The present invention relates to a cable tray having a plurality of juxtaposed U-bent wires and attached longitudinal wires to form a bottom and side walls for the cable tray. It is the object of the invention to provide a cable tray where the individual cables are located at a distance, thereby allowing cleaning between cables. This can be achieved with a cable tray by attaching curved wire sections to the U-bent wires either directly or indirectly, which wire sections are provided with cable openings, which wire sections are mounted at a distance on the U-bent wires to ensure a cleaning-friendly distance between the cables. In this way, cables or hoses can be fixed in a cable tray by means of the bent wire sections. The advantage of placing the cables at a distance in the cable tray is that it is possible to clean the cables in the cable tray, for example, by, for example, high pressure rinsing with either water or steam or chemical cleaners, being able to clean the surface of the cables. 公开号:DK201770742A1 申请号:DKP201770742 申请日:2017-10-02 公开日:2019-04-24 发明作者:Hviid Gasbjerg Frank 申请人:Siltec A/S; IPC主号:
专利说明:
Cable tray FIELD OF THE INVENTION BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a cable tray for conveying cables or hoses and of the type made of wire material having a plurality of parallel U-bent wires and attached longitudinal wires to form a bottom and side walls of the cable tray. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION DK178644 B9 discloses a cable tray for conveying cables and hoses of the type made in wire material with a number of parallel U-bent wires and attached longitudinal wires to form a bottom and side walls for the cable tray. From US 5,893,539 a cable tray of the type mentioned above is known. In this type of cable tray, wires which are bent in a bow shape are used. Thus, these wires cannot easily be bent for placement of cables or hoses in the cable tray. The object of the invention It is the object of the invention to provide a cable tray where the individual cables are located at a distance, thereby allowing cleaning between cables. Description of the Invention The object of the invention can be achieved with a cable tray of the type mentioned in the introduction, which is characterized in that cable fasteners in the form of bent wire sections are either directly or indirectly attached, which wire sections are formed with cable openings, which wire sections are mounted at a distance on the U-bent wires to ensure a clean-friendly distance between the cables. Hereby cables or hoses can be secured in a cable tray by means of the bent wire sections which ensure that the cables are held at a mutual distance DK 2017 70742 A1 apart. The advantage of placing the cables at a distance in the cable tray is that it is possible to clean the cables in the cable tray, for example, by, for example, high pressure rinsing with either water or steam or chemical cleaners, it is able to clean the surface of the cables. At the same time, the cable tray is formed of threads, which are similarly cleaned when doing the actual cleaning of the cable tray. This is extremely important if the cable tray is to be used, for example, in the food industry or in the chemical industry, including the biochemical industry. Other places where it may be equally interesting with very careful cleaning are in the production of cleanroom, which is widely used, for example, in the production of semiconductors. With the special design of a cable tray, where the cables are secured at a distance, a better heat conduction away from the cables is also obtained, in the case of power cables, which have some power deposition. Also, distance between the cables can mean a reduction of possible noise transmission between cables, where in some cables a relatively large power transmission may occur, while other cables are pure signal cables. If cables are very close, a capacitive transmission of noise from different cable types may occur, which may to some extent interfere with any signal communication. Precisely within production plants, where production has to take into account sterility, there will in many cases be a very large number of signal cables to transmit signals for monitoring and control of process plants. Thus, by ensuring a physical distance between the individual cables, there will be a reduction in the capacitive transmission of any noise between signal cables and power cables used for power regulation of motors, pumps or valves. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the longitudinal strands may be fixed externally to the U-bent strands. In this way, it can be achieved that the outer longitudinal threads will be in contact with any wall where the cable tray is to be hung. This means that the cable tray can be fastened by means of fasteners attached to the longitudinal threads, whereby effective fastening of the cable tray is achieved. DK 2017 70742 A1 In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the longitudinal strands may be secured internally to the U-bent strands. Hereby it can be achieved that it becomes more simple to manufacture the cable tray, since the U-bent threads are simply held in a fixture, after which the longitudinal threads are optionally spot welded to the U-shaped threads. Thus, the actual fastening to the wall by means of fasteners can now be made from the Unwound strands. In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the wire may be made of stainless steel. This is particularly suitable for cable trays to be cleaned, for example by rinsing them with a jet of water, for example from a high pressure cleaner. The cable tray is usually made of metal wire, including in particular corrosion resistant materials of, for example, steel, steel alloys such as AISI 316 or 304 steel types, and / or hot or galvanized steel, aluminum, aluminum alloys or similar cleaning friendly materials. This provides cleaning-friendly cable trays, and since the cable trays are of wire, it is also possible to clean the cables mounted in the trays without having to separate the cable trays. This makes it possible to use the cable trays in environments where frequent cleaning is necessary, for example, due to regulatory requirements, such as in the pharmaceutical, food and slaughterhouses. The wires in the cable tray are soldered or welded together at the contact points where two wires intersect. However, it is also possible to make the cable tray in wire of form-stable plastic, which are soldered, welded or glued together. In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the wire thickness can typically be 2-25 mm. and depends on the size of the cable tray and the desired carrying capacity of the pipe / hose or cable tray and thus the weight that the cable tray must be able to carry. Generally, the longitudinal strands will have a larger diameter than the U-bent strands. In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the wire thickness may be 3 mm and the wire has a tensile strength of 840-900 N / mm 2 . Such thread can be bent manually without the use of tools and will be shape stable in a bent state. Along with such threads, it is preferred to use longitudinal threads having a larger diameter, typically 04 mm. DK 2017 70742 A1 In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, cable fasteners in the form of curved wire sections may be formed with a central section extending along the U-curved wires, which central section is attached to the Un-curved wires, which curved wire sections are formed with a another thread which is displaced relative to each other to obtain cable passage when cables are to be placed in the tray. Hereby it can be achieved that the cables can, by a simple bend, be pressed into the bent wire sections, and thus be fixed in the desired location. A further advantage is that the bent wire sections may be adapted to different hose or cable thickness such that the bent wire sections are in different dimensions. Thus, the wire sections ensure that the cables are placed at a physical distance relative to one another, as previously stated, a cleaning-friendly cable tray is obtained, which can advantageously be cleaned either by high-pressure cleaning or other kind of cleaning with detergents. In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the width of the unbonded strands can determine the number of longitudinal strands. Thus, the width of the U-bent wires may be variable depending on the desired width of the cable tray. Typically, the cable tray will be formed with longitudinal threads at the outer edges and at least one thread at the bottom of the cable tray, but for larger cable trays, it is natural that there will be a greater number of longitudinal threads. Thus, there is no direct limit to the width of the cable tray. drawing Description FIG. 1 shows a sectional view of a possible cable tray. FIG. 2 shows a possible embodiment of one of the bent wire sections. FIG. 3 shows the same embodiment as fig. 2, but instead seen from above. Detailed description of the invention FIG. 1 is a sectional view of a possible cable tray 2, consisting of a plurality of U-bent wires 4-8 joined together by longitudinal wires, at the top of which is shown a longitudinal wire 10 attached to the upper end surface on the Unbonded threads, where the longitudinal threads 12-20 form a bottom in the cable tray. SamDK 2017 70742 A1 The joint between the U-bent threads 4-8 and the longitudinal threads 12-20 can be done by a form of spot welding, where the workpieces are pressed against each other at the same time as a very strong current flows through the contact surfaces. Thus, it will be possible here to produce narrow cable trays 2, respectively, in which there are only a few longitudinal strands referred to as 12-20, while larger cable trays may have a much larger number of longitudinal strands, and the U-bent strands 4-8 may be formed. so that the distance between them is greater. FIG. 2 shows a possible embodiment of one of the bent wire sections 22. The bent wire section 22 has a horizontal surface 24 which is here secured with a weld 26 to a longitudinal wire of the type shown in FIG. 1 under numbers 12-20. The two wire ends 32 and 34 are shown side by side in a side view, but the two wire ends 32 and 34 are twisted relative to each other such that a direct cable opening is formed between them. In FIG. 2, it is shown that the curved wire section 22 is attached to one of the longitudinal threads 12-20 and one can imagine that the horizontal piece 24 of the curved thread section 22 is guided partially parallel to one of the U-curved threads 6 or 8, and that a spot weld has been made here. This may be convenient if the longitudinal strands 12-20 are instead guided below the U-bent strands 4-8. FIG. 3 shows the same embodiment as fig. 2, but instead seen from above, therefore the curved wire section 22 is now seen, where it is clearly seen that the two wire ends 32 and 34 are bent in their respective directions. Also, the horizontal piece 24 connecting the thread ends 32 and 34 shown here is attached by welding 26 to one of the longitudinal threads 12-20. By means of the bent wire sections 22 it is possible to place cables in the cable tray 2 at a defined distance so that the new cable trays become extremely clean. Although the cable tray is hung on a wall, there will still be a passage between cables and the wall, which is precisely determined by the thickness of the wires that automatically ensure a distance. This means that even behind the cables there will be an opportunity for effective cleaning.
