专利说明:

The present invention relates to a wall canopy for installation on the outer wall of a building. The wall ceiling is used, for example, in apartment buildings where the dwellings have a room-specific ventilation unit, through which fresh air is brought into the dwelling or space and through which the used indoor air is removed from the dwelling. In addition to the performance values, information on the airflow, pressure drop and sound level required for a wall canopy is now required for information on the resolution of rainwater and snow, as well as the exhaust air speed used. Adequate blow-out speed is ensured. that the blowing pattern of the used indoor air is so long that even in unfavorable wind conditions the blowing pattern (used indoor air) turns and the blown air flows back to the air intake opening of the wall canopy. In situations where the air handling unit is stopped or running at minimum airflow (so-called absence position), rainwater or snow should not enter the exhaust duct, even during heavy rain or snowstorms, with the wind blowing directly against the façade wall on which the canopy is installed. It is equally important that rainwater or snow does not enter the supply air duct with the fresh outdoor air flow, which causes rainwater and / or snow to damage the air handling unit filters and heat and cooling coils, causing additional maintenance and replacement costs.
The object of the invention is a wall canopy in which both the air intake opening and the outlet opening are located and designed in such a way that they have a water separation capacity of more than 97% when the water separation capacity of the wall canopy is measured according to EN 13030: 2001.
The wall canopy according to the invention is characterized in that the free surface area of the exhaust air S outlet used is steplessly adjustable by a choke. Various embodiments of the invention are set out in the dependent claims of the set of claims. I 30 & The invention will now be described by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawing, in which 2 | S FIG. 1 shows a front view of a wall canopy. FIG. 2 shows the rear of a wall canopy installed against a building wall. FIG.
FIG. 5 illustrates the throttle plate adjusting screw and the exhaust duct drop. The wall canopy according to the invention consists of a housing 1 through which an exhaust duct 5 passes without opening into the interior of the housing. In the housing I, the space surrounding the exhaust duct 5 is used for fresh air intake. At the top and bottom of the housing 1 there are fastening strips 3 with which the wall canopy is fastened to the outer wall of the building. The rear wall 2 of the housing 1 has two outlet collars 13 (blow-out) and 14 (air intake), with which the wall canopy is connected to the ventilation machine via ducts. The housing 1 from the end 4 sees the basic routes of the air currents.
The ventilation unit takes in fresh air through the air intake opening 12 of the wall canopy and blows the used indoor air out through the steplessly adjustable outlet 9 of the wall canopy I. According to the invention, the air intake opening 12 in the housing 1 is located from the front on the lower surface of the housing, where the free area of the air intake opening 12 is dimensioned so that the airflow velocity in the air intake opening is less than 1.2 m / s. The air intake 12 has a small animal net. According to the invention, the exhaust duct 5 passes intact through the housing 1 without opening into it. The lower level of the exhaust duct 5 is clearly at the outlet 9 - lower than at the rear wall 2 to prevent water from flowing into the connection part 13 and through it to the exhaust duct and further to the ventilation machine when it is not in operation. The exhaust duct 5 has a small animal shelter 8 and a drop nose 7. The exhaust duct 5 has a throttle flap 11 on the inside, the position of which is infinitely adjusted by a locking screw 10 so that the free surface of the exhaust opening 9 changes - so that the exhaust air ©
O N The air volume of the ventilation units varies according to the volume of the dwelling or space and = for this reason the free surface of the exhaust opening 9 has to be adjusted (throttle N 30 - ground / open) so that the exhaust air speed used is sufficient for different air flows. The lower edge of the outlet opening 9 of the exhaust duct 5 is turned S downwards into a so-called droplet spout. The exhaust air used to be blown out is warmer than the surrounding outdoor air, especially during the winter, and this results in the indoor air being blown out and condensed into water droplets. The droplet nozzle prevents water, 35 - nipples from adhering and freezing at the bottom of the blow-out opening. The accumulation and freezing of several droplets at the lower edge of the blow-out opening reduces the blow-out opening and thus affects the blow-out speed of the air flow.
