[0002] Fixing and alignment system for single-track skate
[0004] Technical field of the invention
[0006] The present invention corresponds to the technical field of the systems for fixing and aligning the skate of a rail on a support surface, which has a support plate, a metal lower clamp suitable for fixing to the plate and an upper metal clip that has means suitable for adjusting the skate formed by a longitudinally arranged slot suitable for the location of a bolt for fixing the clip to the platform, means suitable for coupling to the clamp and means suitable for fastening the skate.
[0008] Background of the Invention
[0010] Currently, in the container stacking areas, especially in the port docks, a series of heavy machinery such as cranes and gantries are used to move them, which in turn moves on rails. These rails must be properly aligned to avoid excessive wear problems on the wheels and on the rails themselves, as well as misalignments in the machine frame.
[0012] Although the alignment of the rails is exhaustively controlled initially to be adequate for the correct operation of the machinery, the rails may lose this precise initial alignment, due to the vibrations themselves caused by the movement of the same, to the loads of impact exerted on the rails and the settlement or displacement of the support structures.
[0014] Therefore, it is necessary to carry out periodic maintenance and control of said alignment, so that in the event of a mismatch it can be detected as soon as possible in order to take the necessary measures to amend said mismatch and reposition the rails in the necessary and precise alignment.
[0016] In order to carry out these readjustments, at present the systems for aligning and fixing the rail skate are made up of several elements that carry out said fixing and at the same time allow to be unadjusted to put them back in the exact position for proper operation.
[0018] Thus, these systems have a rail support platform, which is placed on the support surface of the rail. On this platform, a metal clamp is fixed by welding to which a clip is fastened in a superior way, which is the one that has the means of fastening the rail skate.
[0020] On the other hand, the staple normally has a longitudinal hole or slot, in which the bolt that will fix the staple to the assembly is inserted. Thanks to the longitudinal shape of the space, it is possible to regulate the position of the staple with respect to the skate, thus allowing its alignment.
[0022] This currently used system has certain drawbacks, such as the fact that the clamp is fixed to the platform by welding. The fact that the clamp is welded to the plate results in specialized personnel being required to perform the welds, which increases costs and, in addition, in those cases in which the clamp breaks or suffers damage due to the own supported efforts. , does not allow its replacement.
[0024] Therefore, a breakdown in this sense may mean replacing the assembly.
[0026] On the other hand, the coupling of the clamp on the clamp is normally such that some movement of the clamp is allowed for the regulation of the alignment and for a correct clamping of the rail, but until now a coupling between both parts has not been achieved. such that it allows such movement at the time of alignment, and then ensures that both parts form a compact set reducing the possibility of undesirable movements due to vibrations and impacts to which they are exposed.
[0028] In addition, the regulation between both pieces does not allow to reach the desirable levels of precision.
[0030] Reference examples DE7639481 and EP1013927 can be mentioned as an example of the state of the art.
[0031] Reference document DE7639481 consists of a system for fastening rails in concrete constructions, consisting of a steel or silver plate, a pad made of elastic material and two mounting clips, said clips being the lower clamp and the clip higher. In this case, it is proposed that the clamp and the clamp be bolted to the steel plate, directly welded or forged, where the clamp can be laterally adjusted to the rail and press on it by means of a vulcanized support made of elastic material.
[0033] In this case, therefore, it is observed that the clamp is welded to the platform, to give greater compactness to the assembly, but with the previously mentioned drawbacks.
[0035] Reference document EP1013827 proposes a fixing system in which the crane rail fixing clamp has a base welded to the support surface of the rail. A staple cooperates with the clamp to retain the rail. The clamp and the clamp are held together by a screw. The screw threads into a hole in the clamp and the clip has a slot to allow for adjustment before fastening.
[0037] It is therefore observed that this system will present the aforementioned problems, since the clamp is fixed by welding to the support surface or platform and the way of coupling between the clamp and the clip is based on an adjustment between them, through a surface that allows the clip to slide on the clamp for adjustment. However, this coupling, because it presents said surface that facilitates sliding, will favor the existence of a certain movement between both parts, as soon as a loosening of the fastening between the two is generated due to the impacts they receive. This also occurs in the previous document.
[0039] No fixing system has been found in the state of the art that solves the problems that currently exist.
[0041] Description of the Invention
[0043] The system for fixing and aligning the sled of a rail, on a support surface presented here, is made up of a support plate, a metal lower clamp suitable for fixing to the plate by means of fixing means and an upper clip metal that has two lower and upper faces with means suitable for the adjustment of the skate formed by a longitudinally arranged slot or slot suitable for the location of a bolt for fixing the clip to the platform, means suitable for coupling to the clamp and means suitable for fastening the skate formed by an element of support of the lateral of the same, perpendicular to the coliso, which emerges from the underside of the clamp and a cantilever suitable for holding the skate from said support element to one end of the clamp.
[0045] In said fixing system, the clamp comprises two opposite faces delimited by at least four ends that have a passage opening open to at least one of said ends, whose width is equal to or greater than the width of the space, and has at least one of said faces, at least two first parallel projections emerging from it along the first and second sides of the opening and two protruding partitions of said face parallel to the first projections and arranged symmetrically at a distance from them such that they form two separate holes in said face.
[0047] Likewise, each of said protruding partitions or first protrusions of said face has a first toothing.
[0049] On the other hand, the means for coupling the staple to the clamp are formed by two separate longitudinal and parallel projections that emerge from the underside thereof on both sides of the space, from the support element to at least the end of said coliso and separated from each other a greater distance than the separation between the first two protrusions of the clamp, where said second protrusions are suitable for fitting into the parallel holes in one face of the clamp and present on one of their faces a second toothing suitable for coupling to the first teeth of the partitions or first protrusions of said face of the clamp respectively.
[0051] According to a preferred embodiment, the clamp has four parallel ends two by two, two of said parallel ends being shorter than the other two and comprising two protruding partitions on both opposite faces thereof, arranged on said faces in a symmetrical, parallel manner. to the shorter ends of the same and separated from said ends by a certain distance such that it forms two extreme wings and, the platform includes cutouts suitable for adjusting each of the two partitions of a clamp. In this way, the extreme wings of the clamps settle on the platform, being embedded in the cutouts.
[0052] According to a preferred embodiment, the clamp comprises two first projections, as well as two parallel holes defined between said first projections and the two partitions on both opposite faces thereof, arranged on said faces symmetrically.
[0054] The possibility is contemplated that the first toothing existing in the first protrusions or in the partitions of one of the faces presents an offset from the first existing teeth in the first protrusions or partitions of the opposite face.
[0056] In this case and in a preferred embodiment, the fixing and alignment system comprises a metal anti-rotation body suitable for insertion into the support surface, which is longitudinally shaped with an upper end and an opposite lower end and a through hole between both suitable for the insertion of the fixing bolt, which comprises, at the upper end, a projection for fitting to the clamp, where said projection for fitting has a rectangular prismatic shape suitable for fitting between the parallel holes existing on the face of said clamp opposite the face of the same in which the coupling with the clamp is made.
[0058] Likewise, in a preferred embodiment, said anti-rotation body comprises a cap with threading clamping means at the lower end thereof.
[0060] According to a preferred embodiment, the first teeth are located in each one of the protruding partitions of at least one face of the clamp, and they are located longitudinally on the face of said partitions, oriented towards the corresponding first projection, along the entire length of the same, where the second toothing of the second projections of the clip is arranged on the face thereof oriented opposite to the coliso.
[0062] In another preferred embodiment, the first teeth are located on each of the first projections emerging from the at least one face of the clamp, and are located longitudinally on the face of said first projections, facing the corresponding partition, along of the entire length of the same, where the second toothing of the second projections of the clip is arranged on the face thereof oriented towards the coliseum.
[0064] According to another aspect, the clamp has four parallel ends two by two, two of said parallel ends being shorter in length than the other two.
[0065] In this case and in a preferred embodiment, the protruding partitions of the clamp are arranged parallel to the shorter length ends thereof and separated from said ends by a certain distance.
[0067] According to a preferred embodiment, the first two projections on both sides of the clamp are joined by an additional projection arranged in the contour of a third side of the opening, this third side being opposite the open end thereof.
[0069] According to a preferred embodiment, the opening of the clamp is arranged centrally therein.
[0071] In a preferred embodiment, the skate holding means comprise on the underside of the staple overhang, an elastomeric element, capable of contacting the top of the skate and absorbing the effects of impacts.
[0073] According to another aspect, the support element for the skate on the clip has two ends that are arranged internally to the clip with respect to the sides of the clip between which it runs.
[0075] With the system for fixing and aligning the one-track skate that is proposed here, a significant improvement in the state of the art is obtained.
[0077] This is so with this system, it is possible to include the fixing of the metallic platform to the concrete structure in the staple itself, achieving a much more compact set.
[0079] Likewise, the possible regulation of the clamp with respect to the rail sled in different positions is achieved by means of the serrations, with the possibility of greater precision in the fixing range, simply by turning the clamp, thanks to the different offset of the teeth on both sides.
[0081] On the other hand, since the clamp is adjusted to the plate in the cutouts that it presents, and held by the anti-rotation body, it is possible to avoid welding the clamp to the plate, so that the clamps are susceptible to replacement by a new one. the moment they have any damage.
[0082] Additionally, the fit of the clamps in the cutouts of the platform, prevents undesired movements of the clamp in both parallel and perpendicular directions to the rail skate through the partitions arranged on the underside, granting greater security to the fixing system.
[0084] The result is a system that once assembled is a compact block that, the more the pieces are tightened, the more the whole is compacted, avoiding fluences, so that the lateral forces are absorbed by friction.
[0086] Therefore, it is a very effective fixing and alignment system, which manages to solve the problems existing in the state of the art.

[0107] Detailed description of a preferred embodiment of the invention
[0109] In view of the figures provided, it can be seen how in a preferred embodiment of the invention, the system (1) for fixing and aligning the skate (2) of a rail (3), on a support surface (4) that is proposed here, is made up of a support plate (5), a metal lower clamp (6) suitable for fixing to the plate (5) by means of fixing means and a metal upper clip (7).
[0111] As shown in Figure 1, the clip (7) has two lower and upper faces (7.1, 7.2) with means suitable for adjusting the skate (2) formed by a slot (8) or slot arranged longitudinally suitable for location of a bolt (9) for fixing the clip (7) to the platform (5). It also has means suitable for coupling to the clamp (6) and means suitable for fastening the skate (2) formed by a support element (10) on the side thereof, perpendicular to the collision (8), which emerges from the lower face (7.1) of the clip (7) and a cantilever (11) suitable for fastening the skate (2) from said support element (10) to one end of the clip (7).
[0113] In this system (1) for fixing and aligning the skate (2) of a rail (3), as can be seen in Figures 2.1 and 2.2, the clamp (6) comprises two opposite faces (6.1, 6.2) delimited by at least four ends (26.1 to 26.4) that have a passage opening (12) open to at least one of said ends (26.1), the width of which is equal to or greater than the width of the coliso (8), and it has at least one of said faces (6.1, 6.2), at least two first parallel projections (13) that emerge from it along the first and second sides of the opening (12) and two partitions (14) projecting from said face parallel to the first projections (13) and arranged symmetrically at a distance from them such that they form separate parallel gaps (15) on said face.
[0115] Likewise, each of said protruding partitions (14) or first projections (13) of said face has a first toothing (16).
[0117] In this preferred embodiment of the invention, as shown in said Figures 2.1 and 2.2, the clamp (6) has two first projections (13), two protruding partitions (14), as well as two parallel holes (15) defined between they, on both opposite sides (6.1, 6.2) thereof.
[0119] Likewise, the clamp (6) has four ends (26.1 to 26.4) parallel two to two, two of said ends (26.2, 26.4) being shorter in length than the other two (26.1, 26.3) and the partitions (14) protruding from the clamp (6) are arranged parallel to the shorter length ends (26.2, 26.4) and separated from them by a certain distance such that they form two end wings (27).
[0121] For its part, the platform (5) includes cutouts (17) suitable for adjusting each of the two partitions (14) of a clamp (6). In this way, each clamp is fitted in one of the cutouts of the plate (5) avoiding the need for welding as a means of fixing the clamps (6) to the plate (5). The extreme wings (27) are arranged on the platform (5), so that a correct support of the clamp (6) on the platform (5) is ensured.
[0123] In this preferred embodiment of the invention, the first teeth (16) are arranged on each of the partitions (14) protruding from both faces (6.1, 6.2) of the clamp (6) and are located longitudinally on the face of said partitions (14), oriented towards the first corresponding projection (13), along the entire length thereof.
[0125] In the same way, the first teeth (16) existing in the partitions (14) protruding from one of the faces (6.1) of the clamp (6) have an offset from the first teeth (16) existing in the partitions (14) of the opposite face (6.2). Thus, the clamp (6) it can be attached to the clip (7) on one side (6.1) or on the opposite side (6.2), depending on the degree of precision required in the alignment of the skate (2) of the rail (3).
[0127] In this system for fixing and aligning the skate (2) of a rail (3), the means for coupling the clip (7) to the clamp (6) are formed by two separate longitudinal and parallel projections (18) that emerge from the lower face (7.1) thereof on both sides of the space (8), from the support element (10) to at least the end of said space (8).
[0129] As shown in Figures 1 and 5 to 7, said second projections (18) are separated from each other by a greater distance than the separation between the first two projections (13) of the clamp (6), so that the second projections (18) are suitable for fitting into the parallel recesses (15) on one face (6.1) of the clamp (6) and have on one of their faces a second tooth (19) suitable for coupling to the first tooth (16) of the partitions (14) of said face (6.1) of the clamp (6) respectively.
[0131] Since, as previously defined and shown in Figures 2.1 and 2.2, the first toothing (16) is arranged in the partitions (14) of the clamp (6), on the face thereof facing the first shoulder. (13) corresponding, in this preferred embodiment of the invention, the second teeth (19) of the second projections (18) of the clip (7) are arranged on the face thereof oriented opposite to the coliso (8 ), so that they are suitable for coupling with the first teeth (16).
[0133] In this preferred embodiment of the invention, as shown in Figures 4 to 8, the fixing and alignment system comprises a metal anti-rotation body (20) that can be seen in Figures 3.1 and 3.2.
[0135] Said anti-rotation body (20) is suitable for insertion into the support surface (4), and has a longitudinal shape with an upper end (20.1) and an opposite lower end (20.2) and a through hole (21) between the two suitable for the insertion of the fixing bolt (9). Furthermore, it comprises at the upper end (20.1) a projection for fitting (22) to the clamp (6).
[0137] As shown in Figure 5, said socket projection (22) has a rectangular prismatic shape suitable for fitting between the parallel holes (15) in the face (6.2) of said clamp (6) opposite to the face (6.1) thereof in which the coupling with the clip (7) is made.
[0139] In this preferred embodiment of the invention, said anti-rotation body (21) comprises a plug (23) with means for holding it by threading at the lower end (20.2) thereof, as shown in Figures 5 to 8.
[0141] On the other hand, as can be seen in Figures 2.1 and 2.2, in this preferred embodiment of the invention, the first two projections (13) on both sides (6.1, 6.2) of the clamp (6) are joined by a projection additional (24) arranged on the contour of a third side of the opening (12), this third side being opposite the open end thereof. Likewise, the opening (12) of the clamp (6) is arranged centrally therein.
[0143] For the correct absorption of the impact effect, in this preferred embodiment of the invention, the support means for the skate (2) comprise on the underside of the cantilever (11) of the clip (7), an elastomer element (25 ) suitable for contacting the top of the skate (2).
[0145] In this preferred embodiment of the invention, the support element (10) of the skate (2) on the clip (7) has two ends (10.1, 10.2) that are arranged internally to the clip (7) with respect to the sides of it between which it runs.
[0147] The described embodiment constitutes only an example of the present invention, therefore, the specific details, terms and phrases used herein are not to be considered as limiting, but are to be understood only as a basis for claims and as a representative basis that provides an understandable description as well as sufficient information to the person skilled in the art sufficient information to apply the present invention.
[0149] With the system for fixing and aligning the one-track skate shown here, significant improvements are achieved with respect to the state of the art.
[0151] Thus, a system is obtained that allows a correct fixation of the parts that intervene in the support of the skate and at the same time allows a precision adjustment of its alignment.
[0152] Thanks to the fact that the clamp is fastened to the platform by means of its adjustment in existing cutouts in it and at the same time it is fixed inferiorly by means of the anti-rotation body and superiorly it is coupled together with the clamp, a compact assembly is achieved without the need to carry out the welding of the clamp to the lower surface, so that when it is damaged or broken, it presents the possibility of replacing it with another in perfect condition without affecting the rest of the system parts.
[0154] Thanks to the two sides of the clamp suitable for coupling with the clip, one or the other can be chosen depending on the level of precision required.
[0156] Therefore, a simple to use, interchangeable and effective fixing system is achieved, which allows a precise and safe fixing and alignment of the rail.
