Dispenser for storage and delivery of hygienic cover bags for instruments used in the treatment of patients. The dispenser for storing and dispensing hygienic cover bags is designed so that it can be placed on a table or shelf, stacked or mounted on a wall, individually or more in a rack. The dispenser (1) consists of a kind of container containing mechanism (Figure 2) for feeding the cover bags. The dispenser has an activation button (2) and a dispenser opening (11) for the paper web (4) with the cover bag (3). The dispenser is designed so that all internal surfaces, including the knife (12) which comes into contact with the roll with the bags, can be removed and autoclaved. It has a feed mechanism (6) that pulls the paper web forward until the sensor (13) stops the feed and starts the cutter (12) for cutting the paper web. The dispenser (1) completely encloses the roller and the mechanism. The dispenser should only be opened when loading new rollers.

The invention relates to an apparatus for storing and dispensing cover bags for instruments and equipment used in the treatment of patients.
The cover bags are manufactured so that they are individually attached, for example, to an endless paper web that is rolled up into a roll. The roll is placed in a dispenser designed to pull the paper web forward and subsequently cut it into a strip on which one or more cover bags are seated.
The feed is controlled by placing a mark on the paper web with a distance of a bag, indicating when the feed must stop for the paper web to be cut / cut in the right place. Other information such as item number, instruction, etc. can also be placed.
The cut paper strip with the cover bag remains in the dispenser opening. At this point in the process, the cover bag is untouched by the human hand. Thus, it is possible to maintain a very high level of hygiene.
The space in the dispenser where the roll with the cover bags is placed is bordered by slabs that can be removed and autoclaved so that the roll comes into contact with it can be properly clean. The feed takes place at the outer edges of the paper web, so the cover bag is not in contact with anything during the process.
The feed is started at the push of a button on the front of the dispenser. The button is designed so that it can be activated with the elbow.
The dispenser is designed to be placed on a table or shelf. If different types of cover bags (multiple dispensers) are used, the dispensers can be stacked or mounted on the wall, individually or several in racks, with special fittings. This makes it possible to remove one dispenser without first having to move another.
The dispenser is electric. It has a built-in rechargeable battery, so it is independent of the outlet. It provides greater flexibility when it comes to placement. It can also be directly connected to the mains.
The prior art
Various companies provide coatings for instruments to avoid contamination (contamination) of the instrument. These coatings are most often made in latex to get a good fit. However, it is difficult to remove such a coating without contaminating its contents.
It is known from the company Trolldental www.trondental.se that easy-to-remove coating bags can be obtained for enclosing sensor plates used for recording X-rays. These cover bags are made of plastic and are individually placed in a cardboard box or bag, from which you need to pull a single cover bag for use with your fingers.
This traditional handling makes it very difficult, not to say impossible, to maintain an acceptable level of hygiene. In practice, this means that all bags are contaminated before being used. At the same time, it is difficult to store the bags so that they are easily accessible at the clinics as the individual bags are very vibrant and the contents easily fall out of the storage bag. Therefore, a drawer becomes the commonly used place for storage if one does not have a free space on a shelf. With the cardboard box, hygiene is almost more problematic, with each bag having to pass through the same opening as the dirty fingers that pick up the bag. It is an uncontrolled process.
The special that is achieved in relation to the prior art
The invention provides a dispenser which stores the bags, for example in roll form, at a high hygienic level until the moment when they are to be used. The bags have not been affected by human hand until the time of delivery.
The means used to achieve the special effect of the invention
The cover bag is manufactured on a high frequency welding machine, just like ordinary plastic bags. What is special here is that we place the bag on a carrier medium, for example a piece of endless paper that is rolled up in a roll in which the bags lie. In the manufacturing process from plastic wrap to welded roll-shaped bags, the materials are not affected by human hand. The finished roll can be beam sterilized so that it is sterile at this time.
The rolls are packed in sterile bags during transport to the dispenser and placed in the dispenser, the inside of which can be autoclaved. The dispenser closes and the paper strip with the bag now exits the dispenser with mechanical propulsion.

Figure 2: When the activation button 2 (Fig. 1) is activated, the motor 7, which is connected to the battery 8, starts to pull the feed rollers 6. These pull the paper path 4 until the sensor 13 is activated, after which the motor 7 stops. Then the motor 9 starts, which pulls the knife carriage 16 to the opposite side via a pull cord 10 and with the knife 12 cuts the paper web through the cutting line 17 (Figure 4). Subsequently, the piece of paper 4 with the cover bag 3 is released and can be removed.

Figure 4: Shows the back of the roll with information for the individual cover bags. The cutting line 17 is the place where the knife 12 (Fig. 2) cuts through the carrier paper 4 (Fig. 2). Marker 18 is text, lines, dots, or holes that determine how far the paper path is moving.
