    The present invention discloses a hanger device for annular sausages in bars, comprising an entrance surface through which annular sausages are moved, a receiver box in the form of a "V" to which the sausages fall from the entrance surface, a platform for ejection driven by means of ejection that pushes the sausage from the receiver drawer to insert it in a bar by a free end thereof. The free end of the bar is inserted through a recess provided for that purpose in the ejection platform when it is actuated by the ejection means.
