Therefore, it is necessary to design, a solid waste disposal device adhered to the ground that, in a simple and economical way, manages to overcome the aforementioned inconvenience.
On the part of the applicant, the existence of an apparatus that shows characteristics similar to those presented by the invention described here is unknown.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is established and characterized in the independent claims, while the dependent claims describe other features thereof.
The object of the invention is a solid waste disposal device adhered to the ground. The technical problem to be solved is how to carry out the detachment of the solid residue adhered to the ground without involving physical efforts of the operator who performs it.
An advantage of the invention is that it manages to solve the technical problem posed, as the configuration and structure given to the eliminating apparatus, with an electric motor that drives a circular brush through its drive shaft arranged parallel to the ground and its cells arranged perpendicular to said drive shaft, allows to achieve the detachment or tearing of the solid residue adhered to the ground and without the slightest physical effort by the operator of said eliminating apparatus.
In addition, it is possible to eliminate all types of solid waste that is adhered to the soil quickly and efficiently, without the use of chemical products, without interfering with the traffic of people, without generating annoying noise, and can be applicable to any type of slab with which the floor is shaped, as it does not spoil it or stain, achieving a clean soil free of stains.

DETAILED EXHIBITION OF THE INVENTION
In view of the foregoing, the present invention relates to a solid waste disposal apparatus adhered to the ground, for example, wax residues, chewing gum, candy, paints, etc.
A first embodiment of the apparatus is shown in figures 1 to 3, and a second embodiment thereof is shown in figures 4 to 8. In both embodiments, the apparatus comprises a frame (1) that supports an electric motor (3) and a circular brush (2) with a drive shaft (2.1) coupled to said electric motor (3).
The circular brush (2) comprises bristles (2.2) that extend or project perpendicularly to the drive shaft (2.1), and in use, said drive shaft (2.1) is arranged substantially parallel to the ground (6) where a solid residue (7) to be removed is attached. In such a way that, as can be seen in figures 7 and 8, as the circular cylinder (2) rotates and is lowered, tilting the frame (1) forward, towards the ground (6) where the solid residue is adhered (7), the latter, is being torn by the bristles (2.2) until its complete elimination of the soil (6).
Preferably, the bristles (2.2) of the circular brush (2) are made of stainless steel. However, they could be made of another material that is equally rigid, strong and durable. For this, the frame (1) can comprise two lateral columns (1.3), at whose upper ends the handlebar (1.2) is fixed, and its lower ends can be fixed to the base (1.6), as in the first realization, or directly to the supports (1.1), as in the second embodiment.
