DESCRIPTION
INTERACTIVE BEER DISPENSING DEVICE FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is part of the technical field of beverage dispensing devices, preferably applied to the catering sector. More specifically, the invention relates to a beer dispensing device with interactive functionalities, equipped with security means and protection of the elements that comprise it. While the invention is primarily oriented to the dispensing of beer, other types of beverages can also be applied in a non-limiting manner.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Traditional beverage dispensing devices available in bars and restaurants do not generally have integrated solutions that allow their interactivity with customers or with the staff of the establishment where they are installed. For this purpose, the most used solution in catering establishments (bars, restaurants, etc.) consists of the installation of digital monitors, arranged in different locations, in order to offer information to customers about the products and / or services offered. The use of this solution is usually related to marketing and image to the customer of these establishments.
In this context, traditional systems provide audiovisual media for use by customers, where, for example, beverage brands that can be dispensed, different types of dispensing volume, etc. can be displayed. However, these visual media have limitations in the degree of direct interactivity that they can achieve, mainly related to the fact that the monitors used are passive information media, which do not allow their bidirectional interaction with customers. This limits, consequently, the final user experience, with the consequent impact on consumption and brand image.
Faced with this problem, in the state of the art, solutions based on screens connected to beverage dispensing taps, equipped with

technologies suitable for interaction through mobile applications, such as the one described in US patent application US 2015/0368086 A1, which includes a system for collecting and transmitting data through software to manage, through a mobile application, the choice of a certain brand of beer, as well as information about the state of the product.
Although this screen allows a greater degree of interactivity with respect to traditional systems, it presents the technical problem of having poor security. On the one hand, the screen is easily removable, which makes it susceptible to shock, breakage or theft. And, on the other hand, the electronic means associated with the screen are exposed to moisture or leaks from the beverage dispenser, which can cause short circuits, with the consequent risk of breakdown or accident for its users.
As described in the previous paragraphs, it is therefore necessary to have a digital solution that can be integrated in the beverage dispenser that incorporates adequate isolation means to increase the degree of safety and protection of the device. Likewise, it is also desirable that these devices allow the following added value functionalities to be included:
- Expand the multimedia offer currently available to customers.
- Network several dispensing devices.
- Exchange data between the dispensing device and the internet.
- Improve the final user experience.
In order to solve the problems and limitations of the state of the art, the present invention proposes a beer dispensing device of high interactivity and safety, thanks to the integration of the interactive screen in a dispensing column, by means of a housing equipped with insulating housings

According to the information set forth in the previous section, an object of the present invention is therefore to provide an interactive beer dispensing device that allows audiovisual interactivity with the environment in a safe manner for the elements that integrate said device.

To this end, the present invention proposes a beer dispensing device comprising one or more touch screens that offer multimedia content to customers, and that allows interactivity between said dispensing device and its surroundings. The said touch screens are preferably integrated in a beer dispensing column by means of an insulating safety housing, equipped with one or more screen housings, which provide robustness and isolation thereof with respect to the humid regions of the column of dispensing
More specifically, the object of the invention is an interactive beer dispensing column or system that integrates the elements that allow dispensing, and which are basically a tap with a handle for manually activating the beer dispensing, an outlet nozzle of the beer when the dispensing device is operated with the handle, and a support structure that allows the fastening of the elements. Said column is connected, on the lower part, by pipes specially manufactured to circulate beer to a refrigeration equipment, which in turn is connected to a beer storage element (in most cases a barrel), so that the set allows cold beer to come out of the tap nozzle.
Additionally, from the point of view of interaction and connectivity, said dispensing device comprises:
- a safety housing, equipped with one or more housings provided with insulating means with respect to the dispensing column;
- one or more touch screens integrated in the dispensing column housings, connected to processing means adapted for the reproduction of interactive contents between the dispensing device and its surroundings.
This achieves a solution that allows users to offer multimedia content, in a safe way for the elements of the device, as well as a high degree of interactivity of said users with the dispensing device, by means of a touch screen integrated in the dispenser itself and a plurality of isolated internal housings, which provide greater security of the electronic components of the device.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the touch screen is located in at least one region opposite the dispensing means of the device. Is achieved

with it a configuration in which the interactive contents will be shown to the clients, for example when they are in the public area of a bar, without hindering the work of dispensing the beer by the staff of the establishment.
In another preferred embodiment of the invention, the touch screen is composed of two or more sub-screens. This achieves the ability to offer different simultaneous multimedia content on the device, thus giving rise to greater versatility. As an example, one of the sub-screens can offer promotional content, and another can offer content on customer orders.
In another preferred embodiment of the invention, the outer shell is removable. This facilitates the process of opening the dispensing device by allowing access to several sections of the device individually, eliminating risks associated with the process of opening said device. Likewise, the device is also allowed to be adaptable to a standard beer dispensing column.
More preferably, the plurality of internal housings isolated from the device housing are separated from each other by a front sub-housing, an intermediate sub-housing as an isolation partition and a rear sub-housing. This achieves, by disassembling the sub-housings, greater ease of access to the electronic components of the dispensing device and the touch screen protection accessories located in the insulated internal housings, as well as greater versatility, if possible add or remove said accessories in the space between said sub-cases.
Also, by having an intermediate sub-housing, the dispensing device preferably has two internal housings isolated and separated by partitions, which allows the electronic components of the touch screen and the dispensing column to be isolated in isolation, increasing safety of said electronic components by ensuring the insulation against possible leaks of the dispensing column, or of the humidity and cold generated by said column.

In another preferred embodiment of the invention, the beer dispensing device comprises additional accessories for protecting and / or securing the touch screen. This achieves an even greater reinforcement in the safety of the elements that make up the device object of the invention. The use of the aforementioned additional protection accessories may be especially indicated in establishments with large numbers of people (discos, fairs, festivals, etc.).
In another preferred embodiment of the invention, the dispensing device comprises a magnetic sensor that detects movement in the dispensing handle, and communicates said movement through the touch screen or by sending the data to the internet, through the processing means of contents. This allows customers to know the status of their order in real time.
In another preferred embodiment of the invention, the beer dispensing device comprises a wireless connection, for example Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. This allows the interaction between two or more beer dispensing devices located in different places, as well as the exchange of data with users, for example through the internet.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
A detailed description of the invention, referring to a preferred embodiment thereof based on Figures 1-4 of this document, which is provided for illustrative and non-limiting purposes, is set forth below.
Figure 1 shows a general perspective view of the beer dispensing device (1) object of the invention, wherein said dispensing device (1) preferably comprises a safety housing (2) adapted for housing one or more touch screens (3), preferably located in the region opposite one or more means (4, 5) of beer dispensing of the device
(1), so that customers / users have access to said screens (3) when the device (1) is installed in the bar of a restaurant (bar, restaurant, etc.), without hindering the work of dispensation by the personnel of said establishment. For the representation of multimedia contents, the screens (3) are preferably connected to processing means adapted for this purpose, said means being able to be integrated with the screens (3) in a computer, or in a tablet or smartphone type device, housed also in the housing (2).
On the other hand, the dispensing means (4, 5) preferably comprise at least one handle / handle (4) for manually activating the beer dispensing; and at least one liquid outlet nozzle (5). Also, the casing (2) can integrate a drip rack (6) to drain the spilled beer during dispensing.
The invention thus provides an interactive beer dispensing device (1), thanks to the integration of the touch screens (3) in the housing

each other, which allows the presentation of different simultaneous multimedia contents in the dispensing device (1).
Advantageously, as shown in the exploded perspective view shown in Figures 2a-2b, the safety housing (2) is removable into two or more sub-housings (2, 2 '), connected by joints (7) preferably sealed . This facilitates the process of opening the dispensing device (1), by allowing access to the different areas thereof individually, and eliminating risks associated with the opening process, such as the possible filtration of liquid from the area of beer dispensing to the housings (3) of the touch screens (3).
Likewise, the safety housing (2) houses, inside, a dispensing column (8) connected, on the lower part, to a cooling source which in turn is connected to a beer storage system, as it can be a barrel and, on top, the tap, through whose nozzle (5) the liquid is produced, which allows the dispensing of beer by manually operating the handle or handle of said tap (4).
Optionally, as shown in Figures 2a-2b, 3 and 4, the outer shell (2) is removable in at least one front sub-housing (2 '), an intermediate sub-housing (2' ') of isolation as a partition, and a rear sub-housing (2 '' '), preferably connected to each other by tight joints (7), so that the dispensing column (8) is contained between the front sub-housing (2') and the intermediate sub-housing (2 '') insulation. With this, the housings (3 ’) isolated from the safety housing (2) are separated from the dispensing column (8), achieving greater safety of the device (1) and protection against moisture.
In other embodiments of the invention, the device (1) (Figures 3 and 4) may comprise additional touch screen protection accessories (3), such as one or more retention plates (9), which allow for greater support from said touch screen (3) to the dispensing device (1); or protective sheets (10) that act as insulation and protect against scratches and impacts to the touch screen
(3).
Optionally, the dispensing device (1) is equipped with a microphone (11) connected to the multimedia content processing means, which allows the
acoustic interactivity between the environment and the beer dispensing device (1) object of the invention.
Optionally, the dispensing device (1) comprises an outer plate (12) 5 to add clamping and insulation to the touch screen (3) and provide the device (1) with a more robust finish.
Optionally, the beer dispensing device (1) object of the invention comprises wireless connectivity (for example, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or the like) that allows interaction between two or more beer dispensing devices (1) located in different points of a restaurant or even in different premises, as well as the exchange of data and content with customers and users.
Additionally, in one embodiment of the invention, the tap (4) of the dispensing device (1) comprises a magnetic sensor connected to the content processing means. Said sensor is configured to detect movements in the handle (4), and communicate said movements wirelessly to customers, via the touch screen (3) or the internet, thereby ensuring that consumers know the dispensing status of your drink, either through the 20 touch screen (3) or through a mobile application adapted to the effect.
