[0001] FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a device for packaging and applying a liquid composition, in particular a liquid cosmetic composition, comprising solid particles that are sensitive to a magnetic field, comprising: - a container for containing the liquid composition; - An applicator adapted to be mounted on the container and having a rod and an applicator head secured to one end of the rod, the rod and the applicator head being adapted to be inserted into the container when the applicator is mounted on the container ; and - a cleaning member of the rod disposed in the container. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Devices of this type are known in the cosmetic field in which the liquid cosmetic composition comprises a liquid phase and solid particles such as nacres sensitive or not to a magnetic field, the cosmetic composition being intended to be applied on the eyelashes, on the lips, on the nails, on the hair or on the skin of a user.
[0002] In general, when the solid particles are sensitive to a magnetic field, the applicator then comprises a magnetized applicator head in order to better load the applicator head and / or guide the solid particles to obtain optical effects at the time of application. the application of the composition, as for example described in document FR 2 947 432 A1 in the name of the Applicant. Other devices comprise, as magnetic part, a magnet separated from the applicator and used just after application of the composition to create patterns by orienting the solid particles under the effect of the magnetic field of the magnet, as for example described in the document FR 2 876 011 A1. The case of solid particles indifferent to a magnetic field is even more widespread since it concerns a very large number of cosmetic formulations. It is indeed widely known to use solid particles in a more or less viscous liquid composition to sometimes form a paste as for most mascaras for example. These solid particles are generally called "fillers" and this goes from nacres to pigments, through some natural or synthetic fibers that are used to obtain various well-known effects. However, the use of these solid particles, whether or not sensitive to a magnetic field, faces recurrent and related technical problems which relate to the maximum possible concentration of these solid particles in a given composition, to the possibility of being able to then depositing such a composition on a surface, and the drying of such compositions which are generally relatively viscous and therefore particularly sensitive to the latter phenomenon Indeed, such compositions generally comprise at most about 10 to 15% by weight of particles solid. Beyond this, it becomes difficult to disperse them stably and homogeneously in a composition, but also to be able to spread the composition on a surface that it is with the hand and even more with an applicator whose applicator head must be able to be loaded with adequately produced.
[0003] In practice, if one wants to be able to have a homogeneous composition comprising solid particles that remain stable because no or little mobility in the composition and / or if one wants to use a higher concentration of solid particles, it is necessary to to be able to increase the viscosity of the composition. For this, thickeners are generally added to try to obtain the desired viscosity for a given composition.
[0004] If the viscosity of the composition is not well adapted, solid particle clusters will form when it is too high or they will settle at the bottom of the container when it is too low. If the formula becomes too thick, the loading of the applicator head and the spreading of the product then become difficult. It is well known to the consumers of cosmetic products in particular and mascara in particular, that it quickly becomes necessary to use the applicator, in particular the stem and the applicator head, as an agitator by making round trips in the container to slightly fluidize the composition to load the applicator head. This practice is not without adverse consequences on the properties of the composition, because it dries more quickly in contact with the air which causes an even faster increase in its viscosity. Thus, it becomes more and more difficult, and after a while impossible, to maintain optimal loading of the applicator head 30 product containing solid particles. In the case of a mascara, a significant percentage of the product initially sold becomes even unusable and therefore lost. OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION The object of the present invention is to overcome these drawbacks by proposing a device which allows an application of the liquid composition comprising solid particles, including in very large quantities, which is as reproducible as possible and of a the most consistent quality over time, and easy to use. For this purpose, the subject of the invention is a device for packaging and applying a liquid composition comprising solid particles sensitive to a magnetic field of the aforementioned type, characterized in that the rod of the applicator comprises a magnetic part capable of generating a magnetic field adapted to attract and hold at least one part of said solid particles on the rod, at least in a rest position, said magnetic part extending over at least part of a zone of the rod which extends between the applicator head and the cleaning member when the applicator is mounted on the container. Thanks to these provisions, the magnetic part of the rod makes it possible to attract on the one hand a sufficient quantity according to the desired application of solid particles sensitive to a magnetic field which then accumulate on the rod of the applicator coming to saturate the magnetic part in solid particles. On the other hand, if solid particles are present in excess, they can sediment at the bottom of the container due to their mobility in the liquid phase while escaping the influence of the magnetic field of the magnetic part. This excess of solid particles may also constitute a reserve for future uses to allow prolonged optimal use by fixing as long as possible on the magnetic portion of the rod an effective amount of solid particles. Finally, the extraction of the applicator from the container makes it possible to release the solid particles 35 accumulated on the rod by contact with the cleaning member, these solid particles then locally and momentarily modifying the viscosity of the liquid phase in the vicinity of the stem and especially the applicator head.
[0005] The device according to the invention thus makes it possible, in a manner and in situ for each use, to temporarily and locally modify the viscosity of the composition, which has a great many advantages. Firstly, this allows the loading of the applicator head with a cosmetic composition comprising a large and reproducible amount of solid particles dispersed in the liquid phase, the higher viscosity of which is better adapted to a deposit on a surface, especially in the framework for use in cosmetics, and especially on keratinous fibers. In addition, this increase in viscosity, which depends on the volume fraction of solid particles that disperse in the liquid phase, occurs only at the time of loading of the applicator head in the context of use, it is possible to use a liquid phase of lower viscosity. Such a liquid phase makes it possible to add a quantity of solid particles which is clearly greater than the known amounts of the prior art and to have a packaging and application device which is clearly less sensitive to the phenomenon of drying out. In preferred embodiments of the invention, one or more of the following provisions may also be used: the magnetic part extends over at least part of said zone of the stem discontinuously; the magnetic part extends at least over a portion of said zone of the rod in a continuous manner; the magnetic part extends over all said zone of the rod; - The rod of the applicator is at least partially hollow, the magnetic part comprising at least one solid magnet disposed within the rod; the magnetic part consists of magnetic or magnetizable particles integrated in a constituent material of the rod; the magnetic part is capable of generating a magnetic field gradient oriented along a longitudinal axis of the rod; The liquid composition comprises a liquid phase, the liquid phase and the container being transparent and / or translucent; the liquid composition comprises a liquid phase which is an aqueous dispersion of said solid particles in a water-soluble or water-dispersible film-forming polymer of acrylic and / or polyacrylic type or a mixture of such film-forming polymers; the aqueous dispersion comprises, in percentage by weight relative to the total weight of the aqueous dispersion: 20 - qs water; At least 5 to 90% of a polymer or a mixture of polymers of acrylate and / or polyacrylate type as film-forming agent, more preferably 20 to 50%, more preferably 30 to 40%; and optionally - from 1 to 30% or more of a C 6 OR C 12 sugar as a plasticizer, more preferably 5 to 15%; and / or 0 to 15% ethyl alcohol; the liquid composition comprises in percentage by weight relative to the total weight of the liquid composition: qq water; At least 5 to 90% of a polymer or a mixture of polymers of acrylate and / or polyacrylate type as film-forming agent, more preferably 20 to 50%, more preferably 30 to 40%; 0.5 to 50% of solid particles sensitive to a magnetic field, better still from 0.5 to 20%, more preferably from 10 to 15%; and optionally - from 1 to 30% or more of a C 6 OR C 12 sugar as a plasticizer, more preferably 5 to 15%; and / or 0 to 15% ethyl alcohol; and the liquid composition is a cosmetic composition, preferably a mascara.
[0006] The invention also relates to a use of a device as described above for applying the liquid cosmetic composition to a part of the human body, preferably the eyelashes. In particular, a mascara is applied to the eyelashes 15 by means of a device as described above. The invention furthermore relates to a process for applying to a part of the human body of a liquid cosmetic composition using a device as described above, the process comprising the following steps: extracting the applicator out of the container; - apply the cosmetic composition to a part of the human body; and - insert the applicator into the container. The invention also relates to a makeup kit for eyelashes comprising a first device for applying a first mascara and a second device as described above containing a second mascara. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS The invention will be better understood on reading the following description of various embodiments of the invention, given by way of example only with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which: Figure 1 is a vertical sectional view of a device according to a first embodiment of the invention in an initial position of rest; FIG. 2 is a view identical to that of FIG. 1 in a first intermediate extraction position; - Figure 3 is a view identical to that of Figure 1 in a second intermediate position of extraction; Figure 4 is a view identical to that of Figure 1 in a final position with the applicator ready for use; FIG. 5 is a view identical to that of FIG. 1 illustrating a device according to a second embodiment of the invention in an initial rest position; and - Figure 6 is a view identical to that of Figure 1 illustrating a device according to a third embodiment of the invention in an initial position of rest. DETAILED DESCRIPTION In the various figures, the same references designate identical or similar elements. FIG. 1 illustrates a device 10 for packaging and applying a liquid composition 25 according to a first embodiment of the invention and in an initial position of rest or out of use, the liquid composition comprising solid particles sensitive to a magnetic field and here being mascara intended to be applied to the eyelashes of a user. The device 10 comprises a container 12 containing the mascara 14 and an applicator 16 mounted on the container 12. The container 12 comprises a body 18 and a neck 20 extending in the extension of the body 18 forming a recess relative to the body 18.
[0007] In the example considered, the body 18 has a substantially cylindrical shape Z axis and a substantially square cross section. The neck 10, substantially cylindrical in shape of axis Z and of substantially circular cross section, has an external thread 22. Advantageously, the container 12 is made from a substantially transparent or translucent material, for example a glass or a glass. plastic material such as polyethylene terephthalate (PET) or polyamide (PA). The applicator 16 comprises a stopper 24, a rod 26 and an applicator head 28. The stopper 24 comprises an inner skirt 30 of substantially cylindrical shape Z-axis and of substantially circular cross section, and provided with an internal thread 32 complementary to the external thread 22 of the neck 10 in order to screw the plug 24 on the neck 10 and seal the container 12 in a sealed manner. The inner skirt 30 is surrounded by an outer skirt 34 of substantially cylindrical shape Z axis and cross section identical to that of the body 18. The presence of the outer skirt 34 is optional because this skirt has an essentially aesthetic role. The inner 30 and outer skirts 34 are surmounted by a gripping member 36. The rod 26 comprises a hollow tube 38 which extends between the plug 24 and the applicator head 28 and which penetrates inside the container 12 when the plug 24 closes the container 12. In particular, the tube 38 extends along the Z axis between a proximal end 38a and a distal end 38b, and has for example a substantially circular and constant cross section along the Z axis The tube 38, for example, has a length substantially equal to 50 mm and an outside diameter substantially equal to 4.4 mm. The proximal end 38a of the tube 38 is integral with the plug 24 while the applicator head 28 is integral with the distal end 38b. In the embodiment described here, the applicator head 28 is formed by a bundle of bristles forming a brush. Alternatively, the applicator head may be formed by a comb, a brush, a foam, a threaded tip, a flocked tip or any other means capable of performing a similar function. The device 10 comprises a cleaning member 40 of the rod 26 disposed in the container 12 at the recess formed between the body 18 and the neck 20. The cleaning member 40 releases solid particles on the stem 26 of the applicator 16 during its extraction from the container 12 as will be explained in more detail later, which allows to stir the solid particles in the liquid phase of the cosmetic composition, here the mascara 14, in the vicinity of the With these arrangements, the viscosity of the liquid composition is thus momentarily and locally increased, which makes it possible to better load the applicator head 28 with solid particles and to limit the phenomena which generate drying out of the liquid. the cosmetic composition. According to a preferred variant, the cleaning member 40 is a sleeve inserted into the neck 20 of the container 12 and made from a relatively flexible material closing the neck 20 and elastically deforming when the applicator 16 passes. the example considered, the cleaning member 40 is made of a flexible foam but it is possible to use any type of wiper usually used in cosmetics. Alternatively, the cleaning member 40 may be formed directly by the neck 20 of the container 12. In order to temporarily store on the rod 26 solid particles contained in the mascara 14, the rod 26 comprises a magnetic portion 42 adapted to generating a magnetic field adapted to attract and maintain at least a portion of the solid particles on the rod, at least in the rest position. By "magnetic part" is meant a part capable of generating a magnetic field, whether magnetized or magnetizable. The magnetic portion 42 is located between the plug 24 and the applicator head 28. More particularly, the magnetic portion 42 extends over at least a portion of an area 46 of the rod 26 which extends between the applicator head 28 and the cleaning member 40 when the applicator 16 is mounted on the container 12. In the first embodiment of Figure 1, the magnetic portion 42 comprises a solid magnet 44 disposed on a central portion 47 of the zone 46. of the rod 26. It is then considered that the magnetic portion extends only over part of the zone 46 of the rod 26 in a continuous manner. The magnet 44 has a substantially cylindrical shape, for example of length between 10 and 12 mm, and a substantially circular cross section, for example 2 mm in diameter. Alternatively, the magnet 44 may be of any suitable shape, for example parallelepiped, triangular, etc. The magnet 44 can be fitted or glued inside the tube 38. Alternatively, the magnet 44 is overmoulded during the manufacture of the rod 26. The magnet 44 is preferably a permanent magnet made from a ferromagnetic material or from a material comprising magnetic or magnetizable particles. The term "magnetic particles or magnetizable particles" having a non-zero magnetic susceptibility, that is to say sensitive to the action of a magnetic field. The magnet 44 is able to generate a magnetic field oriented along the Z axis or not.
[0008] The cosmetic composition 14 comprises a liquid phase 48 and solid particles 52 sensitive to a magnetic field. The liquid phase 48 is an aqueous dispersion of said solid particles 52 in a water-soluble or water-dispersible film-forming polymer of acrylic and / or polyacrylic type or a mixture of such film-forming polymers. In general, the aqueous dispersion comprises in percentage by weight relative to the total weight of the aqueous dispersion: 20 - qs water; At least 5 to 90% of a polymer or a mixture of polymers of acrylate and / or polyacrylate type as film-forming agent, more preferably 20 to 50%, more preferably 30 to 40%; and optionally at least 1 to 30% of a C6 or C12 sugar as a plasticizer, more preferably 5 to 15%; and / or - 0 to 15% of ethyl alcohol. The liquid phase 48 has a viscosity of between 5x10-3 Pa.s and 5x10-1 Pa.s, these values being obtained by rheological measurements carried out on an ARES-G2 rheometer at a speed of 100 cm-1 and in a 30 mL vat with fins. This range of viscosities therefore excludes pasty cosmetic compositions in which the solid particles are stably dispersed therein and therefore substantially immobile and can contain a higher concentration of solid particles. The liquid phase 48 thus comprises water, a film-forming polymer, a sugar-type plasticizer, an alcohol and a preservative. The polymer is essential to create a film on the eyelashes. It may be chosen from water-soluble or water-dispersible polymers such as latexes which are film-forming polymers of the acrylate / polyacrylate type, vinylpyrrolidone polymers and copolymers and polyvinyl alcohols, or more generally in the entire family of acrylics. Of course, it may also be a mixture of film-forming polymers. Preferably, the chosen polymer is bulk-transparent in order to visualize the solid particles and thus improve the aesthetics of the product. Such polymers may be for example those marketed under the names SyntranC), Covacry1C), Ultrasol® and DaitosolC). The plasticizer is indispensable or optional depending on the nature of the polymer. In order to have an interesting film, it is essential to have a plasticizer associated with the film-forming polymer. The plasticizer may be a polyol which may be chosen from sugars and their derivatives, in particular their esters or their ethers. The sugar is for example selected from C6 sugars and C12 sugars. A C6 sugar may be glucose, sorbitol, mannitol or galactitol. A C12 sugar may be sucrose or lactitol. The polyol may be chosen from polyalkylene glycols, especially poly (C 2-5 oxyalkylene) and more particularly poly (ethylene oxide) and / or poly (propylene oxide). The polyol is preferably selected from glycerol, sorbitol and glycols. According to an advantageous embodiment, the polyol is sorbitol, for example that marketed under the name Néosorb 70 / 02C).
[0009] Ethyl alcohol is not essential, but its presence makes it possible to accelerate the drying of the composition. The curator is highly recommended. The most commonly used are phenoxyethanol but also methyl parahydroxy benzoates, ethyl, propyl or butyl and sorbic acid. Thus, in general, the liquid composition 14 comprises in percentage by weight relative to the total weight of the liquid composition 14: 10 - qs water; At least 5 to 90% of a polymer or a mixture of polymers of acrylate and / or polyacrylate type as film-forming agent, more preferably 20 to 50%, more preferably 30 to 40%; 0.5 to 50% of solid particles sensitive to a magnetic field, more preferably 0.5 to 20%, more preferably 10 to 15%; and optionally - from 1 to 30% or more of a C 6 OR C 12 sugar as a plasticizer, more preferably 5 to 15%; and / or 20 - 0 to 15% ethyl alcohol. Solid particles 52 are magnetic or magnetizable particles which are sensitive to a magnetic field and which are adapted to be attracted by magnet 44. Solid particles 52 may comprise any magnetic material such as nickel, cobalt, iron , their alloys and oxides, in particular Fe304 iron oxide. Advantageously, the solid particles 52 also have optical properties of reflection and / or diffraction of light, in particular when the liquid phase 48 is transparent or translucent. Preferably, the solid particles 52 are magnetic nacres comprising Fe304 iron oxide. For example, the following combinations are possible: mica / iron oxide, mica / titanium / iron oxide, borosilicate / iron oxide, borosilicate / titanium / iron oxide, silica / iron oxide, aluminum / silica / oxide of iron iron and alumina / iron oxide. Such nacres are for example marketed under the names Colorona BlackstarED, Naked Cloisonne Antique®, Sunpearl ShadowED, Refecks Blackened®, Sunprizma®, Mica Black®. The size of the solid particles 52 is between 0.1 and 700 μm. The liquid composition 14 can be obtained by dispersing the various elements using a Rayneri type mixer. In a first phase, water, the polymer, the plasticizer, the alcohol and the preservative are mixed at 350 rpm for 30 minutes. When the phase obtained is well homogeneous, the nacres are added at 350 rpm and mixed for 10 minutes. In the preamble to this procedure, if the plasticizer is a sugar, it may be necessary to heat it beforehand if it is slightly crystallized in order to re-homogenize it. Alternatively, the solid particles 52 may be fibers loaded with iron oxide. The magnetic properties of the magnet 44 are advantageously chosen according to the viscosity of the medium, the nature or composition of the solid particles 52, their magnetic sensitivity and / or their concentration, so as to exert on the solid particles 52 a sufficient attractive force to attract and hold them on the rod 26 at least when the rod 26 is at rest in the container 12. EXAMPLES Examples of liquid compositions with different types of nacres are given in the following Table 1. [0010] Initially, the device 10 is in the initial rest position before use illustrated in FIG. 1. In this position, the stopper 24 is screwed onto the neck 20 and sealingly closes the container 12.
[0011] The stem 26 and the applicator head 28 dipped in the mascara 14. Part of the solid particles 52 agglomerated on the rod 26 at the level of the magnet 44, while the other solid particles 52 rest at the bottom of the container 12. When a user wishes to apply the mascara 14 on her eyelashes, she grasps the gripping member 36, unscrews the cap 24 and extracts the stem 26 of the container 12 without prior mandatory agitation just before a first use. The rod 26 integral with the plug 24 is then driven at least in translation relative to the container 12. As illustrated in FIG. 2, the translation movement and also the rotation movement of the rod 26 releases a portion of the solid particles 52 which have accumulated at the level of the magnet 44, by generating a "vortex" of solid particles 52 which swirl substantially around the Z axis in the vicinity of the rod 26 and therefore close to the applicator head 28 during the extraction of the Applicator 16 out of the container 12. The magnetic properties of the magnet 44 can thus also be chosen so that a displacement of the rod 26 with respect to the container 12 causes the release of the solid particles 52 attracted to the rod. 26. This possibility is particularly suitable when the container and the composition are transparent and / or translucent in order to create visual effects in the container 12. When the cap 2 4 is completely unscrewed from the container 12, the user continues the extraction movement of the applicator 16 out of the container 12 by moving the applicator 16 along the axis Z. The passage of the rod 26 through the organ cleaning member 40 releases the solid particles 52 which have accumulated at the level of the magnet 44 and which have not been released by the rotation of the rod 26. These solid particles 52 then fall into the liquid phase 48 of the mascara 14 in the form of rain of solid particles 52 (Figure 3). All the solid particles 52 which have agglomerated on the rod 26 at the level of the magnet 44 are thus dispersed in the liquid phase 48 of the mascara 14 in the vicinity of the rod 26 and the applicator head 28, and thus form momentarily in the liquid phase 48 a phase whose viscosity is substantially increased due to the presence of a large amount of solid particles 52. The applicator head 28 then passes through this cloud of solid particles 52 and takes care of mascara 14 which comes to be homogenized and that can be applied by the user on her eyelashes (Figure 4). The user has somehow temporarily adjusted the viscosity of the liquid composition 14 to the vicinity of the applicator head 28 in order to optimize the loading on the applicator head 28 with an optimal and reproducible amount of solid particles 52. to these provisions, an optimal collection of solid particles 52 is ensured for each use, which makes it possible to obtain a more homogeneous aesthetic effect over time and preserves the application potential of the remaining composition by limiting its degradation, unlike the devices of the prior art in which the concentration of solid particles increases when each use is taken too much liquid composition and not enough solid particles which ultimately are lost. Once the application is complete, the user inserts the applicator head 28 and the rod 26 into the container and screws the stopper 24 onto the neck 20. Part of the solid particles 52 still suspended in the liquid phase is attracted by the magnet 44 and then agglomerates on the rod 26, while the rest 20 of the solid particles 52 falls to the bottom of the container 12. The device 10 is found in the rest position illustrated in Figure 1 with a lesser amount of mascara 14. The device 10 may be marketed alone or be part of a makeup kit for eyelashes. Such a kit may thus comprise a first device for applying and conditioning a first mascara serving in particular as mascara base ("base coat"), and a second packaging and application device 30 according to the invention containing a second mascara used in particular mascara finish ("top coat"). Figure 5 illustrates a device 110 for packaging and applying a liquid composition according to a second embodiment of the invention. This second embodiment of the invention differs from the first embodiment of Figures 1 to 4 in that the magnetic portion 142 of the rod 126 comprises three magnets identical to each other, including a central magnet 144 disposed on the section. central 147 of the zone 146 of the rod 126, and two end magnets 144 ', 144 "disposed on either side of the central magnet 144 and substantially equidistant from the central magnet 144. It is then considered that the magnetic portion 142 extends over the entire zone 146 of the rod 126 in a discontinuous manner.
[0012] The solid particles 152 are thus accumulated on the rod 126 in three different locations, thus creating a pattern inside the container 112 when the device 110 is in the rest position. The liquid phase 148 of the mascara 114 and the body 118 15 of the container 112 being transparent and / or translucent, this pattern is visible to the user. The solid particles 152 are always visible to the user, whether they are inside the container 112 or on her eyelashes.
[0013] Alternatively, the magnetic portion 142 comprises a different number of magnets, for example two, four or more, which may be arranged relative to each other in any way along the zone 146 of the rod 126.
[0014] Figure 6 illustrates a device 210 for packaging and applying a liquid composition according to a third embodiment of the invention. This third embodiment of the invention differs from the second embodiment of Figure 5 in that the three magnets 244, 244 ', 244' 'have different magnetization forces from each other. The magnetization of the distal magnet 244 is greater than that of the central magnet 244 which is itself greater than that of the proximal magnet 244 ', thereby creating a magnetic field gradient oriented along the axis. longitudinal Z of the rod 226 towards its distal end 238b. Alternatively, a magnetic field gradient can also be created with magnets of different sizes. You can also play on magnetic field lines to create patterns. Depending on the number of magnets, their size, their position on the rod, their magnetization force and the orientation of each magnetic field, the solid particles will accumulate on the rod in a different way. one device to another. It is thus possible to create a very large number of different patterns for the device. In a fourth embodiment of the invention, the magnetic part is constituted by magnetic or magnetizable particles integrated in the material constituting the rod. For example, the rod may be made using a rare earth type magnet, for example neodymium, or a magnetizable plastic material, the plastic material being magnetized in the transformation mold, and overmoulded. a protective skin acting as a barrier between the liquid composition and the stem. These particles may be located at one or more predetermined locations in the stem zone, for example at its central portion and / or at its ends, and have different concentrations from one location in the area of the stem to the another. Alternatively, the particles may be distributed throughout the entire length of the stem region homogeneously, that is, with a substantially constant concentration along the stem region, or inhomogeneously that is to say with a variable concentration along the area of the stem. It is then considered that the magnetic portion extends substantially the entire length of the rod area in a continuous manner. It is thus possible to create a large number of different patterns for the device depending on the position of the magnetic or magnetizable particles forming the rod and / or their concentration. The rod is for example obtained by injection or by bi-injection of plastic material loaded with magnetic particles. In a fifth embodiment of the invention, the applicator head also comprises a magnetic part capable of attracting the solid particles of the cosmetic composition. For example, the applicator head may comprise a magnet. Alternatively, the applicator head comprises a metal tip covered with a flocking and connected by a wire to a central magnet disposed in the rod. The invention therefore proposes a device for packaging and applying a liquid composition, in particular a cosmetic composition, which is simple to use and whose application result of the composition is satisfactory and provides the desired visual effect. Indeed, the simple unscrewing of the plug combined with the extraction of the rod through the cleaning member makes it possible locally and momentarily to modify the viscosity of the cosmetic composition in order to better load the applicator head with solid particles without having to put in necessarily perform a stirring step as those known from the prior art and which are harmful. The usual gesture of the user for a mascara is thereby changed. In particular, with the device according to the invention, it is not necessary to stir the container or to "pump", that is to say, to perform back and forth movements with the applicator to homogenize the cosmetic composition just prior to its application. This not only simplifies the use of the device, but also extends the life of the cosmetic composition by limiting the introduction of air into the container, thereby limiting the drying of the cosmetic composition to course of time, which is a major problem for any cosmetic composition and especially a mascara. In addition, by limiting the drying of the cosmetic composition, not only the loss of product is limited but also the fouling of the applicator head. Indeed, according to the invention, the more viscous product remaining after application returns to a much less viscous liquid phase and in a much larger quantity, which allows the product to return to a lower viscosity value and therefore a certain how to "clean" the applicator head. This provides an applicator head whose properties do not degrade or much less quickly because the device is returned to an initial state after each use through the mobility of solid particles. Thanks to the device according to the invention, it is also possible to remove thickeners become useless. These thickeners, like waxes in particular, confer on the composition of dullness. It is therefore possible with the invention to overcome this problem and to have a brilliant composition. This plays an important role with the colored compositions as well as for the rendering of the optical effects such as the reflection / refraction phenomena generated by certain solid particles such as nacres. Moreover, since the cosmetic composition has a liquid phase, the device according to the invention makes it possible not only to apply the cosmetic composition optimally, especially in the form of a film, but also to make the solid particles visible, thus creating an appearance and a satisfactory visual effect. In addition, the device has at rest a surprising and pleasant aesthetic that can be modulated according to the composition, position and magnetic properties of the magnetic part. The invention has been described with reference to mascara as a cosmetic composition and eyelashes as an application, but it is quite possible to use the invention for other applications, for example a hair mascara and more generally all keratin fibers, a nail polish, a liquid lipstick, a gloss, etc.
