DESCRIPTION
Anti-theft closure device for the lids of paper-cardboard containers of lateral load type.
5
Object and sector of the technique to which the invention refers
The present invention relates to an anti-theft closure device for the container lids, preferably of paper-cardboard of the lateral load type, which by means of a robust inner closing system makes it impossible to open the container.
The invention is located in the technical sector of the collection of cardboard paper, and more specifically in that relating to the containers for paper-cardboard of lateral load type.
15 General and closest prior state of the art
The collection by lateral load is a system of collected of waste operated of automatic way without needing to have a support operator to approach or empty the container in the truck. The containers have an opening in their lid for the deposit 2 0 of the waste and have a closing system. Each manufacturer has developed these systems, which keep the lid closed when the container is located on the public road and it is automatically opened by the emptying procedure in the truck, allowing the unloading of material, closing again when it is placed again on public roads.
Currently implanted systems effectively fulfill their mission, although experience shows that they either allow manipulation from outside the closures to allow access to the contents of the container, or are subject to "sabotage" by breaking them or leaving them inoperative. Therefore, to a greater or lesser extent they are
3 0 vulnerable or accessible, thus limiting its functionality.
Different types of closure devices and mouths for containers are known in the state of the art.
3 5 In the patent document called D01 with publication number ES-1046435 U and filing date 15.06.2000 and literally entitled: "Device for blocking container lids", a device for locking the lids is described of containers, said containers being destined to be unloaded in trucks in charge of waste collection.
In the patent document called D02 with publication number ES-1055680_U and filing date 27.06.2003 and literally entitled: "Container for urban waste", a container for urban waste is described.

^ It does not allow manipulation from the outside of the closing device of the container lids, since the device is inside the container;
S Robust;
^ Universal, being applicable to all lateral cargo containers of the current state of the art;
S Sure, not assuming any kind of danger to people;
S It does not interfere with the use of the containers for the deposit of paper-cardboard, not supposing greater difficulty for the deposit of paper-cardboard by the users, nor does it facilitate the deposit of bulky materials.
S Does not interfere with the opening and closing of the container in the automated unloading operation itself;
S Reduced manufacturing cost;
S Viable to implant in containers already installed on the public highway.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION AND DETAILED DISCLOSURE OF A MODE OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION
A preferred embodiment of the invention is described in detail, among the different possible alternatives, by enumeration of its components as well as of its functional relationship based on references to the figures, which have been included, by way of illustration or not limiting, according to the principles of the claims.
Figure 1 (Fig.l) .- shows, in Fig.lA, an elevation view and profile of an urban waste container (0) whatever the state of the art, the type of which incorporate a body (01) or container itself, of high capacity, with usual orthopedic geometric shape 4 5, open superiorly, but with extensions (02) with isoscelic trapecial shape in correspondence with its smaller, projected side walls
upwards, stiffened side walls by means of supports (03) suitably joined thereto, in which tilting axes (04) are fixed for a portico (05), on which a pair of opposing covers (06) are pivotally mounted, and that it has in its lateral arms with two stops (07) that in the maneuver of 5 tilting of the container (0) towards the interior of the pickup truck, a tool of this impacts on said stops (07) making the portico (05) Tilt up to the situation shown in Figure 2 (Fig. 2), in which the opposing covers (06) move laterally to facilitate the exit of the waste contained inside the body (01). In Fig. IB it can be seen the location of an anti-theft closing device 10 for the side-type paper-cardboard container covers (1), which does not allow manipulation from the outside of the closing device of the covers of the container, since the device is inside the container.
Figure 2 (Fig.2) .- shows a container (0), tilted for unloading in a collection truck, in which the opposing lids (06) move laterally to facilitate the exit of the waste contained inside the body (01); in Fig. 2 A with the caps attached to each other and in Fig. 2B free. The option of caps joined together is made by implanting a metal support that joins both caps (06), and the option of free covers is made without support placement. The device (1) claiming the invention is compatible with both embodiments.
Figure 3 (Fig. 3) .- shows the location of an anti-theft locking device for the lids of paper-cardboard containers of lateral load type (1); indicating a detailed view "A", and the container (0) being in rest position. Note that the entire 25 device (1) is inside the container (0).
Figure 4 (Fig. 4) .- shows the location of an anti-theft locking device for the lids of paper-cardboard containers of lateral load type (1); indicating a detailed view "B", and the container (0) being in the tilting position.
30
Figure 5 (Fig.5) .- shows, in Fig.5A, a detail view "A", and in Fig.5B, a detail view "B". This is an intermediate view, to observe the position of the device (1) with respect to the elements of the container (0). An enlarged view can be seen in detail in Figure 6 (Fig. 6).
35
Figure 6 (Fig. 6) .- shows, in Fig. 6A, an enlarged view in detail "A, and in Fig. 6B, an enlarged view in detail" B ".
In detail "A", note that the lids (06), supported by a pivot shaft tube covers (09), 4 0 remain locked and closed since the container (0) is in the rest position. A slide (121), which circulates inside a slide square (12), is blocked by a ratchet driven by gravity (11).
In detail "B", note that the lids (06), supported by a pivot shaft tube covers (09), 4 5 remain unlocked and open since the container (0) is in the position of
tilt) A slide (121), which circulates inside a slide square (12), is released by a ratchet driven by gravity (11).
An anti-theft locking device for paper-cardboard container type 5 side-loading lids (1) consists of a plurality of gravity-operated ratchets (11) and sliding brackets (12), preferably in the same number as opposing caps (06), and usually two.
The gravity driven ratchet (11) is composed of a weight (111), a spring 10 (112) and a rod (113).
A sliding bracket (12) is composed of a slide (121). The purpose of the sliding bracket (12) is to fasten a counter cap (06) to the body (01) of a container (0).
fifteen
The operation of the device (1) is as follows:
- (see Fig. 6A). When the container (0) is in the rest position, that is to say vertical and with its opposite caps (06) facing upwards, the weight (111) beats at the spring action (112) and the rod (113) blocks the sliding (121),
preventing the opening of the opposing covers (06);
(see Fig. 6B). When the container (0) is in the tilting position, that is to say almost vertical, or vertically inclined, and with their caps opposite (06) down, 25 or in an intermediate position, that is to say horizontal, the spring action (112) expires to the
weight (111) and the rod (113) unlocks the slide (121), allowing the opening of the opposing covers (06).
Optionally, an external manual safety opening can be provided to the device 3 0 (1) to be able to manually open the opposing covers (06) when the container (0) is in the rest position. For this purpose, the base of the gravity-operated ratchet housing (11) of a paramagnetic material (paramagnetic materials is called materials or media whose magnetic permeability is similar to that of the void) are constructed. negligible phenomenon 35 of ferromagnetism). Using a tool, based on a powerful neodymium magnet, bringing it closer to the base of the ratchet housing (11), the weight (111) is attracted and the rod (113) unlocks the slide (121).
