OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The invention, as expressed in the statement of the present specification, refers to a branch chopper, which contributes to the function to which it is intended, advantages and characteristics, which will be described in detail below, which are a novelty in the current state of the art.
More particularly, the object of the invention is centered on a machine whose purpose is to chop arboreal waste, specifically leaves and branches, of agro-industries, in particular those dedicated to the processing and marketing of olive and nuts, allowing to minimize the use of resources of means and surface occupation that such waste supposes in such companies.
FIELD OF APPLICATION OF THE INVENTION
The field of application of the present invention is framed within the agricultural and agribusiness sector, focusing particularly on the field of machines intended to chop arboreal waste.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
As is known, the collection of fruits is increasingly mechanized. This mechanization of the field, in addition to increasing the collection capacity, is accompanied by an increase in waste collection, in the form of leaves, branches, etc. The fruits, once harvested, are transported by the farmer to the agribusiness, where they are processed, either to obtain table olives or olive oil or dried fruit processing.
The first phase of the process, both for obtaining table olives, and obtaining olive oil and preparing dried fruit, is the cleaning and therefore elimination of all residues from the field. These wastes are removed by

machines called cleaners and washing machines.
The cleaners are machines responsible for removing leaves and branches, while the washing machines remove stones. These wastes generate an important space problem for agribusinesses, with these having to invest a considerable amount of means and surface to store and treat them.
The objective of the present invention is, therefore, to develop a chopper machine with the mission of chopping strictly arboreal waste (leaves and branches), and thereby considerably reducing the total volume of the same, thereby facilitating storage, manipulation, treatment ...
Therefore, this machine is extremely profitable for the oil and table olive extraction industries, as well as the processing of nuts, mainly almond, since the collection of these, is being mechanized considerably and with that the entrance every more and more arboreal waste in such industries.
On the other hand, and as a reference to the current state of the art, it should be noted that, although in the market there are machines that perform the same function, at least on the part of the applicant, the existence of any that presents technical characteristics is unknown, structural and constitutive similar to those presented here, the details that distinguish it conveniently collected in the final claims that accompany the present description.
EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION
Specifically, the machine that the invention proposes, as mentioned above, is designed, specifically, to chop arboreal waste, that is, leaves and branches, from agro-industry processes, in particular those dedicated to the processing and marketing of olive as well as of nuts, allowing to minimize the use of resources of resources and occupation of surface that suppose such residues in them.
For this, the machine is configured from the following essential components:

A product input hopper, in charge of facilitating the feeding of leaves and branches towards the inside of the machine, specifically the rotor provided therein inside said machine, as well as to prevent the projection of particles outside the machine.
A chassis or support structure that forms the element in charge of the support of said hopper and the rest of the elements that comprise the machine.
A rotor that, located under the inlet hopper, constitutes the element that, thanks to the arrangement of a series of discs of which it is provided, which have a star-shaped edge with curved edge tips, crush the material to through the rotation movement of it. It is important to note that the aforementioned discs are strategically positioned along the axis of the rotor and with minimal separations to achieve the maximum amount of chopped at the maximum possible amount of arboreal matter and with the minimum power. The tips of the mentioned star-shaped edge of each disk are removable, so that its replacement by wear is easy without having to disassemble the entire rotor and, in addition, said tips are made of hardened steel with what is provided a hardness to wear.
A set of fixed blades, which are arranged so as to increase the crushing capacity of the rotor. Specifically, these fixed blades are placed on one side of the rotor and arranged at the triplet with respect to the tips of curved edges of the discs of said rotor, that is to say, in such a way that when they rotate they are inserted between them causing a clash between the woody matter and both types of cutting elements, thus obtaining the desired product.
Finally, the machine has a motor responsible for transmitting the power and speed relevant to the rotor to perform the function of chopping branches.
With all this, the machine of the invention, thanks to the design of the rotor discs and the removable blades, in particular, thanks to the shape and arrangement between both cutting elements, the speed of rotation, the clearances between moving discs and removable blades, manages to perform the function of chopping of woody elements, branches and leaves, with a very reduced power compared to other similar machines existing in the market and a greater capacity in terms of Kilos / hour, as well as reducing the size of the product resulting, and therefore machines that use more energy resources to perform less

Work and worse done.
The aforementioned branch chopper represents, therefore, an innovation of structural and constitutive characteristics unknown until now, reasons that together with its practical utility, provide it with sufficient grounds to obtain the privilege of exclusivity that is requested.
DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
To complement the description that is being made and in order to help a better understanding of the characteristics of the invention, this descriptive report is accompanied, as an integral part thereof, of a set of drawings, in which with character Illustrative and not limiting, the following has been represented:
Figure number 1.- Shows a perspective view of an example of realization of the chopper of branches object of the invention, appreciating its general configuration and the main parts it comprises.
Figure number 2.- Shows a perspective view of the exploded view of the machine of the invention, according to the same example shown in figure 1, the parts and elements comprising it being appreciated, as well as the configuration of said parts and elements.
Figures number 3-A, 3-B and 3-C.- They show respective views in front, side elevation and perspective of the set of fixed blades that incorporates the machine, according to the invention.
And Figures 4-A and 4-B. - They show elevation views of one of the rotor discs represented, respectively, with and without the curved edge tips.
PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION
In view of the aforementioned figures, and in accordance with the numbering adopted, a non-limiting example of the recommended branch chopper can be observed therein, which comprises the parts and elements that are indicated and described in detail below.
Thus, as observed in these figures, the machine in question includes the

following components:
An input hopper (1) of product, for the feeding of leaves and branches into the machine, incorporated on a support chassis (2), preferably formed by a prismatic metal structure with an upper fence (21) and a rear cover (22), inside which supports a rotor (3) which, provided with cutting elements (4) and moved by a motor (5) coupled to its axis (6), rotates under the said input hopper (1 ).
From this already known configuration, the machine is distinguished by the fact that the said cutting elements (4) of the rotor (3) are made up of a series of discs (41) whose star-shaped edge is determined by a series of tips (42) of curved edge.
These tips (42), preferably, are removable and are made of hardening steel.
In addition, the described discs (41) are positioned along the axis (6) of the rotor (3) with minimal spacing between them and so that the tips (42) of each disc (41) are not aligned or in coincidence with the tips (42) of the anterior and posterior adjacent discs (41), but interleaved.
The machine also has a second type of cutting elements (7) formed by a set of fixed blades (71), which are arranged so that they also act with the rotation of the rotor (3), increasing the crushing capacity of the same. Specifically, these fixed blades (71) are incorporated into a support (72) that is removable and is placed inside the chassis (2) on one side of the rotor (3), being arranged so that they are inserted into the three-leg respect of the pointed edges (42) of curved edges of the discs (41) of said rotor (3) when it rotates.
Describing sufficiently the nature of the present invention, as well as the way of putting it into practice, it is not considered necessary to make its explanation more extensive so that any expert in the field understands its scope and the advantages that derive from it, stating that, within its essentiality, it may be carried out in other forms of realization that differ in detail from that indicated by way of example, and to which it will also achieve the protection that is sought as long as it does not alter, change or modify its fundamental principle .
