专利说明:
The invention relates to a frame for a respirator, the respirator having a filter part comprising a top, a first fastening tape and a second fastening tape configured to fasten the frame to the face of the respirator wearer, the top having a first end of the top and a top of the top foot. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION It is known to protect against airborne contaminants with various face-mounted respirators, the air filtration of which is based on different filter fabrics or similar materials, and which are fastened in place by various straps or strips. There is already a wide range of different levels of respirators on the market, from splash guards to virus filters. When protecting against solid contaminants such as dust, no special measures are required to dispose of the respirator. However, in some circumstances, toxic or otherwise harmful material may adhere to the respirator filter, requiring hygienic use and handling of the filter. Respirators are often designed to fit snugly on the wearer's face. However, some current respirators are made to a medium-sized face shape, so that they do not fit and do not fit properly on faces of different sizes and shapes, and as a result, the tightness between the respirator and the face may deteriorate. S Some of the current respirators are also completely disposable, which generates a lot of waste. In addition, the filter part of disposable respirators has a rather complex structure in some of the current respirators, and their manufacture requires production machines specially designed for their manufacture. Today, the manufacture of respirators, and especially higher quality respirators, requires high quality production equipment and materials. The logistics chain & from manufacturer to end user is long. In some cases, deliveries may be difficult or economically viable due to long distances, difficult terrain or safety problems. The filter materials used in respirators have very different filtration capacities, so when choosing a filter material, it is important to know what filtration capacities are sufficient for the operating environment. In addition, the purpose of the use of the filter must be identified: Whether to protect against contaminants from the outside of the respiratory tract or to prevent the release of respiratory secretions into the environment. Thus, the respirator must almost always be replaced completely when the operating environment changes, because it is not possible to change the filtration properties of respirators in use, especially those of the simplest construction. WO2014025776 discloses a respirator with a pocket-like structure into which the filter part can be inserted. The problem here, however, is that the filter part does not come close to the face. In addition, the shape of the filter parts used in the respirator must always be the same. SUMMARY It is an object of the invention to provide a solution which can significantly reduce the disadvantages and drawbacks associated with the prior art. In particular, it is an object of the invention to provide a solution by means of which different types of filter parts can be easily used in a respirator and the edges of the filter part can be brought tightly against the wearer's face. The objects of the invention are achieved in an arrangement characterized by what is stated in the independent claim. A further advantage of the invention is that it is simple and easily applicable to different materials. The use of the invention is also easier than with respiratory casings providing a similar level of protection. — DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES The invention will now be described in detail. The description refers to the accompanying drawings, in which Figure 1 shows an example of a frame according to the invention viewed from the front oblique, and Figure 2 shows an example of a respirator with a frame according to the invention. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The embodiments in the following description are merely exemplary, and one skilled in the art may practice the basic idea of the invention in any manner other than that described in the specification. Although reference may be made in the description to one embodiment or embodiments in several places, this does not mean that the reference is to only one of the described embodiments or that the described feature is useful in only one of the described embodiments. The individual features of the two or more embodiments can be combined to provide new embodiments of the invention. O N Figure 1 shows an example of an embodiment of a respirator frame 101. The frame comprises a top portion 102, a first fastening strap 103, a second fastening strap 104, a mesh portion 108, an edge band 109, and a frame opening 110. The top has a first end of the top, a second end 105 of the top, an upper edge 106 of the top, and a bottom edge 107. In this embodiment, the top tapers toward the ends of the top. The mesh section has an inner edge 111 of the mesh section, an outer edge 112 of the mesh section, a first end of the mesh section and a second end of the mesh section. The mesh section consists of yarns and nodes of intersecting yarns. The length of the outer edge of the net part is greater than the length of the inner edge of the net part. The first end of the net part and the second end of the net part are attached to the upper part so that the inner edge of the net part and the lower edge of the upper part form the edges of the opening of the frame or at least part of the edges of the opening of the frame. The edge band is attached to the inner edge of the net part. In this embodiment, the net part is attached to the upper part so that the ends of the upper part extend over the outer edge of the net part. In some embodiments, the ends of the top are flush with the outer edge of the mesh portion. The first fastening tape is attached to the first end of the top and the second end of the top. In this case, the first fastening tape forms a loop. The second fastening tape is attached to the outer edge of the mesh section on opposite sides of the frame so that the second fastening tape forms a loop. Said loops can be placed around the wearer's head to hold the frame in place and tighten the structure in place on the wearer's face. The fastening points of the first fastening strap and the second fastening strap on one side of the frame are separated from each other, whereby they - tighten the net part at different points when the frame is in use. The top portion 102 and the edge band 109 are of non-stretch material 109 compared to the stretch properties of the mesh portion. The intersecting wires of the network portion 108 are non-slip attached to each other at the nodes of the network. The material of the yarns of the mesh part may be non-stretchable, flexible or contain both of the above-mentioned features. The second fastening strap 104 is arranged at the outer edge 112 of the curved mesh portion 108. The first end of the net portion and the second O end of the net portion and the first fastening strap 103 are further arranged at their ends close to the ends of the top 102 by any suitable method. The upper part, the net part and the edge strip 7 are arranged so as to form an open circumferential structure in the middle,> 30 i.e. this circumferential structure surrounds the frame opening 110. Of the curved shape of the net = the outer edge 112 of the net part is longer than the inner edge of the net part 111) O follows that the structure of the frame 101 is conical in shape when the frame is = in use. The fastening straps can be fastened to the frame by any suitable N method. The first fastening strap should be attached to the narrow ends of the top 35 and the second fastening strap to the outer edge of the net part at a point suitable for the anatomy of the user. The edge band 109 and the top portion 102 form an inextensible circumferential structure that resists the tensile forces caused by the first fastening band 103 and the second fastening band 104. Since the top and the edge band do not stretch, they counteract the tensile force on the fastening straps, as a result of which some of the loops of the net portion 108 lengthen in the direction of tension and some of the loops of the net portion not in the force direction shorten in a direction perpendicular to the force. The movement of the meshes of the net is mainly limited by the shape of the person's face and the edge band 109. The operation of the frame is thus based on the combined effect of non-stretchable but flexible edge band and top and net deformations when the net is attracted by the straps. The material of the fastening straps must be strong enough to withstand the force with which the net is deformed. In this embodiment, there are two fastening straps, but there are embodiments where there may be more fastening straps. Preferably, the fastening straps have an arrangement with which - the length of the loop of the fastening straps can be adjusted, i.e. in this case the force applied by the fastening straps to the net part during the use of the frame can be adjusted. Because medical nose-to-mouth shields may not fit very well on the wearer's face, there may be a gap between the wearer's skin and the shield that allows air to flow in and out from outside the filter portion of the shield. By using the frame 101, the amount of air flowing past the filter can be significantly reduced. This is accomplished by placing a frame over the medical nasal-mouth shield placed on the user. Due to the deformation, lengthening or shortening of the meshes of the mesh portion 108, the mesh portion is forced to follow the face during use of the frame 101, so that the mesh portion tightens against the user's face while forcing the filter portion onto the user's face. The surface pressure caused by the frame is evenly distributed against the face O as the mesh part forms according to the face. Of course, the above also applies to other types of face masks or respirators. E 30 - In some embodiments, the frame 101 has attachment means for attaching a detached filter portion to the frame so that the attached filter portion covers the opening 110 of the frame S. In this case, the cloth-mounted frame to which the filter portion is attached acts as a respirator. In this case, the filter part can be easily replaced and the frame N can be reused. - When the fastening straps are tightened, the frame 101 of the respirator deforms according to the shapes of the face and presses tightly against the face, whereby the frame and the face the filter cloth or medical nose-to-mouth cover between the straps seals against the face. Respirators already on the market can be used as the filter element and their tightness can be improved. In addition, filter materials folded in a certain way and of the correct shape can be used as the filter part, i.e. the folded filter part is larger than the opening 110 of the frame. In both cases, the frame of the respirator improves the tightness of the respirator when used correctly. The frame 101 must be reused when it is made of a material that is resistant to adequate cleaning and thus allows adequate cleaning before reuse. The filter section may be reusable, but in this case the filter section must always be cleaned before re-use. In this case, the amount of waste generated from use is significantly reduced. The filter part can also be disposable, in which case the amount of waste resulting from the use of the respirator is not actually reduced, but the level of hygiene is maintained. Figure 2 shows a respirator 200 using an embodiment of the frame 201. The respirator has a filter portion 213. The frame 201 comprises an upper portion 202, a first securing tape 203, a second securing tape 204, a mesh portion 208, an edge band 209, and a frame opening 210. The upper portion has a first upper end 205, upper second end, upper upper edge 206, and the lower edge 207 of the top. - In Figure 2, a respirator 200 with a frame 201 is worn over the wearer. The upper portion 202 is a substantially non-stretchable portion extending transversely across the nose, and is provided with a narrow edge band 209, a flexible but non-stretchable web portion 208, and a first fastening band 203 in a suitable manner. It should be noted that in use, the network part stretches and deforms due to the network structure O 25. The top and edge band form an inextensible circumferential structure around the opening 210 of the frame. The second fastening tape is attached to the edge of the net part. 7 A pleated separate filter part 213 is also connected to the frame, on which the> frame rests. The frame may have fastening arrangements for fastening the filter part, but the respirator may also be implemented by placing the filter part on the face and placing the frame on the filter part and fastening it to the wearer's head with fastening straps. N N The frame 201 is configured so that when the frame is used, the user's nostrils and mouth remain within the edges of the frame opening 210. In this case, when the respirator 200 is used, the circumferential structure presses the filter portion 213 at the circumferential structure against the skin of the user's face, whereby the flow of air under the filter portion is reduced. Likewise, the tightened mesh part presses the filter part against the user. These features ensure that the user's breathing passes through the filter section. Some preferred embodiments of the invention have been described above. The invention is not limited to the solutions just described, but the inventive idea can be applied in numerous ways within the limits set by the claims. O OF O N <+ <Q NN I a a O O O OF O OF O OF
