the collar itself is masked by a sleeve such as that provided for example by French patent n ° 3008160. This presentation aims to better verify the correct positioning of the collar to be tightened. Thus, the present disclosure relates to a clamping device comprising a clamping collar having a belt capable of being tightened around an object having a bulge, the device comprising at least one positioning indicator carried by the collar, the positioning indicator being able, by cooperation with the bulge of the object, to pass from a resting configuration to an active witness configuration in which a position detection part of said positioning indicator protrudes from the belt of the collar to demonstrate that the belt surrounds the bulge. Thus, the positioning indicator is initially in its rest configuration. When the collar comes into position on the object to be tightened, the positioning indicator switches to its active witness configuration which allows the operator to note its correct positioning around the object and, in particular, its positioning by compared to the bulge. This observation can be visual or tactile, depending on the length with which the position detection part exceeds relative to the belt of the collar in active configuration of indicator, and according to the environment of the tightening device, which can be more or less congested. visually. It is of course conceivable that the position detection part also protrudes from the belt of the collar in the rest configuration of the positioning indicator. What is important is that the operator can easily identify the passage of the positioning tell-tale in its active tell-tale configuration by a simple visual or tactile observation, in order to be able to estimate that the collar is in the desired position, even without precisely seeing the position of the collar belt in relation to the object to be tightened. The bulge of the object can in particular be annular or substantially annular. Optionally, the belt has a recess to receive the bulge of the object. For example, the cross section of the belt can be V-shaped or inverted U-shaped, so that the wings formed by this section bear on either side of the bulge of the object. Optionally, the positioning indicator includes an activation part which projects under the belt. The activation part is in a way protected against accidental manipulation by the presence of the belt. In addition, the activation part is naturally in a position allowing its cooperation with the bulge of the object to be tightened when the belt is placed in position on this object. Optionally, the activation part is able to be deformed under the effect of the tightening of the collar around the object. This deformation can be elastic or plastic. If it is plastic, it can make it possible to note that a first tightening was carried out using the collar, even after disassembly of the latter. Optionally, the positioning indicator is able to change from its rest configuration to its active configuration by tilting, preferably around a circumferential edge of the belt. This is a simple activation mode, which can easily be implemented automatically when the collar is placed around the object to be tightened. In addition, we can make this tilting change the position, the orientation or the length of the protruding part of the activation beyond the belt, allowing the operator to easily see that the correct positioning was carried out, by a visual or tactile observation. It is interesting that the changeover is clear. Thus, the angular movement between the positions of the detection part in the configuration at rest and in the active configuration of the indicator can be of the order of at least 20 °, or even at least 30 °, or even more. Optionally, the positioning indicator comprises a retaining part cooperating with the collar to retain said positioning indicator in the rest configuration relative to the collar. Thus, the positioning indicator can be loaded onto the collar after its manufacture, and before the tightening device is put in place around the object to be tightened. Optionally, the positioning indicator includes a witness tab. In particular, this tab can be made of deformable material, elastically or plastically, for example metal, from a strip, or even plastic, in particular injected. The witness tab can be in itself an object of small dimension and not significantly increasing the cost of manufacturing the clamping device. Optionally, the witness tab includes a running portion, located on the outside of the belt and carrying the position detection portion, and at least one tab which is connected to the running portion, optionally on the side opposite to the detection portion. position, and which protrudes under the belt. The tongue can in particular serve as an activation part and / or a retaining member favoring the retaining of the witness tab relative to the belt or to the collar. Optionally, the witness tab has a bend retained on a circumferential edge of the belt, and at least one tab which extends beyond this bend towards a free end of the witness tab, which is optionally the end free opposite the position detection part. The elbow and the tongue can have simple geometric shapes, easy to obtain by simple manufacturing techniques, such as folding, stamping and / or cutting. Optionally, the belt has at least one opening and the witness tab has at least one tab which passes through this opening. The opening may be a hole with a closed outline, or else a notch or the like opening onto an edge of the belt. This tongue passing through this opening is a means which favors the retention of the witness tab relative to the belt of the collar, after dismantling the collar. Optionally, the witness tab comprises a retaining lug which cooperates with a surface of the belt, said retaining lug being optionally formed by a tongue cut out from the witness tab. For example, the retaining lug can be formed in a region of the control tab which is remote from the above-mentioned elbow, when it is present. In this case, this elbow and this lug form two complementary means for retaining the witness tab relative to the belt of the collar. Optionally, the device comprises pre-assembly means for, in the non-tightened state of the collar, retaining the belt relative to the object in a pre-assembly situation in which the recess of the belt surrounds the bulge of the object . These pre-assembly means may for example be of the type described in patent applications EP1451498, or EP2598785, or even US 7,770,937. Optionally, the device includes an outer sleeve carried by the belt. In this case, optionally, at least in the active indicator configuration, the position detection part of the positioning indicator protrudes axially beyond the outer sleeve. For example, this sleeve can be of the type described in French patent n ° 3008160. The invention will be well understood and its advantages will appear better on reading the detailed description which follows, of an embodiment shown by way of limiting example. The description refers to the accompanying drawings in which: - Figure 1 is a perspective view showing a clamping device according to the present description, cooperating with a tube, in the pre3057918 state mounted on this tube but not tightened, the positioning indicator being in its rest configuration; - Figure 2 shows the same clamping device, while the second tube was connected to the first, but before the clamping of the collar, the positioning indicator is then in its active configuration of indicator; - Figure 3 is a view in axial half-section in the axial plane III of Figure 1, passing at the level of a positioning indicator; - Figure 4 is a view similar to Figure 3, but for the state of Figure 2, the second tube being assembled to the first and the positioning indicator is therefore in its active configuration witness; - Figure 5 is a view similar to Figure 4, after tightening the collar, on which the second tube is however omitted for reasons of visibility of the characteristics described; - Figure 6 shows, in perspective, a witness tab forming a positioning witness; - Figure 7 is a partial cut perspective view showing the attachment of this tab to the belt of the collar after tightening; - Figure 8 is a view similar to Figure 6, for an alternative embodiment of the control tab; and - Figures 9 and 10 are views respectively similar to Figures 3 and 4 with the control tab according to said variant. The clamp of the clamping system according to the present description is for example generally similar to that described in documents EP 1 451 498, EP 2 598 785 and FR 3 008 160. Thus, as can be seen in particular in FIGS. 1 to 5, this collar 10 comprises a belt 12 which has a first flank 13A and a second flank 13B between which an internal recess is delimited 14. In the following, unless otherwise indicated, the elements which are directed towards the axis A of the collar and which are closest to this axis A will be qualified as internal with respect to other elements qualified as external, the external elements being also those directed away from the A axis. The clamping device is used to connect two tubes by their ends. Thus, Figures 1 to 5 show a first tube 1, the figures 2, 4 and 5 also showing the second tube 2. These tubes 1 and 2 respectively have a first clamping surface IA and a second clamping surface 2A projecting from their respective cylindrical outer surfaces. For the assembly of tubes 1 and 2, the clamping device can be arranged around the assembled ends of the tubes, so that the clamping surfaces IA and IB are located in the recess 14 of the belt. In this situation, the sides 13A and 13B cooperate respectively with the clamping surfaces IA and 2A, so that the clamping of the collar keeps the two ends of the tubes abutted. In this case, the belt 12 has a V-shaped section, that is to say that the sides 13A and 13B are oriented towards the axis A while tending to gradually move away from one of the 'other as we progress towards their respective edges, respectively 13Ά and 13'B. The clamping surfaces IA and IB have a diameter which increases progressively towards the free ends opposite the tubes, being for example of frustoconical shape. Thus, the tightening of the collar on the clamping surfaces of the ends of the tubes to be assembled tends to bring these ends closer to each other. In this case, the free end of the second tube 2 has an end skirt 2B which, from the top of the clamping surface 2A, gradually approaches the axis A. In particular, this end skirt can have a shape frustoconical adapted to the internal periphery of the clamping surface IA of the first tube. For assembly, the axes of the tubes 1 and 2 are obviously aligned and coaxial with the axis A of the collar. In the example shown, the ends of the tubes 1 and 2 together form, when they are abutted, the object to be tightened and this object has a bulge formed by the bulge 2Ά whose rear face (opposite the free end carrying the skirt 2B) is formed by the clamping surface 2A. The collar includes means for tightening the belt 12. In the present case, this belt has ends, respectively 12A and 12B, which are straightened radially so as to form support legs. These tabs are drilled so as to allow the passage of the rod 16A of a screw 16 through these tabs. The head 16B of the screw can be retained relative to the tab 12A, while a nut 18 cooperates with the tab 12B, possibly via a spacer 17, so that the relative rotation of the screw and the nut in the direction of screwing brings the support tabs 12A and 12B close to each other and therefore reduces the inside diameter of the collar, which makes it possible to tighten the belt. In the present case, the collar carries a sleeve 20, which is for example a thermal protection sleeve or the like, as described in French patent n ° FR 3,008,160 or in French patent application n ° 16 53222 (not published on the date of filing of this application). In this case, this attachment can be achieved by lugs 22, fixed by any suitable means to the internal periphery of the sleeve 20 and, moreover, retained relative to the collar by being hung under an edge of the belt, as shown Figure 3. Several tabs of this type can be distributed along the periphery of the sleeve. Furthermore, in this case, the sleeve is interrupted in the region of the previously mentioned clamping means. Although this is not shown, it could have a flap which circumferentially extends a part of the sleeve which extends axially beyond the size of the clamping means, it being noted that, in this case, the axial length of the sleeve (measured parallel to axis A) is greater than that of the collar. Furthermore, in a manner known per se, the collar has pre-assembly means for, in the non-tightened state of the collar, retaining the belt relative to the object to be tightened. In this case, these pre-assembly means are of the type described in patent applications EP 1 451 498 or EP 2 598 785. Thus, the device comprises a washer 28 which is secured to the collar and has a frustoconical annular portion 30 disposed , when the tubes are butted, between the skirt 2B and the internal surface of the flare forming the clamping surface IA. This washer 28 also has tabs which serve to retain the washer relative to the belt and also to retain the ends of the tubes 1 and 2, or at least one of them, under the belt 12 before tightening. of the collar, in a pre-assembly situation. In particular, the washer may have internal tabs 28A for bearing on the internal surface of the sidewall 13A of the belt, external tabs 28B which are folded out of this sidewall, at least some of these external tabs may have hooking reliefs on the external surface of the flared IA. The washer may also have tabs 28D, which, from the flank 13A pass over the flank 13B to be folded down on this flank while forming, at rest, an elastic projection inside the collar allowing the retaining of the top 2A of the flare under these tabs 28D, once the second tube 2 has been brought closer to the first in the situation shown in FIG. 4. To put the clamping device in place, we first advance the end of the first tube 1 under the edge 13Ά of the belt (by moving this tube in the direction of arrow F indicated in Figure 3, or by moving the collar in reverse). Thus, the clamping device is pre-mounted on the flared IA as shown in Figure 3. Then, we advance the end of the second tube 2 under the edge 13'B (by moving this tube in the direction of the arrow G indicated in figure 4, or by moving the collar in the opposite direction). Thus, on the one hand, the device is also pre-mounted on the bulge 2Ά of this second tube and, on the other hand, the correct positioning of this bulge under the belt is made easily observable by activating the positioning indicator described below. Indeed, the device comprises at least one positioning indicator carried by the collar. In this case, the device comprises two positioning indicators, each formed by a witness tab 40. As can be seen in FIGS. 1 and 2, these witness tabs 40 are in this case substantially diametrically opposite. One could of course choose a different arrangement, with a single witness tab, or else with more than two witness tabs, advantageously, regularly distributed circumferentially. In the present case, these two witness legs are completely dissociated from each other. They could however be linked together, for example by a thin washer, not affecting their ability to change position or orientation when the bulge of the object (i.e., here, the bulge 2Ά ) comes into position in the clamping device. With reference, in particular, to FIGS. 3 to 7, one of these control lugs 40 is now described. It can be seen that this tab is carried by the collar and, more precisely, by its belt 12. It has a position detection part 42 which protrudes relative to the collar and, even, relative to the sleeve 20, and a part of activation 44, which protrudes under the belt 12. By comparing Figures 3 and 4, it is understood that, when the clamping device is placed around the bulge 2Ά of the tube 2, this bulge cooperates with the activation part 44 to tilt the witness tab 40. In this case, this tilting takes place around the circumferential edge 13'B of the belt 12. More precisely, in the rest position illustrated in FIG. 3, the detection part of position 42 is closer to axis A than in the tilted position illustrated in the figure 4. Thus, even if he is unable to distinguish the exact positioning of the collar relative to the tube, the operator is able to identify the change in position of the control tab, the tilted position shown on Figure 4 showing that the clamping device has reached the right of the bulge 2Ά. The witness tab includes a running portion 41, which is located on the outside of the belt 12 of the collar and which carries the position detection part 42. In this case, the position detection part is formed by a portion d end 42 of this running portion 41. In addition, the control tab comprises tabs 45A, 45B and 45C, which are connected to the running portion 41. In the present case, the aforementioned tabs are connected to the running portion substantially at the opposite of the position detection part 42. These tongues protrude under the belt 12. The tongues are connected to the current portion 41 relatively rigidly. This means that, initially, when the tongues are actuated by their coming into contact with the bulge 2Ά of the tube 2, they do not deform or hardly deform, but play the role of a lever which, actuated by this bulge , causes the tab 40 to tilt, the tilting then being free, since there is an annular space E around the control tab 40, in this case between the external surface of the running portion 41 of this tab and the internal surface of the sleeve 20. However, these tongues are also flexible since, as can be seen in FIG. 5, they are folded back so as to be pressed against the internal face of the sidewall 13B of the belt when the collar is tightened. In this case, the current portion 41 covers the belt 12. It comprises a first wing 41A, which extends towards the median plane of the belt from the position detection part 42 a second wing 41B which, at rest extends substantially against the outer face of the sidewall 13B of the belt 12. As can be seen in FIG. 3, at rest, the wings 41A and 41B form a substantially V-shaped section, forming a V slightly more open than the V formed by the section of the belt 12. In the tilted position shown in Figure 4, the wing 41A is also almost parallel to the axis A. The tabs 45A, 45B and 45C are connected to the wing 41B and, more precisely, they start from this wing. In this case, in its region opposite to the position detection part 42, the wing 41B forms an elbow 41 'which is retained on the circumferential edge 13'B of the belt 12. The tabs 45B and 45C extend beyond this bend 41 'towards the free end of the witness tab 40 which is opposite to the position detection part 42. It can also be seen that, in this case, the bend is formed between two folds , namely a first fold 41C towards the wing 41A and a second fold opposite this wing, the second fold being further from the position detection part 42 than the first. The portion of the witness tab located between the elbows 41C and 41D has a length slightly greater than the thickness of the sidewall 13B of the belt. This promotes the retention of the witness tab by this edge 13B. In this case, it is the tongues 45B and 45C which play the role of tilt activators by cooperating with the bulge 2Ά when the tube 2 is placed inside the clamping device. The tongue 45A rather plays the role of retaining part which promotes retaining the witness tab 40 relative to the collar. This tongue 45A is connected to the current portion of the tab 40 in a region of the wing 41B which is located between the elbow 41 'and the top formed by the junction between the wings 41A and 41B. It can be seen that the belt 12 has an opening 12A through which this tongue 45A passes. Thus, in the rest configuration shown in Figure 3, the tab 40 is retained relative to the belt 12 by the combined effect of the tongue 45A passing through the opening 12A, and the elbow 41 '. It should be noted that the tongue 45A crosses the opening 12A with a play. Thus, this tongue does not in any way harm the tilting of the witness tab 40 when it changes from its rest configuration to its active witness configuration because it can easily be move in this opening, as can be seen in FIG. 4. In the present case, considered in axial view, the tongue 45A is between the two tongues 45B and 45C. Thus, the portion of the sidewall 13B of the belt which extends between the opening 12A and the edge 13'B is somehow caught between the tongue 45A on the one hand and the tongues 45B and 45C on the other hand . However, this is not compulsory, there may be a different number of tabs of the tab type 45A which contributes to the retention of the control tab relative to the belt, and of tabs of the tab type 45B and 45C which contribute to this restraint and to the activation of the tilting. As indicated, when the tightening has been carried out, the tongues 45A, 45B and 45C are folded against the internal face of the wing 13B of the belt. If, from this state, the collar is dismantled, the tongues which have been plastically deformed, remain in this folded state. They thus contribute to continuing to retain the witness tab 40 relative to the collar even after disassembly of the latter, thus avoiding that the witness tab does not constitute a separate part, untimely detaching from the collar. This is also better visible in Figure 7, where we see the tabs 45A, 45B and 45C folded against the inner face of wing 13B. The tongue 45A is simply cut out in the witness tab 40, between the tongues 45B and 45C, notches 45Ά which can moreover remain at the base of this tongue 45A. With reference to FIGS. 8 to 10, a witness tab 140 is now described according to an alternative embodiment. This tab 140 is generally similar to the tab 40 previously described, and like it includes a position detection part 142 and a running part 141 comprising a wing 141A and a wing 141B, the latter being situated against the sidewall 13B of the belt. when the witness tab is at rest, as shown in FIG. 9. The wings 141A and 141B together form a V which, in this case, has at rest substantially the same opening as the V formed by the sides 13A and 13B of the belt, as can be seen in FIG. 9. Thus, at rest, the running portion 141 of the witness tab 140 covers the belt while being substantially pressed against it. In this regard, the witness tab comprises, on the one hand, tabs 145A, 145B and 145C connected to its current portion (more precisely connected to the wing 141B) on the side opposite to the position detection part 142. On the other hand, the witness tab 140 comprises a retaining lug 143 which, at rest, cooperates with a surface of the belt. In this case, the elbow 141 'formed between the wing 141B and the tabs 145A, 145B and 145C cooperates with the free edge 13' of the sidewall 13B of the belt, while the lug 143 cooperates with the free edge 13Ά of the other side 13A of the belt. This lug 143 is in this case formed by a small tongue, cut from the current portion of the control tab and straightened. In the example shown, the tongues 145A, 145B and 145C are three in number. The tab 145A acts as an activation tab. In fact, as can be seen in FIG. 9, when the witness tab 140 is at rest, this tongue 145A projects towards the axis A inside the recess 14 of the belt. As can be understood by considering FIG. 10, this tongue 145A is actuated by cooperation with the bulge 2Ά of the tube 2 when the latter is put in place under the clamping device. In this case, the tabs 145B and 145C are simply folded further towards the wing 141B, so as to form a more acute angle to locally retain the tab 140 relative to the edge 13'B of the flank 13B. It would of course be possible to provide a different number of tongues, or even to have only one tongue of the type of tongue 145A, possibly by shaping the elbow 141 ′ like the elbow 41 ′ of the variant previously described. As can be seen in FIG. 10, when the bulge of the tube 2 is in place in the clamping device, the cooperation between this bulge and the tongue 145A has caused the control flap 140 to tilt, so that the position of the part position detection 142 has changed significantly, allowing the operator to check the correct positioning of the bulge in the clamping device. As in the previously described variant, it is understood that, when the tightening is carried out, the tongue 145A folds to come to press against the internal face of the sidewall 13B of the belt, so as not to hinder the tightening of the collar. In the two variants which have just been described, the position detection part 42 or 142 is connected to the rest of the current portion 41 or 141 by one or more slight folds 42 'or 142'. The position detection part thus forms a tail that is clearly identified, and the change of position of which can easily be observed, in particular visually or by touch.
