    Anti-theft parking device for motorcycles. Object of the invention.
    The object of this invention is an anti-theft parking device for motorcycles, which has characteristics intended to block a motorcycle wheel, said motorcycle being positioned vertically and resting on its wheels. The advantages for which it has been conceived are remarkable compared to other existing systems of similar nature. State of the art
    The risk of motorcycle thefts, whether in public or private enclosures, even with the vehicle's own security systems activated, due to the possibility of lifting and transporting the motorcycle in another vehicle, means that security means are used with which it is about preventing such actions, being frequent the use of chains or forks that relate the motorcycle to a certain fixed point.
    However, the use of such means only constitutes a partial solution to the problem, since these only allow the fastening of one or several wheels, the rest of the vehicle being capable of being stolen, in addition to being these accessible means to be cut.
    As a reference to the current state of the art, it should be noted that, on the part of the applicant, the existence of any other anti-theft parking device for motorcycles with technical, structural and constitutive characteristics similar to those recommended here is unknown.

    Description of the invention
    The object of the present invention is an anti-theft parking device for motorcycles that allows to solve all the problems set forth above and offer optimum security guarantees against theft of the vehicle.
    In accordance with the present invention, the device comprises a housing, provided with a base from which a front wall and two side walls stand out vertically; said housing being open at its upper area and presenting an open rear side for the introduction of a motorcycle wheel.
    The front wall of the housing comprises a vertical channel of converging sides, to insert a motorcycle wheel and hold the motorcycle in an upright position.
    The device comprises on the open rear side of the carcass a rocker that, together with the vertical channel of the front wall of the carcass, keeps the wheel fixed and holds the motorcycle in an upright position, resting on the wheels.
    This rocker is adjustable longitudinally with respect to the housing to adapt to different models and sizes of motorcycle wheels.
    The side walls house mounting and fixing means for a locking bar for anchoring a motorcycle wheel to the device.
    Said mounting and fixing means comprise, in one of the side walls a groove for the introduction of the closing bar and a lug for fixing said closing bar by means of a padlock and in the opposite side wall a housing for the insertion of the end of the closing bar.


    The closing bar has at one of its ends an eyelet for the mounting of the locking padlock to the lug of one of the sides of the device housing.
    The anchors are inaccessible when the motorcycle is inserted into the device, thus preventing its disassembly and removal when the device is in use.
    Said side walls prevent the manipulation of the axle of said wheel and the separation of the rest of the vehicle from the wheel anchored to the device.
    The side walls maintain a sufficient separation to house motorcycle wheels of any type.
    In an embodiment of the invention the housing is fixed to the ground, in an invariable position, by means of anchors; arranging the side walls of an lug and additional holes for mounting and fixing the closing bar in a second position when the device is not in use. In this second position, the closing bar prevents removal of the anchors from the device and thus prevents their removal.
    In an alternative embodiment, the housing is assembled with the possibility of lateral rotation with respect to a rotating fastener anchored to the ground that allows its rotation. In this embodiment, the device comprises a platform that protrudes from the open rear side of the housing and serves both as access for the front wheel and as support for the rear wheel. This platform has wheels to allow lateral rotation along with the device housing.
    Alternatively, the device can be anchored to a plate located on the ground that adds mass as well as extra stability. It can also be anchored or assembled to other similar elements, such as weights, overweight, etc.

    1.-Anti-theft parking device for motorcycles; characterized in that it comprises: a housing (1) provided with a base (1) from which a front wall (12) vertically provided with a vertical channel with converging sides, and two side walls (13, 14) that house means of mounting and fixing a locking bar (2) for anchoring a wheel (R) of a motorcycle inside the housing (1); said housing (1) being open at its upper area and provided with an open rear side; a rocker (4) disposed on the rear, open side of the housing (1) and that together with the vertical channel (15) of the front wall (12) keeps the motorcycle wheel inserted in the housing upright ( one).

    2. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the rocker (4) has a transverse axis (41) for mounting, in a more or less advanced position, in rows of holes (19) defined in the side walls (13, 14) of the housing (1).

Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the mounting and fixing means comprise, in one of the side walls (13), a slot (16) for the introduction of a closing bar (2) disposed therein rear end of a buttonhole (21), and a lug (17) for fixing said closure bar (2) in an operative position by means of a padlock (3); and in the side wall (14) opposite a housing (18) for insertion of the end of the closing bar (2).
