专利摘要:
The equipment for installation and control of flat hoses is a device through which it is possible to carry out operations of storage, transportation and control of flat hoses, the set consists of: backpack of portage of control of hoses, which contains a disk of bundling of hose, attached to an axle receptacle for storage of sections of hoses, anatomically shaped lumbar support with a harness; allows transport on the back or by hand. Chest with compartments and storage support bar for porter backpacks. Pressure control key that with two cylinders operated by lever and rotating on eccentric axes, strangle the hose, cutting the passage of water through it, allowing connecting other sections or complementary parts, without depressurizing the installation. Equipment for installations and control of flat hoses. Object of the invention
Flat hoses have the advantages over conventional hoses that when collected have a lower volume and weight, and acquire their cylindrical shape when the fluid circulates inside, which makes them very suitable for firefighters who have to transport in the vehicles many meters to make their facilities; This same circumstance also occurs in mobile irrigation facilities, however the collection, transport and control presents difficulties that make these tasks a difficult job. The present invention, as expressed in the statement herein refers to a device or device that responds to the following utilities:
a) Storage and transport, both on foot and in vehicles, of flat hoses.
b) Make flat hose installations quickly and efficiently with the use of low personnel, allowing, in addition, total maneuverability and safety because it keeps the hands free during these tasks, when transporting on the back.
c) Cutting and pressing of pressure at any point of the installation so that, if it is necessary to prolong the installation of hoses, shorten it or place any intermediate device, and it is not necessary to do it from the point of supply, which is usually quite away from that position.
d) Subsequent collection of the hoses used with great ease and in a short space of time, leaving them in a situation to be reusable, if necessary, or ready for storage.
This invention has been conceived and carried out in order to obtain notable advantages, mainly in terms of maneuverability, operability, safety, time and effectiveness, with respect to the systems that are currently being used to carry out these activities.
The device is designed so that a single man can transport several flat hoses with his hands free, and make hose installations quickly in difficult terrain, such as, for example, in forest fires, irrigation, bilges or any liquid transport that use this type of hoses.
It also allows the collection of such hoses comfortably on the ground itself, leaving them in storage or new use. The set allows easy transport in vehicles.
Well, the reference invention is based on several tools that form a set that serve this purpose. Repercutting in greater maneuverability, having free hands, since the carrier backpack is on the back, unrolling the hose at the same time as the person walks; greater effectiveness and time, since it
image2 Background of the invention
No device similar to that described allows to perform the functions that have been expressed previously with equal effectiveness or efficiency.
Nowadays, flat hose installations are made starting from the point of supply, since they are normally stored at that point, either in reels on self-pumped vehicles or stored in rolls inside drawers or with conventional carrying backpacks. That is, as many hoses are removed from the reel of the vehicle as necessary (in an estimated and improvised way) and then they are pulled until they complete the installation or transported on the arms to the place where they must be installed, it is also used conventional backpacks At this time, water and pressure are given. If some more hoses are required later, the pressure and water must be cut from the supply point, new hoses removed, connected to continue with the installation.
Well, all these trawling operations require a great effort, which is quite frequent in forest fires, together with the handicap of the irregularity of the land and the accumulated weight of the hoses filled with water, it makes a great physical effort on the part of personnel in charge of extinction tasks, which is detrimental to effectiveness and safety. To avoid this, the only solution is to employ more personnel, to avoid snags in the vegetation and to be able to drag the weight, which goes against the operability. In addition, as an inconvenience added to this way of carrying out the installations, it should be noted that having to cut the pressure and water from the supply point and not from closer to the fire, increases the risk of personnel who are at the forefront in the work of extinction, because the pressure response takes longer with the consequent danger.
All these inconveniences are eliminated or to a large extent the use of the device of the invention. Description of the invention
The present invention relates to a device, specifically the carrier backpack, which performs three functions: the functions of installation, collection and control of flat hoses, mainly intended to improve the work that can be done with this type of hoses. It is made up of three independent tools (storage chest, carrier bags and pressure control wrench). Fulfilling the first of them the tasks of storage, the second the transport on the back or by hand (unrolling the hose as the person walks, either carrying the carrier backpack on the back or taken by the handle in the hand) and the collection of the hoses (placing the hose in the bundle cone and moving the disc in the direction indicated by the arrow will be the hose finally bundled and collected). The third is responsible for closing and opening the pressure (positioning the hose in the indicated recess of the pressure control wrench to close or open pressure respectively) at any point for the connection maneuvers of the different hose sections or the connection of other parts common to this type of installation.
