Self-sufficient modular housing. Object of the invention.
The object of the invention is a self-sufficient modular housing; which comprises a fast-assembly modular construction, which defines a living space as a dwelling, and on which a multifunction device is incorporated that incorporates: a reservoir for collecting rainwater and its supply inside the dwelling, and photovoltaic panels for the production and supply of electrical energy to the home. Field of application of the invention.
This invention is applicable in the construction of self-sufficient homes, in a very short time and, especially in areas of disasters, emergencies, or catastrophes. State of the art
Currently there are different devices on the market whose purpose is the collection of rainwater for later use, and the generation of electrical energy from solar energy; having basic services in an autonomous or self-sufficient way.
These devices are of great importance in areas that do not have service distribution networks and especially in those areas where a disaster or catastrophe has occurred. Generally in these areas it is also very important to create homes or facilities where people can protect themselves.

Various devices have been used to collect rainwater; while for the generation of electric power in an autonomous way, the use of photovoltaic panels is usually used.
Some of the state-of-the-art documents that relate to the object of the invention are cited below.
In WO02097917 A a parabolic, inflatable and multifunction reflector apparatus is described which, among other uses, serves for the collection and accumulation of rainwater. This apparatus has a plurality of parabolic mirrors that form a reflective surface mounted on an inflatable ring to focus and concentrate the heat of solar energy for heating and cooking.
This document has as a priority its use as a reflector and requires prior inflation of the perimeter chamber for this application as well as for its use as a water storage tank, which is an inconvenience both for its operation and for its disassembly, especially when its use will be carried out in areas lacking electrical energy, or of suitable devices for inflation.
Document US20080034492 A describes an apparatus for collecting water comprising a storage chamber defined in a structure as an inflatable children's pool and a water collection sheet that extends inclined from said storage chamber to a remote area supported in stakes using cables, ropes and / or the like.
This device, like the previous document, requires prior inflation of the structure that delimits the water storage chamber; In addition to a series of additional support elements that make it difficult to install on a construction intended for housing.
Document GB2482970 A discloses a construction of houses for emergency or other uses, from prefabricated panels and insulators with interconnectable parts that allow quick assembly by two or three people.

In this invention the roof of the construction is formed by tray-shaped panels, with side edges, for collecting rainwater and its subsequent supply for occupant use. The mentioned water collection trays are made up of rigid panels, which are not inflatable or foldable, which makes their use, transport and handling difficult,
Therefore, the technical problem that arises is the development of a self-sufficient modular housing, which can be easily mounted in a short time and allows the installation on it of a water collection tank and photovoltaic panels to generate electric power. Description of the invention
The self-sufficient modular housing object of this invention, comprises a construction that delimits a living space or dwelling, and on which a multifunction device is incorporated that incorporates: a reservoir for the collection of rainwater and its supply inside the housing and photovoltaic panels for the production and supply of electricity to the home; said modular housing presenting constructive particularities oriented to satisfactorily solve the exposed problem, allowing the rapid assembly of the house through prefabricated panels and the immediate installation thereon of a roll-up tank, of flexible material, which incorporates photovoltaic panels in order to generate electricity and that does not require prior inflation for its use.
This tank, in addition to not requiring a prior inflation for its use, has the peculiarity that its capacity is variable and adaptable to the amount of water that accumulates inside. This feature allows that once unrolled and positioned on the construction of the house, the container remains practically flat, that is, without a significant volume, increasing its volume progressively as water is introduced inside.

The minimum volume of the tank when it is empty, minimizes the effect of the wind on it, making excessive restraint unnecessary, contrary to what happens in the aforementioned background in which the tank has a fixed volume regardless of whether it is empty or full of water.
To do this, and according to the invention, this tank comprises a flexible laminar container, without inflatable elements, with a capacity adaptable to the water accumulated inside it and arranged on the roof of the construction.
The aforementioned container comprises: at least one mouth that occupies an important part of the upper surface of the container, and that has perimeter floats for its elevation autonomously as the water container is filled, and some inner braces that prevent deformation or lateral opening of the mouth during filling of the container.
This container also has at least one water supply hose inside the house, simply by gravity; and of an overflow for the pouring of water to the outside when the container reaches a certain level of filled.
This tank comprises at least one flexible cover for covering the corresponding mouth of the container; each cover comprising: an element for adjusting and fixing the perimeter of the lid around the perimeter floats of the corresponding mouth of the container; internal floats arranged parallel to each other for lifting the lid, together with the mouth of the container, as the tank is filled.
The flexible cover defines, in correspondence with the internal floats, parallel ridges on which the photovoltaic panels are mounted and, between said floats, parallel valleys.
Each cover includes rainwater access mouths inside the tank, arranged in correspondence with the mentioned valleys and provided with grids for the retention of solids.

With the characteristics mentioned above when the tank is unwound and completely empty, it occupies a minimum volume; as the water inside accesses through the mouths defined in the lids, the perimeter floats of said lids and the internal floats housed in the lids cause the container to increase its volume, adapting its capacity to the amount of water introduced in the same.
According to the invention, the modular housing comprises an anti-flood sheet, formed of a flexible and impermeable material, fixed to the laminar container below it, arranged on the roof of the construction and provided with a perimeter skirt fixed to the sides of the construction by removable fastening means; for example a contact closure; The purpose of this anti-flood sheet is to prevent water from accessing the dwelling, for example due to condensation on the outer wall of the container or leakage into said container.
In one embodiment of the invention, the tank is formed in a fabric waterproofed with PVC, allowing the assembly of the tank to be rolled for transport.
Both the peripheral floats included in the mouths of the container and the inner floats of the lid are made of polyethylene foam, remaining operational continuously without inflating them.
The construction of the house comprises a series of prefabricated panels, equipped with closures for quick coupling, and some holes with the corresponding windows and closing doors. Description of the figures.
To complement the description that is being made and in order to facilitate the understanding of the features of the invention, a set of drawings is attached to the present specification in which, for illustrative purposes and not

limiting, the following has been represented:
- Figure 1 shows a schematic perspective view of an embodiment of the self-sufficient modular housing according to the invention, in which one of the lids of the container of the tank and coupled on the corresponding mouth has been shown; and another cover removed from the corresponding mouth.
- Figure 2 shows an elevation view of the self-sufficient modular housing of the previous figure, sectioned in a vertical plane with the tank container full of water and with the two lids attached on the container of the tank.
- Figure 3 shows a partial view of the previous figure with the empty tank container.
- Figure 4 shows a top plan view of a portion of the self-sufficient modular housing of the previous figures, in which two of the photovoltaic panels have been removed from the lid of the container to facilitate the observation of two of the access nozzles of water inside the container, provided with the corresponding solid retention grid.
