专利摘要:
A stand for a flower box, a flower box for it and a construction comprising a stand and flower box for setting up outside a window. The set up flower box gives a feeling of an extra outer space. It acts as a marketing platform that is mainly intended for e.g. flowers, plants or herbs, but you can also decorate it up to e.g. holidays with candles or the like. It differs from a normal-looking flower box in that it encircles the entire open window, just as a balcony does at a door. The invention is intended for both the resident, who can get more out of the green via sun and rain, but is also intended as an initiative in making the city greener and thereby create greater biodiversity in the urban environment. The invention is not intended for persons, but only objects and a maximum weight will occur.

The invention relates to a stand for a flower box, which is clamped outside a window, as well as an open flower box for this stand, where the flower box consisting of a bottom and sides is clamped in the stand.
Many residents of apartments have long wanted to have more green surroundings close by and so close that the green surroundings can be enjoyed from inside the home. This can be solved if you could place plants right outside a window, even if you live on the first floor or higher up.
From hitherto known racks to a window for outdoor purposes, cf. document US 2935284, 1960.05.03 WW Reeves and US 2015/0034784 DARBY JASON, the rack has a horizontal inner cross arm which extends from one side frame (defined in Fig. 6 e) to the second side frame of a window mounted in an already existing rebate. The term side frame is used, as frame can also mean upper frame (Fig. 6 d) and lower frame (Fig. 6 b). The stand has two support arms, the ends of which are anchored to the inner cross arm at a distance from the end of the inner cross arm on each side. The ends of the cross arm are at each end anchored in a seam in the side frames of the window. The support arms are both attached at their other end at a suitable distance to an outer cross arm. In addition, the outer transverse arm is also anchored to two supporting arms that go under the stand and end in a cushion that rests on the outer wall. | other known techniques, cf. US 933643 A Fred H Gnekow 1909.09.07 clamping upward support arms on the outer wall. In racks of this type, a supporting arm is most often seen, which is attached to the wall or wall during construction. It requires a lift to be able to mount the stand. The known racks are therefore not suitable for placing flower boxes or plants in pots outside the window, so that the rack can be mounted from inside the home.
DK 2021 00280 A1 It is therefore desirable to be able to produce a stand for a flower box that fulfills the green purpose and which can be easily mounted without the use of a lift. Brief Description of the Invention The present invention relates to a stand which is attached externally to a window for mounting a flower box. The stand is arranged for attachment to the lower part of the window frame, called the lower frame. The frame has at least two support arms, the length of which corresponds at least to the horizontal length of a vertical window in a 90 degree open condition, where one end of the horizontal support arms is attached to an inner cross arm which is parallel to an outer cross arm to which the support arms are also attached. At least one strut arm is attached to the outer transverse arm, which from the outer transverse arm extends vertically upwards over a flower box arranged for mounting in the stand, after which the strut arm is turned inwards at an angle inwards towards the window vertical post, where it is fastened with a fixed fastening device. | another embodiment according to the invention the frame also comprises a mounting rail which can be fixed in the lower frame. The stand can be mounted on this mounting rail.
A third embodiment is where the inner cross arm has holes for attachment to the lower frame or to the mounting rail.
A fourth embodiment is where the mounting can take place by fastening the ends of at least two support arms closest to the inner cross arm to the lower frame or mounting rail, wherein at least two ends of support arms are optionally arranged to be immersed in corresponding fastening devices on said mounting rail.
A fifth embodiment is where the support arms, mounting rail, cross arms
DK 2021 00280 A1 and one or more strut arms can be designed as open, bent or closed profiles e.g. made of steel.
A sixth embodiment of a stand is where the fastening device of the stand can be made from the dwelling without the use of a lift.
The invention also relates to a flower box dedicated to the stand.
The flower box includes a bottom and three sides or a side if the flower box is round.
An embodiment of the flower box is where the bottom and or sides are made of a light material and possibly reinforced e.g. by corrugation and or by a bent edge.
The invention also relates to a construction comprising one of the said racks as well as one of the said flower boxes, wherein the flower box is mounted on the stand.
Detailed description The stand in Fig. 1-5 and in Figs. 12 consists of an inner transverse arm (Fig. 1 (a) - 5 (a) and Fig. 12 (a)), which measures approx. the same as the given window measures in length, and the height of the inner cross-arm is of the same order of magnitude as the outer lower frame (Fig. 6 (b)).
From the inner transverse arm, horizontal support arms extend (Figs. 1 (b) - 5 (b), and Figs.
12 (b)). The length of the horizontal support arms (Fig. 1 (b) - 5 (b) and Fig. 12 (b)) corresponds at least to the length of the given window in open condition of 90 degrees. The horizontal support arms (Fig. 1 (b) - 5 (b) and Fig. 12 (b)) are terminated by an outer cross arm (Fig. 1 (c) - 5 (c) and Fig. 12 (c)) connecting them. This (Fig. 1 (c) - 5 (c) and Fig. 12 (c)) lies parallel to the inner transverse arm (Fig. 1 (a) - 5 (a) and Fig. 12 (a)) and terminates where they two outer support arms (Fig. 1 (b) - 5 (b) and Fig. 12 (b)) end. | each of the horizontal support arms (Fig. 1 (b) - 5 (b) and Figs.
DK 2021 00280 A1 12 (b)) there may be holes for screws, which will later be used for clamping the flower box (Fig. 7-11). From the outer arm (Fig.1 (c) - 5 (c) and Fig. 12 (c)) one or more strut arms (Fig.1 (d) - 5 (d) and Fig. 12 (d)) extend. The strut arm (s) are located on the outer cross arm (Fig. 1 (c) - 5 (c) and Fig. 12 (c)) directly next to the window post (s) (Fig. 6 (a)). The strut arm (s) (Fig. 1 (d) - 5 (d) and Fig. 12 (d)) go vertically upwards to approx. the same height as the flower box (Fig. 8) measures in height.
Then it turns towards the vertical post of the window (Fig. 6 (a)) and is mounted on it.
The attachment principle itself can be designed differently, but so that the stand can be mounted from inside the apartment.
The strut arm can be terminated with a bracket arranged for a simple immersion for attachment to the plumb post, e.g. with a screw device.
Stirrer arm (s) (Fig. 1 (d) - 5 (d) and Fig. 12 (d)) carry the stand and are made so that it is possible to set up the stand from inside the apartment.
When the stand (Fig. 1-5) is mounted on the outside of the window on the lower frame and the plumb line, respectively, attach the flower box.
The flower box consists of a base and outer walls (Fig. 7-11). The bottom (Fig. 7) measures in depth and in the middle (Fig. 7 (a)) the length that the stand measures from the inner cross-arm (Fig. 1 (a) - 5 (a) and Fig. 12 (a)) to the upward part of strut arm (Fig. 1 (d) - 5 (d) and Fig. 12 (d)). As the window is usually further inland than the outer wall itself, an incision is cut in each corner at the bottom of the flower box (Fig. 7 (b)), at the end facing the window (Fig. 7 (b)). The incision may be round (Fig. 7 (c)) or of another shape.
This is to get the bottom of the flower box itself all the way to the lower frame of the window (Fig. 6 (b)), so that an open crack does not occur down to the street before the flower box begins.
If the bottom is lowered, as is the case with bent support arms relative to the lower edge of the window frame (Fig. 6 (c)), the vertical wall at the bottom close to the outer wall can continue vertically at a low height upwards along the outer wall and
DK 2021 00280 A1 then bend horizontally or with a slight slope in relation to the horizontal over the window sill and on to the lower frame of the window in the same way as above with a notch in each corner. In this case, all the support arms have the same shape, so that the bottom fits down on the support arms.
The flower box has three sides (Fig. 8). It has no page where the window opens. The window opens directly up into the flower box and the bottom of the flower box aligns flat with the window sill, as a balcony door on a balcony would do. The three sides of the flower box (Fig. 8) can measure in height anywhere from 5 - 80 cm. | the bottom of the flower box is made holes adapted to the holes in the horizontal support arms of the stand (Fig. 1 (b) - 5 (b) and Fig. 12 (b)). Screws or similar fasten the flower box to the stand. | in another embodiment (Fig. 9) the bottom will have the same two incisions (Fig. 9 (a) and (b)), but only one outer wall. This is for a round flower box (Fig. 9). The material of both stand and flower box can be anything that is catered for outdoor use, a weatherproof material. Perforated material or other system will be used to prevent rain from accumulating in the flower box.
The edges of the flower box surround the window as a protective shield.
What is new in this invention is that the outer wall of the house is not used for installation, but only the plumb line of the window (Fig. 6 (a)) and lower frame (Fig. 6 (b)), and that the flower box can be mounted from inside the apartment.
Another feature of this invention is the principle of the ascending support arms (Fig. 1 (d) - 5 (d) and Fig. 12 (d)). In prior art techniques (cf. (US 5967478 Tynes Tim 1999.10.19) there are horizontal support arms as in Fig. 1 (b) - 5 (b) and Fig. 12 (b), but two upward support arms attached to the outer wall, a on each side of the window.
Support arms and other parts of the stand can be made in different profiles. That
DK 2021 00280 A1 can be e.g. a bent profile, a T-profile, an angular profile, a U-profile, a square profile or a pipe profile, Figs. 10 shows how a stand with a flower box can be set up with two strut arms for two plumb posts in a triangular window section.
FIG. 11 shows how a stand with a flower box can be set up with two strut arms for two plumb posts in a four-section window section.
| FIG. Fig. 12 shows an embodiment of a stand with a flower box attached to the support arms of the stand (Fig. 12 (b)), where the sides and bottom of the flower box are made with a folded edge (Fig. 12 (f)) to stiffen the flower box. The stand is arranged to be able to be fastened by means of its inner cross arm (Fig. 12 (a)) on a mounting rail (Fig. 12 (e)) which can be screwed into e.g. a window sill (Fig. 6 (b)). The strut arm of the stand (Fig. 12 (d)) is depicted as a T-profile. | FIG. Fig. 13 shows an embodiment of a stand without an inserted flower box, where the stand has support arms (Fig. 13 (b)) which reach all the way to the lower frame of a window (Fig. 6 (b)) and can be fastened there by immersing the support arms. (Fig. 13 (b)) in a mounting rail (Fig. 13 (e)) mounted on the lower frame (Fig. 6 (b)). The inner transverse arm of the stand (Fig. 13 (a)) crosses the support arms (Fig. 13 (b)) and extends to the sides so that the stand can support a flower box in its entire width, which may be slightly wider than the window section. The strut arm of the stand (Fig. 13 (d)) is also in this case depicted as a T-profile.
