DESCRIPTION OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The purpose of this application is to register an accessory for sanitary facilities.
More specifically, the invention proposes the development of an accessory for sanitary facilities, in particular intended for the treatment of an outflow of water coming from a sink, which aims to avoid or eliminate jams inside the pipes while reducing environmental contamination by pouring water with less solid residual particles abroad.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
At present, in a large majority of households the filtering system of solid particles of a sink in a kitchen is carried out by means of a draining element located in the outlet hole of the sink part that is provided with holes or grooves interns that allow the passage of water and retain solid particles, which can then be removed manually.
However, particles or solid residues of smaller size pass through the draining element, with the consequent disadvantage that they subsequently accumulate in the siphon duct, causing blockage thereof. This fact implies that the use of a plunger or having to separate the duct from the rest of the installation for its emptying and cleaning, so that it requires a certain skill and dedication time for such operations.
In addition, the applicant is not currently aware of an invention that has all the features described herein.

The present invention has been developed in order to provide an accessory that is configured as a novelty within the field of application and resolves the aforementioned drawbacks, also providing other additional advantages that will be apparent from the description attached to continuation
It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide an accessory for sanitary facilities, in particular intended for the treatment of an outflow of water coming from a sink or the like, which is characterized by the fact that it comprises a housing that has a inlet region and an outlet region of the water flow that can be connected to the conduit leaving the lower part of the sink, a filter element having been provided inside the housing to allow the flow to pass and retain small particles and an operable endless shaft through rotating drive means. In addition, it comprises a storage tank attached extralibly and in communication with the interior of the housing, the storage tank being located with respect to the worm shaft, such that when the worm shaft is actuated, particles accumulated in the filter element are displaced into the storage tank.
Thanks to these characteristics, a device of simple fabrication and assembly is obtained that allows to avoid situations of jamming of the water evacuation duct that leaves inferiorly of a sink since it allows to remove and store the accumulation of residual particles of the flowing fluid current through the duct in a storage tank that can be emptied to pour its contents into a waste bag, which prevents its spillage directly into the water.
Another advantage of the accessory described above, is the fact that the operator or user is not in any moment in direct contact with the solid mass to unclog the filter thanks to the presence of the endless shaft that acts as a means for extracting particles.
Another advantageous aspect not less important of the invention is that the solid mass at
compacting in the storage tank favors its dehydration, and therefore avoids
or reduces the creation of bacterial colonies that affect health.

In a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, the rotating drive means comprise a crank that can be operated by any user that includes a shaft that can be coupled to the worm shaft. Advantageously, the crank can have a handle at one end thereof that facilitates the turning action to the user.
In an alternative embodiment, the rotary drive means comprise an electric motor provided with a rotating shaft that can be coupled to the worm shaft, so as to avoid the application of an effort by the user to effect the rotation of the worm shaft.
Preferably, the inlet region comprises a tubular portion of diameter and length suitable to the dimensions of the conduction leaving the bottom of the sink.
Also preferably, the outlet region comprises a tubular portion of diameter and length appropriate to the dimensions of the conduction leaving the bottom of the sink.
According to another aspect of the invention, the union between the housing and the storage tank is by means of a thread-type union, so that it is easy to place and / or remove the storage tank to empty and clean its interior.
Preferably, the filter element may consist of a mesh or mesh surface that is easy to assemble inside the housing.
In accordance with another feature of the invention, the housing includes a cover connected by screw elements to said housing, the sealing area between the cover and the housing having sealing means.

DESCRIPTION OF A PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
In view of the aforementioned figures and, according to the numbering adopted, an example of a preferred embodiment of the invention can be observed therein, which comprises the parts and elements indicated and described in detail below.
The accessory that is described and indicated in a general way with the reference (1) is destined to be preferably part of a sanitary installation, for the treatment of an outflow of water coming from a sink or other similar part.
This accessory (1) comprises a housing (2) formed by a body with a prismatic and internally hollow geometry, which has an input region defined by a tubular portion (3) of diameter and length appropriate to the dimensions of the conduction (4 ) that comes out of the bottom of the sink (5) and can be fixed with the aid of a clamping flange (not shown) and an outlet region of the water flow defined by a tubular portion (6) of diameter and length appropriate to the dimensions of the pipe (4) that comes out of the bottom of the sink (5).
Inside the housing (2) a filter element (7) is arranged as a mesh to allow the passage of water flow and retain small particles and an auger shaft (8) operable through rotating drive means described later. The accessory (1) has a storage tank (9), made of any suitable material, such as, for example, metal or plastic, which is removable and connected to the interior of the housing (2), the deposit being of storage (9) located with respect to the worm shaft (8) such that when the user rotates the worm shaft (8), solid particles accumulated in the filter element (7) are moved into the storage tank ( 9).
In the embodiment shown, the rotary drive means described above comprise a crank (10) that includes a shaft (13) attachable to the worm shaft (8), with a handle (11) at one end of the crank.
Mention that in another embodiment not shown in the invention, the rotary drive means comprise a small electric motor provided with a rotating shaft that can be coupled to the worm shaft.
5 As can be seen in Figure 1, the union between the housing (2) and the storage tank (9) is carried out by means of cylindrical portions (20, 90) provided with complementary threaded regions present in both the storage tank body (9) as in the housing (2).
10 To facilitate the assembly and cleaning of the internal parts present in the housing (2), this includes a cover (12) joined by screw elements (not shown) to said housing (2), presenting the joint area between the cover ( 12) and housing (2) sealing means, such as a rubber or rubber seal arranged in an adjusted manner (not shown).

1. Accessory (1) for sanitary installations, in particular intended for the treatment of an outflow of water coming from a sink or similar, characterized by the fact that it comprises a housing (2) having an inlet region and a region outlet of the water flow that can be connected to the pipe that leaves the lower part of the sink, a filter element (7) being provided inside the housing to allow the flow to pass and retain small particles and an operable worm shaft (8) through rotating actuation means, further comprising a storage tank (9) extrably connected and in communication with the interior of the housing, the storage tank (9) being located with respect to the worm shaft (8), of such so that when the worm shaft is actuated, particles accumulated in the filter element (7) are displaced into the storage tank (9).
