The invention relates to a liquid dosing cap with a double outflow, preferably for dispensing table oil, comprising a base body having a first outlet orifice, and an upper body having a second outlet orifice, and wherein the area of the second exit orifice is smaller than the area of the first exit orifice. The upper body is coupled to the base body so that in a first position of the upper body, it is superimposed and coupled to the base body and allows liquid to be dispensed by the second outlet orifice, and in a second position of the upper body, this is uncoupled of the upper base and adopts an uncoupled position in which it allows to dispense liquid through the first outlet orifice.
