Description of the invention
The present invention solves the problems existing in the state of the art by means of a system and method of coating grooves in flat woodwork pieces, which provides better adhesion of the coating layers in the grooves.
The pieces to be grooved can be of different materials such as wood, fiber of various densities, agglomerates, PVC or aluminum, thanks to the versatility of the coating system.
The slotting system in flat carpentry pieces comprises upper rollers with coils transporting coating layers (in this case vinyl film), lower rollers with collector coils of a removable layer (which protects the film adhesive) and heat pumps arranged between said rollers on a flat support.
The conveyor coils contain the vinyl film that will be supplied to the grooves and which will be adhered by the heat produced by the heat pumps. In turn, as the film is transported, a removable layer will be removed, which will be collected in the collecting coils. All the elements of the system will move horizontally with respect to the grooves of the piece. All this means that the process can be carried out continuously, presenting advantages at the time of series production.
In addition, the lower rollers contain guide rollers that are the same width as the vinyl film for proper placement of the film in the groove.
The method of coating grooves in flat carpentry pieces is carried out on the basis of a piece that will be coated, then it will be grooved and finally the coating of the grooves will be carried out by means of the coating system described above.
In this way, materials and colors can be used for coating the grooves different from those of the piece, and in addition a product with an optimal finish is obtained in a short time thanks to the fact that the coating system works continuously.

Detailed description of the invention
The object of the present invention is a system and method of coating grooves 25 in flat woodwork pieces that provides better adhesion of the coating layers in the grooves.
As can be seen in Figures 1a and 1b, the cladding method initially starts with a piece (1) of woodwork, several fibers
