专利说明:
[0001] FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to a motor vehicle interior trim part, more particularly to an interior trim part comprising an airbag hatch. and a foam layer made in situ. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Motor vehicles generally comprise an interior trim piece, such as a dashboard, a door panel, a seat or the like covering an airbag module. The interior trim part comprises a hatch intended to open to allow the deployment of the airbag. To provide a soft touch in contact with the dressing, a layer of foam is often provided. Thus, it is usually known, in particular from US Pat. No. 8,469,393, that an interior trim piece comprises: a body forming a structural element and having a passage; a channel-trap assembly mounted on the body; trap comprising: - a substantially tubular channel wall 25 having an inner surface and an outer surface, the inner surface surrounding an interior space and being intended to guide the deployment of an airbag to the passage, the outer surface being substantially shaped cylindrical and 30 extending in a direction of deployment, - a hatch portion connected to the channel wall and covering the passage, - a foam layer and a skin covering said body and said hatch portion. The foam layer is often produced by injecting products that react with each other in a cavity, swell and cover the body and the hatch portion. It is therefore necessary to achieve a seal between the body and the channel-trap assembly. The invention aims to provide a simple solution to implement, relatively inexpensive, providing a satisfactory seal between the body and the channel-trap assembly and to maintain the junction between the body and the invisible channel-hatch assembly. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION In accordance with the invention, the interior trim piece further comprises a sealing system extending all around said outer surface of the channel wall, coming into continuous contact with said body and comprising a lip. protruding from said outer surface of the channel wall Thus, during the introduction of the channel-hatch assembly into the passage, the lip flexes and is applied to the body by elastic return, which provides a setting easy work. In addition, the bending of the lip during the introduction of the channel-trap assembly in the passage gives the lip a concave shape facing the foam which tends to increase the pressure of the lip against the body when the foam comes in contact with the lip. The risk of passage of foam between the lip and the body is reduced. Finally, since the lip protrudes from the cylindrical outer surface of the channel wall, the force resulting from the elastic return of the lip does not tend to move the trap-channel assembly in the direction of deployment relative to the body, which simplifies the maintenance of the channel-hatch assembly relative to the body. According to another characteristic according to the invention, the lip is preferably integrated with the channel wall 5, the lip and the channel wall forming a single piece. Thus, the lip is made at the same time as the channel wall. The realization of the lip does not require an additional operation. [0002] According to another characteristic according to the invention, preferably the body comprises a bearing portion having an inner surface of substantially cylindrical shape, delimiting the passage, extending in the direction of deployment and facing the surface. external of the channel wall, and said lip comes into contact with the inner surface of said body. The positioning of the channel-trap assembly relative to the body is thus facilitated and the risk of leakage between the channel-trap assembly and the body is reduced. [0003] According to another characteristic according to the invention, preferably the sealing system further comprises a complementary seal, and the lip comprises a plurality of rectilinear portions connected to each other by said complementary seal. [0004] Thus, the additional seal makes it possible to ensure the sealing junction between the different lip portions, while allowing the different lip portions to be adapted to come into contact with the body more independently of each other. only if the lip were continuously extended all around the outer surface. Preferably, the complementary seal is softer than the lip. According to another characteristic according to the invention, preferably said lip constitutes a first lip, the sealing system further comprises a second lip remote from the first lip in the direction of deployment. In the case where the first lip is not sufficient to obtain a perfect seal, the pressure of the foam having passed the first lip is reduced, so that the foam does not cross the second lip. According to a complementary feature according to the invention, preferably the sealing system further comprises a complementary seal held between the first lip and the second lip. Thus, the first lip and the second lip further serve to maintain the complementary seal. According to another characteristic according to the invention, preferably: the body comprises an upper surface and a lower surface opposite to the upper surface; the trap-channel assembly comprises a peripheral flange extending away from the passing and covering the body; the peripheral rim contacts the upper surface of the body and the lip comes into contact with the lower surface of the body, so that the body is pinched between the rim and the lip of the assembly; channel-hatch. Thus, the lip further allows to maintain the channel-trap assembly relative to the body in the direction of deployment. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES Other features and advantages of the present invention will become apparent from the following detailed description, with reference to the accompanying drawings in which: FIG. 1 is a sectional view of an interior trim piece according to the invention, the upper part of the view showing a first embodiment and the lower part of the view showing a second embodiment, FIG. 2 is an enlarged view of the portion II in FIG. 1 and showing the first embodiment, FIG. 3 is a view on an enlarged scale of the portion marked III in FIG. 1 and showing the second embodiment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION FIG. 1 illustrates an interior trim piece 1 of a motor vehicle. In the embodiments illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 3, the interior trim piece 1 is formed by a dashboard cap equipped with an airbag module 60. The interior trim piece essentially comprises a body 10 , a channel-hatch assembly 20, a sealing system 40, a foam layer 2 and a skin 4 forming a coating 4. The body 10 forms a structural element made of rigid material, such as polypropylene advantageously reinforced with fibers such as glass fibers, acrylonitrile butadiene styrene or the like. The body 10 has an upper surface 16 and a lower surface 18. The foam layer 2 is fixed on the upper surface 16 of the body 10. The body 10 further comprises a bearing portion 13 having an inner surface 14 defining a passage 12 through the body 10. The inner surface 14 extends in a direction of deployment D and advantageously has a substantially rectangular cross section, substantially constant in the direction of deployment D. More generally, the support portion 13 has a generally tubular shape extending in the direction of deployment D and the inner surface 14 is cylindrical. The channel-hatch assembly 20 essentially comprises a channel wall 30, a hatch portion 22 and a peripheral rim 50 forming a one-piece piece obtained in a single molding operation. The channel-hatch assembly 20 is mounted on the body 10, more precisely the channel-hatch assembly 20 is received in the passage 12. Such a channel-trap assembly 20 is usually referred to as a "chute-channel" of the mushroom type. The channel-hatch assembly 20 is preferably made of a softer material than the body 10, such as an elastomeric thermoplastic material. [0005] The channel wall 30 is of substantially tubular shape extending in the deployment direction D. The channel wall 30 has an inner surface 32 and an outer surface 34. The inner surface 32 surrounds an interior space 35 for guiding the deploying an inflatable cushion 62 to the passage 12. The outer surface 34 is substantially cylindrical in shape extending in the direction of deployment D and advantageously has a substantially rectangular cross section. The outer surface 34 extends facing the inner surface 14 of the body 10. The hatch portion 22 is connected directly to the channel wall 30 and covers the passage 12. The hatch portion 22 has an upper surface 21 and A lower surface 23. The hatch portion 22 includes a first hatch 24 and a second hatch 26. A lower line of mechanical weakening 28 and H-shaped is intended to facilitate the opening of the first and second hatches 24 , 26 during the deployment of the airbag 62. The upper surface 35 21 of the hatch portion 22 is covered by the foam layer 2, while the lower surface 23 of the hatch portion 22 defines the interior space 35. The The peripheral flange 50 is connected directly to the channel wall 30 and extends around the trap portion 22. The peripheral flange 50 has an upper surface 52 and a lower surface. 54. The foam layer 2 covers the upper surface 52 of the peripheral flange 50 and the lower surface 54 extends facing the upper surface 16 of the body 10 against which the lower surface 54 of the peripheral flange 50 abuts. The airbag module 60 comprises, in addition to the airbag 62, a pyrotechnic inflation system 64 and a support 65 held by hooks 66 on the channel wall 30 of the channel-hatch assembly 20. The module support 65 air bag 60 is also rigidly attached to a cross member 68 supporting the dashboard cap. In the embodiment illustrated in FIG. 2, the sealing system 40 comprises a first lip 42, a second lip 44, optional, and a complementary seal 46, also optional. The second lip 44 is similar to the first lip 42, but offset from the first lip 42 in the deployment direction D. The first lip 42 and the second lip 44 are integrated with the channel-hatch assembly 20, ie they are made during the same molding operation, and advantageously in the same material as the channel wall 30, the hatch portion 22 and the peripheral flange 50. The first lip 42 and the second lip 44 project from the surface 34 of the channel wall 30 and have a tapering shape towards a respective free end 43, 45 by which they come into contact with the inner surface 14 of the bearing portion 13. The first lip 42 and the second lip 44 have a curved shape whose concavity is turned towards the foam layer 2 and are flexible so that they deform under the support of their free end 43, 45 against the inner surface 14 of the support portion 13. The complementary seal 46 has a shape substantially complementary to the space between the first lip 42 of the second lip 44, to be closely received and maintained. If necessary, the complementary seal 46 may be similarly bonded or retained on the outer surface 34 of the channel wall 30, the first lip 42 and / or the second lip 44. Preferably, the complementary seal 46 is more flexible that each of the first lip 42 and the second lip 44, advantageously the complementary seal is made of an expanded material, such as a foam. In the embodiment illustrated in FIG. 2, each of the first lip 42 and the second lip 44 comprises four rectilinear portions 42a, 42b; 44a, 44b (only two portions are shown in Figure 2 for each of the lips). The complementary seal 46 comes into sealed contact with the outer surface 34 of the channel wall 30 all around the passage 12 and the complementary seal 46 comes into continuous contact with the inner surface 14 of the body 10 all around. of the deployment direction D, to prevent the passage of foam 2 through the passage 12. Alternatively, the complementary seal 46 could be limited to sections sealingly connecting the rectilinear portions 42a, 42b; 44a, 44b successive of the first lip 42 and / or the second lip 44. The first lip 42, the second lip 44 and the complementary seal 46 prevent the passage of foam 2 through the passage 12 in the body 10, when the foam is injected between the skin 4 and the body 10 and the channel-trap assembly 20. In the embodiments illustrated in FIGS. 2 and 3, the sealing system 40 further comprises: optionally, upstream of the lip 42 with respect to the arrival of the foam 2, a baffle formed by a peripheral groove 15 formed in the upper surface 16 of the body 10 around the passage 12 and a peripheral rib 58 protruding of the lower surface 54 of the peripheral rim 50 and fitting in a complementary manner in the circumferential groove 15. The sealing system 40 further comprises an optional marginal lip 56 formed at the periphery of the rim p 50 and coming continuously in contact with the upper surface 16 of the body 10 all around the passage 12. The embodiment illustrated in Figure 3 differs essentially from the embodiment illustrated in Figure 2 in that on the one hand the sealing system 40 comprises only one lip 42 and in that on the other hand the free end 43 of the lip 42 comes into contact with the inner surface 18 of the body 10, said inner surface 18 of the body 10 s extending substantially perpendicular to the deployment direction D. Moreover, as in the embodiment illustrated in FIG. 2, the free end 43 of the lip 42 comes into contact with the inner surface 14 of the support portion 13 , the bearing portion 13 being recessed with respect to the passage 12. In the embodiment illustrated in FIG. 3, the lip 42 extends continuously all around the outer surface 34 of the channel wall 30. However, in v the lip 42 could comprise a plurality of rectilinear portions connected to each other in a sealed manner by a complementary seal, as illustrated in FIG. 2, said complementary seal being able to extend continuously or not around the external surface 34 of the channel wall 30. The lower surface 54 of the peripheral rim 50 bearing against the upper surface 16 of the body 10 and the free end 43 of the lip 42 coming in opposite bearing against the lower surface 18 of the body 10 , the channel-hatch assembly 20 is held by pinching on the body 10 in the direction of deployment D. Of course, the invention is not limited to the embodiment (s) described for illustrative purposes , not limiting. Thus, in the embodiment illustrated in Figure 3, the support portion 13, and in particular the inner surface 14 against which the free end 43 of the lip 42 comes into sealing contact, is optional. Thus, although it is not preferred, the free end 43 of the lip 42 could come into contact only with the lower surface 18 of the body 10, in a continuously sealed manner around the passage 12.
