专利说明:
A locking device Summary The invention relates to a locking device for preventing unauthorized entry into the trailer or container. Background To prevent the theft of cargo from inside the shipping container stored at protected or unprotected locations, mechanical locking devices, such as padlocks and the like are used on the exterior of the shipping container to prevent entry into the trailer or container. One example of locking device is disclosed in SE patent No. 530 499, where the entire locking bar with associated lock is arranged on the inner side of a door/gate with the purpose of safeguarding against unauthorised opening of the locking device. Another example of locking device is disclosed in DK 17802 B1, where the locking device comprises a housing having a base plate, a locking mechanism, a blocking mechanism and a drive mechanism. The locking mechanism includes a locking bar having an elongated element including a rack extending in the longitudinal direction of the locking bar. The blocking mechanism includes a locking latch connected to the housing. The drive mechanism is connected to an electrical motor for displacing the locking bar between and advanced position and a retracted position. One of the disadvantages of this locking device is that the movement of the locking latch requires an additional actuator for operating the locking latch; this adds further complexity to the locking device and increases the cost of the locking device. The general object of the present invention is to provide a locking device, which has a more robust configuration with less components and which furthermore is DK 2017 70732 A1 able to withstand the environment impact and the exposure accruing over time at the installation site. A further object of the present invention is to provide a locking device, which is configures to be retrofitted at various locations on the doors of the trailer or cargo container. The above need and object together with numerous other needs and objects will be evident from below detailed description, are according to a first aspect of the present invention obtained by a locking device having a drive mechanism having a pinion gear and a cam and being connected to an electrical motor, the cam having an outer eccentric surface being engageable with the blocking latch, - the drive mechanism has a pinion gear enganging said rack and a cam being connected to the electrical motor, the cam has an outer excentric surface being engageable with the blocking latch, - rotational movement of the cam moves the blocking latch from a blocking position, where the blocking latch is in engagement with the locking bar hereby preventing displacement of the locking bar to an unblocking position where the blocking latch is out of engagement with the locking bar. The locking device of the present invention prevents anyone to gain access to the interior of the container from opening the door by limiting access to a code or keypad. In this context, the locking device can advantageously be mounted on the interior of the container. By using an electrically actuated drive mechanism for displacing the locking bar it is ensured that it is not possible to apply a large force onto the locking bar with the purpose of deforming or destroying the locking latch on the lock, and hence enabling that the locking bar can subsequently be opened freely. By using a drive mechanism having a pinion gear and a cam with an outer excentric surface, movement of the cam will move the blocking latch from a blockDK 2017 70732 A1 ing position, where the blocking latch extends though the aperture in the locking bar hereby preventing displacement of the locking bar to and unbloking position where the blocking latch is moved out of engagement with the aperture in the locking bar. The pinion gear will engage the rack of the locking bar, hereby allowing the locking bar to be movable between an advanced position and a retracted position and the rotational A locking device according to the invention can be made even more tamperproof when the lock is electrically actuatable. Moreover, the locking device may advantageously comprise a control which is configured for supplying current to the lock and/or controlling it for actuation of the locking latch to move towards the locking position or the open position. In a further embodiment, said pinion gear has an arc-shaped groove formed on a first surface (F1) and being locate at a distance from the axis of rotation of the pinion gear, said groove forming an arc angle between 150-270 degree, andsaid cam has a central hole and a guide pin being offset from the central hole and oriented towards the first surface (F1) of the pinion gear. Through the use of a locking device having a pinion gear with an arc-shaped groove it is possible for the motor to displace the locking bar even further as the first guide pin is able to slide in the groove being provided in the pinion gear, hereby extending the displacement of the locking bar further in the displacement direction. In a addtional embodiment of the cam, the pinion gear having a groove formed on a first surface facing towards the cam and being located along the circumference at a distance from the rotational center, said groove forming an arc angle between 150-270 degree, the cam having a central hole and a guide pin hole being offset from the central hole, a guide pin having an elongated element is positioned in the guide pin hole of the cam. Through the use of a locking device having a pinion gear with an arc-shaped groove it is possible for the motor to displace the locking bar even further as the first guide pin is able to slide in the groove being provided in the pinion gear, DK 2017 70732 A1 hereby extending the displacement of the locking bar further in the displacement direction. In a further embodiment, the locking device further comprises a front cover connected to the base plate by using a screw like a shear screw with a breaking point. When the shear screw is tightened into position the hex naturally breaks away leaving a conical dome that cannot be removed. In a further embodiment according to the first aspect, the locking device further comprises first contact switch mounted on the base plate for providing a signal in the event that the front cover is disconnected from the housing. Through the use of a locking device having a first contact switch, it is possible to detect tampering with the locking device and send this information to an operator etc. In a further embodiment, the locking device further comprises a the second contact switch mounted on the base plate above the aperture in the locking bar and the second contact switch providing a signal when the blocking latch extends through the aperture in the locking bar. Through the use of a locking device having a second contact switch, it is possible to detect when the latch is blocking the motion of the locking bar. In a further embodiment, the locking device further comprises a control unit comprises a wireless receiver for receiving a wireless actuation signal for actuating the locking bar to move towards the locking position or the open position, respectively. Through the use of a locking device having a wireless receiver, it is possible to operate the locking device from a distance and thereby utilize a remote control of the locking bar between a locking position or an open position. In an embodiment according to a second aspect of the present invention, container such as a cargo container or trailer, comprising a locking device according to any of the claims 1-9 mounted by said base plate on the interior wall of the container for preventing anyone from gaining access to the interior of the container. DK 2017 70732 A1 A flexible coupling is provided between the cam and the motor of the drive mechanism. The flexible coupling element prevents a metal to metal contact between the the cam and the out shaft of the motor. The flexible coupling element is a elastomer. Due to the complete flexibility and ductility of the elastomer ring, it compensates for parallel and angular displacements as well as to absorb longitudinal movements of the shafts. The door can be unlocked by entering the correct code on the keypad connected to the control unit for the locking device or by receiving a predetermined signal via wireless interface. Detailed description The invention will now be explained in more detail below by means of examples of embodiments with reference to the schematic drawing.
