    Depending on the heating medium, the most commonly used barbecues are those that use embers (coal or wood) or those that use gas, the first because they provide very appreciated organoleptic qualities of roasted foods, and the second because they allow roasting operations very quickly and a good control of the heat supply to make the roasts.
    In relation to their structuring, barbecues can be built, formed with bricks, sand, concrete, etc., which are of limited use to the location; existing, on the other hand, transportable barbecues, formed by essentially metal structures, with removable or foldable formations, which can be collected in a position that facilitates transport and storage when the barbecue is not used, and deployed to a position of use when the use for the roasting function is required.
    Apart from all this, it is required that the barbecues can be adapted to perform the roasts in the most suitable conditions according to the type of food to be roasted and the heat available in the barbecue, for which the structure of the barbecues is usually provided with means of positioning the food support in different selective heights with respect to the heat source. However, these solutions require manipulations that are difficult during roasting, because the support of the food that has to be handled to carry out the regulation is at an elevated temperature, so that the manipulation puts in danger of burns to the user and the handling is difficult, with the risk of food falling out.     In accordance with the invention, a barbecue consisting of a folding structural assembly is proposed, with performance characteristics that improve the functional and use conditions with respect to conventional barbecues.
    This barbecue object of the invention costs a structural assembly formed by an upper support frame of a grill and leg structures that are attached to the upper frame in an articulated assembly with the possibility of abatement below it and disengagement to a perpendicular position towards below, in relation to the upper frame is also arranged a tray for embers, which is hung from said upper frame by means of cables that are part of an adjustable lifting system of that tray for embers.
    The adjustable lifting system of the embankment tray comprises four cables that are attached to a support structure on which the embankment tray is supported and that pass through conductive pulleys to be wound on reels incorporated on a shaft that is rotatably actuated. by means of a handle, said shaft having a rotating locking mechanism that is practicable to release the rotation. In that arrangement the embankment tray can be selectively positioned in height to perform roasts with embers housed in it, being removable for cleaning after roasting.
    The grill that can be incorporated in support on the upper frame of the structural assembly is composed of a set of flat crossbars that have a transverse curvature determining a grooved shape longitudinally, said transverse bars being joined at their ends on stringers, of which one of them It has a height somewhat smaller than that of the other and determines a bowl on which the corresponding end of the crossbars ends.     The upper frame of the structural assembly is formed by "L" profiles with the concave part inwards, determining a seat on which the grill can be supported in an embedded position that ensures its immobility; while on said upper frame can be incorporated, by means of fastening with hooks as a clamp, mounting brackets for roasting accessories with rotary movement, such as longitudinal bars or transverse rods that can be operated by means of a turning system.
    A roasting plate can also be placed on the upper frame, replacing the grill or a part of it; a gas burner can also be provided on the upper frame for the use of the barbecue with gas instead of embers.
    This gives a barbecue that is functionally versatile for different roasting modes, with an easy and safe regulation for roasting with embers; having the structural assembly in the position of use of the barbecue a stability that facilitates the use for the practice of roasts, as well as the possibility of moving the barbecue easily, even during use, without danger of burns.
    The structural assembly of the barbecue can also be collected in a folded position that allows accommodation in a cover or bag, facilitating transport and storage.

    The object of the invention relates to a collapsible type barbecue, formed by a structural assembly comprising an upper frame (1) intended to support a grill (2) thereon, in relation to said upper frame (1) a tray (3) for embers and leg structures (4) arranged in articulated assembly with the possibility of folding in a folding position below the upper frame (1) and of disabling to a position deployed perpendicular to it.
    The tray (3) for embers is arranged in a hanging assembly with respect to the upper frame (1), by means of a lifting system formed by four suspension cables (5) that pass through conductive pulleys (6) to wind up on reels (7) incorporated on an axis (8) that is rotatably operable, so that by twisting said axis (8) the cables (5) are wound or unwound with respect to the reels (7), raising or lowering the tray ( 3) for embers.
