DESCRIPTION
Sliding, modular and adjustable base TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a sliding, modular and adjustable base, intended primarily for cutting machines of sheet materials, flexible or rigid, but can be applied to any machinery that requires it.
The sliding, modular and adjustable base, object of the invention has the main purpose of being able to have a perfectly flat and adjustable surface for the arrangement, on it, of different types of surfaces, static or mobile to be able to cut the different materials on top of it. laminar with the corresponding cutting machine; so that a perfect flatness is guaranteed, as well as a great flexibility and modularity of creation of different flat surface areas suitable to conform with said base; and all this with a base formed by simple physical entities, of easy colocation and manipulation by a user, and perfectly applicable to existing industrial environments.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The use and application of bases for cutting machines of sheet materials is known; so that these bases must have a geometric tolerance of flatness, along the length and width of their entire surface, of very small value, in order to guarantee a cut as accurate as possible.
In this sense, the use of bases as such is known, which work as support surfaces, and in which, by means of the application of vacuum, the appropriate work surface is positioned and retained to cut the different sheet materials with the corresponding cutting machine. As an example, for greater understanding and with a non-limiting nature, said work surfaces that are positioned on the support surface

formed by the sliding bases object of the patent, they can be sheets of porous laminar materials, being able to be of plastics like PU or textile materials, conveyor belts, brushes for cutting, etc. Current support surfaces have a number of drawbacks:
First of all, the great difficulty of achieving very precise geometric tolerances of flatness is highlighted, since they are usually bases of large surface dimensions, and manufactured in different modules that create discontinuities between them, which are reflected in the cutting of the sheet material. To achieve a good finish and surface tolerance of the base, the cost of the base is increased. Also the surfaces required to make cuts to sheet materials are of relevant dimensions. The structure necessary to fix these modular bases is currently very expensive since it requires high precision, and its machining process is complex.
Finally, and as regards the process of cutting the sheet material, the work surface installed above the bases must be able to slide in some of the applications (according to the sheet material to be cut), which is very difficult due to the fact that said base only serves as a support, and does not have the ability to allow translation and sliding of the work surface on it.
It is necessary the appearance of a new base for cutting machines of laminar material capable of solving the previous problem, so that it allows easy regulation of it for proper leveling, thus guaranteeing a high flatness along its entire surface of cutting of the sheet material, without affecting the direct cost of the base. This leveling ability in turn makes a costly high precision structure unnecessary.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a sliding, modular and adjustable base for cutting machines of sheet material, comprising an upper surface, which will be the support surface, and a lower surface, where said upper surface has

a plurality of through holes for the application of ford on the upper surface, as is known in the current state of the art, having said holes as a mission, creating an aspiration of the sheet material to be cut, preventing its dragging by the cutting machine correspondent; and where the size of said holes is sufficient to allow the absorption of dust particles or the like, without causing their obstruction during operation, keeping the surface of the sliding base mostly clean
Additionally, the base object of the invention has a plurality of legs, where each leg in turn comprises: a through hole axially configured to accommodate a fixing element along each leg; and an elastic element placed perimetrically to some or all of the legs; allowing the height adjustment of each leg on a support surface due to the modification of the thread depth of each fixing element with respect to the mechanical structure that supports these bases, the cutting surfaces, the laminar material to be cut as well such as the gtias and mechanical elements necessary for the proper functioning of the different types of cutting heads.
These elements allow to guarantee a perfect flatness regardless of the support surface or mechanical structure where it is attached, since, as can be seen, these legs have an associated fixing element, which is housed in the through hole of each leg , where said fixing element is threaded to the support surface in corresponding holes, so that the base is fixed to these in a simple and fast way.
In order to guarantee the height adjustment, the thread length of each fixing element is modified with respect to the support surface where the elastic elements guarantee that the base does not fall, due to the action of gravity, on the surface of the cutting machine, since said elastic elements come into contact with the support surface before the legs, therefore the fixing elements are the entities that fix and regulate the height, and the elastic elements which guarantee the flatness position of the base object of the invention.

In this way, when the surface of the cutting machine has irregularities, it is only necessary to act on the leg closest to said irregularities, and modify the height until the desired flatness is achieved.
It should be noted that if the surface of the cutting machine where the base object of the invention is installed is sufficiently flat, then said base can be installed without fixing elements or elastic elements, since thanks only to the force of gravity, it can be placed said base, reducing the assembly time of this on the surface.
As a preferred embodiment, the option in which each fixing element housed in the through hole of each leg is highlighted is a screw whose head is embedded in the upper surface of the base, which can be advantageously operated from the top of said base . And in parallel, each elastic element is a helical spring coupled by one end to each leg, and the other end cantilevered until it comes into contact with the corresponding support surface.
In order to guarantee a sliding of the work surface, or any object to move above the sliding bases, with respect to the base, the upper surface comprises a plurality of cavities configured to allow the accommodation of rollers respectively. In this way, in a simple but effective way, it is achieved that the upper surface has rollers on which the work surface, or any object to move, is supported, and where said rollers have a free rotation guaranteeing the sliding of the work surface, or any object to be displaced, on said basis.
More particularly and optionally, each cavity has a cylindrical drain and two half-bearings carved into said base; configured to allow the support and free rotation of each roller with respect to each cavity. In this way, the base already presents, in its conformation, the cavities where the rollers are to be coupled, since these are going to rely on the corresponding semi-riders, and can be replaced or deleted at any time at the user's discretion.

Optionally, each axis of revolution of the cylindrical emptying of each cavity is inclined at a certain angle with respect to the axis of revolution of the cylindrical emptying of the adjacent cavities. In this way, forced channels of passage and sliding of the work surface with respect to the base are created, always looking for the direction towards the inside of the base where to cut the sheet material, preventing the work surface from moving laterally, getting thus a uniform linear displacement, avoiding wrinkles or areas with different tensions.
The base can have a plurality of non-adjustable legs, located in the inner area of the lower surface of the base itself, and whose mission is to distribute the pressure to be exerted by the cutting machine when it acts on the sheet material and said base, although said pressure distribution is carried out, fundamentally, when the elastic or coupling elements are not positioned on the rest of the adjustable legs.
Said non-adjustable feet can become adjustable with the simple addition of the flexible and fixing elements in them, if the surface of the cutting machine is highly irregular.
Thus, with the proposed invention a base is obtained for cutting machines of adjustable sheet material and capable of being able to have a perfectly flat surface for the disposition, on it, of the corresponding work surface, and the subsequent cutting with the cutting machine , associated with the material arranged in the upper part of this sliding surface, arranged above the bases object of the request; guaranteeing a perfect flatness, as well as a great flexibility and modularity of creation, offering the possibility of creating cutting surfaces of multiple sizes; and all this with a base formed with simple elements, perfectly applicable to the existing cutting machinery.

DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
To complement the description that is being made, and in order to help a better understanding of the features of the invention, according to a preferred example of practical realization thereof, a series of drawings are accompanied as an integral part of said description. where, with an illustrative and non-limiting nature, the following has been represented:
Figure 1.- Shows a first perspective view of the base for cutting machines of laminar material object of the invention, with one of its legs that has a fastener in exploded view.
Figure 2.- Shows a plan view of the base for cutting machines of sheet material object of the invention, observing the orientation of the cavities, and therefore of the rollers, sliding of the work surface. Note that the length and arrangement of said rollers, is perpendicular to the direction of sliding or with a slight angle to this, is variable, this figure 2 being illustrative but not limiting.
Figure 3.- Shows an elevation view of the base for cutting machines of laminar material object of the invention, observing the greater length of the elastic and fixing elements with respect to the legs, for later screwed into the surface or structure of support.
Figure 4.- Shows another perspective view of a set of bases for cutting machines of laminar material, coupled to each other and supported on the surface of the cutting machine, creating a cutting surface as large as required.

PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION
In view of Figures 1 to 5, it can be seen how the base (1) for cutting machines of sheet material comprises an upper surface (1a) and a lower surface (1b), where said upper surface (1a) has a plurality of through holes (3), configured to transmit a vacuum depression in the upper surface (1a).
In addition, the base has a plurality of adjustable legs (4) comprising a through hole (4a) configured to accommodate an Allen head screw (5) along each leg (4); and a helical spring (6) perimetrically coupled to each leg (4); allowing the height adjustment of each leg (4) on the surface (2) of a cutting machine, by modifying the thread depth of each fixing element (5) with respect to said surface (2) of the cutting machine , and thus perfectly level the upper surface (1 a).
Thus, the assembly procedure of said base (1) on the surface (2) of the cutting machine consists of:
a) place the base (1) on the surface of (2) of the cutting machine,
b) thread the fasteners (5) of each leg (4), to existing threaded holes for this purpose on the surface (2) of the cutting machine; Y
c) level the upper surface (1a) of the base (1), modifying the thread depth of the necessary fasteners (5) until a perfect leveling is obtained. This leveling is advantageously done from the upper surface.
Thus, although the surface (2) of the cutting machine does not have a correct or minimum flatness for the correct cutting of sheet material, just adjust the screws (5) with respect to the surface (2) of the machine cutter, it is possible to modify the height of the different areas of the upper surfaces (1a) of the bases (1); and where the helical spring (6) has the mission of preventing the legs (4, 10) of the base (1) from being supported by gravitational action on the surface (2) of the cutting machine and, therefore, without the possibility of user regulation.

Also, and in Figures 1 and 2, it is visualized how the upper surface (1a) comprises a plurality of cavities (7) configured to allow the accommodation of rollers (8) respectively, which can be seen in detail in Figure 5 Where each cavity (7) has a cylindrical emptying and at least two semi-bearings carved into said base (1); configured to allow gravity support and free rotation of each roller (8) with respect to each cavity (7).
Likewise, in figure 2 it is observed how the axes of revolution of the cylindrical emptying of each cavity (7) are angled at a certain angle with respect to the other axes, in order to achieve the linear displacement of the surface, avoiding lateral displacements. Therefore, as can be seen, the arrangement of the cylinders can be perpendicular to the direction of surface or parallel displacement. The base is shaped so that the cavities allow to accommodate one or several cylinders of different length and diameter, and in turn these cavities have semi-riders that allow the cylinder or the cylinders to be accommodated so that their rotation is perpendicular or with a slight angle to in the direction of sliding of the sliding surface that acts as a support for the sheet material to be cut.
In relation to Figures 1 and 3, it can be seen that the base (1) object of the invention has a plurality of non-adjustable legs (10), located in the interior area of the lower surface (1b) of the base (1) ; to ensure the distribution of pressures along the entire upper surface (1a) of the base (1). Said legs (10) can be turned into adjustable legs (4) with the simple addition of screws (5) and springs (6).
In view of Figure 4, a plurality of bases (1) are observed coupled to each other through respective coupling means (9) between the different bases (1), and located on the bottom surface (1b) of said base (one). Said coupling means (9) may consist, for example, of a tongue and groove joint, single joint per head, or using additional joining pieces.
In this sense, it is described that the base (1) is formed with plastic material, allowing series of bases (1) to be made with a single mold, making the process of making it cheaper
forming said base (1). And where in addition, said plastic can give rise to an upper surface (1a) with different sliding properties or surface finish depending on each work surface to be installed on top of the bases.
5 And similarly, the rollers (8) are made of plastic, metal, or even mixed rollers of various materials, depending on the sheet material and the application desired by the user, these being perfectly interchangeable with each other.
In view of this description and set of figures, the person skilled in the art will be able to understand that the embodiments of the invention that have been described can be combined in multiple ways within the object of the invention. The invention has been described according to some preferred embodiments thereof, but it will be apparent to the person skilled in the art that multiple variations can be introduced in said preferred embodiments without exceeding the object of the claimed invention.
