To this end, the process of the techniques for the management and optimal use that leads to the objective of reduction of the opponent is included in a detailed and sequenced form. To show the generality of the process, three examples of different procedures are presented and as in any case a series of practically identical stages can be seen. The first case of the technique against attacks by circular blow, consists of the following steps:
