Description FIG. 1 is a view showing what the smartphone or tablet holder pad can consist of in a sectional view. FIG.2 is a sectional view of the holder alone. FIG.3 is a view of what the invention might look like, with a smartphone sitting on the holder. FIG.4 is a view of what the invention might look like when the holder is stored inside the pad under the button.
Referring to the accompanying F! G. 1-4, where each reference number refers to each component, the smartphone or tablet holder is integrally illustrated in a pad generally referred to as FIG. 1. The invention consists of a pad cover 1 also referred to as outer fabric, with a center cover! where, to protect the fabric hole, a sleeve ring 7 is mounted, in which is mounted a telescopic holder, stabilized in the filling of the outer fabric 1. The outer fabric 1 may also have an inner cushion 3 where the holder will be stabilized in the interior of the inner cushion. in the outer fabric there may also be two pads 2 3, where the telescopic holder is stabilized between two inner pads and goes up through one inner pad 2 via a through hole. The stuffing in the outer fabric, inner pad, or the two inner pillows can be either synthetic or natural. The phone and tablet holder can be unfolded during use, and when not in use, and hidden under the pillow button, or protective cover / cap. The integrated telephone or tablet holder FIG. 1 consists of; Lid 10 which is pressed together with Tubel 5 via a snap fit.
Tubing 5 with lid 10 and integral stabilizer plate 4 has a groove for retaining a locking ring for fastening the fabric of the inner pillow, if the pillow has one inner pillow, if there is no inner pillow, this groove is not used. The center hole in Tubel 5 fits with the collar diameter in Tube2 9 and thus acts as a friction shell as the O-ring from Tube 2 9 joins close to the surface until the center hole in Tube 2 9 top position is expanded with a slight elevation and thereby constitutes a stop for Tube 2 9. The top center hole helps stabilize Tube 2 9 during unfolding and folding ice. Tubel 5, has a small diameter cap, a collar for retaining a sleeve ring 7, which is the outer casing of the holder for the holder and a stabilizer for it.
Tube2 9 has a collar with a groove for an O-ring that fits in the Tubel 5 friction cover and a center friction cover where there is an elevation at the top of the last millimeter, just like in Tubel 5. This elevation provides a noticeable stop when TubeZ 9 goes bump in Tube 1 5. The center hole at the top provides stability for Tube3 8 as it unfolds or collapses.
Tube3 8 has a collar with a groove for an O-ring that fits in the Tube2 9 friction hole.
In addition, there is a clearance at the top corresponding to the diameter and width of the HX1 6 which can rotate therein. During the release, there is a grate where all air from the tube during extraction and contraction can pass, so that no overpressure or suppression occurs during the movement of the holder. Further, there is a pin hole for a pin 17 for attaching FIX1 8.
Fixl 6 can move in a circular motion depending on the preferred position of the smartphone or tablet chosen by the user. The FIX1 6 has an oblong pin housing that can hold the phone and tablet in a given position for approx. 270 degree or 90 degree angle. In Fixl 8 there is a hole that fits Fix2 11. Fix2 11, is stuck in Fixl 6 with a snap solution which can be released from opposite side where there is a hole where with a long thin object you can release fix2 11 from Fixl 6 .
Fix2 11 has a groove for an O-ring as well as retention in Fixl8, the o-ring creates a comfortable friction and fixation of Fix2 11 when the phone or tablet is oriented. FIX2 11 can be turned infinitely clockwise or counterclockwise. On the flat circular face of FIX2 11, a nano-suction cup 15 sits appropriately, which, by means of nanotechnology, sucks the smartphone or tablet into place in the holder via microscopic holes which create a vacuum. A Magnet 16 is further mounted which holds the button 14. Lid 10, Tubel 5, Tube2 9, Tube3 8, Fixl 6, Fix2 11 and Button Main 14, are basically made of plastic material which can be POM, ABS or similar type plastic.
All of the above parts gather and interact with each other and thus function as a telescope principle, maintaining a smooth course of unfolding and collapsing of the smartphone and tabihoids due to the presence of the o-rings. In addition to the o-rings, the holder is mounted with a pin 17 and nano-suction cup 15. A button consisting of Button Main 14, Magnet 13 and a piece of Fabric 18 is assembled and is the finished button for the pad which protects and hides the smartphone or taboohoid. A Magnet 12, is glued to the exterior of the inner cushion and acts as a parking space for the button when the holder is in use. The holder is inserted after the assembly into a pillow prepared for ten! smartphone or tablet holder. The product is then ready for use. In accordance with the articles of association, the disclosed invention has been described in a more or less specific language with respect to structural features. It is to be understood, however, that the invention is not limited to the specific features which are disclosed, since materials and designs shown consist only of the preferred embodiments for putting the invention into production. According to any of its forms or modifications, the patent claims of the invention are therefore within the legitimate and valid scope of the doctrine of equivalents.
Description of the prior art, where a cushion is used as a holder, for example, can be patent CM 201806380 U. Here, a cushion is used as a tablet holder, where a tablet is held externally on the cushion with a fabric device which is not a decidedly integrated part of the cushion but a sewn device which fixes a tablet in a particular position. This solution is not very flexible and cannot be concealed in the pillow, and will therefore always be a visible part of the pillow's appearance. Another example may be patent US 62.70050 B1, which relates to a cushion with an integrated bookkeeper. The bookkeeping integration is a straight-tank-shaped box that is glued to the pillow to give the holder stability, it must be considered a not very flexible solution, likewise the bookkeeping device is fully visible on one side of the pillow and a plate inside the pillow sits as a backing , and a form of stabilization of the book just behind the outer fabric, making the pillow very clumsy and not very flexible to use. This patent-pending pad with an integrated telescopic smartphone or tablet holder tucked into the pad under a button, and wherein the pad has two functions, a regular pillow when not in use, and a function pad with a smartphone or tablet holder, are not seen before.

1. A cushion with an integrated smartphone or tablet holder, FIG.1, FIG.2 mounted and concealed in the pad cushion, under a button or protective device. Comprehensive, in that the holder is positioned and stabilized in the cushion filling, and has passage through a hole in the outer fabric, whereby a button or protective device hides the holder when not in use. In use, the smartphone or tablet is held fixed by a nano suction cup.

A cushion with an integrated smartphone or tablet holder, FIG. 1, FIG. 2 according to claim 1, wherein the holder is located and stabilized in the outer cushion of the outer fabric, with passage through a hole through one layer of the inner cushion, and passage through the outer material of the cushion. corresponding hole therefor.

A pad with an integrated smartphone or tablet holder, FIGS. 1, FIG. 2 according to claims 1 and 2, wherein the holder is positioned and stabilized between two inner pads within the outer fabric, with passage through a hole through one inner pad, as well as review through the outer shell of the corresponding fabric! thereto.
