专利说明:
The invention relates to a cash register arrangement as set out in the preamble of claim 1. The cash register arrangement according to the invention is applicable, among other things, to the cash points of a consumer trade, such as a food trade. By means of the cash register arrangement according to the invention, the purpose is to separate the purchases of different customers in the store with a counting belt for cash register purchases, i.e. with a front conveyor, clearly and hygienically, without separate separation means such as distributor sticks. Nearly every consumer retail store, such as a grocery store, has separate distribution sticks on the front belt of the cash register to separate the purchases of different customers. The use of these divider sticks is very common20 all over the world, but their use has also caused various problems. One of the biggest problems is the hygiene problem. One dealer stick goes through the hands of several customers throughout the day. Different bacteria and pathogens are easily transmitted through dispenser sticks to different customers and 25 store staff. Manifolds should thus be disinfected regularly, which is not done in many shops due to other work-related rushes. Another conscious problem is the extra 30 work steps for the cashier, as he has to move the used distributor stick into the slot allocated to him after each customer and otherwise monitor the order and correct use of the sticks. Hundreds of customers can pass through one checkout in one day, making the additional workload significant. If the customer 35 forgets to put the stick and the cashier hits the next customer's purchases with the previous customer's purchases, it usually takes a long time for the cashier to correct the error. One problem with commonly used splitter sticks is communication problems between customers about which one should put the splitter rod between purchases. Sometimes ambiguity and communication problems can annoy trade customers and 5 even lead to disputes. 20185133 PRH 15 -02- 2018 Solutions are also known which do not use splitter sticks but have fixed markings on the front belt of the cash register, such as lines across the front belt or sectors of different colors on the front belt 10, which form successive spaces for customer purchases and are intended to differentiate between different customers. The solutions described above are described, inter alia, in FR 2763155 A1 and DE 20206878. The problem with these solutions is their staticity, the spaces are always the same size, although the amount of goods purchased by customers can vary significantly depending on the customer. In addition, the problem is how to reliably indicate to the cashier when the customer's purchases have ended and where the new customer's purchases start. Teaching customers about the introduction of sector-specific labels is also challenging if, for example, in order to indicate the end of purchases, the last purchases or the first purchases of a new customer should be arranged according to certain rules. The object of the present invention is to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks and to provide a clear, hygienic and inexpensive cash desk arrangement which naturally and simply separates the purchases of different customers with a cash register front belt. The arrangement according to the invention is characterized by what is set forth in the characterizing part of claim 1. Other embodiments of the invention are characterized by what is set forth in the other claims. The cash register arrangement according to the invention comprises at least a cash desk and a front conveyor and a freight belt of the front conveyor for placing purchases. The front conveyor belt is fitted with a touch screen for various customers' purchases 20185133 PRH 15 -02- 2018 for making a distinction so that a separator mark is arranged on the touch screen when the customer presses the touch screen. The advantage of the cash register arrangement according to the invention is that the arrangement is hygienic, as no separate physical divider sticks are needed to separate the purchases of different customers, which pass through the hands of several customers, carrying bacteria and pathogens. Another advantage is that the ingenious marking system on the front belt eliminates the cash register workers from one, which is a repetitive stage of work for the customer, where the dealer stick is put into circulation for a new thing15 after the customer has finished purchasing. An advantage over non-distributor solutions where there are fixed sector markings on the front panel of the cash register is that the solution does not use fixed size sectors for purchases20, so that the customer's purchase volume can be flexibly small or large without causing uncertainty about when the next customer's purchases will start. In an embodiment where a light source is used as an aid to form a dynamically moving virtual stick, the advantage is a dynamically functioning and illustrative arrangement for separating the customer's purchases on the front belt. The advantage is also the possibility to give the cashier a signal, for example an audible signal, when the customer's purchases from the goods belt have ended. 30 The signal can also be produced, for example, in a cash register system. The advantages are also the cost-effectiveness of the arrangement, ease of use, security and faster cash flow operations. In the following, the invention will be described in more detail by means of one application example with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which 20185133 PRH 15-02-2018 Fig. 1 shows a side and top view and not to scale one embodiment of the arrangement according to the invention applied to a cash register, Fig. 2 shows a side and top view and not to scale a front conveyor of the cash register according to Fig. 1 with one customer's purchases, Fig. 3 shows Fig. 4 is a side and top view, not to scale, of a front desk conveyor of Fig. 1 with purchases from two different customers, and the purchases have moved; with a front conveyor toward the checkout point, and Fig. 5 shows a side and top view, not a mit20, of the front conveyor of the checkout table of Fig. 1 with purchases from two different customers and with the front conveyor moving further towards the checkout point. Figure 1 shows a side and top view and not to scale one arrangement according to the invention applied in a complete checkout table 1. 6, by means of which the separation of the purchases of different customers is organized into a task. Fig. 2 shows a side and top view and not on a scale of 35 the front conveyor 2 of the cash register 1 with the purchases 9a of one customer 8 moving from left to right towards the cashier 3. In the situation of Fig. 2 the customer 8 normally placed 9a on the goods belt 4 and has just pressed 20185133 PRH 15 -02- 2018 mass with his finger on the touch screen 5 to mark the end of his purchases 9a. At the front of the separation apparatus 6, next to the front edge of the touch screen 5, there is further an instruction text 7 which instructs customers on how to use the touch screen 5. Fig. 3 shows a side and top view and not to scale of the front conveyor 2 of the cash register 1 according to Fig. 1 with two different customers' purchases 9a, 9b moving from left to right towards the cashier 3. has normally placed his purchases 9a on the goods strap 4 and pressed the touch screen 5 with his finger, whereby a separator mark 10 is formed on the touch screen, which is arranged to mark the point where the purchases 9a of the first customer 15 end. The separator marking 10 is, for example, the height of the entire touch screen 5 and of a width sufficiently suitable so that the purchases of different customers can be clearly distinguished from one another. The separator marking 10 is arranged to move towards the cashier 3 based on the movement of the goods belt 4 20. When the goods belt 4 moves, the separator mark 10 also moves at substantially the same speed towards the cashier 3, and when the movement of the goods belt 4 stops, the movement of the separator mark 10 on the touch screen 5 also stops. The separator marking 10 thus remains in the same position with respect to the goods belt 4 25 as the goods belt 4 moves. The separating apparatus 6 further has a group of indicating members 11 longitudinally on the side of the goods belt 4 substantially along the entire length of the goods belt 4. Each indicator member 11 comprises 30 light elements, such as a laser light, for which a clearly visible transverse separator line of the goods belt 4 can be produced on the goods belt 4, hereinafter also a virtual divider or virtual rod 12. The virtual rod 12 is suitably produced 5 the movement of the separator marking 10 so that when the goods strap 4 and the separator marking 10 of the touch screen 5 move, the virtual stick 12 is produced by the indicating member 11, 20185133 PRH 15 -02- 2018 which is at the rear edge of the separator mark 10 on the touch screen 5. Thus, as the goods belt 4 moves forward, the virtual stick 12 produced by the indicating members 11 also moves forward according to the movement of the goods belt 4. The virtual stick 12 visible to the goods strap 4 indicates to the next customer that new goods can be placed on the goods strap 14 after the virtual stick 12. When the separator mark 10 and the virtual stick 12 have moved to one end of the goods strap 4 or past a defined point near the other end of the goods strap 4, the display of the separator mark 10 on the touch screen 5 and the production of the corresponding virtual stick 12 for the goods strap 4 is stopped. In the situation of Figure 3, the second customer has started to place his purchases 9b on the goods strap 4 after the virtual stick 12 created by the first customer. Fig. 4 also shows a side and top view and not to scale of the front conveyor 2 of the cash register 1 according to Fig. 1 with two different customer purchases 9a, 9b moving from left to right towards the cashier 3. In the situation of Fig. 4 20 the cashier 3 has processed some first customer purchases 9a and the virtual stick 12 and the separator marking 10 of the touch screen 5 as well as the purchases 9a and 9b have moved forward due to the movement of the goods belt 4. Fig. 5 again shows a side and top view and not to scale of the front conveyor 2 of the cash register 1 according to Fig. 1 with purchases 9a, 9b of two different customers moving from left to right towards the cashier 3. In the situation of Fig. 5 the goods belt 4 has moved again and the cashier 3 has handled more on first customer purchases 9a. The second customer has now placed all his purchases 9b on the goods strap 4 and pressed on the touch screen 5 creating a second separator mark 10 on the touch screen 5. At the same time, the indicator elements 11 form a second virtual stick 12 on the goods strap 4 20185133 PRH 15 -02- 2018 The separating device 6 connected to the goods belt 4 enables in a simple and flexible manner customer purchases of different sizes and lengths on the goods belt 4. The separating device 6 further comprises a control system 5 arranged to control the operation of the touch screen 5 and the indicating elements 11 continuously. The control system may also assist the cashier 3 in various ways to indicate when the customer's purchases have ended on the goods strap 4. For example, when the virtual stick 12 has moved to or near the other end 10 of the goods strap 4, the control system emits a signal such as an audible signal. In addition, the separating apparatus 6 may comprise means for cleaning the touch screen 5, which means clean the touch screen 5, for example at certain intervals and / or when the cashier 3 initiates cleaning of the switch or the like. The separation apparatus 6 further comprises means for identifying various disturbance situations. These devices are not shown in the figures. The disturbance situation may be, for example, such that 20 customers have placed a purchase in place of the separator mark 10, in which case the purchases of different customers may not be clearly separated from each other. It will be clear to a person skilled in the art that the invention is not limited solely to its own application examples presented above, but may vary within the scope of the claims set out below. Thus, for example, the touch screen does not necessarily have to be placed next to the rear edge of the strap, but could also be placed next to the front edge of the strap. 30 It will also be apparent to one skilled in the art that the arrangement may also use markings and ways other than those described in the application examples to indicate when a customer's shopping on a lanyard ends and when a new customer can begin to arrange his purchases on the lanyard. Furthermore, it is clear to a person skilled in the art that the separator line, i.e. the virtual stick, can be formed in other ways than those described above. For example, above the front conveyor, there may be one or more projection members that project a virtual baton onto the surface of the cargo belt. It is still clear to a person skilled in the art that the text of the operating instructions of the touch screen can be placed elsewhere than shown above. For example, the help text can be displayed on a touch screen, preferably at its front end. It is also clear to a person skilled in the art that advertisements, announcements and / or other similar information can be displayed on the touch screen.
