专利摘要:
Device and procedure for the dynamic presentation of living aquatic organisms. The present invention relates to a device for the dynamic presentation of living aquatic organisms, said device comprising a reservoir (1) at least substantially partially transparent, comprising a bottom (10) surrounded by a wall (14) and an opening (11) at its end opposite the bottom, the tank comprising at its bottom a plurality of holes (40) intended for the passage of water and/or pressurized air and a tube (2) placed inside the tank, open in its two ends, and at least substantially partially transparent, the lower end (20) of the latter being positioned at a distance from the bottom of the tank and in the vertical of the holes.

They can also be made only partially in a transparent or substantially transparent material.
They may be made particularly in plastic or glass.
5
When the tank is cylindrical in shape, its height may for example be 2 to 3 times larger than its diameter.
On the other hand, the diameter of the tube 2 may represent approximately between 30 and 10 50% of the diameter of the tank 2.
As an example, the tank 1 has a diameter of 30 cm and a height of 66 cm, while the tube 2 has a diameter of approximately 12 cm and a height of 63 cm.
fifteen
The tube 2 is in this case of round section but the invention is not limited to this embodiment.
The tube 2 is held inside the tank 1 such that its end 20 plus 20 near the bottom 10 of the tank is separated from it.
In the embodiment illustrated in the figures, this is obtained by hooking the tube 2 into the removable cover 3, intended to at least partially close the opening 11.
The distance between the lower end 20 of the tube and the bottom 10 of the tank is particularly between 2 and 3 cm.
Figures 1 and 2 also show that a grid 4 is provided at the bottom 10 of the tank 1.
30
This grid will be described in greater detail with reference to Figure 4. It is perforated by a plurality of holes that are intended for the passage of water and / or pressurized air.
Of course, the invention is not limited to this embodiment and the holes could be made directly at the bottom 10 of the tank.
7

In this way, in operation, the device is connected to means of supplying air and pressurized water that allow the creation of air or water jets through the holes in the grid.
5 Figures 1 and 2 show that the tube 2 is arranged substantially in the vertical of the grid 4 which in this case is circular in shape and whose diameter is inscribed in that of the tube.
This arrangement will allow to create an updraft inside the tube 2 when the device is full of water and in operation, the water again decreasing to 10 in the peripheral annular space located between the outer wall of the tube 2 and the wall internal tank 1.
Finally, the device comprises a drawer 6 that is arranged above the lid 3.
15 This drawer is intended to house lighting means as well as electricity supply means for the latter.
As Figures 1 and 2 show, the lid 3 and the drawer 6 preferably have a section similar to that of the tank 1. The invention is not limited, however, to this embodiment 20.
These figures also show the presence of an opening 12 in the wall 14 of the tank 1. This opening flows into a duct 13 and allows the excess water present in the tank 1 to be evacuated when the device is in operation. A 12 ’network
25 prevents the passage of worms.
This opening is made in this case facing the vertical part 23 of the tube to be described below.
30 Reference is now made to Figure 3, which illustrates in greater detail the upper opening 21 of the tube, opposite the opening 20, as well as the cover 3.
Figure 3 shows that the upper part of the tube 2, that is, the one that is furthest from the bottom 10, is cut out over a sector between 180 ° and 300 ° and in this case equal to 35 to 270 °. This hole is made on a part of the height of the tube, particularly between 10 and 20% of its height, keeping the tube intact at the level of its
8

upper end 24 and this, over a height of several centimeters, to form a section 22.
It is by means of this cylindrical section 22 that the tube 2 is hooked on the cover 3.
5 This section 22 is for example inserted by force into a central opening 30 of the cover 3.
Of course, the invention is not limited to this embodiment and other means could be provided for hooking the tube 2 to the cover 3.
10 In particular, the tube could have a completely cylindrical shape, with vertical fasteners provided on the edges of the opening 21 to allow the tube to be attached to the lid.
In the example illustrated in Figure 3, the vertical part 23, which joins the section 22 with the rest
15 of the tube, allows to provide the necessary mechanical resistance for the joint connection between the tube 2 and the cover 3.
On the other hand, as confirmed by Figures 1 and 2, the edges of the opening 21 are located closer to the bottom 10 of the tank than the upper end 11 of the tank.
Figure 4 illustrates in greater detail the lower part of the device according to the embodiment of the invention described more particularly in this case.
It illustrates the grid 4 present in the bottom 10 of the tank as well as the tube 2, positioned in the vertical 25 of the grid 4.
As indicated above, the lower end 20 is separated from the bottom of the reservoir so as to provide a passage between the tube and the bottom through which water rises in the tube.
30 On the other hand, due to the presence of the vertical part 23, the water flow is limited between the inner wall of the tank and the outer wall of this vertical part as the outer wall of the tube located in the vertical of this vertical part.
35 Thus, at the level of the lower opening 20 of the tube, the current is also quite weak in the vertical of the vertical part 23 and sometimes insufficient to drag the worms to the
