fastening, which will be described later, configured to support the transport chair in a folded condition and in a vertical position.
As can be seen, the anchoring structure (31) is formed by a pair of separate vertical stringers that run parallel to each other, fixed each one inferiorly to the horizontal plate, and superiorly joined together by a crossbar (34) which is used as a support point to attach the transport chair.
Furthermore, going back to Figure 1, it can be seen how the anchoring device (29) includes support means provided to support a caterpillar module (13), which comprise a pair of support points located at the base formed by a support element (35) having a curved upper face. Positioning means are also provided for the rear wheels of the wheelchair located at the base of the anchoring device (29), which guarantee the correct positioning of the chair in the anchoring device (29). These positioning means consist of two sets, each consisting of a pair of stops (40) of substantially triangular prismatic geometry with a curved surface (42) that adapts to the contour of the rear wheel (8) of the chair transport (1).
The aforementioned fastening means comprise a first pair of vertical grip clamps (36) located on the vertical stringers that are part of the anchoring structure (31) and a second pair of horizontal grip clamps (37) protruding from a horizontal extension (38) that includes a grip handle (39), the clamps (36, 37) having dimensions that are complementary to the joint areas of the frame of the transport chair (1). Advantageously, the use of these clamps (36, 37) (which have a "U" shape) avoids the use of more complex fixing devices, resulting in the coupling between the anchoring structure and the single chair by means of a snap fit.
The details, shapes, dimensions and other accessory elements used in the manufacture of the transport chair assembly of the invention may be conveniently substituted by others that do not depart from the scope defined by the claims that are included below.
