DK 2017 70278 A1 DK 2017 70278 A1 Modular system for the construction of pig housing with manure channels AND A PIG HOUSE INCLUDING SUCH A MODULE SYSTEM The present invention relates to a modular system for the construction of a pig barn with manure channels under the individual pig paths and a pig barn constructed at least in part by such a modular system. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Pig stables are most often erected with slatted floors and underlying manure ducts made of concrete, foundation blocks and concrete joints, cast together on the construction site. Such a solution with pedestal foundations and concrete ducts is expensive and labor intensive and can be very difficult to remove or replace if the mode of operation is desired to be changed or perhaps stopped. Brief description of the invention It is an object of the present invention to provide a modular system for the construction of pig stables with underlying manure channels without the aforementioned disadvantages of the prior art in the art. The present invention relates to a modular system for the construction of a pig barn with a plurality of pig paths with underlying fertilizer channels, said module system comprising one or more wall elements designed to both constitute fertilizer channel walls and storage spaces and to be positioned either directly on a compressed sand substrate or with a membrane located between a compressed sand substrate and the one or more wall elements, a waterproof channel membrane for each fertilizer channel to ensure the density of sides, bottom and ends thereof, a plurality of support profiles for mounting between two wall elements perpendicular thereto or between a wall element and another wall or wall in the pig barn perpendicular to these, and one or more grilles for mounting between two supporting profiles. DK 2017 70278 A1 Such a modular system enables a much cheaper and less labor-intensive construction of a pig house with several pig paths, partly because it is not necessary to cast a bottom to the fertilizer channels, since the wall elements can only be placed on a compressed sandy bottom. In one embodiment of the invention, the wall elements comprise a center plate which extends throughout the height of the wall element, and which is covered on both sides with a side plate whose height corresponds to the desired height of the fertilizer channels. Such a structure of the wall element results in a high-strength construction which can withstand the side pressure from the slurry. At the same time, a wall element with a wide foot is obtained, thereby minimizing the risk of the wall element sinking into the substrate. In one embodiment of the invention, the center plate is an extruded profile plate, a fiber plate, or an injection molded cell plate. In one embodiment of the invention, the side plates are designed as injection molded cell plates. Injection molded cell plates provide a fine combination of low weight and high strength. In one embodiment of the invention, the center plate and the side plates are seen flat on flat. Such designs result in a high bearing strength of the wall element. In one embodiment of the invention, the carrier profiles are arranged to rest on the upper edge of the side panels of the wall elements. DK 2017 70278 A1 In one embodiment of the invention, the wall elements consist of a single plate provided with a wide foot throughout the length of the plate. This is another possible construction of the wall element, which also involves a wide foot, so that the risk of the wall element sinking into the substrate is minimized. In one embodiment of the invention, the carrier profiles are mounted on the side of the wall elements. In one embodiment of the invention, the wall elements are molded as double-concave units with shelves for the carrier profiles. This is a third possible construction of the wall element, which also involves a wide foot, so that the risk of the wall element sinking into the substrate is minimized and a strong bottom piece so that the lateral pressure from the slurry can be resisted. In one embodiment of the invention, the modular system further comprises one or more struts for placement under the watertight duct membrane between two wall elements or between a wall element and another wall or wall in the pig barn. Such stiffeners ensure the correct spacing between the wall elements and minimize the risk of tipping over during the construction of the modular system. Furthermore, these stiffeners, together with the grilles, ensure that the wall elements are not displaced by the pressure from the slurry if there is a filled slurry channel on one side of the wall element and an empty slurry channel on the other side. In one aspect of the invention, it relates to a pig barn constructed at least in part by a modular system as described above. DK 2017 70278 A1 In one embodiment of the invention, the wall elements of the modular system are located in the pig house in connection with a conversion thereof, for example on an existing concrete floor or on a compressed sand floor on top of one. In this way, by using the modular system of the present invention, a substantial portion of the cost of rebuilding a pig barn can be saved. In one embodiment of the invention, the wall elements of the modular system are supported by point foundations, for example below the ends of the wall elements and below the center of the wall elements. Although the wall elements are designed to be able to stand directly on a compressed sand substrate, the use of a few point foundations can provide additional certainty that the wall elements do not sink over time because the sandy floor beneath them settles. The drawings In the following, some examples of embodiments of the invention are described in more detail with reference to the figures, of which FIG. 1 shows a wall element according to an embodiment of the invention, FIG. 2 shows a first step in the construction of a pig barn according to an embodiment of the invention, FIG. 3 shows another step in the construction of a pig barn according to an embodiment of the invention, FIG. 4 shows a third step in the construction of a pig barn according to an embodiment of the invention, DK 2017 70278 A1 FIG. 5 shows a fourth step in the construction of a pig barn according to an embodiment of the invention, FIG. 6 shows a fifth step in the construction of a pig barn according to an embodiment of the invention; and FIG. 7 shows a sixth step in the construction of a pig barn according to an embodiment of the invention. Detailed description of the invention FIG. 1 shows a wall element 1 according to an embodiment of the invention. The wall element 1 shown consists of a middle plate 2 which extends throughout the height of the wall element 1 and which is covered on both sides with a side plate 3, the height of which corresponds to the desired height of the fertilizer channels. The center plate 2 may be, for example, an extruded profile plate, a fiber plate, such as those often used to separate the paths in a pig barn, or an injection molded cell plate. The side plates 3 may be formed as injection molded cell plates, and the plates 2, 3 may be sectioned face to face. What is important is that a construction of the wall element 1 is obtained, which is able to withstand the lateral pressure of the slurry in the slurry channel under the pig path. The shown embodiment of the wall element 1 has the advantage that the upper edge of the side plates 3 forms natural shelves, on which the supporting profiles (not shown) for the grids 8 shown in FIG. 6 and 7, may rest. FIG. 2 shows a first step in the construction of a pig barn according to an embodiment of the invention. A compressed sand substrate 4 is arranged around a series of outlets 5, DK 2017 70278 A1 through which the slurry can run from the slurry channels to a slurry tank outside the pig barn. FIG. 3 shows another step in the construction of the same pig barn, in which a number of wall elements 1 are arranged on the compressed sand substrate 4.1 In certain embodiments of the invention, a membrane (not shown), typically of a plastic material, may be arranged between the compressed sand substrate 4 and the wall elements 1. The holes in the middle panels 2 of the wall elements 1 provide space for feeders 9 and passage between the pig paths as shown in FIG. 7th FIG. 4 shows a third stage in the construction of the pig house, where a number of stiffeners 6 are arranged between the wall elements 1 to ensure the correct distance between the wall elements 1 and to minimize the risk of them tipping over during the construction of the pig house. FIG. 5 shows a fourth step in the construction of the pig barn, each of the manure channels having been lined with a watertight channel membrane 7, which aims to ensure that the sides, bottom and ends of the manure channel are sealed. FIG. 6 shows a fifth step in the construction of the pig barn, where the floor of the pig trails in the form of a series of grates 8 is mounted. The grates 8 rest on a series of supporting profiles (not visf) mounted between two wall elements 1 perpendicular thereto or between a wall element 1 and the outer wall of the barn perpendicular thereto. Finally, FIG. 7 shows a sixth step and the last step in the construction of the pig barn, where feeders 9 and gable 10 are mounted in the pig paths in the barn. The size of the pig paths can be varied by selecting the number and length of the wall elements 1 and by the placement of the gables 10, but typical dimensions could be about 2.4 meters in width and just over 5 meters in length.
