Tube bending machine with automated three-dimensional machining arm controlled by numerical control The present invention relates to a machine that fuses two processes, the tube and rod bending and the machining of the tubes and rods in three dimensions, which are currently not performed together in a single machine. The invented machine, which allows in the same operation to bend and mechanize in three dimensions, consists of four parts: curving machine, cutting machine, automated arm and a single numerical control that controls and coordinates the machines and the arm. The cutting machine performs operations by thermal cutting, abrasion or chip removal. Three-dimensional machining means a set of operations of forming of parts by means of an automated arm that removes material from the tube or rod and a positioner that moves the tube so that the arm can perform the programmed form. Both mechanisms (arm and positioner) are controlled by the same numerical control. By means of the present invention, the bending and machining operations of tubes and rods can be performed alternately and on the same machine. To perform these operations, the numerical control moves and rotates the tube or rod according to the cut and curve that is programmed. The advantage of this invention with respect to the existing technique is that it allows two operations to be carried out in a single machine that currently have to be carried out in two different machines: bending and machining tubes in three dimensions. With the present invention the machinery used to handle the tubes is reduced and the precision of the manufactured parts is increased. The precision is increased because in the same machine the two processes of bending and machining are carried out in three dimensions of tubes and rods without the manipulation of any operator between them and because it is the same numerical control for all operations. With the present invention, the handling time of the manufactured parts is also reduced, since no manipulation of any operator is needed between the three-dimensional bending and machining processes or moving the tubes of a bending machine to one of machining in three dimensions to complete the manufacturing process. SECTOR OF THE TECHNIQUE The invention is part of the industrial technical sector of curvature and deformation of tubes and rods and their machining, which seeks to perform in a single process the operations of bending and machining in the same machine. STATE OF THE TECHNIQUE At present there are bending machines that also perform tube cutting by means of a coupling of a saw or blades but do not allow machining with three-dimensional shapes. There is no machine with which parts with curves and machining in three dimensions are obtained. Due to the absence of this machine, the industry needs to have at least two independent machines to bend and machine tubes in three dimensions. This implies an increase in the machinery used and in the handling of the pipes. It also means a decrease in the precision of the piece to be manufactured because the three-dimensional curvature and machining processes are performed on independent machines that require manipulation between them. DESCRIPTION BY DRAWINGS To better understand how much is described herein, it is accompanied bya set of drawings in which, with an illustrative and non-limiting nature, thenext:Figure 1 shows an elevation view of the bending and machining machine.Figure 2 shows a 3D view of the bending and machining machine.Figure 3 shows the detail of the automated arm with the cutting machine and themovements performed by the automated arm for the machining process.Figure 4 shows the detail of the automated arm with the cutting machine and themovements made by the tube for the machining process. PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION As already indicated, the tube bending machine with automated three-dimensional machining arm controlled by numerical control, object of the invention (see figures 1 and 2), in its preferred embodiment, comprises an automated arm incorporating a machine plasma cutting The invented machine also contains a tube and rod bending machine. In its preferred embodiment, a plasma cutting machine is used to perform 3D machining. Said machine is incorporated in an automated arm that allows its positioning to perform the machining operations on the tube or rod, as seen in Figure 4. On the other hand, the movements of the tube or rod necessary for the plasma to perform the machining take place thanks to the positioner of the bending machine, as shown in Figure 3.
