Freight device and freight system
Object of the invention
The present invention relates to a goods handling device as defined in the preamble of claim 1. The invention further relates to a goods delivery system.
Background of the invention
With the development of the information society, changes are taking place in many different areas, and one of them is related to the acquisition of goods and services (hereinafter product) increasingly through the information network. Online purchases can currently be delivered in various ways to individuals or companies ordering the product (hereafter referred to as the customer). Generally, the customer is assumed to be at the place of receipt or the customer picks up the goods from the post office, parcel machine or similar place. More and more customers want products to be ordered online regardless of the time of day and day of the week (24/7) to the address they provide without delivery problems, and thus the delivery and receipt of products related to online procurement 20 is significantly increasing. In addition, product deliveries may increasingly move in another direction in the future, ie from customer to supplier or from customer to supplier and back to the customer.
In such an environment of product delivery and retrieval, product orders (hereinafter referred to as the transaction), logistics flow, security, traceability, flexibility and easy receipt are emphasized.
In relation to products, goods are delivered in packages and, in most cases, their physical size does not allow them to be delivered through mailboxes located at doors. Due to the above, the customer is always required to be present and open the door to receive the product. Receipt is often hampered by this requirement and causes inefficiencies and reorganisations as well as costs for the supplier and also the customer due to on-site arrangements35.
There are also a number of problems with possible openings in the walls for the delivery of goods. For example, an opening in a wall can be located, for example, in a kitchen, bedroom or living room. Such an opening does not have a separate address information, such as a front door, so the address for delivery of goods cannot be indicated as an opening in the wall.
Building regulations e.g. determine issues related to safety, fire class, sound insulation, structural tightness, free running width and burglary resistance. For example, there are separate regulations and recommendations for the structure of the exterior door and how it is installed in the operating opening. Thus, one problem is how to install the enclosed exterior door and the delivery device as cost-effectively as possible and at the same time reproducibly in accordance with quality and building regulations in a new building or renovation site.
The technical problem is therefore to create a system and a method of installation for two or more components to be connected in parallel (door and delivery device) in the same opening in the wall. The solution must repeatedly meet the requirements of the building regulations and at the same time be as safe, appropriate and cost-effective as possible for the builder and the users.
The following are a few patent publication numbers as examples of the prior art: GB2190137, US1581776, US6756879, US7518485, WO0100069, WO2012156659, WO2014154344, and JP2002174061.

Detailed description of the invention
Some of the terms used in this specification are defined below.
An enclosed part or enclosed space 4 is a lockable living room, apartment or, for example, a commercial space, a warehouse or other similar space located in a building, which has its own address information and / or coordinates. The enclosed space typically still has a roof and, on the other hand, the enclosed space can also be a roof access structure on the roof of the building with walls and a roof and access to the interior of the building. The space outside the enclosed space, in turn, may be an outdoor space, a stairwell of a building or the like, from which access to the enclosed space is arranged through one or more access doors. The roof of the building
20205031 prh 14-01- 2020 The cargo delivery system to be installed may include the required aircraft landing pad and each location is defined by coordinates or other location identifier.
The frame 9 is a component which defines in the opening in the wall 4a of the building a space for the door 2 and the delivery device 7 or alternatively for the cover element 17. The frame 9 has at least two mounting locations 10a, 10b. A door 2, such as an exterior door of an apartment, is intended to be installed in the first installation location 10a, and a delivery device 10 in the second installation location 10b. The frame 9 thus connects the door 2 and the goods delivery device 7 to be closed by a door.
The frame part 11 divides the space of the frame 9 into the above-mentioned two mounting locations 10a, 10b. The frame part 11 can be, for example, a beam in a vertical position.
In one embodiment, the door 2 can be mounted on a frame 2a with first and second vertical frames on both sides of the door and an upper frame above the door and possibly also a lower frame below the door.
The cover element 17 can be mounted in the second mounting opening 10b of the frame 9 if the frame 9 is not fitted with a delivery device 7. The cover element is guided and positioned using the guide surfaces and openings of the frame and the frame part, i.e. in the same way as for the delivery device. The cover element 17 may include functions moved from the door, such as receiving mail (mailbox), door eye, door phone functions, a doorbell equipped with a camera and a display as well as means for communicating, interactive advertising, etc. from a vending machine. The cover element 17 can be easily replaced by the delivery device 7 using the existing frame 9. The dimensions of the cover element 17 can be modular, as can the dimensioning of the doors.
Goods transfer means 7 refers to at least the outside of the tamper-resistant door 8 or the like, an item to the relay device 7 provided with access to the contact-limiting element to carry out supply between the closed state of the closed space 4 and 35 of the outer side 5. The delivery device 7 is mounted in the second mounting opening 10b formed by the frame 9 and the frame part 11. The freight device 7 includes one or more freight spaces 7a and may also include other functions. The product in the transit state has been delivered to the delivery address, but it has not yet been received in the closed state or picked up, respectively. This is one of the essential differences compared to a mailbox, for example. The forwarding device 7 enables the delivery and pick-up of goods without opening the door 2 to the closed space 4. The freight forwarding device 7 can also enable the forwarding of goods in another direction, i.e. from the closed space 4 to another destination, e.g. for returning ordered and received goods. The dimensions of the goods transfer device 7 can be modular, as can the dimensioning of the doors.
The freight space 7a is formed between the electrically and / or manually lockable external and internal doors 8, 6 in the freight device 7 located in the second mounting location 10b of the frame. The goods transfer space 7a is intended for the transfer of goods through the second installation location 10b between the closed space 4 and the space 5 outside the closed space. The freight space 7a enables the delivery and receipt of products to the customer and the pick-up from the customer to the pick-up without opening the door 2 of the closed space and without the customer's presence. Goods estate space 7a is a lockable door from the outside to carry out eight or contact with a corresponding supply of goods in the closed space 4 and the closed space between the outer side 5.
Goods estate space 7a of the outer and inner doors 8, six in addition to the transmission of goods can occur on the outside and the inside of the storage boxes, or combinations of doors and drawers.
The conveying system 1 means a frame 9 and / or a frame part 11 mounted in connection with the passage of the closed space 4 of the building / apartment and a conveying device 7 mounted in its second mounting location 10b. Instead of a conveying device 7, a covering element 17 can also be mounted in the second mounting location.
Goods and products means goods / products or objects of services intended to be transferred via the goods transfer device 7.
The customer is the person or company ordering the product.
20205031 prh 14-01- 2020
Shipment is the export of a product to a goods transfer device 7 or a pick-up from a goods transfer device 7.
A transaction is an order for a product.
The supplier is the person or company delivering the product to the goods transfer device 7 or an operator authorized by them.
A pick-up is a person, company or operator authorized by the pick-up of a product from a goods transfer device 7.
Outside door 8 is the transmission of the goods 7 on the outside of the door, which is located outside the closed space 4.
The inner door 6 must supply the relay device 7 of the inside of the door, located on the side of the closed space 4.
Figure 1 shows an example of a frame mounting opening 18 formed in the wall 4a of a building.
Figure 3a shows a frame 9 according to a preferred embodiment of the invention with at least a first mounting location 10a and a second mounting location 10b. The first installation location 10a is intended for the installation of the outer door 2 and the second installation location 10b is intended for the installation of the goods transfer device 7. In this preferred embodiment, the frame 9 comprises a first vertical portion 9a, a second vertical portion 9b, a first horizontal portion 9c, a second horizontal portion 9d and a frame portion 11. The vertical portions 9a, 9b and the horizontal portions 9c, 9d define the extreme edges of the frame 9 and the frame portion 11 and another installation location 10b.
Figure 3b shows the frame of Figure 3a mounted in a mounting opening in a wall in a building.
Figures 2a-2g show details of a preferred frame structure and parts thereof. In this embodiment, the frame 9 is formed by connecting co
20205031 prh 14-01- 2020 I make one end of the first horizontal part 9c at one end (upper end) of the first vertical part 9a, the other end of the first horizontal part 9c at one end (upper end) of the second horizontal part 9b, one end of the second horizontal part 9d at the other end (lower end) of the first vertical part 9a, and one end of the second horizontal portion 9d 5 to the other end (lower end) of the second vertical portion 9b. A substantially rectangular frame 9 is thus provided. In this frame structure, a frame part 11 is further arranged so that one end (upper end) of the frame part 11 is in connection with the first horizontal part 9c and the other end of the frame part 11 is in connection with the second horizontal part 9d. Figure 2a shows such a frame structure. as an exploded view, in which the parts are thus separate.
Fastening the horizontal and vertical parts 9a-9d of the frame together to produce the structure described above can be realized, for example, by welding, by means of angle irons or in another suitable manner suitable for a similar purpose. One possibility is to use a long steel beam (with a cross-section e.g. II or L-profile) which is bent at the corners of the frame 9. In this case, however, it must be noted that the stiffening walls 9e of the steel beam (e.g. the protrusions of the U-beam or the protrusion of the L-beam) must be notched so that the wall 9e does not prevent bending. The walls 9e act as a kind of alignment members, alignment surfaces or positioning members.
The frame part 11 can be tentatively attached to the frame structure in such a way that it cannot become detached, e.g. during transport and / or installation of the frame 9. After mounting the frame 9 in place, the frame member 11 can be secured to its final location 25, as described later in this specification.
Figure 2b shows a possible cross-sectional shape of the first vertical part 9a (point 1-1 in Figure 2a). It can be seen that the first vertical part 9a has a U-beam and an O-beam (straight beam-shaped beam) attached to it. This results in a very rigid structure. The cross-sectional shape of the second vertical part 9b and the first horizontal part 9c can also be similar to that shown in Fig. 2b. The projections, branches 9e of the U-beam form positioning members / alignment members, by means of which e.g. the positioning of the door frame 2a and the goods transfer device 7 in the line 35 defined by the frame 7 can be carried out relatively easily and quickly.
20205031 prh 14-01- 2020
Figure 2c shows a preferred cross-section of the second horizontal part 9d (points 5 to 5 in Figure 2a). In this embodiment, the U-beam is replaced by a flat plate (l-beam) e.g. because a threshold can then be installed at the door.
Figure 2d shows a preferred cross-section of the frame part 11 (point 2-2 in Figure 2a). The cross-sectional shape of the frame part 11 can also be a U-beam to increase the rigidity. In addition, both ends of the frame part 11 have plate-like flange parts 11a, 11b, by means of which the frame part 11 can be fastened 10 to the horizontal parts 9c, 9d of the frame 9.
Figure 2e shows a detail of the first vertical part 9a, the first vertical part 9b, the first horizontal part 9c and the second horizontal part 9d with respect to the base of the U-shape. Openings 9g are formed in this U-shaped base 9f, which may be round or linear, as in Fig. 2e. The purpose of these openings is to act as cursors in the fastening of the elements to be connected to the frame (e.g. door frame, goods delivery device) as well as through-openings of fastening means, such as screws. In this case, no drilling or the like is required in the various parts of the frame 9 during the installation phase. Threads 20 can be provided on the edge of the circular opening, whereby the fastening of the element to be fastened to the frame can be arranged by screwing screws into the holes.
Figure 2f shows another detail of the vertical parts 9a, 9b. Here, a fastening beam 25 9h is threaded inside the rectangular beam of the vertical part 9a, 9b, which can act as a fastening surface of the above-mentioned fastening means. Such a fastening beam can be threaded inside the beam of the vertical part 9a, 9b, for example from the upper end, which may have been left open. A corresponding mounting beam can also be arranged inside the first 9c and the second horizontal part 9d. As such a fastening member, for example, a plywood beam or other similar pit-like piece can be used, which fits inside the rectangular member in the frame 9.
Instead, three alignment surfaces 9e, 9f are available in the U-shaped vertical and horizontal portions 9a-9d, but it is clear that the U-beam can be replaced by an L-beam or other body, typically with two or more alignment surfaces.
The material of the different parts of the frame 9 is metal, which forms a structure which is very rigid, dimensionally accurate and practically non-combustible. The metal used can be steel, aluminum, etc. If necessary, the frame 9 can be treated with a suitable fire retardant.
Figure 4c shows a delivery system 1 according to a preferred embodiment of the invention mounted in a wall mounting opening, and Figure 4d shows a cross-section of the delivery system 1 of Figure 4c. The delivery system 1 may comprise e.g. electrical and / or mechanical locking, lighting as needed, touch screen, keypad, code reader, keypad , camera, motion sensor, condition sensors, door buzzer button and / or other functional elements suitable for the purpose.
In new construction or, where applicable, in the renovation of an existing building, an opening with a width equal to or slightly larger than the width of the frame 9 may be left or made in the wall structure during construction. In practice, an appropriate clearance is left on the outer sides of the vertical parts of the frame 9 in order to eliminate the effects of the installation of the frame 9 and the possible movements of the structures due to thermal expansion. In addition, this clearance can be used to install the insulator.
The parts of the delivery system 1 and its frame 9 can be made of, for example, metal or other material suitable for the purpose. The frame and surface structures of the delivery system 1 can be, for example, a steel plate with good cold forming properties, a smooth surface and a guaranteed flatness even after a possible laser cut. Laser cutting enables reproducible dimensional accuracy, precise adaptations and the interconnection of parts so that assembly is fast and optimized (eg welding can be minimized in design). The dimensionally accurate parts can be surface-treated before assembly and in the assembly the parts can be joined together in such a way that, as far as possible, they are locked together and the joints can be secured with suitable mechanical fastening means.
If necessary, veneer and similar surfaces can be attached to the steel plate to achieve the desired appearance.
20205031 prh 14-01- 2020
The structure obtained in this way is modular, durable, rigid and suitable sound and fire insulation can be used in the structures of the cover elements 17 and the delivery device 7 as required to minimize noise nuisance and increase fire safety. In addition, such a structure can be implemented in 5 series production cost-effectively so that it repeatedly meets building regulations e.g. in terms of fire safety, tightness, sound attenuation and burglary resistance.
The frame 9 according to the invention is a rigid structure mounted in an opening, which in its shape and position guides the door, its frame and the delivery device 7 placed in the frame substantially perpendicularly and / or parallel to the surrounding building structures such as floor and wall surfaces. The frame structure precisely guides the delivery device in place by gravity when installing the device (Figure 15b) and then the delivery device is locked in place by preventing it from rising upwards by placing suitable parts or intumescent material in the space between the top of the frame and the delivery device. The door frame, partially or completely embedded inside the U-profile or other suitable profile and mounted on the frame 9 including the frame part 11, is protected by a non-combustible frame structure 20 and contributes to intrusion prevention, protection of the wooden frame from fire and thus slowing or preventing fire expansion.
The following describes the manufacture of a frame structure according to a preferred embodiment of the invention in connection with the manufacture of a wall element. The horizontal and vertical parts 9a-9d of the frame 9 are fastened to each other to provide a frame-like structure and placed in the mold in the desired position and position relative to the wall element to be cast, or the frame 9 is assembled in the mold of the wall element. The frame as a rigid structure reinforces the structure and opening of the element. The wall element is then cast from concrete, whereby after the concrete has dried, the frame 9 is permanently attached to the wall element. Such assembly of wall elements can easily be done in series production, whereby relatively fast throughput times are achieved and the frame 9 is ready to be installed in place. It should be mentioned that the frame part 11 can also be temporarily attached to the frame 9 either before casting or after the screen element is delivered to the construction site. This frame part 11 can support
20205031 prh 14-01- 2020 frame structure e.g. during transport and prevents bending of the second (lower) horizontal part 9d.
The outer circumference of the frame 9 according to a preferred embodiment of the invention is surrounded by a profile, typically a U-shaped body with guide surfaces (e.g. 3 in the II beam). The frame 9 is a rigid and dimensionally accurate structure and the profile on its outer circumference can be used to guide the frame 9 precisely in its position with respect to the structure of the mold and any alignment members. The frame increases the strength of the molded structure around the opening in the wall 4a and therefore is precisely guided into place in the mold, which typically requires alignment members in the mold.
Once the wall element has been installed in place on site, the frame of the door 2 can be attached to the frame 9. This is illustrated in Figure 4a. Prior to this, it may be necessary to move the frame part 11 in the horizontal direction (arrow to the left in Fig. 4a) if the distance between the frame part 11 and the first vertical part 9a is less than the width of the frame. The frame is installed, for example, by pushing the upper part of the frame into the beam II of the first horizontal part 9c of the frame and then one vertical part of the frame, i.e. the part against the first vertical part 9a of the frame 9, is pushed into the U-beam of this first vertical part 9a. In this case, these U-profile shapes act as alignment means for the door frame. When the frame is in place, it can be fastened e.g. by screwing through the vertical part of the said frame at the openings in the first vertical part 9a 9h is not used, the screws are screwed into the possible threads of the openings in the first vertical part 9a of the frame. Likewise, the upper part of the frame at the openings in the first horizontal part 9c is fixed to the beam inside the first horizontal part 9c of the frame 30, or if such a beam is not used, the screws are screwed into the possible threads of the openings in the first vertical part 9a.
After attaching the frame 2a, the frame part 11 is moved into place against the first vertical part 9a of the frame 35 (arrow to the right in Fig. 4b). The frame part 11 can be fastened, for example, to the flange parts 11a at the upper and lower ends of the frame part,
20205031 prh 14-01- 2020
11b to the horizontal parts 9c, 9d of the frame 9. The second vertical part of the frame can be attached to the frame part on the side of the second mounting opening.
After attaching the door frame and the frame part 11, the door is installed and its proper functioning is ensured. The goods transfer device 7 can then be placed in another installation location (Fig. 4b). It can be mounted, for example, by pushing the transfer device 7 towards an enclosed space (e.g. from a corridor) so that it enters the second mounting opening until the guide part (plate-like or 10 pin; spring-loaded or rigid) presses into the guide opening 9d in the second horizontal part . At the same time, the flange of the upper part of the delivery device (Fig. 5) also corresponds to the first horizontal part 9c.
The delivery device 7 is adjusted substantially vertically by means of adjustment elements located at the bottom (Fig. 7d shows a solution). Thereafter, the goods transfer device 7 can be locked in place in the first horizontal part 9c as shown, for example, in Fig. 5. The strip 52 shown in partial enlargement in Fig. 5 is installed in place on the closed space side, sealing the free space 54 with fire retardant foam or the like. Thereafter, the goods transfer device 7 can be further fastened to the second vertical part 9b of the frame 9 with screws or the like and, if necessary, to the first horizontal part 9c.
Fig. 4c shows a situation in which the frame 9, the frame, the door 2 and the goods transfer device 7 are mounted in place, and Fig. 4d shows a cross-section of the space 25 of Fig. 4c.
The U-profiles of the frame structure thus act as a kind of alignment means as well as locking means. If an L-profile shape is used, the operation can be largely similar to the above, except that threading into the U-profile is not required, but the parts in question can be pressed towards the alignment surface formed by the L-profile.
In renovation sites and other sites where the frame 9 does not come pre-assembled in the wall element, the frame can be mounted in an opening made in the wall and fixed to the wall structure. Thereafter, it is possible to proceed mainly as described above.
20205031 prh 14-01- 2020
Attaching the frame 9 to the wall structure can be done, for example, in a so-called wedge anchors, frame screws, polyurethane foam, foundation fasteners designed for this purpose, or other suitable means.
After the frame 9 has been installed in place, the frame of the door 2 as well as the delivery device 7 can be mounted on it, as described above and illustrated by way of example in Fig. 7c. Door 2 can be mounted on the door frame, for example by means of hinges, which is known per se. One purpose of the door 2 is to restrict the passage through the access opening between the closed space and the space outside the closed space. The stationary door 2 can thus be placed in at least a first position which prevents passage through the access opening and a second position which allows passage through the access opening.
An opening 3 is formed at the freight device 7, through which the goods can be transferred from outside the closed space to the freight device 7 and from the freight device 7 to the outside of the closed space, respectively. For example, an openable and closable door 8 is attached to the opening, whereby this door can be used to prevent the improper removal of the products placed in the goods transfer device 7 through the opening. This hatch 8 20 is also referred to as the outer hatch 8. There may be more than one of these outer hatches 8.
Figure 7a shows an example of the goods transfer device 7 seen from outside the closed space 4. Fig. 7b shows the transfer device 7 according to Fig. 7a mounted on a frame structure, and Fig. 7c shows the transfer device 7 according to Fig. 7b and the door 2 (frame not shown separately) mounted on the frame 9. Fig. 7d shows the transfer device 7 according to Fig. 7c mounted on the frame structure from the side viewed from the side.
The goods transfer device 7 is manufactured, for example, in such a way that it has four walls which form an open, box-like space 7a at both ends. Figure 8a shows an example of a cross-section of a goods transfer device 7 mounted on a frame. The installation of the delivery device 7 on the frame 9 35 and / or on the structure of the building is done by securely fastening it to the above-mentioned
structures
20205031 prh 14-01- 2020
The end of the goods device 7 facing the closed space 4 may be provided with one or more openable and closable lids, hatches, doors or similar elements 6 by means of which the goods device 7 can be closed on the side of the closed space, if necessary. This may be necessary e.g. when there is a need 5 to restrict the removal of the products placed in the goods device 7 also from the closed space 4. For example, in families with children this may be necessary to prevent small children from accessing the products placed in the goods device 7. On the other hand, another purpose of this closure is to prevent persons from passing through the goods device 7 into the closed space 4, 10 even if they open the door 8 outside the closed space.
Hereinafter, the door on the side of the closed space 4 will also be referred to in this description as the inner door 6. It should be noted that in an embodiment where the goods device 7 comprises more than one freight space 7a, the door 6 on the side of the closed space 4 may be common to more than one space 7. On the other hand, each freight space 7a may have its own inner hatch 6.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, an inner door 6 or the like on the side of the closed space is arranged in one side wall of the goods transfer device 7. This may be appropriate, for example, in a situation where the space available to the transfer device 7 in the depth direction, i.e. in a direction perpendicular to the main plane of the transfer device 7, on the closed space 4 is limited so that the inner door 6 would not open if it were at the other end of the transfer device 7.
Figures 8a to 8f show some of the closure solutions available in connection with the goods transfer device 7, i.e. for providing functionalities according to the outer door 8 and the inner door 6. Both the outer hatch 8 and the inner hatch 6 30 may be formed of hatch-like elements, whereby they act like a door or they may be sliding or the like. In the embodiment according to Fig. 8c, a storage box 20 in which the product can be placed is placed in the cargo space 7a. The storage box 20 can be pulled outwards in the storage space 7a, whereby the products brought into the storage device 7 from the outside can be taken out of the storage box 20 and, correspondingly, when the products are transported in the other direction, the products can be placed in the storage box 20.
20205031 prh 14-01-2020 In the embodiment, the storage box 20 can also be pulled out from the outside, thus corresponding to the function of the outer door 8.
Fig. 12a shows a side view of the outer space 5 and Fig. 12b shows a frame 9 according to Fig. 3a, viewed from the side of the interior 4, on which the outer door 2 (frame is not shown in this connection) and the goods transfer device 7 are mounted. two lockable exterior doors 8 connected to a goods transfer device 7 according to a preferred embodiment of the invention, exterior door opening handles 8a, information 10 input panel 13 (e.g. 7a, with the necessary conditions and means for, for example, a 3D printer or a food preparation device connected to the delivery system 1. Such an arrangement can be advantageous for customers, e.g. because 3D printing can be speeded up immediately upon receipt of the raw materials and, accordingly, food preparation can be started from the receipt of the necessary raw materials, taking into account the need set for the time of the finished meal. It is clear that the delivery device 7 used in connection with the frame according to the invention does not have to have all the parts shown in Fig. 12a and on the other hand the delivery device 7 may have other parts not shown in Fig. 12a.
The goods transfer device 7 according to the invention may further comprise weighing means for weighing products, such as a scale (not shown), whereby the information provided by the weighing means 25 can be used e.g. to indicate the import of the product into the goods space 7a and to indicate the removal of the product from the goods space 7a. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the delivery system 1 can, for example, be informed of the weight of the ordered product when purchasing the product, whereby when the product is delivered to the delivery space 7a, the delivery system 1 can compare the weight of the product placed in the delivery space 7a to the weight indicated when ordering. inform the customer and / or the seller of the product, for example, because it is possible that the delivered product does not correspond to the ordered one, or that the product has been damaged or replaced during the product supply chain. Weighing instruments can also be used to indicate the goods placed on a particular product18
20205031 prh 14-01- 2020 lower limit of the weight of the product in transmission space 7a. In this case, as previously agreed, the product is automatically delivered to the goods transfer device 7 and thus the availability of a certain product is always ensured. Such a product to be stored in the goods storage space 7a may be, for example, a raw material for 3D printing or a food raw material.
Weight detection can also be used to detect possible enclosed intrusion connections via the goods transfer device 7. If the weight detection means detect that the goods device 7 has a higher weight than expected, it can be inferred from this, for example, that someone is trying to pass through the goods device 7 in a closed state. This can cause an alarm to be sent to the homeowner and / or security company.
The invention can also be applied in situations in which the goods transfer device 7 is not put into operation immediately, but only the so-called reservation, i.e. the goods transfer device 7 can be installed in the second installation location 10b later. In this case, a covering element 17 covering the second mounting location 10b can be installed in place of the goods transfer device 7, as illustrated in the example of Fig. 10. This can be advantageous, for example, when a new building is being built 20 and it is desired to leave a reserve for the possible future need of the goods handling device 7 during the life cycle of the building. For example, a person considering buying an apartment in a new or renovated apartment building can book the apartment and later decide whether to buy it or not. In this case, the builder can still proceed with the construction and install the cover element 17. At the stage 25 when the person has decided to buy the apartment, for example the cover element 17 can be replaced by a delivery device 7, or if the buyer does not want the delivery device 7, the cover element 17 can be left in place. The person who acquired the apartment for himself or a potential subsequent buyer can then, if he wishes, replace the cover element 17 with a goods transfer device 7. 30
The structure of the frame 9 according to the invention may follow, for example, the general modular structure of doors and frames. This contributes to the unobstructed passage in the solutions according to the invention in accordance with the regulations relating to travel widths. The width of the freight device 7 can be selected in relation to the 35 selected modules. The height of the conveying device 7 is generally not a problem and the depth can be constructed sufficiently in the direction of the closed space. Hence the habit
20205031 prh 14-01- 2020 products that are easy to handle by hand and size eg 80 cm x 30 cm x 40 cm (H x W x D) can be placed in the transmission mode.
The openings in existing buildings and apartments generally follow a modular and standardized door and frame structure such as 21Mx9N (210 cm x 90 cm). In these locations, one solution may be to replace the current structure, including the frames and the door, with a new frame structure and a door solution including the goods device 7. If the frame is installed, for example, in connection with the renovation, on the wall of a closed space, it is possible that the size of the opening of mass 10 will have to be increased. Instead, in new construction projects, a larger opening size can be taken into account already at the design stage.
Fig. 13 is a top plan view, in reduced cross-section, of placing a goods delivery system 1 according to a preferred embodiment of the invention in connection with a wall 4a (outer wall) between the closed space 4 and the outdoor space 5.
As already stated above, the goods transfer device 7 preferably comprises two hatches, one outside the apartment 4 (outer hatch) and the other inside (inner hatch). At least the outer door 8, but preferably also the inner door 6, is arranged to be lockable. The space between the hatches 6 and 8 forms a freight space 7a.
The locking between the doors can be arranged, for example, so that the outer door 8 can only be opened if the inner door 6 is locked and any other set conditions for opening the outer door 8 are met. In addition, the inner door 6 may have a mechanical closing and opening mechanism and / or an electric lock and / or a separate key-operated mechanical lock.
In the goods delivery system 1 according to a preferred embodiment of the invention, opening the outer door 8 of the goods handling device 7 causes the information about the opening of the external door 8 to be sent to the customer's smartphone or similar device. In the same connection, the opener of the outer door 8 of the goods handling device 7 can be identified by taking, for example, a photograph or a video.
20205031 prh 14-01- 2020
The freight system 1 may also have a display 15, 19 in or near the outer and / or inner hatch. Inside the display 19 mm can be presented. identification image of the opener or doorbell opener of the door 8 outside the cargo space 7a. The screens 15, 19 can be used for security monitoring5 and communication, for example the external door screen 15 can be used by the customer to instruct shareholders and other persons with various messages such as “welcome”, “no ads”, “do not disturb”, “I need help ...” and provide the information required by the housing association, such as the apartment number and occupier (s).
The freight system 1 may also have a data input panel 25 (Fig. 12b) on the side of the closed space 4, by means of which the functions of the freight system 1 can be controlled if necessary.
In connection with the goods transfer device 7, various sensors can be added in connection with it, by means of which e.g. item transmission device 7 or goods transmission space 7a, a closed space or a portion thereof and / or a door 2 outside of the temperature (temperature control), carbon dioxide (ventilation control) and movement within the enclosed space (for example, a fraction of the alarms or the elderly motion tracking learning software). This information can be used in information and control systems, alarms, etc. for housing companies and real estate20. Monitoring the movement of the elderly can help relatives or home care providers.
The freight forwarding system 1 can be connected to a data network, such as the Internet, enabling e.g. the necessary flow of information between the apartment (resident), the 25 suppliers of the product and the pick-ups. Other types of data transfer solutions are also possible.
The freight forwarding system 1 can also be connected, for example, to the information system of the property in which the enclosed space 4 is located. Any sensors 22 in the delivery system 1 30 can analyze changes in apartment conditions and provide information about the condition of the building to the housing association.
The computer 23 of the delivery system 1 may contain learning software, by means of which, among other things, motion detectors can be monitored, for example, the activity of an elderly person in an apartment, and deviations can be reported to an agreed recipient, e.g. a relative's smartphone.
20205031 prh 14-01- 2020
As already stated, the delivery system 1 is located in connection with the door. If the motion sensor or the camera does not allow good monitoring, e.g. for monitoring the activity of the elderly, a sufficient number of motion sensors and / or other sensors connected to the goods transfer device 7 can be placed in the room 4.
It should also be mentioned that the goods transfer device 7 can be divided into several goods spaces 7a, if necessary, and each goods space 7a can have its own hatch and an electronic and / or other identifier. The conveying device 7 can 10 take into account the needs of different products and the recurrence of deliveries and shipments. The inner door 6 may further be common to one or more goods spaces 7a of the goods transfer device 7. For example, there may be a separate compartment for mail, etc., one for cold storage and one for products stored without special conditions. The door in each compartment may be lockable and openable separately, or on the other hand not all doors need to be lockable. For example, the mailbox and the freight compartment 7a behind it can generally be arranged in such a way that mail delivered to the freight compartment 7a behind it cannot be picked up through the mailbox. In addition, for example, there may be its own larger freight space 7a for holiday mail.
In a preferred embodiment, means are provided in connection with the delivery device 7 for reading the identifier in the product to be placed in the delivery space 7a. This identification information can be used, for example, to find out and acknowledge the arrival of the order. On the basis of the information in the identifier 25 or the identifier information which can be retrieved from another source, it may also be possible to determine the storage conditions required for the product.
In the freight system 30 according to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the outer door 8 of the freight device 7 can be locked with an electrically operated lock and can be controlled via a data transmission connection (e.g. the Internet) or another network connection. The lock can be arranged to be unlocked with a code, in which case a separate key is not required. Such a code may be generated in connection with a transaction or may be provided by the customer to the supplier electronically (e.g., e-mail, text message), telephone, or other means appropriate to the purpose.
The code enables the transmission of the opening of the outer door of the freight device 7
20205031 prh 14-01- 2020 in connection with delivery, preferably once, repeatedly as agreed or at regularly agreed times to a specific supplier and product (for example, meal delivery on weekdays between 10:00 and 13:00).
In connection with the freight forwarding system 1 according to a preferred embodiment of the invention, data processing equipment or similar control equipment can be used. Figure 11 shows in a simplified block diagram one such data processing equipment 12 available in connection with the goods delivery system 1 according to the invention. The data processing equipment 12 comprises, for example, a computer 23, which can be used to analyze signals generated by sensors 22 and perform necessary operations. For example, when the importer of the product enters the previously received unlock code by means of the panel 13, the computer 23 can receive information about the entered unlock code and compare it with the information stored in the database 14. If the comparison shows that the given unlock code corresponds to the code stored in the database, the computer 23 can generate a control signal for the lock used to lock the outer door 8, as a result of which the lock opens and the outer door 8 can be opened. The computer 23 can also be used to generate and transmit the information displayed on the display 15, 19 to the display 15, 19. The computer 23 can also monitor the operation of other sensors and actuators, not even per se in the delivery system 1. Some examples are monitoring and controlling the temperature of the enclosed space, monitoring the movements of people in the room and generating alarms if necessary, for example based on voice recognition. monitoring and generating and sending a fire alarm to the rescue service in the event of a fire, etc.
The computer 23 may be located in a closed space 4 separately from the delivery system 1 or may be part of the delivery system 1. The computer 23 need not be a separate piece of hardware housed in its own housing, but may be, for example, a microprocessor, memory and other necessary peripheral components. assembled on a circuit board
20205031 prh 14-01- 2020 which can be placed, for example, inside the goods device 7 or on its surface on the side of the enclosed space 4.
The computer 23 can also operate on a so-called as a web server, in which case it is possible to remotely connect to it also from outside the closed space 4, e.g. by means of data transmission means 24. Such a web server can be provided with a number of different functions, which on the one hand can be related to the use of the freight forwarding system 1 and on the other hand can be functions independent of it, such as generating and sending the above-mentioned alerts to a specified recipient.
The above-mentioned functions of the data processing equipment 12 or a part thereof may possibly also be implemented as a kind of software application which can be downloaded, for example, to the user's smartphone, tablet computer or a similar data processing device (not shown). In this case, such a data processing device 15 can communicate with the suppliers on the one hand and with the functionalities of the goods handling device 7 on the other hand, such as door locks, sensors, intercoms and the like.
The following are some different situations and examples of use of the goods delivery system 1 according to the invention. However, it is clear that these are just some of the possible application examples and that some application examples can also be combined.
The goods delivery system 1 according to the invention can be used to deliver products 25 to a customer. The product or products may have been ordered via the Website, by telephone, e-mail or other appropriate means. On the other hand, the delivery of some products can take place, for example, on a contractual basis at regular intervals without a separate order for each delivery. For example, a customer may have ordered a regular grocery shipment from a grocery store or 30 regular drug deliveries from a pharmacy. When the product is being delivered to the destination, i.e. to the customer's delivery device 7, the supplier opens the outer door 8 with a key, code or other agreed manner and places the product (s) in the delivery space 7a. Thereafter, the product provider closes the door 8 and may exit, or, in some embodiments, the product toimit35 Users can be outside of the display 15 shows the acknowledgment, which the supplier of the product can be determined that the goods transfer system 1 is found to produce
20205031 prh 14-01- 2020 and it is acknowledged as received in the delivery space 7a. The content of this acknowledgment may have been determined in advance by the customer, e.g. on computer 23. The acknowledgment may display a code that identifies the subject of the acknowledgment.
Goods switching system 1 can notify a received sound signal of this example, the inside of the screen 19 (Figure 12b) displaying a notification, or the like as optical signals. Optionally closed state to the person. On the other hand, it is possible for the delivery system 1 to send an e-mail10 message, a text message or the like to a predetermined address, such as the customer's e-mail or a mobile phone, whereby the customer knows that the product has arrived. The message may contain information identifying the delivered product, the time of delivery, the weight, the identifier of the importer of the product and / or other information related to the delivery of the product. Thus, the receipt, storage15 of the goods in the goods transfer device 7 and their removal from the goods transfer device 7 can be traced and reported electronically to the various parties, even in real time.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the goods device 7 comprises means for notifying the product placed in the goods device 7 via the first door 8 when the second door 6 is opened to remove the product placed in the goods device 7 from the goods device 7 to the closed space 4 side. In other words, in this embodiment, the difference with the mailbox is e.g. the fact that when the product has been delivered to the goods transfer device 7, it has not actually been received, but the receipt takes place at the stage when the product is removed from the goods transfer device 7 through the door on the closed space side. Information on both events is obtained e.g. through the door open / close function. During the above-mentioned delivery period, the product is under the control of the delivery system 1 in the delivery space 7a according to the conditions set forth in the invention.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the delivery system 1 comprises means for adjusting the conditions of the delivery device 7. Some non-limiting examples include temperature control and humidity control. If the delivered product is one that requires special conditions, the conditions of the goods transfer device 7 can be adjusted to meet the needs as much as possible.
20205031 prh 14-01- 2020 I experienced the conditions required by the product. For example, in the case of the continuity of the cold chain of frozen foods, the temperature of the relevant storage space 7a of the delivery device 7 can be set to suit the conditions of the frozen foods.
In the delivery system 1 according to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the supplier or importer of the product can inform the delivery system 1 in advance of the special conditions and estimated delivery time, whereby the delivery system 1 can start adjusting the conditions of the delivery device 7a to the desired state. Especially for products that require cold storage, this can reduce the risk of product contamination.
The freight system 1 can also monitor the conditions of the freight device 7 and compare them with the required conditions, and if the conditions of the freight space 7a monitored by the freight device 7 deviate from the required conditions by more than a preset threshold, the freight system 1 can send an alarm and for example generate an alarm.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the importer of the product does not necessarily need to know the opening code of the outer door 8, but the identity of the importer of the product can be verified, for example, by means of a biometric feature. As an example, fingerprint recognition, in which the delivery system 1 comprises a fingerprint reader, and / or identification based on eye characteristics, in which the delivery system 1 comprises a camera 21 with which the importer's eye can be imaged and the identity of the importer can be determined on the basis of this image, may be mentioned. Biomethically identifying an identity requires storing the biometric identifier of the importer of the product, for example 30, in a database 14 so that a computer 23 or the like can compare the identifier provided by the importer of the product with the stored identifier and determine if they match. If the identifier given by the importer of the product corresponds to the stored identifier, the opening of the outer door 8 can be allowed. Otherwise, either additional identification is required or the opening of the outer door 8 is prevented. The freight exchange system 1 can also be configured to send information to the customer in a situation where it has been found that someone other than the pre-notified
20205031 prh 14-01- 2020 the importer of the product tried to open the outer door 8. Similarly, a monitoring time can be set for closing the outer door 8 in connection with the pick-up or delivery of the product. If the outer door 8 is not closed after opening it within the time set in the data processing equipment, the freight device 7 can close the outer door 8 5 automatically and if the outer door 8 is prevented from closing, the open outer door 8 can be alerted immediately to a security company and / or customer.
The inner door 6 on the side of the closed space 4 is also preferably arranged to be open. The opening of this inner door 6 can take place, for example, with a mechanical or electrical key, a code, a biometric identifier, a voice command, etc. In this way, if necessary, it is possible to restrict who can open the inner door 6.
The delivery system 1 according to the invention is preferably assigned an address or other information which can be used to identify the location system 1 and to determine its location. This address information can consist of, for example, a street address and an apartment number and / or coordinates. Address information can be used e.g. directing the goods to be delivered to the correct destination20. In addition, address information can be used in various alarm situations to direct rescue personnel to the right place. For example, if the freight system 1 has detected that a person in the closed space 4 has suffered a seizure or that smoke has been detected in the closed space 4, the alarm message from the freight system 1 may be accompanied by address information and the door 2 opening code in addition to the cause.
The location information / address information is in electronic form and can be stored, for example, in memory. The location information can also be read, for example, by a reading device carried by the importer of the product, in which case the importer of the product can make sure that the product in question is intended to be imported into the goods transfer device in question. Similarly, in the event of a product being picked up, the person picking up the product can verify, on the basis of the address information read from the transfer device, that the product to be picked up is stored in that transfer device.
The locking of the inner door 6 is preferably done manually, whereby opening it from outside the closed space 4, e.g. by penetrating the computer network via the computer 23, may not open the inner door 6. However, monitoring the status of the inner door 6 (closed / open, locked / unlocked)
The opening of the outer door 8 from the closed space 4 can in some cases be made possible, for example, in a situation where it is ensured that the importer of the product is on the “right thing”, ie is importing or picking up the product from this address.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the goods delivery system 1 is provided in connection with the outer door 2 with means for detecting the opening of the outer door 2, the entry of a person into the closed space 4 and / or the exit of the person from the closed space 4. When a person enters the closed space 4, the person can be acknowledged as having arrived in an enclosed space. Also in the person counter possibly maintained by the computer 23, the information on the number of persons in the closed state can be increased by one. Data from personal data counters can be collected from different apartments and provided to emergency personnel in the event of an accident. This number information can also be used, for example, to control the opening and keeping of the outer door 8 and the inner door 6. For example, if the number information indicates that there is no one in the closed space 4, it is possible, for example, to prevent the opening of the inner door 6, since it is assumed that this would be an inappropriate opening of the inner door 6. Similarly, when the system detects that a person enters the enclosed space 4, where according to the number information previously there was no one, the opening of the inner door 6 can be allowed, provided that other possible opening conditions are met (e.g. a person entering the enclosed space is entitled to open the inner door 6). Also in a situation where a person is leaving the closed space 4 and no one is left in the closed space 4, the following can be done. The freight system 1 checks whether both doors 6, 8 are locked and if at least one door 6, 8 is not locked / closed, the freight system 1 notifies the person leaving, so that he can close and lock the open / unlocked door 6, 8.
Even if the system does not include or monitor the movement of persons, it is possible that the brokerage system 1 includes a feature that allows a person leaving the room to
20205031 prh 14-01- 2020 sets the freight forwarding system 1 ns. away mode (i.e. no one is left in the apartment and using the away mode resets the possible person counter reading). In this case, the freight system 1 can activate the measures defined for this state, such as checking the locking status of the doors 6, 8 before the person 5 leaves, activating the burglar alarm system, etc. Similarly, when the person enters the apartment, he can turn off the freight system 1
The goods delivery system 1 according to the invention is suitable for use in connection with enclosed spaces other than residential apartments. For example, in different warehouses and stores, transactions can be made in a controlled manner and products can be transferred between the warehouse / store and the space outside the warehouse / store. One example is the purchase of spare parts. The customer of the spare part may have ordered the desired spare part 15 online and after paying it has been given an unlock code and the seller has placed the spare part in the store's delivery device 7. In this case, the spare parts customer can go to the store's front door at any time of the day and enters with the locking panel 13 of the goods device 7 the opening code 20 received in connection with the payment, whereby the outer door 8 opens and the spare part can be taken from the goods device 7.
The goods delivery system 1 according to a preferred embodiment of the invention can also be used for the unmanned delivery of products. In such applications, the products can be delivered using, for example, unmanned aircraft, such as the so-called drone flight equipment. The product is placed in the hold of an unmanned aircraft or the like and the delivery address is indicated in the control system of the unmanned aircraft, which can thus be, for example, coordinate information. Based on this information, the unmanned aircraft oh30 crashes into the right target. When an unmanned aircraft approaches a destination, the freight system 1 at the destination, for example, receives information about this, compares the identification information of the approaching unmanned aircraft with the predetermined information, and if the information matches, the outer door 8 can be opened. In such an application, the door 8 is preferably a door which, when opened, is in a substantially horizontal position. This hatch can possibly be used occupied
20205031 prh 14-01- 2020 as a landing pad for an empty aircraft. Once an unmanned aircraft has landed, it can leave the product on the landing pad or transfer the imported product to the cargo area 7. The unmanned aircraft can then take off and return to its place of departure. The departure of the unmanned aircraft 5 from, for example, the surface of the folded-down outer hatch 8 can be detected, after which the freight system 1 can close and lock the hatch and announce the arrival of the product. In addition to the outer hatch, there may also be a storage hatch solution that moves in and out as shown in Figures 8d and 8f.
It should be noted that the application described above, in which an unmanned aircraft can be used to deliver the products, is mainly suitable for use in buildings where the frame 9 is or will be mounted on the outer wall of the building. Such buildings include e.g. omakoti15 houses, semi-detached houses, terraced houses and possibly also garages, warehouses and shops.
Instead, the exterior doors of apartment buildings are usually connected to corridors, etc. inside the apartment building, to which it is typically not possible to direct an unmanned aircraft. Figures 16a and 16b show an example of a freight forwarding system 1 arranged on the roof of a building 60, in connection with a service door 2, with e.g. a plurality of freight devices 7, a common aircraft landing platform 63, a security area 64, and means for distributing the goods to the different freight devices 7 based on the identifiers.
The goods delivery system 1 according to the present invention can also be used in another direction, i.e. for delivering products from the closed space 4 to the outside of the closed space. This can be useful, for example, in returning products to the sender. The recipient of the product, i.e. the customer, can agree on the return of the product with the product supplier and, for example, indicate the address where the product can be picked up for return and the code by which the product retriever can open the outer door 8 and take the product from the delivery device 7. Also in this situation the delivery system 1 can and, if necessary, take a photograph of the product pick-up. In addition to the customer, the receipt information can also be forwarded to the supplier of the product, who then knows when the product was picked up and that the product has been picked up for transport. Such an acknowledgment can also be used to determine when the product is returned.
The goods delivery system 1 according to the present invention can also be used for the delivery of products, e.g. between people. For example, people can deliver products to each other on business trips and business trips, and so on. In this case, the importer or pick-up of the product is informed of the code by which the outer door 8 can be opened and the product can be left at the transfer device 7 or the product can be picked up from the transfer device 7. This makes it easier and more flexible. does not require both persons to be in the same place at the same time. This can improve logistics efficiency and save at least the other party's time and effort.
The delivery system 1 according to the present invention can also be used for the delivery of products between people without the product placed in the delivery device 7 being moved through the inner door 6, but only through the outer door 8. One example is a situation where one person wants to borrow a product from another person, for example, and neither of these people live in the apartment 4. These persons can agree with the owner of the apartment 4 that the goods device 7 in his apartment is used to convey the product between these persons. The owner of the apartment informs each person of the unlock code with which the person can open the external door 8. It should be noted that the unlock code does not have to be the same for both persons, but individual codes can be used. In addition, the codes may be disposable unless more than one such transmission of the product between persons is intended.
The above arrangement is also suitable for a kind of flea market operation. In this case, when a person offers products for purchase, e.g. online, the buyer can, after making the payment, receive a code to open the outer door 8 of the seller's goods device 7 and pick up the product he has purchased. The forwarding of the products in the other direction can also be arranged, i.e. if the buyer has the delivery system 1 according to the invention in use, the buyer can inform the seller of a code by which the seller can import or forward the product to the buyer's delivery space 7 by the buyer.
The goods delivery system 1 according to the invention has means for locking / unlocking the front door and thus, for example, special
20205031 prh 14-01- 2020 access through front door 2 in case of emergency. This can be done, for example, by assigning a special unlock code to the goods delivery system 1, which is known only to the authorities and possibly to the owner of the apartment. Using this code, the authority can open the front door 2 and thus enter the room. Another possibility is that this special unlock code is stored in the database 14 or it is generated automatically in an emergency situation, in which case the code can be sent with the alarm message, e.g. to the emergency center.
The communication between the freight system 1 and the external data network is preferably encrypted, so that outsiders do not easily gain access to the codes, even if they succeed in capturing the messages transmitted between the freight system 1 and the external data network.
Although numerous examples of the use of the goods delivery system 1 for the delivery of products have been presented above, the delivery of a product may be related to various services, such as home care, medical treatment, etc.
In connection with the goods delivery system 1 according to the invention, there may be a so-called pe20 a sloping mailbox through which mail can be brought into the apartment. If necessary, such a mailbox can also be determined in such a way that the mail carrier has a code / card that allows the mail to be pushed into the mailbox, but without the code or with the wrong code the mailbox remains closed.
The following are some further possible applications and / or examples of details that the goods transfer device 7 and / or the covering element 17 may comprise. The covering element 17 is not necessarily a mere covering plate or similar element of the second installation location 10b, but it may be possible to integrate some functions which are typically part of the closed door 2 of the closed space.
Some examples are the mailbox and the doorbell. In addition, or instead of the doorbell, parts of the doorphone system, such as a call button and a camera, can be mounted on the cover element 17. The side of the closed space 4 of the cover element 17 may have a door telephone display and control buttons, respectively. Also the so-called. the door eye can now be implemented as a combination of a camera and a display device or even a mobile phone with a camera and a display. Thus, such a door eye can be placed in connection with the cover element 17, if no arm is used
20205031 prh 14-01- 2020 female intercom system. On the other hand, the above-mentioned devices can also be part of the freight forwarding device 7 in a situation where the freight forwarding system 1 according to the invention is used.
An display device, possibly included in the cover element 17 or the delivery device 7, can be used to handle interactive advertising, such as advertisements of various shops, whereby a person can perform a transaction on the screen or other suitable means inside the closed space 4 on the touch screen. The display can also show public transport timetables, company bulletins and other information. On the other hand, the occupant of the apartment can use the touch screen to notify the property manager or service center, for example, of the need for maintenance in the apartment or of a damaged device. These alerts and related actions can be collected in an apartment-specific log that forms part of the apartment’s history.
Figure 14a is a cross-sectional detail of positioning and securing a frame 9 in accordance with a preferred embodiment of the invention to building structures, such as the floor 29. Figure 14b is a cross-section of A-A of Figure 14a, and Figure 14c is a cross-section of B-B of Figure 14b. The frame 9 is fixed to the floor 29 at suitable points using fastening members 27, such as wedge anchors. For example, the frame 9 has one or more guide and locking rails 28 in the second horizontal part (bottom beam) 9d and / or in the first horizontal part 9c, by means of which the rigid frame can be adjusted to the wall opening, taking into account the position of the frame 25 The locking rail 28 has adjusting means 26 (e.g., a threaded hex socket screw or the like) by means of which the rigid frame is positioned and locked immovable relative to the inner surfaces of the opening. The frame thus locked and positioned in place can then be fastened to the structures of the inner surfaces of the opening by means of fastening members 27 (e.g. with wedge anchors to the concrete structure). As a result, the rigid and dimensionally accurate frame 9 rests on the adjusting members 26, tightened and permanently locked in place by the fastening members 27. If necessary, post-casting and / or the use of fire protection and fixing foam and molding can also be used. The positioned frame 9 has guide surfaces 9e (Fig. 14b) for subsequent installation and positioning of the door frame and the delivery device 7 or cover element 17. It is also possible to install a filler such as insulation and cover the gap in the gaps.
Brokerage in the brokerage system can be, for example, e-commerce deliveries and returns, grocery deliveries, producer deliveries directly without wholesale or grocery trade, pharmacy deliveries, sustainable recycling, service-related deliveries such as meals and laundry, library services, goods lending, sales brokerage and raw materials for the manufacture of food and products (e.g. 3D printing).
There can be different types of facilities in the freight system for different needs and products. Each product can have its own unique identifiers as well as different farms. The space identifier can consist of, for example, the so-called closed space. the street address and the add-on to be attached to it.
With the help of the freight forwarding system, it may even be possible to detect deviations, for example, the reported delivery weight is compared with the delivered weight, and if a significant deviation is detected, e.g. control possible losses.
The freight forwarding system enables storage facilities and their monitoring during receipt, storage and removal. In addition to the door opening / closing monitoring time, the sensors inside the door can be used to view the weight of the goods in the door and generate reports of this information about the transmission situation. For example, in connection with a transmission situation, the opening of the door is first detected and then a possible change in weight in the storage space after the door is closed. If the weight is as assumed, the transmission is considered to have taken place (receipt or delivery) and a notification of the event is generated. The weight can also be used to automatically order a certain type of material stored in the goods device when the weight reaches the lower limit set for it.
The freight forwarding system can also provide usability information automatically, ie if the weight measured in the freight forwarding device indicates that the goods are brokerage
20205031 prh 14-01- 2020 mode, no new delivery in question. space can be made before it is received and this information is generated for the owner of the freight system.
The delivery system can be equipped with sensors that, in addition to the conditions, monitor the properties of the product placed in storage, such as possible explosive residues or other harmful chemicals. These product-related findings can be reported as agreed.
In the delivery system 1 according to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the locking of the door 2 can be arranged on the side of the delivery device 7, e.g. by locking pins projecting into the door leaf through the frame part 11 and the frame, whereby locking and unlocking can be handled by e.g.
It should also be mentioned that the frame 9 according to the invention can also be applied in such a way that two or even more goods transfer devices 7 are installed in connection therewith, for example one goods transfer device 7 on each side 20 of the door 2.
Figure 5 shows an arrangement used in connection with a frame 9 according to a preferred embodiment of the invention, with the aim of preventing the upward movement of the stationary goods transfer device 7. The arrangement comprises a sleeve 50, preferably with an external thread and the inside machined on the guide pin 51. The sleeve 50 is mounted on the frame 9 and the delivery device 7 is mounted so that the pin 51 is inside the sleeve 50 and is inserted through a hole 55 in the upper part of the delivery device 7. The threaded part of the lower end of the sliding pin 51 by gravity can be locked, for example, with a nut from inside the delivery device 30, i.e. in Fig. 5 below the pin 51 and the hole 55. The load handler is guided into place from below by gravity (lower position). The clearance 53 after installation takes into account the gravity travel down the manufacturing device 7 and the manufacturing tolerance. The upper surface of the freight device 7 has a guide opening into which the sliding pins fit and lock in the lateral and vertical directions of the freight device 7. A possible list 52 on the closed space side prevents ascent. List 52 may have adjustment holes so that the lock can
20205031 prh 14-01- 2020 can be done, for example, with a pipe shock after adjustment (drilling holes if necessary). The space 54 between the delivery device 7 and the frame 9 can be filled with, for example, a fire-resistant expanding foam, which can also prevent moisture from condensing.
Fig. 15a shows a further delivery system 1 according to a preferred embodiment of the invention mounted in connection with a wall 4a, and Figs. 15b to 15e show details of the installation of Fig. 15a. In Fig. 15b, the installation direction 10 of the goods transfer device 7 in this embodiment is indicated by an arrow. Fig. 15c shows an enlargement of the Point 1 marked in Fig. 15b, i.e. a positioning and locking arrangement formed in connection with the first horizontal part 9c of the frame 9. It comprises e.g. a sleeve 50, a guide pin 51, to the lower end 51a of which a nut can be screwed after positioning, and an alignment opening 55 in the delivery device 7. Fig. 15d shows an enlargement of the Point 2 marked in Fig. 15b, i.e.
It comprises e.g. a guide pin 26 positioned in an opening 9i made in the second horizontal portion 9d. That is, the delivery device 7 is turned to a substantially vertical position until the guide member, i.e. the pin 26, in the lower part of the delivery device 7 and the counterpart, i.e. the opening 9i, in the second horizontal part 9d are aligned. Fig. 15e shows an enlargement of the Point 3 marked in Fig. 15b, showing an adjusting foot 58 fixed to the lower surface of the delivery device 7, preferably close to the rear edge, with which the delivery device 7 is adjusted directly before it is fixed from the upper end.
Fig. 16a shows an example of using a cargo delivery system 1 according to a preferred embodiment of the invention as an aircraft landing pad on the roof of a building 60, and Fig. 16b shows an example of such a cargo delivery system 1 viewed from a closed space.
The roof of the building 60 has, for example, a structure 61 connected to the stairwell inside the building, a closed space with a frame (not shown) placed in the opening in the wall and several goods devices 7 and a door 2 to the stairwell installed therein. At one point there is an aircraft landing pad 63 to which the goods 35 can be delivered or from which the goods can be picked up. The freight system 1 then comprises means (not shown) for moving goods between the landing platform 63 and the freight devices 7. Each freight device 7 is provided with its own address information, which can be read electronically (e.g. RFID tag, NFC transceiver) or optically (e.g. QR code or barcode). Figure 16a also shows the main door of the building at reference 62.
There is a significant problem with the freight arrangement as described above due to the take-offs and landings of the aircraft, the moving and rotating elements of the equipment used, and the possibility of falling from the roof. The problem is therefore the danger area 64 on the roof and therefore, for safety reasons, there cannot be people there during the brokerage activity.
As a solution to this problem, the invention presents an embodiment of a freight forwarding system in which the forwarding of goods in both directions takes place automatically without people on the roof, i.e. in the danger area 64.
It is to be understood that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments set forth above, but may be modified within the scope of the appended claims.
