SYSTEM AND METHOD OF INTEGRAL COMMERCIAL TRANSACTION MANAGEMENT IN CLOUD COMPUTING ARCHITECTURES
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The invention relates to a computational system comprising a combination of hardware and software, and a method of managing commercial transactions and electronic payment that allows the automatic management of sales processes and the construction of commercial ecosystems through an architecture in the cloud (or, in its commonly used English term, "cloud") focused on the client. This system produces joint market structures on which to offer products and services, allows a transversal integration of commercial ecosystems from numerous industrial sectors and facilitates the provision of value-added services that improve customer loyalty and technological assimilation. The system and the methods of the invention include the processes of management of the point of sale, management of the supply of the product and / or the provision of the service, management of the electronic payment and provision of information services to the companies and the client through a cloud architecture The proposed methods guarantee the confidentiality, non-repudiation and integrity of the transaction information according to the digital signature standards and the PCI ("Payment Card Industry") standard for card payment.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
One of the aspects that are having the greatest boom in recent years, is the development of payment methods that are versatile enough so that they can be used in mobility in an agile, safe and accessible way to any client. There are numerous references to commercial transaction management systems that use existing financial infrastructure and that tend to specialize in the development of devices that are based on traditional payment instruments such as credit or debit cards. However, customer habits are evolving rapidly, the interaction scenarios between retail businesses and customers have forced the development of new payment methods focused on enabling technologies such as NFC (Near Field Communication), RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) and the protocols for secure interaction with electronic commerce through the Internet and which also include the service providers of

Teiefonla Movil (PayPal, Google Wallet, Apple Pay, Amazon Payments, Skrill, etc.). There is a change in the operating model of the payment system in commercial transactions, since it is migrated from a commercial model focused on the services provided by financial institutions towards a customer-centered model and its potential markets of interest.
The following are patents that constitute the state of technological knowledge in the context of the invention:
US 8249965 B2 proposes a payment platform maintained by the members that use it, without registration fees or transaction fees either for the merchant or for the customer. Its financing is achieved through the interest and dividends generated by a bank account in trust in which each merchant makes a reimbursable initial contribution, so that a commercial ecosystem is promoted that favors loyalty and from which both customers and suppliers benefit.
US 8856043 B2 establishes a system to facilitate commercial transactions between several suppliers and customers through the management of data flow and interactions between them, providing common storage areas of the documentation generated and integrating it into the payment processing network, it is That is, it focuses on solving the problem of validation process management when there is more than one entity involved in it, for example, when the entity that pays for the product is not the same as the one that receives it.
US 8645222 B1 provides an informative method to complete the request to purchase an item through the client's mobile device; defines the flow of information that includes: detection of the purchase event and association of the customer with the purchase record; retrieval of order information including customer account information in the financial entity; Generation of the purchase request including customer identification and account information and completion of the operation with the exit of the request for the selected merchant so that he can fulfill the purchase request.
US 20130185202 A1 proposes a payment system through a mobile device connected to the customer's own data network and that is equipped with a reader / writer

Wireless “smart card” which is the one that manages the operation, so that confidence in the transactions is reinforced, since it is the customer's own device that communicates with the payment method (eg credit card ) and not the commercial POS.
US20130054320 A1 focuses on the final phase of acceptance of the payment transaction by the customer, generating at the point of sale a pictogram (eg QR code) associated with the transaction that is intended to be carried out, which includes all the data of interest and that is captured by the camera of the client's mobile device; the acceptance of the same triggers the completion of the operation through the data network of the client device.
US 20140074605 A1 proposes systems and methods to promote and facilitate purchases at service stations through electronic commerce and, in particular, taking advantage of the facilities provided by mobile devices as a way to attract new customers, with personalized offers. The merchant's system can detect that a particular customer is nearby or even in your establishment (using the integrated GPS or Wi-Fi network). In the same way, the client's application can interact with the merchant's system to obtain additional advantages by buying in that establishment.
US20140379500 A1 claims a system and method for the control of the financial transactions of different points of sale in a unified way through its wireless device, regardless of the type of commerce and the payment method that each client has active.
US20150142588 A1 proposes a system and method to automate the process of payment and supply of fuel in service stations, interacting with the customer through applications installed on their mobile device. The objective is to reduce as far as possible human errors in refueling and reduce the possibility of fraudulent use. The method accesses a server to determine if the user is authorized to use the service, validates through the GPS of the mobile device that the client is in the correct station, controls that the corresponding supplier is not occupied by another user, activates or blocks the supplier and manages the courier with the customer to ensure the correction of refueling parameters (type of fuel, price, etc.) and the acceptance of the operation.

The background shows, in general, the objective of adapting traditional means of payment to electronic commerce in mobility and taking advantage of the existing banking infrastructure. There is a tendency to propose “ad hoc” proposals for very specific and homogeneous sectors, such as gas stations and service stations. The development of models that are independent of the application case and that take advantage of cost reduction benefits is pending. , scalability, security and fault tolerance offered by "cloud computing", evolving the idea of electronic commerce by interrelated customer needs and consumption in order to improve the supply of products, encourage the incorporation of new customers and promote the loyalty of them.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The purpose of the invention is to provide a system and method capable of fully and automatically managing business transactions, as well as electronic payment through an architecture based on the cloud paradigm. This architecture is transversal to numerous commercial ecosystems and industrial sectors that share the same processes of sales and purchase without assistance and therefore builds a commercial ecosystem with which to create synergies and offer value services added to the client.
In the description of this invention, the process of supplying a good or providing a service in exchange for an economic consideration of money is understood as a commercial transaction. The commercial ecosystem is understood as the economic community in which different companies and customers interact through commercial transactions.
The invention controls the entire transaction in an unattended manner and, therefore, automates the sales processes aimed at the end customer, facilitates the transformation of the business models into “Business-to-Consumer” (B2C) sales schemes, streamlines the interaction with the client and improves the productivity and security of the company's business processes. Likewise, it introduces the client into a virtual environment creating a community of users that interact through the cloud platform and access a set of additional applications and services of added value.
The system and method of the invention constitute a solution to automate and move business transaction management processes to the cloud, and to attract

users and companies towards electronic payment schemes through mobile devices. The system provides comfort and access to complementary functionalities for users and competitive advantages for companies that use them.
The companies attached to the invention system can share the customer base and their preferences, thus creating synergies between complementary and competing businesses.
To fulfill this purpose, the system and method of the invention contemplate the characteristics and procedures of a commercial transaction formed by the supply of a product or the provision of a service, and its corresponding payment by the customer. They identify the aspects that offer agility and comfort to customers in the purchase and payment process, as well as the requirements and needs of multiple companies to automate their management.
Likewise, the system and the method of the invention contemplate the sales and collection procedures, the automatic sales methods, the electronic payment systems, the execution of transactions on mobile devices and the computational architectures that support them to identify their limitations and problems. The system and method of the invention also take into account the aspects that determine the adoption of the technology and the barriers of acceptance by the end customers.
The invention thus implies a substantial improvement of the current commercial transaction management systems, mainly due to the advantages of automatic execution of the sale without human interaction (elimination of errors, possibility of fraud, etc.), greater security and guarantees the payment and collection procedure, the possibilities of execution through mobile devices, the ease of integration with the existing commercial systems of the commercial company and the ubiquitous management of transactions through the cloud platform that allow customers and companies to access to aggregate information of the transactions. Additionally, the system of the invention helps to overcome the barriers of adoption of the technology by customers and provides advantages that improve their subsequent loyalty.
So that the supply of products or services can be done without intervention

system operating according to the method of the invention. For example: ticket dispenser, betting machine, vending machine, fuel dispenser, telephone booth, pharmaceutical dispenser, etc. It is also possible to apply this method in commercial processes in which the products are supplied by people and the payment and collection of services and / or products is delegated to the system described in this invention. In this case, the operator performs only the function of machine supplying the products.
The proposed system recognizes three main actors:
- The customer who makes the purchase transaction.
- A commercial company that performs the sale transaction.
- The cloud service provider that manages, manages and maintains the subsystems, procedures and cloud infrastructure and provides information and services to the client and the company.
With the system of the invention, customers can access the information of the transactions made through the internet and at all times. Queries are channeled through web interfaces accessible by any device connected to the internet, including mobile or portable devices. In addition, the system supports the incorporation of analysis tools on transactions so that they can provide elaborated information and other services from the processing of aggregate data.
The information can be transversal and include transactions with different companies or businesses, so that the client accesses a commercial ecosystem in which to integrate their operations through the mobile, obtain advantages and access to joint loyalty services.
From the supply side, the companies attached to this system have the relationship of transactions of customers who have their personal data and business relationship. These companies can benefit from the global set of customers registered to increase the sales flow of their own systems. Based on this information, they can design commercial or loyalty strategies that are particular or shared with customers.
The invention allows to overcome inconveniences in the aspects listed to

- Admin database (39): Database where the directory in which the specific database in which the data of each company is located, the different system modules to which each company has access is located and the audit of access and use of applications. Act as a global orchestrator of the system. It therefore contains the data that, due to access and performance, must be grouped and located in a single database independently of the client (3).
- Trans database (40): contains the data of the commercial transactions carried out safely. The information stored in this database is conveniently encrypted using an RSA asymmetric encryption system (“Rivest, Shamir and Adleman ') whose private keys are stored in a hardware element called HSM (“ Hardware Security Module ”) that prevents Access to them by any external user and allows compliance with the electronic signature and PCI regulations.
- Companies database (41): collection of databases where the affiliated companies are grouped. They contain the specific data of the companies such as machines (2) displayed, configuration data, etc. All databases of this level have the same data schema and can host the data of one or more companies.
- Clients database (42): database with the specific data of the customers (3) that have been registered in the system and have downloaded the App automatic purchase application (4A). The tables related to your access information are encrypted following the same scheme as with the Trans database (40).

- Collection and payment interface component (43): set of procedures to make calls to the collection and payment management providers to record the monetary consideration of the commercial transaction.
First, the customer (3) must install an automatic App purchase application (4A) on the mobile device (4) that allows him to interact with the proposed system. This application is called “automatic purchase application”. The App (4A) automatic purchase application will be independent of the companies (81) and, therefore, from the moment it is installed, this App (4A) automatic purchase application will be valid for all the points of sale of the companies (81) attached to the system. In this sense, the application of automatic purchase App (4A) will be the gateway to the commercial ecosystem. The process that describes the installation of the automatic purchase application App (4A) follows the steps indicated below; in the execution of the process the elements that are also mentioned below are involved:
a) The customer (3) connects his mobile device (4) with the mobile component (27) -or purchase component- through the internet (20). This connection is made through a registration and download portal (28), which can be an application of the cloud service provider.
b) Select the appropriate version of the automatic purchase application App (4A) according to the characteristics of the mobile device (4). In the event that a version compatible with the mobile device (4) is not found, the client (3) will not be able to use this system and that ends the entire process.
c) Register in the system. The registration process is defined by the following actions:
c1) Introduction of personal and billing information;
c2) Introduction of accepted payment methods data (for example, credit card data, etc.);
c3) Generation and sending of secure access information to the client (3) to be used as identification in transactions and in subsequent information inquiries;
d) Download and install the automatic purchase application App (4A).

The information management subsystem (6) presents the information generated in the transactions at the application level. The processes are different depending on whether companies (81) or customers (3):
A) Clients (3) access the B2C interfaces (25). The process and the elements involved in the consultation of information by customers (3) is as follows: A.1) Connection of a first information management device (7) -or device of
client information management (7) (3) - which has a first web port (7W) to the B2C interfaces (25) of the cloud management and analysis module (5). A web browser and a URL address are used for this.
A.2) Introduction of secure access information (15) by the customer (3).
A.3) Presentation of the historical information of the transactions and summary and analysis tools through a first web interface (19) - or client web interface (19) (3).
B) The information consultation process for companies (81) attached to the system can be carried out through two channels: according to an access through a web interface and through B2B interfaces (26) that link directly to the information systems of these companies (81) for accounting and inventory. In the first case, the procedure follows the same steps as for customers (3). The affiliated companies will have secure access data to access through the internet (20) the information about the transactions and the configuration aspects of their machines (2) deployed.
The commercial transaction subsystem (1) is where the provision (13) of a service or the supply of a product and the corresponding economic consideration by the customer (3) are effectively carried out. The innovation of this subsystem is the unattended automatic control of the commercial transaction from a remote system hosted in the cloud. Additionally, the system separates the collection and payment processes from the delivery of products and services, which eliminates the problems related to the deposit of money and exchange. The versatility and ease of installation of the machines (2) facilitates the deployment of outlets for a wide variety of products and services. For example: vending machines, pharmacy dispensers on call, service station suppliers, video clubs, ticket dispensers and

transport tickets, etc. It can even be applied to the provision of products and services by human operators by delegating the payment and collection of services and / or products to the system described in this invention. With the proposed system there is no interaction between the machine (2) and the customer (3) until the effective delivery of the product or service, which reduces the presence of errors.
The electronic management subsystem of the collection and payment process (9) performs the necessary operations to make the payment to the customer (3) according to the means of payment enabled. By means of enabled payment means a financial instrument capable of paying the transaction and that has been authorized for that client (3). For example: usual credit cards, loyalty cards of the commercial company, PayPal credit, electronic currencies, etc. You will not be able to directly handle fiat money.
The procedure that defines the operation of the commercial transaction and electronic management module of the collection and payment process is detailed below according to the steps and the flow of communications detailed in Figure 3, in which the described components and the mechanisms of specified communication:
a) When the customer (3) wishes to purchase a service or a product through the system of the invention, he must indicate the commercial establishment in which he is through the automatic purchase application App (4A) previously installed. This procedure informs the management module and cloud analysis (5) of the physical location of the client (3). In the absence of human interaction by the company (81), this identification must be done automatically. This information will be sent through web services. Two selection possibilities are offered:
a1) Through the geolocation of the client (3) through the GPS system (“Global Positioning System”) of the mobile device (4). a2) By reading a QR code (“Quick Response”) provided by the company for this purpose through an image sensor of the client's mobile device (4) (3).
b) Once the cloud management and analysis module (5) knows the customer's commercial location (3), it offers you through a screen of the automatic purchase application App (4A) of your mobile device (4) the catalog of products or services available in the indicated place. This information will be sent through web services.
c) The client (3) selects the services and / or products that he wishes to acquire and sends that

information to the management module and cloud analysis (5). This information will be sent through web services.
d) The cloud management and analysis module (5) informs the customer (3) of the total cost of the transaction and asks for the acceptance of the operation. This information will be sent through web services.
e) If the customer (3) agrees to continue with the transaction, he must select the means of payment from among the options configured in his application of automatic purchase App (4A) and enter his security password to be able to use it. This information will be sent through web services.
f) The cloud management and analysis module (5) will launch a collection request through the electronic collection and payment management subsystem (9).
g) The electronic collection and payment management subsystem (9) verifies the validity of the security data and will perform a pre-authorization on the account or on the customer's card (3) of the transaction cost.
h) With the result obtained, the cloud management and analysis module (5) will be informed to proceed with the transaction.
i) If the preauthorization has produced an incorrect result, the client will be informed by a PUSH message (3) and the operation is completed.
j) If the payment pre-authorization process is correct, the cloud management and analysis module (5) then informs the machine (2) of the commercial location where the customer is located (3) and that he can provide the Products and / or services. This notification is done by exchanging sockets messages. The client (3) will also be informed by a PUSH message that he can receive the products and / or services.
k) Provision (13) of products and / or customer services (3) by the machine (2). The cloud management and analysis module (5) is informed of the success of the operation.
l) A payment confirmation will be launched to the electronic collection and payment management subsystem (9). If there is a partial delivery of products and / or services, the final amount of the operation will be updated as effectively delivered.
m) The electronic collection and payment management subsystem (9) will execute the payment on the pre-authorized amount and inform the cloud management and analysis module (5) about the success of the operation.
n) The cloud management and analysis module (5) will close the operation, generate the purchase ticket that will be stored in the Trans Database (40) and notify the user of the success of the supply and payment. The client (3) may consult the ticket through the
