专利说明:

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to mobile work machines such as forestry machines such as harvesters and forwarders. Forestry machines are used for cutting and pruning trees, cutting the cut tree trunk into pieces of a certain size, and loading and transporting timber obtained in the above-mentioned manner.
Severe conditions, such as poorly loaded ground or hills, slopes or other rising or falling terrain, cause problems with the machine's mobility and stability. In order to improve the load-bearing capacity or the grip of the machine against the ground, it is known to use a track, i.e. a track, around one or more wheels of the machine. In the bogie structure, the track rotates in a continuous loop around at least two wheels of the implement, but the track can also be used in the implement around a single wheel.
Depending on the terrain conditions, the required friction between the implement wheel and the track may be low due to, for example, snow or mud. In this case, the wheels of the implement machine wobble inside the track and the implement does not move because the force is not transmitted to the ground. One way to prevent wobbling is to tighten the track very tight around the wheels, but tightening the track especially around a single wheel is cumbersome and over-tightening the track in the bogie structure puts strain on the bogie structure, especially the wheel bearings. In addition, in winter snowy conditions, a snow-induced layer of ice is formed between the inner surface of the track and the wheel tire of the implement, which both increases the tension of the track and weakens the track of the track and the wheel. the required friction. The ice layer accumulating on the inner surface of the track, i.e. in practice on the inner surface of the track shoes, increases the risk of wheel bearing damage, for example in a situation where the machine's bogie wheels E 30 - tightening. OF
NN S Brief description of the invention N The object of the invention is thus to develop a track for a working machine so that the above-mentioned problems can be solved. The object of the invention is achieved by a track which is characterized by what is stated in the independent claim.
Preferred embodiments of the invention are the subject of dependent claims.
The invention is based on holding members located on the inner surface side of the track, which due to their structure adapt to the surface of the wheel of the working machine which is against the track.
The invention achieves advantages. The track with Pitoel around the individual wheel of the implement can not be tightened too tightly without loss of grip between the wheel and the terrain, so the track is easy to install but still achieves a non-slip grip between the wheel and track. In addition, the track around the individual wheel can be cleaned because the track has the possibility of small movement towards and away from the surface of the tire due to the lack of excessive tension, made possible by the intermediate holding members. In the case of a bogie structure, good grip between the wheels of the implement and the track is achieved even in poor operating conditions, and it is also the case that - avoid.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS The invention will now be described in more detail in connection with preferred embodiments, with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which: Figure 1 shows a track with holding members around two wheels of a bogie structure.
Fig. 2 shows a track with holding members for the complete wheel of the working machine.
S S DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION S Figure 1 shows a bogie with two wheels 12, 14. The track 30 S, i.e. the track chain, comprises a plurality of successive track shoes in the direction D of the track 30 = such as the track shoes 32, 34, 36. The track shoes 32, 34, 36 are metal plates which increase the contact area of the track 30 that is, in relation to the ground. The track 30 comprises a support structure 42, 44 to which the roller shoes such as the roller shoes 32, 34, 36 are attached or otherwise supported. 14 around. The track 30 defined by the support structure 42, 44 and track shoes such as 32, 34, 36 has an outer surface 52, an inner surface 54, a first side edge 56 and a second side edge 58. The roller shoes 32, 34, 36 of the track 30 extend from the first side edge 56 to the second side edge 58 that is, the narrow ends of the track shoes such as the ends 32a, 32b of the track shoe 32 are at the side edges 56, 58 of the track. Perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the track shoes 32, 34, 36 with respect to the direction of movement of the track shown by arrow D.
On the inner surface 54 of the track 30, the track comprises holding members 62, 64, 66 formed by a chain, wire, rope or other deformable structure. This improves grip.
The chains or the like holding members may be entirely in the area between the track shoes, but in one embodiment the holding members are arranged at least partially on top of, i.e. aligned with, the track shoes 32, 34, 36 of the track 30. Thus, the holding members 62, 64, 66 are between the wheels of the working machine and the track 30, increasing friction, i.e. providing grip. In the embodiment shown, the holding members, such as chains, are both superimposed or aligned with the track shoes and at the same time also in the area between two successive track shoes, as can be seen from the figures.
It is found that the holding members 62, 64, 66, such as chains, wires or ropes, extend in the direction between the side edges 56, 58 of the track, i.e. in the transverse direction of the track, in the embodiment shown so that the holding members 62, 64, 66 extend between the side edges 56, 58 of the track 30. in such a way that the holding member diagonally crosses the track shoe in a direction different from the perpendicular direction between the side edges 56, 58 of the track, which perpendicular direction is the longitudinal direction of the track shoe. In this case, the holding member such as 62, 64, 66 is aligned with the track shoe over a wider area, so that the grip between the wheel and the track shoe 30 of the track is better.
o In connection with the support structure 42, 44 of the track 30 carrying the roller shoes such as the track shoes 32, 34, 36, it is such that the support structure 42, 44 comprised by the track 30 is a support chain. a chain structure comprising a track on each side edge 56, 58 of a chain structure 2, 44. Each chain structure 42, 44 comprises successive chain elements © 30a, 42b, 44a, 44b such as side links.
E In this case, the holding members 62, 64, 66, such as chains, wires or ropes, are 0 between the chain structures 42, 44 on the different side edges 56, 58 of the track 30 and are attached to the chain elements 42a, 42b of the chain structures 42, 44. This facilitates the attachment of the holding members 32, 34, 36 because, as a second party to the attachment of the holding members 32, 34, 36, structures already prepared in the known track can be utilized.
It is also possible that the retaining members are attached to the track 30 on the inner surface 54 side of the track in some other way, for example (not shown) ) and it is also possible that, for example, special attachment points have been made to the track shoes for attaching the holding members.
There are so many holding members in the mat 30 that a good grip is provided between the wheel (s) of the machine and the track 30, i.e. in practice between the wheel (s) and the track shoes, on the inner surface 54 of the track 30 on the track 30. substantially over the entire circumferential / loop area of the track because then a uniform grip is achieved.
Instead of a chain, the retaining member may be a wire, rope, or other retaining member that conforms well to the shape of the ring to provide good grip between the annular wheel tire and the track 30.
By means of successive loops of the chain or by bending the wire or rope, the structure of the holding member is adaptive in shape, i.e. it is not rigid but only fastens at its ends, so that the holding member can adapt to there are structures similar to those shown above with reference to Fig. 1 - but with reference to Fig. 2, the track provided with holding members is intended around a single wheel of the working machine.
Figure 2 shows a track 230 with track shoes 332, 334, 336, side edges 356, 358, outer surface 352 and inner surface 354 and track support structure 342, 344. As in Figure 1, Figure 2 has a chain, wire, rope or similar structure. holding members 362, 364, 366. For the rest, reference is made to the details already shown in Figure 1.
AN Track 30 has a direction of movement and a transverse direction.
For example, the figures. in which the transverse direction of the track is the same as the longitudinal direction of the track shoes such as 32, 34, 36.
The transverse direction of the track 30 is perpendicular to the direction of movement of the track 30.
Depending on the direction of travel of the implement (forward, rearward), the direction of movement of the track E may be the opposite, and it is naturally the case that the track 30 forming the closed 0 turn has opposite directions of movement.
S In a preferred embodiment, the track 30 comprises holding members oriented in at least two different directions, so that when viewed from the same side edge (e.g. the first side edge 56) of the track N 35 some of the holding members are directed obliquely towards the direction of movement of the track and some other holding members is directed obliquely against the track 30 in the direction of movement. The same thing can also be expressed in that some of the holding members are oriented in a different direction with respect to the transverse direction of the track 30 than some other holding members.
More specifically, in a preferred embodiment 5, the track 30 when viewed from the same side edge as the side edge 56 is such that the holding members directed obliquely towards the direction of movement are arranged alternately with respect to the holding members oriented obliquely against the direction of movement. The same thing can also be expressed so that the track 30 is viewed from the same side edge, such as the side edge 56, in such a way that the holding members directed to a different side with respect to the transverse direction of the track 30 are arranged alternately.
The above-mentioned embodiments improve the smoothness of the grip and enable a good grip regardless of which direction the implement is moving.
In connection with attaching chains or other retaining members, such as 62, 64, 66, it is in a preferred embodiment that the track 30 or the retaining member therein comprises an attachment arrangement 100, 110 for attaching and detaching the retaining member, such as the retaining member 66 in Fig. 1. In this case, it is easily possible for the holding members to be retrofitted and / or replaceable. In order to fasten the holding members, the fastening arrangement 100, 110 can be implemented in many different ways, for example a bolt, a shackle or a slot in the track. The fastening arrangement may be similar at both ends of the retaining member, such as the chain 66.
In one embodiment, the holding member of the chain or the like has a slight slackness, i.e. the chain is slightly longer than the direct distance of the attachment points of the chain in the track 30. In this case, grip is easier to achieve.
It will be apparent to one skilled in the art that as technology advances, the basic idea of the invention can be implemented in many different ways. The invention and its embodiments are thus not limited to the examples described above but may vary within the scope of the claims. OF
