In addition, it must be ensured that in all equilibrium positions there is a vertex with a selectable symbol on the upper part of the polyhedral central body.
Each protrusion extends radially, in the direction of the normal of the face on which it sits.
The protrusions can have many forms: cubes, spheres, prisms with any type of geometric base, pyramids, cylinders, etc. being desirable that they share the same form for all protrusions that belong to the same generator.
The length from the center of masses of the polyhedron to the end of each of the protrusions is greater than the length from the center of masses to any of the points on the surface of the flat faces. Therefore, when it hits and rolls it only makes contact with the protrusions (and not with the surface of the central polyhedral body).
