    Multilayer bag with pressure outlet.
    Object of the invention.
    The object of the present invention is a multilayer bag with pressure outlet comprising: a tubular body of a multilayer material provided with an inner layer of paper, an intermediate layer of plastic and an outer layer of paper joined together by adhesive; two extreme mouths provided with closing flaps defined at the ends of the tubular body and fixed in a folded closure position; a sealable filling valve; and a pressure outlet of the interior of the bag defined in one of the flaps and at whose pressure outlet the inner layer of paper and the intermediate layer of plastic are not glued
    The sack of the invention contributes to the function to which a series of advantages and innovative structural and constitutive features are destined, which will be described in detail below and which represent an alternative improvement to that already known within its field of application and in especially with regard to the outlet of the air contained in the bag during filling, without negatively affecting the conservation of the packaged product.
    Field of application of the invention.
    This invention is applicable in the field dedicated to the manufacture of packaging and more specifically multilayer paper sacks, provided with an intermediate layer of plastic.
    State of the art.
    The use of multilayer paper bags including an intermediate layer of plastic material responsible for protecting the packaged product, especially when it comes to powdered or granulated products, is widely known in the market.
    This type of multilayer bags do not present significant inconveniences for filling with the product to be packaged, using existing packaging machines in the market; it is necessary that the bag has a pressure outlet for the evacuation of the air introduced along with the product during filling.
    A known solution is to make perforations in the plastic sheet to allow air to escape; However, this solution weakens the protection provided to the packaged product against external agents.
    In the utility model ES 1 078 665 U of the same holder, a waterproof paper bag is described which has in one of its mouths some non-glued areas between an inner layer of paper and an intermediate layer of plastic, said zones forming without gluing a pressure relief outlet.
    Also known are various documents cited in European patent EP 2684813 A2 referring to bags with a filling valve and having closed mouths by means of lateral flaps that overlap on the mouth of the bag, being found below them a paper filter that covers the central part of the mouth and covers the air outlet to the outside.

    The use of this filter or porous paper in the extreme mouths of the bag significantly reduces the protection and the tightness provided by the bag to the product packaged therein, which can significantly reduce the shelf life of the packaged product.
    An important limitation of the aforementioned background, in regard to the ability to release pressure from outside, is determined by the use of an inner layer of paper, which offers significant resistance to the passage of air and pressure release, especially taking into account that this pressure release is carried out during filling of the bag, there being therefore a dusty environment inside the bag.
    The applicant is unaware of the existence of antecedents that present technical and structural characteristics similar to those presented by the sack of this invention and that are aimed at improving the air outlet inside the sack during filling, without reducing the tightness of the sack, nor the protection of the packaged product.
    Description of the invention
    The multilayer bag with pressure outlet proposed by the invention being of the type mentioned in the pre-characterizing part of the first revindication, has some characteristics, which affect the inner layer of the bag and which, in addition to lowering the manufacturing costs thereof, improve notably, the air outlet from inside the bag to a pressure outlet located in one of the extreme mouths of the bag and does not adversely affect the tightness of the bag or the preservation of the product packaged therein.
    Specifically, the invention recommends a multilayer bag with pressure outlet, whose purpose is to improve the air outlet and the pressure generated inside the bag; and guarantee the conservation of the packaged product by technically improving the solutions proposed in the aforementioned background.
    The multilayer bag with pressure outlet object of this invention is of the type described in the pre-characterizing part of the first revindication, and comprising: a tubular body of a multilayer material provided with: an inner layer, an intermediate layer of plastic and a layer paper exterior joined together by gluing areas; and two closed mouths, at least one of which comprises: a filling valve, sealable, for the introduction of the product to be packaged; closure flaps fixed by gluing; and an air pressure outlet, defined in at least one of the flaps and in which the inner layer of paper and the intermediate layer of plastic are not glued, allowing the exit to the outside of the air that accesses from inside the sack to the space between the inner layer of paper and the intermediate layer of plastic material.
    According to the invention, this multilayer bag has a characteristic consisting in that the inner layer of the bag is constituted by a sheet of paper provided with a plurality of micro air holes from the inside of the bag to the pressure outlet that communicates the area between the inner layer and the intermediate layer with the outside of the bag.
    These micro holes facilitate the exit of the air from the inside of the bag during its filling, having provided that they are distributed evenly on the surface of the inner layer of paper.

    These and other features of the invention will be better understood in view of the example shown in the attached figures.
    Description of the figures.
    To complement the description that is being made and in order to facilitate the understanding of the features of the invention, a set of drawings is attached to the present specification in which, with an illustrative and non-limiting nature, the following has been represented:
    - Figure 1 shows an elevational view of an example of realization of a multilayer bag with pressure outlet according to the invention, folded in plane and with one of the open mouths being able to observe the sealable filling valve and the two folded side flanges into the mouth
    - Figure 2 schematically shows a section of one of the closing flaps of one of the ends of the bag in which a non-glued area can be observed between the inner layer of paper and the intermediate layer of plastic, said area forming an outlet of pressure
    Figure 3 shows a schematic perspective view of the three layers of material forming the bag and an enlarged detail of the inner layer of paper in which the micro holes of air passage towards the pressure outlet can be observed.
    Preferred embodiment of the invention.
    In the exemplary embodiment shown in the attached figures, the sack comprises a tubular body (1) of a multilayer material consisting of: an inner layer (11) of paper, an intermediate layer (12) of plastic and an outer layer (13) of paper visible in figure 3.
    The tubular body (1) has at its ends folds that make up several flaps (2) that are folded and superimposed closing the mouths of the tubular body. Said flaps (2) are fixed at the closing position said position by gluing.
    One of the end mouths of the tubular body has a filling valve (3) sealable, for the introduction of the product to be packaged inside the bag.
    As shown in Figure 2, on one of the flaps (2) the inner layer (11) of paper and the intermediate layer (12) of plastic are fixed by means of an adhesive (4) except in a forming area of a pressure outlet (5) inside the bag.
    As can be seen in Figure 3, the inner layer (11) of the bag is constituted by a sheet of paper provided with a plurality of micro holes (11a) distributed on its surface, which facilitate the exit of pressure from inside the bag to the outside, by the space between the inner layer (11) of paper with micro holes (11a) and the intermediate layer (12) of plastic and inside the pressure outlet (5).

    multilayer material provided with: an inner layer (11) of paper, an intermediate layer (12) of plastic and an outer layer (13) of paper bonded together by adhesive (4); two end mouths provided with closing flaps (2) defined at the ends of the tubular body (1) and fixed in a folded closed position; a filling valve (31) sealable; and a pressure outlet (5) inside the bag defined in one of the flaps (2) and at whose pressure outlet (5) the inner layer (11) of paper and the intermediate layer (12) of plastic are without glue;
    10 characterized in that the inner layer (11) is constituted by a sheet of paper provided with a plurality of micro holes (11a) of air passage from the inside of the sack to the pressure outlet (5).
