    A method for automatically generating mobile device software applications is described, each being customized differently in terms of security parameters and/or obfuscation rules, using a set of input records of a first entity, each record containing input at least one unique identifier used to generate an output customization record different from another output record. A second entity uses at least part of the output registration data, a generic replica of the mobile device software application and obfuscation software to generate a protected mobile software application that is associated with the output register and at least one identifier only. A user requests a replication of the mobile software application to the first entity and a protected mobile software application is downloaded to a user's mobile device.
