DESCRIPTION
Object of the invention
The present invention relates to a prefabricated pile hitch coupling, which allows the hitch to be connected after the manufacture of the pile by means of fixing elements to the existing connection piece at the end of the pile.
Technical problem to solve and background of the invention
The prefabricated piles that are used to drive in rock, have a specific whip on the end, which aims to reduce vibrations during driving, cross hard layers and increase the embedment in altered rock, formed by a central massif and some posters of reinforcement of said massif.
The azuche currently used is incorporated into the prefabricated piles at the time of manufacture of the same, which requires storing piles of different sections with the azuche incorporated at the end, in anticipation that it might be necessary in some work.
On the other hand, prefabricated piles are manufactured in lengths ranging from 5 meters to 14 meters, and to achieve piles of greater lengths tongue and groove joints are used that fix sections of piles with each other, sized so that the joint itself is capable of resisting greater efforts than those of the pile type section itself.
Description of the invention
The invention described discloses a spanking coupling for a prefabricated pile, where the prefabricated pile has at one end a connecting piece with at least one hole and at least one stud, such that the coupling comprises a flat plate which in turn it comprises at least one through hole, at least one stud, and a solid,
The through hole of the flat plate is configured to receive the pin of the connecting piece and the pin of the flat plate is configured to enter the hole of the connecting piece.

The pre-fabricated pile whip coupling object of the invention comprises a bolt configured to enter a through hole of the lugs and lock the lugs in position.
In the coupling of prefabricated pile for object of the invention, the through holes and the lugs are located in alternate corners of the flat plate.
In the prefabricated pile plow coupling object of the invention each bolt comprises a central rod with a longitudinal housing, at one end, configured to accommodate a punch and a perpendicular housing configured to accommodate a bearing such that when moving the punch, to its instead, it moves the bearing outward from the central rod, fixing the pin inside the stud.
The flat plate of the prefabricated pile hitch coupling object of the invention comprises four reinforcing boards around the massif.
Finally, the coupling of prefabricated pile for the object of the invention comprises a protective grease against corrosion embedding the components.

Preferred Embodiment of the Invention
As already indicated, and as can be seen in the figures, the object of the invention is an coupling that allows the placement of a whip on the end of a prefabricated pile after its manufacture. This eliminates the need to have the piles stored with the concrete whip on one end, as is currently the case.
The pre-fabricated pile whip coupling object of the invention comprises a flat plate (1) which in turn incorporates two through holes (2) and two studs (3), the holes (2) and the studs (3) being located in alternate corners of the flat plate (1).
The flat plate (1) comprises a massif (4) on the opposite side of the lugs (3), located in the center of the flat plate (1) and having reinforcing tables (5) that stiffen it. The massif (4) is the part of the coupling of piles for the object of the invention that contacts the rock in the first place and which must withstand greater effort.
In order to be able to use the coupling for the pile of piles object of the invention, it is necessary that the pile on which it is to be placed has a connecting piece (6) at one end. That connecting piece (6) is located at one end of the pile that usually joins another connecting piece (6) to join two sections together and form longer piles.
The connection piece (6) has a configuration similar to that of the coupling object of the invention, that is, it has holes (7) and lugs (8) that are complementary to the lugs (3) and the through holes (2) of the coupling, so that the pins (3) of the coupling are inserted into the holes (7) of the connection piece (6) and the through holes (2) of the coupling receive the pins (8) of the connection piece (6).
The studs (3) of the coupling object of the invention comprise a through hole (9) for a pin (10) so that, with the stud (3) of the coupling inserted in the recess (7) of the connecting piece (6) ), a pin (10) is introduced through the through hole (9) that prevents the exit 10 of the pin (3) from the hole (7) and therefore prevents the coupling from separating from the connecting piece (6). Likewise, a conical pin (16) is introduced through the through hole (9) of the pin of the connecting piece (8), which fulfills the same function described above.
Between the axis of the through hole (9) of the pin of the coupling (3) and that of the hole of the connecting piece (6) through which the pin is inserted, there is a small eccentricity, due to which a claim is generated which ensures a perfect transmission of efforts.
The invention should not be limited to the embodiments described herein. Experts in the field can develop other embodiments in view of the description made here. Accordingly, the scope of the invention is defined by the following claims.

1. - Azuche coupling for prefabricated pile, where the pile has at one end a connecting piece (6) with at least one hole (7) and at least one stud (8), characterized in that the coupling comprises a flat plate (1) which in turn includes:
- at least one through hole (2),
- at least one stud (3),
- a massif (4),
where the through hole (2) of the flat plate (1) is configured to receive the pin (8) of the connecting piece (6) and the pin (3) of the flat plate (1) is configured to be inserted into the gap (7) of the connection piece (6).

2. - Attachment of a prefabricated pile plinth according to claim 1 characterized in that it comprises a bolt (10) configured to be inserted in a through hole (9) of the lugs (3, 8) and block the lugs (3, 8) in its position.

3. - Coupling of prefabricated pile plinth according to any of the preceding claims characterized in that the through holes (2) and the lugs (3) are located in alternate corners of the flat plate (1).

4. - Attachment of a prefabricated pile plinth according to any of the preceding claims 2 or 3 characterized in that each bolt (10) comprises a central rod (11) with a longitudinal housing (12), at one end, configured to accommodate a punch (13), and a perpendicular housing (15) configured to accommodate a bearing (14) such that by moving the punch (13), it in turn displaces the bearing (14) towards the outside of the central rod (11), fixing the pin (10) inside the stud (3).

5. - Pre-fabricated pile pouch of a whip according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the flat plate (1) comprises four reinforcement plates (5) around the massif (4).
