    The invention is a small simple and effective one-handed tool that makes it easy to open all milk, yogurt and juice cartons, etc., with an upright comparison edge and screw lid. The tool consists of a handle (2) at one end and two inclined jaws (3) and (4) in a pointed V-shape (7) at the other end of the tool. The one jaw (4) of the tool is provided with an inward straight line (5) with large and pointed teeth (9), while the other jaw (3) has an inwardly smooth and straight sliding edge (6). The jaws (3) and (4) of the tool are made of metal plate and have a suitable length, so that the jaws (3) and (4) can just yawn over both the largest and the smallest screw lid (8) on milk, yogurt. and juice cartons (13). The screw cover diameter of these packages is between 20 and 30 millimeters.

    Description
    It is a known problem among both children, young and elderly consumers with weak hands and fingers that the many different sizes and designs of metal and plastic screw caps for milk, yogurt and juice cartons, etc., are generally difficult to unscrew .
    This is mainly due to the fact that all these smaller screw caps at the bottom of the lid are provided with a few securing points which secure the package against unintentional opening. These break points need to be broken in order to open the packaging by removing the screw cover.
    U.S. Patent No. 4,085,632 discloses a canister and screw lid opener assembly mounted under a kitchen cabinet. A canister glass with screw lid to be opened is lifted under the cabinet with the device and pressed between and against the V-shaped jaws and rotated clockwise until the lid is detached from the glass and can be unscrewed completely. The device of said patent has, like the invention, two inclined jaws, one jaw of which is smooth and the other jaw provided with a number of small saw-tooth teeth. In addition, the device is provided with a base plate against which the lid of the canning glass rests.
    Contrary to the above known principle of 4,085,632 with a fairly open V-shape and small saw-toothed teeth, which should provide the greatest possible frictional resistance, the invention has a pointed V-shape and few large and pointed perpendicularly oriented teeth, of which a few single teeth are calculated for drilling into the screw cap material.
    There are many different foods and beverages on the market which are supplied in a square carton, which has two oblique surfaces at the top of the carton and in the middle an upside-down bonding edge. FIG. 2nd
    The screw caps of these cartons are located on one of the two inclined surfaces. This means that the known configuration 4,085,632 - contrary to the invention - cannot be used for opening the cartons due to the upwardly facing edge, which prevents the correct positioning of the carton screw cover in the V-shape.

    The invention is a small simple and effective hand tool that makes it easy to open milk, yogurt and juice cartons with screw caps. The invention is a further development of utility model registration BR 2015 00060.
    The tool consists of a handle at one end and two inclined jaws in tip V-shape at the other end of the tool. The one jaw of the tool is provided with an inward straight line of teeth with large pointed teeth, while the other jaw has an inwardly smooth and straight sliding edge. The jaws of the tool are made of metal plate and have a suitable length, so that the jaws can just yaw over both the largest and the smallest screw caps on milk, yogurt and juice cartons.
    The screw cover diameter of these packages is typically between 20 and 30 millimeters. FIG. 1
    Opening of screw-closed packages is done by turning the screw lid counterclockwise. When the invention is lightly positioned horizontally against one of the aforementioned screw lids and the counterclockwise rotation is initiated by the tool handle, the tool's smooth jaw will slide over the screw lid material while the tool's jaw with the pointed teeth will attempt to counteract the sliding of the smooth jaw. The result of continued turning of the handle is that the slippery jaw continues to slide while individual tooth tips on the opposite jaw begin to drill into the relatively soft screw lid material, which is either made of thin metal plate or plastic.
    If the tool is rotated counterclockwise, the tool's smooth jaw will slide further into the screw lid material, while the tooth tips of the tool's opposite jaw will bore further into the screw lid material due to the gradually increasing torque. This will continue until the screw lock fuse finally gives in and breaks, after which it is easy to unscrew the screw cover completely with your fingers. In order to be able to break the screw cap's locking points, it is sufficient to turn the tool counterclockwise up to a quarter turn. See angle (A) Fig. Third
    On the many square milk, yogurt and juice cartons, which are formed with two sloping top surfaces and an upright glue in the top center of the carton, the screw lid is placed on one of the two sloping top surfaces close to the upright glue edge.     Almost all metal and plastic screw covers, both on the above cartons and on other products, have a diameter between 15 and 35 mm. The length of the two jaws of the tool is dimensioned according to these dimensions, and the flat tool therefore fills only a little in a kitchen drawer.

    Requirements
    1. Opens to open all types of milk, yogurt and juice cartons (13) with small and smaller screw caps (8) made of metal or plastic, characterized by a handle (2) on which is mounted a V-shaped plate part (1) ) which is formed at an acute angle (7) with two jaws (3) and (4), one jaw (3) having a straight inward sliding edge (6) while the other jaw (4) having a straight inward facing tooth row (5) with sharp teeth (9).

    Opener according to claim 1, characterized in that the tooth row (5) is formed with 2-3 millimeters high and perpendicularly oriented pointed teeth (9).
