WASTE FILTERING APPARATUS TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention disclosed herein generally relates to waste filtering apparatus implemented in a sewage treatment plant. More particularly, the invention disclosed herein relates to a waste filtering apparatus for sorting out waste before entry into the sewage treatment plant. BACKGROUND Residential, institutional, commercial and industrial establishments generates sewage. It includes household waste, liquid from toilets, baths, showers, kitchens, and sinks draining into sewers. In many areas, sewage also includes liquid waste from industry and commerce. Today, environment possess a major problem on handling large quantities of waste or debris in sewers of the sewage treatment plant, especially in the event of heavy rain. Waste may include cigarettes, ice sticks, glasscutters, leaves, branches, paper capsules, pens, etc. The separation of the solid and liquid waste prior to sewage treatment plant is very a crucial step. The solid waste could be accumulated into a system used for wastewater management. Once accumulated the solid waste may block the flow of liquid, and hinder the processing steps involved in the wastewater management system. The solid waste could even damage the system, causing blockage into the waste management system. The damage of the system could delay the wastewater treatment process. Further, the repairing of the system could be too expensive and cumbersome. The waste material to be treated contains a very high biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) and/or very high chemical oxygen demand (COD). The deposition of the effluent having high BOD and COD into the lakes lagoons or rivers results in lowering the concentration of dissolved oxygen. This may produce septic conditions accompanied by foul odors, DK 2017 00628 A1 death of natural fauna, and a buildup of scum on the surface of the water. Oxidation of these materials using oxidizing agents is not feasible, since the expense of oxidizing agents is very high. Henceforth, it is desirable to provide an apparatus for sorting the solid and liquid waste prior to subjecting into the sewage treatment plant or depositing in the water bodies. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION This summary is provided to introduce a selection of concepts in a simplified form that are further disclosed in the detailed description of the invention. This summary is not intended to identify key or essential inventive concepts of the claimed subject matter, nor is it intended for determining the scope of the claimed subject matter. The present invention relates to an apparatus configured to sort out the waste before entering into a sewage treatment plant or sewer system. The apparatus is adapted to couple to an opening of the sewer system. The apparatus is also implemented in the sewage treatment plant, for sorting the waste prior to entry into the sewage treatment plant. In an embodiment, the apparatus is made of a plastic material, such as polyvinyl chloride (PVC). The apparatus comprises an elongated body, and a plurality of holes. The elongated body includes an upper end, and a lower end. The upper end has an opening to receive the sewage or a waste matter. The opening on the upper end is circular in shape. In another embodiment, the opening could be of any shape, such that it couples to the sewer pipe, or the sewage treatment plant. The plurality of holes disposed along the elongated body of the apparatus is configured to separate the solid waste and liquid waste or liquid present in the sewage. The liquid is filtered through the plurality of the holes retaining the solid waste within the apparatus. In other words, the plurality of holes is configured to screen the solid waste and the liquid. In an embodiment, the plurality of holes is circular in shape. Further, the plurality of holes is of any shape, for example, but not limited to rectangular, such that it facilitates the filtration process. DK 2017 00628 A1 In an embodiment, the solid waste within the apparatus is retained at the lower end of the apparatus. In an embodiment, the lower end has a close end for preventing the escape of the solid waste from the apparatus. The lower end of the apparatus has a Ushaped structure. The apparatus is detachably attached to the sewer system, or the sewage treatment plant facilitating the cleaning of the apparatus, and easy removal of solid waste accumulated in the apparatus. In some embodiments, the elongated body further includes one or more elongated overflows positioned below the upper end. In another embodiment, the elongated body has four elongated overflows positioned below the upper end, preventing the access of rats into the apparatus. The elongated overflows blocks the entry of the rats into the apparatus. Other objects, features and advantages of the present invention will become apparent from the following detailed description. It should be understood, however, that the detailed description and the specific examples, while indicating specific embodiments of the invention, are given by way of illustration only, since various changes and modifications within the spirit and scope of the invention will become apparent to those skilled in the art from this detailed description. FIG. 1 exemplarily illustrates a front view of a waste filtering apparatus 100 in an embodiment of the present invention. DK 2017 00628 A1 DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Referring to FIG. 1, the present invention discloses a waste filtering apparatus 100 implemented to avoid blockages due to solid waste in the sewage water treatment plant. The waste filtering apparatus 100 or an apparatus 100 is a filter medium for separating solid waste and liquid waste or liquid for a sewage, a wastewater, etc. In an embodiment, the apparatus 100 is a container for filtering waste. The apparatus 100 prevents the entry of solid materials, solid matter or solid waste into a sewage treatment plant or a sewer pipe or a sewer system retaining the solid waste within the apparatus 100. In an embodiment, the apparatus 100 comprises an elongated body 102, and a plurality of holes 110. In one embodiment, the elongated body 102 includes an upper end 104, and a lower end 106. The upper end 104 has an opening 108. The upper end 104 is configured to receive the sewage or a waste matter through the opening 108. The upper end 104 of the apparatus 100 is an inlet configured to receive the sewage or waste matter through the opening 108. The opening 108 on the upper end 104 is circular in shape. In another embodiment, the opening 108 could be of any shape, such that it couples to the sewer pipe, or the sewage treatment plant. The plurality of holes 110 disposed along the elongated body 102 of the apparatus 100 is configured to separate the solid waste and liquid. In other words, the plurality of holes 110 is configured to screen the solid waste and the liquid from the sewage received by the upper end 102. The liquid is permeated through the plurality of the holes 110, retaining the solid waste within the apparatus 100. In an embodiment, the plurality of holes 110 is circular in shape. Further, the plurality of holes 110 is of any shape, for example, but not limited to rectangular, such that it facilitates the filtration process. In an embodiment, the size of the plurality of holes 110 is such that it permeates the flow of liquid, thereby retaining the solid waste. The solid waste within the apparatus 100 is retained at the lower end 106 of the apparatus 100. In an embodiment, the lower end 106 has a close end for preventing the escape of the solid waste from the apparatus 100. The lower end 106 of the apparatus has a Ushaped structure. The solid waste settles in the lower end 106 of the apparatus 100. The apparatus 100 is detachably attached to the sewer system, or the sewage treatment plant DK 2017 00628 A1 facilitating the cleaning of the apparatus 100, and easy removal of solid waste accumulated in the apparatus 100. In an embodiment, the apparatus 102 includes a holding unit 112 on each side of the elongated body 102. Each of the holding unit 112 is provided on the upper end 104 of the elongated body 102. The holding unit 112 enables a user to hold the apparatus 100. The holding unit 112 is a handle. In an embodiment, the holding unit 112 is positioned closer to the opening 112. In an embodiment, the apparatus 100 is made of a plastic material. The plastic material is for example but not limited to polyvinyl chloride (PVC). The apparatus 100 could be made of any material that serves the object of the present invention. In another embodiment, the height of the apparatus 100 is 40 centimeter (cm). The height of the apparatus 100 could be varied accordingly, based on the need of the invention. In some embodiments, the elongated body 102 further includes one or more elongated overflows 114 positioned below the upper end 104. In another embodiment, the elongated body 102 has four elongated overflows 114 positioned below the upper end 104, preventing the access of rats into the apparatus 100. The elongated overflows 114 are configured to block the entry of the rats into the apparatus 100. In one embodiment, the apparatus 100 is coupled to the sewer pipe or the sewer system. The apparatus 100 prevents the entry of the solid waste into the sewer system, allowing the liquid to enter the sewage system. Effluents from the sewer system are deposited in water bodies such as lakes, lagoon, or rivers. The presence of solid waste in the effluents could increase the value of biological oxygen demand (BOD), and chemical oxygen demand (COD) resulting in the depletion of the dissolved oxygen in the water bodies. The use of the apparatus 100 in the sewer system retains the solid waste, within the lower end 106 of the elongated body 102, thereby preventing the increase of the value of biological oxygen demand (BOD) and chemical oxygen demand (COD) of the water bodies into which the effluents are deposited. The apparatus 100 also prevents the occurrence of any blockage within the sewer system, due to the presence of solid waste in the effluents as it filters the solid waste prior to entry into the sewer system. DK 2017 00628 A1 In another embodiment, the apparatus 100 is implemented in the sewage treatment plant. The apparatus 100 is configured to sort out the waste before entering into the sewage treatment plant. The apparatus 100 is used in preliminary treatment process. The objective of the preliminary treatment is the removal of coarse solid and large materials that are present in the sewage. The removal of these materials is necessary to enhance the operation and maintenance of the subsequent treatment unit of the sewage treatment plant. The apparatus 100 functions as a filter to screen the liquid and the solid waste. The apparatus 100 is used prior to subsequent treatment process involved in the sewage treatment plant. The liquid from the sewage is filtered using the apparatus 100, and further processed in the sewage treatment plant. The user removes the solid waste collected in the apparatus 100 for further use. The solid waste, if present in the liquid entering the sewage treatment plant could block the flow of the liquid into the sewage treatment plant. In some other embodiment, the apparatus 100 filters out solid waste for example but not limited to cigarettes, leaves, branches, ice sticks and the like, and secures cloudbursts, floods and filled basements. The apparatus 100 makes it easier for the men of the municipalities to empty the apparatus 100, when it is half filled by picking it up, emptying it, and putting it back. The advantages of the present invention include prevents entry of solid waste into the sewage treatment plant; filters the solid and liquid present in the sewage or waste water; permits the follow of liquid into the sewage treatment plant, and retains the solid waste within the apparatus 100. The apparatus 100 is cost effective, easy to handle, and easily carries out the filtration process. The apparatus 100 is reusable, by removing the solid waste accumulated within the apparatus 100. Further, the clogging in the apparatus 100 is prevented, by cleaning the apparatus 100, and removing the solid waste deposited on the lower end 106 of the elongated body 102. The apparatus 100 prevents the back flow of liquid from the sewer system causing damage to a building, community and flooding in a basement of the building. A waste filtering apparatus (100) for sewage treatment plant, comprising: an elongated body (102) having an open upper end (104), and a closed lower end (106), wherein the open upper end (104) is configured to receive a sewage; and a plurality of holes (110) disposed along the elongated body (102) configured to permeate liquid present in the sewage. [2] 2. The waste filtering apparatus (100) of claim 1, wherein the closed lower end (106) is configured to retain solid waste present in the sewage on permeating the liquid in the sewage. [3] 3. The waste filtering apparatus (100) of claim 1 is made of plastic material. [4] 4. The waste filtering apparatus (100) of claim 3, wherein the plastic material is polyvinyl chloride (PVC). [5] 5. The waste filtering apparatus (100) of claim 1, wherein the length of the apparatus (100) is 40 centimeter (cm). [6] 6. The waste filtering apparatus (100) of claim 1, wherein the open upper end (104) is coupled to a sewer pipe. [7] 7.
