[0001] Slurry treatment machine [0002] The present invention refers to machines for the treatment of slurry, specifically to machines that separate the solid part from the liquid part of said slurry. [0003] Slurry is called the waste from livestock and particularly those from pigs are of interest, consisting of the mixture of solid and liquid manure, that is, faeces and urine, normally mixed with the water used for cleaning the stables. Slurry has traditionally been used as fertilizer elements, being recycled to become an organic fertilizer for cultivated lands, with the consequent saving of chemical fertilizers and costs. [0004] For the separation of the solid and liquid phases of the slurry, among other methods such as sedimentation and centrifugation, static or dynamic sieving or filtering have been used. [0005] Document ES2112720A1 discloses machines to carry out the separation by dynamic sieving that comprise a support frame for the elements of the machine and a tank in the upper part of which there are compartments for separating said solid and liquid phases that make up the slurry. Each compartment has a curved-concave bottom, according to a cylindrical portion with a transverse axis and constituted by a screen on which idle rollers move, mounted transversely in a set of two pairs of parallel arms arranged in the manner of blades, which rotate around a transverse shaft driven by motor means and the rotational movement of the rollers of the compartments being synchronized. With the machine running, the slurry entering the compartments is pressed and the liquid part passes through the corresponding sieve, is collected at the bottom of a bucket located below the sieves and is evacuated to the outside; and the solid part is evacuated to the outside through an outlet located next to the terminal end of the last screen. In each compartment there is a second set of pairs of parallel arms, arranged in the manner of blades and integral in movement with the arms that carry the rollers, the second set of which has two transverse brushes mounted parallel to the rollers, each one of them. the brushes of which are located next to each roller and after the same in the direction of rotation of the arms, the rollers being activated against the corresponding sieve by adjustable elastic means of the pressure exerted by the rollers on the slurry being treated. [0006] In general, all the components of this machine were made of metal, preferably stainless steel, since this is extremely resistant to corrosion in alkaline environments, such as slurry, which has a pH of 7.5-8 for the solid fraction and even higher than 10 for the liquid fraction. However, a drawback of the aforementioned machine is that, unexpectedly, it suffered numerous breakdowns due to blocking of its moving components, and in particular in the interfaces between cylinder and screen, and in the cylinder rolling area, as well as wear of its components. The reason for this unexpected behavior is not known. [0007] The Applicant has found that, surprisingly, such blockages are practically eliminated and the wear remarkably reduced when one of the interface surfaces between the screen and the cylinder becomes non-metallic. For greater safety of effect, it is preferable that one of the surfaces in the rolling area of the cylinder is non-metallic. Without wishing to limit the invention to a specific invention, it seems that the problem could be due to electrical interactions that may form caused by the metal ions present in the slurry, particularly in its solid phase, located between two metals in motion with each other, which makes it easier for elements on opposite sides of the interface to be placed with different potentials. By making one of the surfaces in a non-metallic material, the aforementioned electrical bridge is broken, solving the problem. [0008] Document US 2004/0129611 discloses two devices for treating slurry. A first device is disclosed according to the pre-characterizing part of claim 1, the roller being made of rubber or a rubber-like material, except that it has elastic means for adjusting the pressure exerted by the roller. Between a first reservoir and said compartment there is a previous concave compartment with a screen and brushes but without rollers. According to US 2004/0129611 this device, although it does not present metal-metal surfaces, presents corrosion problems. The other device disclosed in this document is according to the pre-characterizing part of claim 1. [0009] The previous compartment is also present, it is indicated that the roller is made of HDMW, which is a thermoplastic, instead of an elastomeric rubber coating. EP 0590792 A2 discloses a two-compartment filtration apparatus, the first compartment having brushes but no rollers. The present invention discloses a device for treating slurry according to claim 1. Preferred embodiments are disclosed in the independent claims. The present invention discloses a device for the treatment of slurry by separating the solid part from the liquid part of the slurry and comprising: [0010] - a support frame for the elements of the machine; [0011] - at least one compartment for separating said solid and liquid parts, said compartment comprising a curved-concave bottom along a cylindrical portion with a transverse axis constituted by a screen; [0012] - at least one idler roller mounted transversely on at least one arm, said arm rotating around a first transverse axis, further defining a rotation interface between said arm and said idler roller that allows said idler roller to rotate freely around a second transverse axis, such that a contact interface is defined between an outer surface of the idler roller and said screen; [0013] - motor means that drive said arm in its rotation around the first transverse axis, and [0014] - elastic means for regulating the pressure exerted by the rollers on the sieve, [0015] in such a way that the rotation of the arm produces a pressing of the slurry that enters the machine against the sieve, and said liquid part passes through the corresponding sieve, [0016] in which [0017] the interface of contact between the screen and the roller, and preferably also the interface of rotation between the roller and the arm, has a non-metallic material on at least one of the two surfaces in contact that make up said interface or interfaces, in such a way that there is no metal-to-metal contact between surfaces in relative motion at said interface (s). [0018] Preferably the roller is covered with a non-metallic material, preferably an elastomer. [0019] According to the present invention, the roller has at least one of its ends a shaft portion that is inserted into a hole or recess of a piece of non-metallic material fixed to said arm, said shaft portion coming into contact with said piece in the surface of said hole or recess, the portion rotating with respect to said part within said hole. [0020] With a similar objective, advantageously, the device object of the present invention comprises a slurry inlet to the device that enters a reservoir with a first outlet of the reservoir located at a hydraulic level higher than that of said slurry inlet, giving said first outlet passed to said separation compartment, said inlet and said outlet being provided with a solid retention screen. Preferably, said solid retention screen has holes in the shape of a square whose side is equal to or less than 1 cm. [0021] Preferably, the roller has at at least one of its ends a shaft portion that is inserted into a hole or recess of a piece of non-metallic material fixed to said arm, said shaft portion coming into contact with said piece on the surface of the roller. said hole or recess, rotating the portion with respect to said part within said hole. [0022] More preferably, the compartment comprises a second arm with the ability to rotate around said first transverse axis, said second arm also presenting a rotation interface between said second arm and a second idler roller that allows said second idler roller to rotate freely around a third transverse axis, such that a contact interface is defined between an outer surface of the second idler roller and said screen. [0023] Advantageously, the device object of the present invention has at least one brush transverse and parallel to the idler roller and / or the second idler roller and after the same in the direction of movement of said arms around said first transverse axis. Also advantageously, the device comprises at least two of said separating compartments arranged in line, in such a way that the slurry passes sequentially through both compartments. [0024] For your better understanding, some drawings of an embodiment of the object of the present invention are attached, by way of explanatory but not limiting example. [0025] Figure 1 shows a sectional view according to a longitudinal plane of symmetry of an embodiment of a device according to the present invention, in which the internal organs of the machine are observed. [0026] Figure 2 shows a perspective view of a detail corresponding to the idler rollers. [0027] Figure 3 shows an exploded view of the detail of figure 2. [0028] Figure 4 is a perspective view of the adjustable connection detail of the brushes. [0029] Figure 5 shows a side elevation view corresponding to the detail of Figure 4. [0030] Figure 6 is a perspective view of the tank of the example shown in the previous figures. [0031] Figure 7 is a top plan view of the screen incorporated into the tank of the previous figure. [0032] The device shown in the figures comprises a support frame for the elements with their corresponding feet to support the ground and which may, where appropriate, have adjustment means for leveling the machine and means for fixing it to said soil. The device of the example also comprises a lower liquid collecting basin with an inclined base in the lower part of which an outlet is arranged for the liquid part separated from the slurry. [0033] The device shown has two compartments for separating the solid and liquid parts of the slurry. In these compartments the mechanical separation of the solid part and the liquid part of the slurry takes place. The compartments are arranged sequentially in the direction that the slurry follows during the treatment in the compartments, that is, the second compartment treats the solid part from the previous compartment. In this way, a greater degree of separation is achieved between the solid and liquid phases or parts of the slurry. Each compartment comprises a respective bottom -7- curved-concave according to a cylindrical portion with a transverse axis and is made up of a simple or compound screen, which may be made up of one or more layers or superimposed sheets of fabrics and / or perforated plates, preferably metallic, it being advisable for the lower sheet to be a metal screening plate, provided with holes that are relatively large in relation to those of the superimposed screening sheet (s) with a much smaller size of their holes. In this way, said lower metal plate constitutes a mechanically resistant support on which the sieving sheet or sheets superimposed on said plate are supported, which may be of lower mechanical resistance. The lower plate supports in this way the pressure exerted on the bottom -7- by the rollers -1- equipped with elastic elements -21-. The upper screen defines the hole size that prevents solid parts of a certain size from passing through the screen to the bottom. [0034] The elastic element -21- can be of any type. It can be a linear spring, as in the named example. It can also be alternatively, a torsional spring, or another. The function of the elastic element -21- is to make sure that the roller exerts pressure on the bottom and does not lose contact. Each end of the roller can be associated with a separate elastic element. Both elastic elements being independent, a better adaptability to possible bottom irregularities is ensured. [0035] Crazy rollers -1- roll on said bottoms -7-. The idler rollers are mounted on corresponding shafts and can rotate freely around them. These idler rollers are located transversely in each compartment. In the example, in each compartment there is a pair of parallel arms -13- (in Figure 1, due to the view, only one of them is observed) that has an idler roller -1- at each distal end. It is also possible for the arm -13- to be unique for each cylinder, or any other embodiment. [0036] The rollers -1- have a non-metallic coating -101- on their outer cylindrical surface, preferably made of rubber or rubber, which prevents a metal-metal contact between the bottom -7- and the cylinder -1-. [0037] Figure 3 shows a possible way of making the rotary connection between the arms -13- and the cylinder -1- avoiding metal-metal connections. The roller -1- has at least one of its distal ends (preferably at both distal ends) a projection or shaft portion -103- which, for example, can be metallic. Said shaft portion comes into contact with a hole -104- of a piece -102- made of non-metallic material (for example, a plastic with low friction coefficient). The shaft portion -103- rotates inside said hole. . According to the invention, the part -102- comprises two additional holes -105-, -106- for its connection with conjugated projections of said lever -107-. The two additional holes -105-, -106- prevent the piece -102- from rotating with respect to the lever -17-. To ensure the absence of metal-metal contact between the arm -13- and lever -17- assembly with the cylinder -1-, the lever has a hole -109- coinciding with the hole -104- of the non-metallic part - 102- which receives the shaft portion -103-. [0038] Levers -17- are articulated at both ends of each pair of aforementioned arms -13-. The levers -17- are subjected to the action of elastic means, such as springs -21-. These springs -21- have a double function. On the one hand they cause the rollers -1- to exert pressure on the bottoms -7-. Additionally, when the rollers -1- lose contact with the bottom -7-, they cause a movement with an axial component on the roller -1- which makes it easier for the solid part of the slurry to separate from the surface of the cylinder. Likewise, there may be stops to limit the outward inclination of the respective pairs of levers and the aforementioned elastic means, which act on them, have conventional adjustment means (not shown) that allow to regulate the tension with which such levers act. springs, the end of which is fixed on the respective arm. [0039] Each compartment also has a second pair of parallel arms -33- integral in terms of movement with the aforementioned arms -13-. At the end of each of the arms of the second pair of arms are mounted brushes -30-, transverse and parallel to the respective rollers -1-. Each brush -30- is located after the respective roller in the direction of rotation of the arms -13-, -25-. [0040] The arms -13-, -25-, are integral with each other in terms of movement, rotate simultaneously with a first transverse axis -33- to which they are attached. Thanks to the rotation around each first transverse axis -33- the respective idler rollers -1- are rolling on the bottom -7-. Thanks to the springs -21-, the rollers -1- apply, simultaneously, a pressure against their respective orified laminar bottom -7- and, therefore, on the slurry that is being arranged between the rollers and said bottoms. In this way, the pressure action of each roller is combined with a dragging action and consequent transport of the slurry, already squeezed by the roller. Each first transverse shaft 33 may be supported by conventional rolling means. [0041] The motor means for turning the first two transverse axes -33- can be composed, for example, of an electric motor with adjustable speed. The engines and transmissions described may be replaced by any other suitable ones. Preferably, the rotational movement of the first transverse axis -33- of each compartment is synchronized with each other, so that each portion of slurry already pressed is dragged and transported from the end of one compartment to the beginning of the next compartment and is returned to pressing by a roller of the latter which acts next and which is followed by the corresponding brush that drags said portion of slurry towards the end of the compartment. The brushes -30- also perform a complementary cleaning action of the corresponding bottom -7-. [0042] The brushes -30- are attached in an adjustable way to their corresponding arms -25-, as can be seen in Figures 4 and 5. The brush -30- is attached to the arms -25- by means of a threaded bolt assembly -130- and nut -125- and locknut -125'-, which allows the height of the brush to be adjusted to compensate for the wear of the brush bristles or to increase the pressure of the brush -30- against the bottom -7-. [0043] The device of the example has a reservoir -141- for receiving the slurry to be treated. In the example, said reservoir -141- has a prismatic general shape, open at its upper base and held, preferably with the possibility of adjustment for leveling, in the frame of the device. [0044] The reservoir -141- is divided into two deposits -43-, -44-. The reception tank -43- has an inlet -45- through which the slurry to be treated is introduced into the device. The overflow tank -44- has an upper overflow -144- that collects excess slurry from feeding or entering the machine that cannot be absorbed by the rotating parts of the same and which exit through a lower outlet -47- of this overflow tank -44-. The slurry that enters the reservoir -141- leaves towards the compartment with you through an edge that is contiguous with it. Said edge is at a hydraulic level higher than that of the inlet -45-. The upper overflow -144- is at a higher hydraulic level than the edge. [0045] At a hydraulic level located between the inlet -45- and the access edge to the separation compartment there is a screen -143- whose purpose is to prevent solid objects added to the slurry from passing into the roller area. Among these added solid objects we can cite, in a typical way, the identification tags of the pigs that are placed on their ears and that, over time, fall and are dragged by the slurry. Preferably, said sieve has holes smaller than 1 cm2 (for example, square holes with a side of 1 cm). More preferably, the greatest length of the hole between its edges or ends is 1 cm or less. [0046] As it is of interest that the solid part of the slurry already treated and obtained at the exit of the machine has a minimum of liquids, particularly when used as organic fertilizer, the use of more than two treatment compartments with their corresponding bottoms and rotating means such as those described, whereby the number of operating pressure phases on said slurry will be increased and, therefore, the separation of its liquid part from its solid part will be increased. In relation to the foregoing, it may also be of interest to increase the number of "roller-brush" pairs in each compartment for greater operative performance in each treatment compartment. [0047] The bottoms integrated by at least one sieve may be positioned with their upper mouth according to a horizontal plane according to what is represented in figure 1, but they could also be positioned according to an inclined assembly plane, with a slope or descent towards the exit of the solid products. , that is, towards the right part of the machine according to said figure 1, in order to facilitate, in certain cases, the transport and discharge of the slurry under treatment from one compartment to the next. The sieves will be made of materials that are chemically resistant to the corrosive action of the slurry, and it has been found that stainless steel performs well in this regard. The size of the holes or passage of the sieves will be adapted to the specific slurry to be treated and the size of the passage of the consecutive sieves may be decreasing from one treatment compartment to the next. The sieves will be removable, for replacement or repair where appropriate. [0048] Automatic washing means may also be available in the operating areas of the machine or, at least, of the sieves. [0049] The slurry to be treated and which enters the device through the inlet -45- in the tank -43-. The plastic identifiers present in the slurry are retained in the solid retention sieve -143-. The slurry is discharged onto the first bottom -7- according to a laminar regime, thanks to the horizontal transverse edge of overflow that said tank -43- presents at its junction with the front facing edge of the laminar bottom -7- of the adjoining compartment, the roller -1- then acting on the rotation of the first transverse axis -33- on top of this layer of slurry, compressing them against the bottom -7- and thus squeezing its liquid part that passes through the holes in the bottom sieve -7- and is collected in the collecting bucket, in a continuous operation in which then the solid part of the slurry being treated is dragged and transported by the brush -30- towards the outlet of said compartment towards the second compartment, in which it repeats the pressing action followed by dragging and transport. The solid part of the slurry being treated, which is obtained in the second compartment, goes outwards through an inclined plane or ramp and can be collected for later use or destruction. [0050] The flow rate of the liquid part separated from the treated slurry will be a function of the size of the holes in the sieves, which, as indicated above, may vary between the sieves in different treatment compartments, the nature and temperature of the slurry and the concentration. and type of the basic components, solid and liquid, of said slurry. [0051] Although the invention has been described with respect to examples of preferred embodiments, these should not be considered as limiting of the invention, which will be defined by the broader interpretation of the following claims.
