FLUID MIXING DEVICE 5 OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
It is an object of the present invention, as the title states, a fluid mixing device, which in a possible embodiment, without being limiting, could be the mixing of one or more additive fluids on a base fluid, not being necessary that one of the
10 fluids act as a base fluid, that is, there is no limitation on the quantity, proportion and nature of the fluids involved in the mixture. The device object of the invention among the multiple functionalities it has can be used to make cosmetic mixtures.
The present invention characterizes the special configuration and design of each of the elements that are part of the mixing device; getting a fluid mixing device that allows the treatment of fluids independently, which in a possible embodiment could be what we could call base fluid and of the additive fluid (s), although, as mentioned above they have no limitation
20 regarding the quantity, functionality and nature of each fluid. The mixing device is characterized in that no trace is left when the exchange of deposits occurs, that is, it allows replacing some fluids with others without having to clean the device.
Therefore, the present invention is within the scope of mixing devices of a series of fluids.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The following mixing devices are known in the state of the art.
- The device disclosed at https://www.nuskin.com/en_PL/ageloc-me-landing.html that presents aspects that can be improved; such as the fact of not distinguishing between base fluids and additive fluids, so that they can be treated and supplied independently. It is a different realization than we now propose structural and
35 functionally.

- The device described in http://www.romy-paris.com/ in this case the mixture is obtained from single-use capsules, being a different system from the one proposed in this application.
Also, US7445372 is known, which discloses a device for mixing and dispensing liquid compositions, which includes an arrangement of components that provides an efficient dispenser for domestic and personal use. The device may include a plurality of cartridges and a plurality of pumps. Each of the cartridges contains a liquid additive and can be detachably attached to the dispenser. Each of the pumps is connected to one of the cartridges and can be activated to extract the desired amount of liquid from that cartridge. The device may also include a spinning element, both for mixing and for dispensing the liquid composition. Liquids can flow from the cartridges to one or more inlets near the surface of the spinning element and mix as they flow over the surface of the spinning element.
The extraction, mixing and expulsion system is complex and expensive in its manufacture, requiring as many pumps as cartridges or supplying devices resulting in a complex device in its construction and complex in its manageability, in addition it does not have any means or design that is intended to reduce or not leave a trace on the use of the device.
Also known is the dispenser disclosed in US 20060000852 A1, which discloses a portable dispenser for mixing and dispensing of fluid mixtures, which contains a main chamber and other auxiliaries. It has the disadvantage that if you want to use it for other types of mixtures, it does not have specially designed means to avoid leaving a trace.
Most of the known fluid mixers perform mixing in a drum so they are contaminated for other future different mixtures, since they leave traces.
Therefore, it is the object of the present invention to overcome the aforementioned drawbacks, in particular, the trace that the mixing can make, in addition to the complexity, the lack of realization of a mixture from several fluids, and which in a possible embodiment could be a base fluid to which one or more additive fluids are added and, in addition, the impossibility of using industry standard tanks,

developing a device such as the one described below and is essentially included in the first claim.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The object of the invention is a fluid mixing device, in which the user can configure, through independent means, all the desired characteristics of the final mixture, through a quick and simple procedure. The device seeks to be able to mix several fluids independently, which in a possible embodiment and without being limiting could be a base fluid and one or more additive fluids, both fluids being treated and controlled independently.
The fluids to be mixed are each contained in independent tanks, generally of standard characteristics, so that it is possible to replace a tank with another of similar characteristics.
The device object of the invention allows to extract the contents of each of the different tanks, in the previously programmed quantities, mix them in a homogeneous way in a common mixing tank where through a mechanical thrust procedure, they are mixed by extrusion and finally The final product is expelled, all in a way that does not leave a trace of the fluids used in the mixture.
The extraction of the different fluids is done by means of mechanical systems that simulate a pulsation made by the user. These mechanisms consist of a tank fixation and a pressure platform, made by small electric motors of direct current and their respective gearboxes. In addition, these systems will consist of guides and movement transformers, which will help this function.
All fluid reservoirs are easily accessible and replaceable by others.
Each of the expelled fluids is deposited in a common mixing tank. Through a mechanical thrust-compression thrust procedure, where springs are used as compression means and motors in charge of traction, they are mixed by extrusion achieving a homogenized mixture in terms of the distribution of the elements.
The process of expelling all the fluids deposited in the mixing tank is through an extrusion process, in which the mechanical thrust is used

generated, to pass the independent fluids through a common orifice, without this process influencing its independent characteristics.
The final mixture is expelled using the same extrusion mechanism, through the exit orifice, which is provided with a support and allows the user access to the mixture made, which is perfectly mixed and homogenized.
All these mechanisms are managed by an electronic control board (PCB) and powered by a battery. In addition to the above, the system is equipped with a deposit level detection system, notifying the user when one of them is running out, and a connectivity to manage this data through a mobile phone.
These deposits, which could be adapted to different sizes and shapes, expel their contents through mechanical means, which simulate a pulsation that a normal user could exert on some deposits.
The mixing device comprises an outer housing provided with a double set of access to the interior, with a front door for replacement and placement of the base fluid reservoir, and an upper door for access to the interior and to access to place or replace the deposits of additive fluids, the location of the deposits not being limiting.
The mixing device has a first base fluid supply module, having its own means of actuating the base fluid reservoir, and a second module provided with its own means of actuating the reservoir or additive tanks, these means being independent of actuation of the actuating means of the base fluid reservoir. In addition, it also has a mixing tank provided with an ejection hole and which is housed between both modules. In this way, when the products are expelled from the base fluid reservoir and the
or of the additive deposits, the mixing of all the products takes place by means of a dragging mechanism, which performs the functions of extrusion and final expulsion of the mixture.
With the device object of the invention is achieved:
- Individual deposits (Industry Standards, specifically “Airless” type deposits), which can be treated independently.

-The mixing cycle does not have any kind of resilience, so when exchanging thedeposits there is no trace of the previous one.-The mixing and expulsion process lacks any latency, that is, there is nowaiting time after installing the deposits.5 -The mixing and extraction system is through simple mechanical means.
- The exchange of deposits or cartridges does not leave any trace, and can therefore be used for as many different combinations as desired, not being necessary a cleaning or any other previous action. In a complementary and optional way, the common mixing tank can be removable by
10 if you would like to undergo a washing and disinfection process.
The mixing device has application in different areas, from the production of cosmetics to the preparation of paints, dyes, etc.

Figure 2 shows the main modules of the device and is housed inside the housing (18) (figure 1). Said modules are: 5 - A first module (1) for the extraction of a first fluid or a base fluid from a reservoir (23) containing said first fluid or base fluid. -A drag, extrusion and ejection mechanism (2) of the final mixture, which we will call hereinafter drag mechanism (2) for simplification. 10 -A second module (3) for extracting second fluids or additive fluids from additive tanks (24) (Figure 10). -A mixing tank (4) that has an ejection hole of the final mixture that is in connection with the dispensing flange (28).
15 The drive mechanism (2) being arranged inside the mixing tank (4) and this one fixed to the first module (1), although this aspect is not limiting, since it could simply be located between the first module (1) and the second module (2), preferably although not limited to the first module in the lower part of the device while the second module in the upper part of the device.
20 In addition, the mixing tank (4) can be removable and removable from the rest in order to be washed and disinfected if deemed necessary.
25 Both modules are managed by the electronic board independently, which allows the amount of base fluid and additives to be regulated.
Figure 3 shows the detail of the drive mechanism (2) comprising a first motor (5) with its gearbox, associated with a pulley (7) that engaged in the motor 30 allows the transmission of the work done to a belt (10) at the end of which it is connected with a drag piece (6) by means of a connecting piece (9) between the drag
(6) and the belt (10). The drag (6) moves by motor action (5) against the force of elastic means and that in the embodiment shown are springs (8) that make when the motor (5) stops acting it recovers its extended position.
35 Figure 4 shows the drag (6) in the collection position achieved by action

of motor (5) that when rotating the pulley (7) collects by means of the belt (10) said drag against the force of the springs (8) (now not observable).
Figure 5 shows the first module (1) for extracting the pressed base fluid where, among other elements, the presence on the upper part thereof is a hole (31) for expelling the base fluid. The tanks remain pressed until the trawler passes, in which way it is ensured that the fluids do not return.
Both the base fluid reservoir (s) and the additive fluid reservoir (s) remain pressed until the carrier passes and once it has passed they are no longer pressed.
In Figure 6, said first module (1) is shown in an exploded manner and comprising actuation means (11) of the base fluid reservoir (23) (Figure 10) and which in the embodiment shown comprises a first double set of engines , gearboxes and spindle sets (11). It also comprises a platform (13) for contact between the tank and the generating systems of the tank drive, and a first piece for fixing (12) to the tank and to the displacement means, so that the displacement means (11) are actuated displaces said part (12) that produces the action on the tank (23) (figure 10) of the base fluid.
The so-called base fluid does not have to be limited to a single fluid, with more than one reservoir of base fluid being available, either managed simultaneously or independently of each of the base fluids.
Figure 7 shows the second module (3) for actuation of the additive fluid tanks (24) (figure 10), and which comprises actuation means (14) of all the additive tanks, and which in the Embodiment shown comprises a second set of motors, gearboxes and spindle sets. In addition, a piece (15) for fixing the additive tanks, a second piece for fixing (16) to the tanks and the means of movement and a support (17) to ensure the positioning of the tanks by the user is exposed , and that in the embodiment shown in an illustrative manner, they comprise four holes without limiting the number of holes, which can be from a single hole for a single additive tank to those that were possible and necessary to place.
